The Nikki Beach resort impresses with its beautiful, well-kept grounds and a wonderful beach. Everything is incredibly aesthetic and beautifully laid out. The rooms are very large and modern. The food is very tasty. The menu for dinner (half board) offers a good selection. However, we would have liked more vegan options to be available. 😊Unfortunately, the service leaves something to be desired in some places. Some of the staff are very attentive and cordial. Especially the waiters at dinner and also at breakfast. Sometimes you wait a long time on the beach for the food and drinks you ordered. There is also hardly any information at check-in. We had to find out the meal times ourselves. In addition, you are not greeted back, which can happen, but does not correspond to the service of a 5-star hotel. Some of the reception staff seemed arrogant and reserved.

Stunning view ,very basic room .As it’s summer there is very limited options for rooms . Our room‘s ac is weak since we entered , comparing to other beach hotels that we visit which has great Ac. The manager showed us another room , but was smelly , so we are staying with the weak ac . There are renovations & maintenance in some areas of the hotel which makes it overpriced according to what you can do and enjoy i. The hotel . I think it would be better to visit in winter .

Beach and water is wonderful! Super clean and lovely. Ambiance is nice. However at 3pm the music goes super loud which makes is quite uncomfortable to even communicate. They have live performances which is quite nice 👍🏼 Staff are nice and polite
