The Nikki Beach resort impresses with its beautiful, well-kept grounds and a wonderful beach. Everything is incredibly aesthetic and beautifully laid out. The rooms are very large and modern. The food is very tasty. The menu for dinner (half board) offers a good selection. However, we would have liked more vegan options to be available. 😊Unfortunately, the service leaves something to be desired in some places. Some of the staff are very attentive and cordial. Especially the waiters at dinner and also at breakfast. Sometimes you wait a long time on the beach for the food and drinks you ordered. There is also hardly any information at check-in. We had to find out the meal times ourselves. In addition, you are not greeted back, which can happen, but does not correspond to the service of a 5-star hotel. Some of the reception staff seemed arrogant and reserved.

My experience at Nikki Beach Club in Dubai was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning beachfront location and chic ambiance. The club exudes luxury, with stylish decor and comfortable seating areas that create perfect atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who ensured that every need was met. The food and drinks were delicious, with a diverse menu. From fresh seafood to creative cocktails, everything was prepared to perfection and bursting with flavor. One of the highlights of my visit was the vibrant entertainment, including live music and DJ sets that kept the energy levels high throughout the day. Recommended!

Ambience: Beautiful place, lovely vibe. One of the best locations in Dubai. ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️ Food: The food is great as well. ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️ Service: One of the most disappointing service quality we have experienced in Dubai. They do not respect their own rule for the pool and beach which is first come first serve and they allocate the bed as they want without considering who came first. One thing they do is open the towels on the bed pretending that the bed is taken when in reality it is not and maybe this way they reserve it for their special people who don’t need to follow the “ first come , first serve” rule that the hotel insists on. For example this bed beside us has the towels open for the past two hours and so far no one even sat on it . ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️ Overall: I will not recommend this place.

Great size hotel with really spacious rooms, the breakfast was amazing and the staff were really friendly, the food in the restaurant was also good. We stayed in the private pool villa and it was really spacious with a big pool. The hotel’s Nikki Spa comprises a thermal suite with a sauna, hammam and ice bath (in gendered changing rooms) and bubbling warm vitality pool (the latter open to both genders). The staff was very polite, supportive and attentive and any service we requested was super fast! Made us feel very special. The villa was clean and pool very well maintained. The room service options are so vast and very tasteful. What else can I say the hotel was super in every aspect possible! The gym is perfect. You can also surf at the beach there but they didn’t have hire surf boards, only paddle boards. Nikki beach is consistently one of the best and most loved in the city. It’s truly possible to check in and never leave, though with the city and Jumeirah attractions not far away, it’s a breeze to do so.
