Absolutely stunning resort, outstandingly well designed and functional room (also perfectly clean room, with extremely soft towels provided), great facilities (restaurants, spa, gym), amazing beach area (incl. service on the beach, water sports), and overall consistently a level of service that‘s not only flawless, but super-friendly and highly personal. We’ll definitely stay there again on a next visit to Dubai! (Family of 4 with 2 teenage kids).

Thankful to my friend who gave me a spacation package for my birthday I visited Nikki Beach yesterday. I loved everything starting from the warm welcome from reception area till the end day. I want to say thank you to massage therapist miss Padmi, she is great at her job and her hands so soft. One of the best therapist I visited in Dubai. And thank you to supervisor Andrea who game me as complimentary facial massage, that was wonderful. I felt a warm welcomed guest at each part of the hotel and spa. Beautiful view from the beach. Delicious food. Thank you very much 🙏

Went there for a day at the beach and spa Never been there before, didn’t know where to go the woman in reception was not helpful in any way on where i was to go Ordered a coffee via app at 11.15am at 12noon still no coffee so i went and asked a member of staff who quickly helped and got it sorted, coffee came with a waiter i asked for sugar, he said you want sugar, so i say yes please, he said so you want me to go get you sugar? His face was not amused so i told him not to bother, only to take the lid off the coffee to find a pre made machine coffee, absolutely awful A lot of the equipment in the jacuzzi wasn’t working Overall extremely disappointed, would not recommend at all

Absolutely unacceptable experience. After spending a wonderful day at Nikki Bewch, we waited over AN HOUR AND HALF for our car from the valet. This is the last thing you expect from a place with this name and reputation. The staff were not only completely disorganized, but also incredibly rude, making the situation worse minute after minute. The service was truly outrageous. And despite how much I love Nikki Beach and Bungalow 34, after this experience, I won’t be coming back again!
