I want to say thank you to massage therapist miss Padmi, she is great at her job and her hands so soft. One of the best therapist I visited in Dubai. And thank you to supervisor Andrea who game me as complimentary facial massage, that was wonderful. I felt a warm welcomed guest at each part of the hotel and spa. Beautiful view from the beach. Absolutely stunning resort, outstandingly well designed and functional room (also perfectly clean room, with extremely soft towels provided), great facilities (restaurants, spa, gym), amazing beach area (incl. service on the beach, water sports), and overall consistently a level of service that‘s not only flawless, but super-friendly and highly personal. We’ll definitely stay there again on a next visit to Dubai! (Family of 4 with 2 teenage kids).
