Sky Rocklar
Great hotel with proper five star service. The rooms are spacious and modern. Bed was comfortable. There is a lot happening in the hotel with the clubs, restaurants and pool. Location is a bit out of the way from downtown, but near Marina and Palm. Business center could be dedicated and gym they need to figure out how guests will automatically get full access. Other than that had a great 12 days here.

We booked a room for our vacation at this location. We absolutely loved our time here. From the time we arrived till the time we left, everything was absolutely perfect. The front desk rep Abdul is a delight to deal with. There was some miscommunication but he sorted it out very quickly and efficiently. We absolutely recommend staying here. The location is very lively. You will find some local markets for your basic needs and a special shoutout to the housekeeping team, we would our room spotless every single day we were there. You cant go wrong with choosing this hotel as your stay.

Overall Not family friendly,not clean
We stayed there for 5 nights,
Unfortunately we faced a huge delay in the check in . As we arrived at 3:00 pm but they gave us the room at 4:10 pm. The receptionist was saying he will give us a better room thus why we need to wait, but when we received this room it was a way lower than of our expectations and it was not cleaned well.
-There was no amenities available in the room.
I have to chase them every single day to provide the amenities but they don’t provide it as requested.
- THE Swimming pool doesn’t come with hot water ( heater )so we couldn’t enjoy it much with the kids as the water is very cold.
- the house keeping is very low they keep a lot of dust behind them without taking care of making the room clean as same as any other hotel.
- it is not a family friendly hotel, a lot of sew workers moving around in the lobby and hotel entrance,
- the privacy of the private pool is very poor as everyone in top of you or down of your room can expose to your private zone!! We had a drunk neighbour that digs his nose on us sometimes while we are in the pool.
- some neighbours are running music in high volume for late hours 2:00 am and no respect to others and there is no enforcement for the quiet hours.
-the breakfast is below average
- the location is very far, 30 minutes from any other places.
- the car valet parking is ok.
- the shift manager was super in solving our issues but we will not come back again as this hotel is not family friendly and no good privacy is provided.

I love this hotel. Amazingly nice atmosphere and very polite staff. I love the pool a lot. Great music, tasty food and drinks. Perfect view. This place is definitely worth to visit. Come back soon.

Room looked stunning. All credit goes to Housekeeping, the designer who put on those wash room tiles. Super easy for the HK to maintain. Had a issue with minibar, received a email saying, that we had some consumption. It was an error from the team, hope this was corrected and refunded. Nice stay.
Service is marked less for the error of minibar 😌
