I recently stayed at Nikki Beach Hotel Dubai and was generally satisfied with my experience. The hotel offers a great atmosphere and comfortable accommodations, making for a pleasant stay. However, I believe there’s room for improvement, particularly when it comes to the food and cleanliness. The dining options were average and could benefit from more variety and better quality. Additionally, the cleanliness in some areas wasn’t up to the standard I expected.

The Nikki Beach resort impresses with its beautiful, well-kept grounds and a wonderful beach. Everything is incredibly aesthetic and beautifully laid out. The rooms are very large and modern. The food is very tasty. The menu for dinner (half board) offers a good selection. However, we would have liked more vegan options to be available. 😊Unfortunately, the service leaves something to be desired in some places. Some of the staff are very attentive and cordial. Especially the waiters at dinner and also at breakfast. Sometimes you wait a long time on the beach for the food and drinks you ordered. There is also hardly any information at check-in. We had to find out the meal times ourselves. In addition, you are not greeted back, which can happen, but does not correspond to the service of a 5-star hotel. Some of the reception staff seemed arrogant and reserved.

Beach and water is wonderful! Super clean and lovely. Ambiance is nice. However at 3pm the music goes super loud which makes is quite uncomfortable to even communicate. They have live performances which is quite nice 👍🏼 Staff are nice and polite
