Amazing hotel.Had a 10 night stay with husband 17 year old. We had a downtown view room, very clean and spacious room. Housekeeping was spot on, very polite staff, came daily to change towels etc. Food in the buffet cafe was top notch, a very good variety to choose from, always hot and fresh, again from the breakfast staff to the evening dinner staff, excellent service, we had a half board plus plan which gave us 2 hours of drinks with our meal from 6pm to 8pm. The staff made it a very welcoming experience, very attentive.
Amenities in the hotel are very good. We had use of the gym,and saunas and indoor pool. again we cannot fault the staff in any way, very pleasant and helpful.
I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future. There is so much more I could write about this hotel and the staff. The staff made our stay a very pleasant experience.

What can I say about this hotel?! It was simply amazing. Very luxurious, kid friendly, kind and helpful staff in all terms. Delicious food, all areas were clean at all times, spa and pools huge and had everything. The indoor garden with the lakes was really relaxing to watch and walk by. Excellent location near the airport and Dubai Mall and many other attractions. Most family friendly hotel I have ever been to. I will for sure return at some point!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hyatt, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The first thing that struck me was the breathtaking view—whether it was from the room or around the property, every angle offered something scenic and peaceful.
The rooms were spotless and spacious, with elegant decor and all the modern amenities you'd expect from a luxury hotel. The attention to cleanliness and detail made the stay feel incredibly comfortable.
One of the highlights of the property was undoubtedly the pool area. It was massive, beautifully maintained, and perfect for relaxing or taking a refreshing dip. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this space alone makes the Grand Hyatt worth considering.
Overall, a fantastic stay with top-notch service, great facilities, and a truly luxurious atmosphere. Highly recommended

I’ve been coming to this hotel since 2016, and it truly feels like home. It’s a very family-friendly place, and every time I stay here, I feel a sense of comfort and familiarity. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff always go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.
This hotel has everything we need – from great facilities to excellent service. It’s become a special part of our family memories, and I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else.
Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a place that feels more like a home than just a hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at Atlantis The Palm. The service from the moment you walk in is warm and friendly, and the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. My children absolutely loved the waterpark and pools – such a highlight of the resort and perfect for families. There is a water fountain available for refills, but in my opinion it’s not quite the same as having water bottles handed out during the hot summer season when it gets so busy.
Big credit to the cleaning team, who went above and beyond – making little animals on the beds for my children after cleaning. They were so excited to see this thoughtful touch, and it really made our stay feel special.
That said, I do feel the rooms are quite outdated for a 5-star property. Having stayed at the sister hotel, The Royal, the difference is noticeable and I expected a bit more in terms of room design and finish.
We also looked into the dolphin experience, but decided against it in the end as it felt a little pricey compared to everything else on offer.
Overall though, it’s a lovely hotel with fantastic facilities, family-friendly fun, and staff who genuinely make the effort. We really enjoyed our experience and would happily return.

Undoubtedly the best location in Dubai. It feels like you are in one big resort being able to shuttle and walk between the different venues. Service is always impeccable. Can’t find a single negative thing to say (it is pricey though).

Very impressive services, specious room and facilities are well maintained. You cannot find any "black" lines around the washing basin in the toilet. It is not a brand new hotel and you can tell how good the maintenance is. Staff are nice to offer help at any time.
I put down my glasses in the room (without case) during day time. When back at night, I found that there was a complimentary cloth beside it. Highly appreciated for the efforts of room cleaning staff of the hotel.

I visited their aqua adventure theme park so I cannot comment on the rooms. But the service is great not excellent. I found with the crowd it had everyday the service might be improved. Also, the drinking water is available at few places rest in shops it's paid. I feel they should have drinking water available at every 1km radius so that it becomes easier for old people to go and drink by themselves even if their known people are having fun at aqua-adventure. Location of the hotel is superb and what can I say more then this? Maybe excellent!!. Overall experience is worth it and I would definitely recommend this adventure park a worth to visit. Charges for the same I'm not sure but the timing if I'm correct is 11AM-6:30 PM.

Absolutely loved my stay at Atlantis The Palm! 🌊 The view over the Persian Gulf was breathtaking, the rooms were spotless and comfy, and the service was top-notch. Loved exploring the aquarium and the waterpark — pure fun from start to finish. Can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed everything! The room service was top-notch, and the staff member, Atif, was very kind, polite, caring, and attentive, always ensuring everything was provided on time. The room was always clean, tidy, and impeccably maintained!
We also really liked the hotel itself — the staff is very polite and friendly, the food is delicious, healthy, and varied, and the location is excellent — right on the waterfront with a beautiful view. There’s no unnecessary noise at night, so you can relax completely.

This hotel is a hidden gem in JBR. The service was excellent, rooms were clean, and the location is perfect. Breakfast had a great variety and was very tasty. It’s close to the beach with a beautiful view of Ain Dubai from the room.
The staff were so welcoming and they decorated our room with flowers for our anniversary, which made our stay even more special.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to stay in JBR. Definitely worth the money!

We are currently in the reception of this lovely hotel waiting for a flight that departs in a few hours. Whilst I sit here and reflect on our stay, I must tell you all that this is a perfect hotel for a family or even a couple to stay in, the room is a spacious with all the amenities you will need. The bar and choice of three of different restaurants are delicious. The hair Salon reasonably priced is excellent on site. All of the staff. Every single one of them have been courteous considerate helpful and engaging. everything is a five star experience I would definitely come and stay again, the location is 2nd to none perfect for shopping eating out and just walking along the beach. Everything is within a few metres. I have had an incredible time here at this hotel. A big thank you to Abbas Moubarak very helpful and kind.

How nice it is when you have the opportunity to evaluate the quality and service of a hotel after your stay. We don’t want to think about the negative aspects of a vacation. People often forget that there are situations when there may not be a vacation. Today I am writing this review about the competence, honesty and integrity of this hotel. I hope this will not happen to me and you. But at the moment, the hotel representatives refuse to return my money. My family’s money. The room we are supposed to live in is empty now. We do NOT spend the night there, do NOT use the services and territory of the hotel. We do NOT have breakfast or lunch, but we pay for it EVERY day. Our trip to Dubai was cancelled due to the flight being cancelled. The children were crying at the airport. I immediately wrote to the tour operator asking to cancel the booking. But the hotel representatives refused. They replied: the refusal was due to the booking conditions. Although there are good people in this beautiful country, we were unlucky. This is not fair. Cancellation of the booking is not my choice. The hotel representative and the tour operator point at each other. They put pressure on the booking conditions. In this circle of indifference, I am the only one without money and a vacation.

Amazing hotel for the value. Staff were very welcoming and helpful when I had to check out late. They gave me a lenient offer to be able to access facilities and keep my luggage safe with them since I had a late flight. Breakfast had great selection, and rooms are clean and luxurious with a beautiful view. Facilities especially the spa are well kept and the gym is fully equipped.

The best family hotel in Dubai kids club is very well equipped and is open till 10:30pm! Restaurants are great with a large variety. Roof top bar with a fantastic view and great bar snacks. Recently stayed at this hotel, the hotel was immaculate, room was fantastic. My partner and I had the dine around option, the food was excellent, and very varied. Found all the staff were able to go beyond expected levels of service, big call out to Elvis in Levantera, and Saleem, controlling cabs etc at the main doors. The hotel was well situated on the trunk of the palm jumeirah, having a great pool and adjacent services, bar etc. Also with the private beach area, give a choice of locations. Rate this hotel most highly having stayed in many worldwide, would definitely recommend it to holiday makers wishing to holiday in Dubia

The hotel is nice and good looking, nice to walk through and the pool areas are amazing, with multiple pools, adults only and kids areas where there are many small pools. The rooms are excellent andthe food is OK. We were half board and ate at the buffet restaurant (best to get your moneys worth) and the Italian (would only visit once as the menu has little choice, but my pasta was nice)
The service of everyone working there is amazing and the staff were always willing to help. However, In the evenings the hotel is very boring, there are no entertainment programs, and there is very little going on in the hotel. It’s good if you have kids during the day but at night I don’t know what you would do with them as there is literally nothing going on, and even the TV doesn’t have many channels. There’s nothing around to explore if you go outside, as the palm is mostly just hotels, no bars or places to go. It’s a shame as we spent more money than our previous hotel, hoping for more luxury and more for our money, but we wish we stayed at our previous hotel (NH collection)

Our weekend getaway was absolutely perfect, thanks to this beautiful hotel.
The unique interior design and the view of the pool and beach from our room were truly impressive. We stayed in the Spectacular Terrace Room, and it was just amazing. The incredibly spacious terrace was definitely the highlight.
But what left the most lasting impression was the outstanding service of the female staff member who warmly welcomed us in the lobby and personally guided us to our room. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm smile truly stood out. I wanted to ask for her name at checkout, but unfortunately, she wasn’t on duty that day. I sincerely hope to see her again on our next visit.
We’re also deeply grateful to all the staff members who warmly welcomed not only our family, but also our dog. It meant so much to feel genuinely cared for, all together as a family—including our furry friend. Without a doubt, this was the best pet-friendly hotel we've ever stayed at.
We’ll definitely be coming back for more weekend getaways!

We even took a picture together—such a lovely moment that perfectly encapsulates her beautiful spirit. The hotel itself is beautiful and one of the best, facilities are more than amazing, the rooms are huge, the toilets are nice and the additional things included in the room is great too. The service is very bad, staff are rude, disrespectful and disturbing. We stayed for three days, we loved the hotel but staff made us hate it and want to leave the hotel as soon as possible. They lack communication skills and are very unprofessional. As well as they forced us to pay a very big amount of money for additional facilities in the hotel and when we went over everything weve done in the hotel, it sums up to half of what they asked us to pay, when we asked for the receipt, none was given. Hotel should train their staff to be professional and kind, as well as go over their financial situation.

A late review as we were here in May. The service from minute one was fantastic. We were really looked after the whole time and the place is great. The food and service in particular at Ginger Moon was incredible. Breakfasts were amazing. But the happy hour drinks and snacks round the pool were surprisingly good. Then the dinner, which you could see being freshly prepared throughout the day, was superb. Raj truly looked after me and my wife Bianca and treated us like we were special.

The service in the hotel is horrible- unfortunately it’s too slow- not enough staff to accommodate guests! Check in took us 45 minutes waiting in line, luggage needed an hour to get delivered to our room.
The breakfast area is so small compared to the number of hotel guests- there is a 30 minute waiting line to get into breakfast, very crowded, noisy, too much kids, not enough time to clean the buffet; so it’s messy.
There is construction sights all around the hotel- so you hear drilling and loud noises at night.

The pool has comfortable sun loungers, but a few times there were a couple of holes in the towels. Also there used to be a swimming mattress and last time we stayed they were missing. The bar serves delicious cocktails, but the shops are far away.

Overall, our stay at the Waldorf Astoria was quite good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. However, I have to mention that the side facing the skyline is currently impacted by construction noise in the early morning, which makes it impossible to use the balcony—there was a lot of sand and dust as well.
On the positive side, I would like to give special thanks to Amy from the Kids Club. She was truly fantastic with the children, very patient, responsible, and clearly experienced in her role. Also, the young woman at the front desk who speaks Chinese was extremely helpful, professional, and made our check-in process much easier. The housekeeping team responded very quickly and kept our room clean and comfortable, and the concierge staff, especially the young woman who assisted us, was always friendly, sincere, and professional.
Although there were some aspects that were not ideal, the kindness and professionalism of the staff made our holiday enjoyable overall. Thank you to the team for their hard work!

My wife and I spent one week here in March with our baby boy. It was absolutely wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Raj and the kitchen staff always came to say hello and ask if we needed anything to help with the baby. Room service and beach service was also top quality and friendly. I would happily stay here again and again. Nothing but good things here, amazing food and drinks. There is even a playroom for children which was nice as well. I wish I could remember all of the staffs names but it has been a few months now since being there. Raj, Boris and all the kitchen staff.

A much needed break! Everything was very good. From the location which is away from hustle and bustle of the city, the hotel rooms where it's very clean and smells amazing and especially to all the friendly staff who welcomed us with their warm smiles and greetings- they were easy to approach with anything we request.
Thank you for letting us check-out late, it was too short of a stay but we will definitely come back soon.

They had authentic Balinese massage! The women were from Bali! It was so relaxing!

The things I did not like about this hotel are that the breakfast buffet had very few options, and they have limited parking space (we literally had to park our car outside the hotel on the road).
The rest of the things were all great!

A fabulous hotel on The Palm.
It lost a star simply because of the price of bottled water.
Water is something we all need, it isn’t a luxury item it’s a necessity.
I know it’s a premium 5 ⭐ resort but come on guys £11 for a bottle of water is naughty
Putting that aside the hotel is beautiful with its own private beach.
Our room was fabulous. Tastefully decorated, beautiful linens and furnishings.
We were half board, the food was exceptional as you would expect for a high end hotel.
Service was exemplary ax expected.

My room was spacious, cosy, and impeccably clean, with amenities that provided a sense of absolute comfort.
I would like to highlight the quality of breakfast at La Coco Family restaurant by the pool and the convenient location of the hotel, just a stone’s throw from Nakheel Mall. This proved to be a great advantage, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The entire stay was filled with tranquillity and delight, and I can confidently say that I will return here again. Thank you to the Andaz Hotel staff for their hospitality and high level of service! Highly recommended.

We checked into Room 923 at Andaz Dubai The Palm on 21 June, and from the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth, genuine smiles, and the kind of hospitality that leaves a lasting impression. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly attentive and helpful—always ready to assist with the utmost grace and professionalism.
What stood out most was the way they made us feel like nothing was too much to ask. Whether it was a simple question, a request, or a small favor, they always responded with a sense of ease and joy, as if they were truly happy to do even more. That attitude of “this is nothing, we’re happy to help you even further” was consistent across the board—from the reception and concierge team to housekeeping, restaurant staff, and even security.
The atmosphere is both luxurious and welcoming. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, modern, and serene—but it’s the people who really elevate the experience. It never felt transactional; it felt personal.

We had a wonderful stay at the Andaz. Firstly, the food is incredible. We stayed half board and you can choose whether you have lunch or dinner, which is really handy. You also get unlimited soft drinks free with meals. Every meal time there was so much on offer and all so fresh and cooked to a high standard. The service was also brilliant; the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a good stay. The rooftop pool is really chilled with nice vibes and lastly the location is great with the palm on your doorstep and a short taxi ride to Downtown.

3) has one of the most stunning views from its infinity roof top swimming pool on the skyline of Dubai’s Marina, the View 180, which is also a bar and restaurant.
During our stay we encountered a small problem which was promptly and efficiently addressed to our full satisfaction. I’d like to mention especially Mr Jack and Miss Alessia as for excellent customer service but really each and every one of the staff seemed sincerely interested to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The waiters at the pools’ restaurants / bars worked tirelessly to ensure efficient service despite 40 degrees Celsius and were super friendly. The hotel’s rooms are equipped with modern and high-tech furniture, in fact the entire structure is beautifully decorated and furnished with great taste. Besides a high level of cleanliness everywhere. The hotel’s style got a modern character.
The only sad thing is that despite the beach being kept very clean, the sea in that bay is full of algae, making the swimming experience in the sea water less pleasant.

This is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I highly recommend it for families!
My two girlfriends and I, along with their children, enjoyed a fantastic one-night staycation here. When we reached the hotel, our room wasn't ready yet, but the staff welcomed us to the executive lounge where we enjoyed some evening refreshments. The lounge offered a great variety of snacks, teas, and coffees as you can see in the photos.
Our 3-bedroom apartment was massive, very spacious bedrooms, halls and kitchen. Kitchen had all the utensils required for the short stay, so we made food for dinner and kids. We were surprised to see washing machine in the store room, this helped to wash our swimsuits immediately after the pool session. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, the beds were comfy, and the air conditioning was perfect. We couldn't ask for a better apartment for the stay.
The breakfast spread was equally impressive with different varieties of eggs, meat, cheeses, drinks and coffee., with amazing food quality. The staff was really sweet, surprised us with a farewell cake before we left.
Overall, this hotel gets 10/10 from me. No hesitations – just book your stay here with your eyes closed!

Great stay at this hotel. Very clean and well maintained, we had a 3 bed apartment looking out at the marina, unbelievable view. Staff are very nice and go out their way to help with anything. If we get to come back to dubai we will be choosing this hotel 100%. You get to use the sister hotel across the road too so loads of restaurants to choose from. We kept going to the Hartisan where the food was nice and the staff was very nice and attentive. My daughter is very fussy with food and they even made her a meal that wasn't on the menu to accommodate her needs. One of the waitress's called Khin was exceptionally nice. Lovely person and goes out of her way to make sure you have what you need and your experience is a good one. We will be back 100%.

Great stay. The hotel is located just across the street from the beach zone, where guests can enjoy access to the pool and beach sunbeds. This setup is extremely convenient, and the beach itself is both beautiful and well-maintained. If you’re feeling hungry, there’s a lovely beachfront spot for food and drinks.
The area around the hotel is also lively, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and other dining options just steps away.
Our room had a sea view, which was truly beautiful. Although the hotel isn’t brand new, it’s in good condition and well-maintained.
The only downside was the elevator situation—it often took a long time to get from one floor to another, and they were frequently crowded. Improving the elevator logistics would definitely enhance the overall experience.

Before coming there we were a bit worried about how modern the rooms are as the hotel isn’t so modern. But everything was pretty much okay) I’d like to especially thank all workers (waiters, receptionists, others) for their kindness and desire to help. I’ve never met such hospitality before. We’d also like to thank a lot Dipti, the receptionist, for her help and letting us stay in our room for 3 hours more before the check out. It was so nice and convenient to us ❤️
We enjoyed the area with sunbeds and the open-air cinema, the view from there and our room was fantastic.
Also the hotel’s position is nearby all places you need which was convenient for us too, particularly in that heat.
The room cleaning was amazing! Unfortunately, I don’t remember the guy’s name who cleaned our room, but he left us a cute teddy bear and next time left rose petals. It was unexpectedly very pleasant.
We’ll definitely come back again!

The Hilton lounge was very well equipped and service in general was excellent giving that it was a HIGH SEASON.
The only issue I had was that the restaurant serves breakfast very late- I am early riser and used to stay in hotels were breakfast is served 6:30 or 7 at the max. Here was 8 am- a bit too late start for the day LOL. Service in breakfast stations could been improved. Nevertheless overall pleasant stay.

Breakfast offered a fantastic variety and the option for custom-made dishes. Our room was generously sized and comfortable. The pool area is a welcome retreat with ample shade and luxuriously large, clean towels. On-site dining and the bar were excellent, and the travel agents provided invaluable assistance with planning and booking local experiences seamlessly.

The hotel was definitely a 5 star experience. We did half board which was a great deal as the hotel has many restaurants that all delivered high quality meals. The location is smack dab centre of the JBR and the walk and the property itself is beachfront. The rooms were nice, I’ll say the step off from the bathtub to floor is just a bit high for my height. The hotel front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff were very nice and did a great job, and even the concierge especially Mani was very welcoming and helpful. Definitely a great spot to spend some time in this beautiful country.

We recently stayed at this hotel—my wife is a wheelchair user—and we felt welcome everywhere, at all times.
From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff made us feel completely at home—whether at the reception, in the restaurant (Sloane’s is absolutely amazing!), outside with the doormen, or with the housekeeping team. The entire experience was just perfect.
What stood out the most was how genuinely warm and attentive everyone was. The happiness and positivity we brought with us were returned to us twice as much by the staff. We truly felt like valued guests and will remember this stay for a long time.
A special highlight was the complimentary access to the beach at the sister hotel Le Meridien. The shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes, and the beach is perfectly accessible for wheelchair users. You can easily reach the sandy area, and getting into the water is made possible with a beach wheelchair.
We are already looking forward to our next visit—we are sure this was not our last time here!
Highly recommended for anyone looking for an accessible and heartwarming hotel experience!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Fantastic Stay at Grosvenor House, Dubai
From the moment I arrived, Grosvenor House exceeded all expectations. The welcome pack waiting in the room was such a thoughtful touch – it made me feel truly valued as a guest. The room itself was stunning, with a beautiful dual-aspect balcony offering breathtaking views over the marina. Waking up to that view each morning was a real highlight.
Breakfast was absolutely superb – a wide variety of delicious options, all fresh and beautifully presented. But what really stood out was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. Their attention to detail and service made the whole experience unforgettable.
A truly luxurious stay in every sense – I’ll definitely be returning.

From check-in to check-out this hotel was lovely even though I was only there tor two nights. I was upgraded to a suite being recognized as a titanium member is always nice. The room was very spacious and the bed a delight to sleep in. The lounge is a great addition serving breakfast and dinner with drinks always a plus. There is lots of sights to see in the Marina area from bars to restaurants. I did not use the pool as it was very hot beginning of summer in Dubai. My other favorite part of this hotel was that it has a cigar lounge on the top floor of tower 1 along with a cool lounge. The staff in all parts of the hotel was great and I even met the lounge manager which happened to come from Mexico City.
Also don’t forget to check out the speakeasy they have in tower two. So many cool things to do in this property. I wish that I had tried one of the restaurants but there will be next time for sure. Thanks for hosting me and being kind during my stay

My stay at Dukes The Palm in Dubai was simply extraordinary. The most perfect stay. Stayed here for 10 nights with my partner and we loved it. All staff are so friendly and helpful always going out their way to engage in a conversation with you. The staff could not do enough for you, they were very attentive especially the staff around the pool. The hotel was extremely clean and the maids would be in cleaning your room everyday to a top standard. The hotel gives you free complimentary bottles of water in your room everyday which I found this to be such a lovely gesture. We come back to our room one day with a lovely surprise left in the room by the staff, it was a photo of us which was edible with some cake. This really made our holiday was so kind by the staff involved. The hotel itself is very modern and beautiful and the facilities are great. The views from the pool area are amazing with the pool itself being a standout facility for me it's so big and the temperature of the pool is perfect for cooling down in the hot weather. We loved the lazy river as well. The breakfast in the hotel is fantastic which such a wide variety of foods catered for everyone. Me and my partner are already planning a visit back here we loved it that much.

We were so pleased to experience the Hospitality provided by Edna, Priya and Aung during our evening meals in the Great British Restaurant.
They were polite, professional and knowledgeable - able to answer our queries and signpost us accordingly - even providing us with recommendations on less busy times to have our meals.
We were made to feel welcomed every morning and evening and when appropriate, each of these individuals took a few moments to converse with us, making us feel we were more than just a 'guest statistic'.
We would also like to extend thanks to Mandeep who serviced our room to an impeccable standard throughout our stay. Mandeep was kind, helpful and respected our privacy to the up most - which is something of significant importance to us.

We have truly enjoyed the remainder of our stay at the hotel and will have fond memories of the kind smiles and efficient, professional service delivered by Azim and Simon (Security) as well as the very kind bespectacled young man whose name we unfortunately failed to record - we shall add a picture to identify him. Also Aye and mohammed (Concierge) Masud and the entire front of house security team.
Each individual took the time to offer us help and support whenever needed and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed back every time we returned from an excursion / outing - showing genuine interest in how we were enjoying our time in the city.
The security and facilities managers should be proud of themselves for running such a tight ship.
Dukes the Palm will certainly be our port of call should we visit Dubai again in the future.

The receptionists were helpful, we never had any problems during our stay and even if we did it was resolved immediately. Akyb, one of the housekeepers, he made sure that our rooms were cleaned daily and he had a great customer service. The breakfast was absolutely amazing but if you are very particular about bacon then their breakfast may not be for you. This hotel is in the central part of the city so you can travel to many landmarks and it won’t take more than half an hour. There’s a lovely beach, a breathtaking view and a nice indoor swimming pool to enjoy with family and friends. I definitely recommend.

I had high hopes of giving Sofitel a five-star review, as our experience was nearly flawless. The location was fantastic, the food exceptional, and the staff truly excellent. My partner and I visited Dubai to celebrate my birthday, and we were impressed by our room and the stunning views from the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed the infinity pool, the buffet, and the convenience of nearby stores within walking distance—all of which contributed to a wonderful stay.
However, we did encounter a challenge with the air conditioning in our room. Despite our request for assistance and the staff’s prompt response, the room didn't cool down as expected, even with the thermostat set to the lowest setting. Given the high temperatures we experienced during our vacation, a more effective air conditioning unit would have significantly enhanced our comfort.
Overall, we had a fantastic time, and I would have loved to award a perfect rating if not for the air conditioning issue. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Staff were very accommodating during our stay. Room was cleaned very well and the location is excellent on JBR.
Only downside was the check in experience. When arriving by car at the hotel, had to wait a few minutes outside my car for some to come and offer valet. And then during the check in at reception, locking the mini bar in our room because we didn’t have a physical card was bizarre in my opinion.

Stayed here for 8 days The staff were very nice. Large Breakfast variety but food was average. Had constant problems with key cards would stop working after changing key cards multiple times they finally sent an engineer to replace batteries for door lock.
The doors of bedroom on to the balcony was not working correctly you really have to close it hard always thinking will end up breaking as air conditioning only works with the door closed so to be honest avoided using the balcony.
Could never get a seat or be able to use the swimming pool. Tiny pool not enough sun beds for the size of hotel any later then 10 am you can not get a seat was very frustrating as paid a lot of Money and was not able to use the facilities like I would have liked.
To Top it all off we booked jet skis through the hotel nearly killed us. We went to sea the jet skies did not feel how they should as I have ridden various models in the past on various holidays when steering they would not go in a straight line had a mind of there own we where ridding at medium speed and both jet skies toppled over I was very sore for next few days as my wife and two teenagers. I checked the jet skies with the guide only to discover the Hull was full of water a real cowboy company. The guide admitted this was very dangerous as the jet skies can sink. With that amount of water in the hull.
I have stayed at various hotels along Jbr definitely will not be staying here

I celebrated my birthday here and the hotel truly made it unforgettable — they surprised me with a delicious chocolate cake and beautifully decorated my room. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious with plenty of variety and great quality.
The whole atmosphere of the resort — from the stunning pools and private beach to the relaxing gardens — was perfect for a memorable getaway.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel — it’s truly one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever visited, with exceptional service throughout. A special mention goes to Ramon at the reception desk, who was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful. He truly made the check-in experience smooth and pleasant. While everything else was up to five-star standards, I would suggest improving the variety of the food selection to better reflect the luxury level of the hotel. Overall, a fantastic experience and I look forward to returning and i advice anybody would like to go to a great hotel, to go to the habtoor hotel if they want to have a great time.

Very nice hotel, good for families. Kids have pool with small slides. One of the bars is even located in the water :) Food is good. Coffee could be better, however.
Rooms clean and spacious. We had a small issue as we booked a room for 3+2 and in the room we only found 3 beds. Staff however tried to help and organized extra bed.

Another fantastic holiday at this amazing hotel, we once again booked into the Clubroom and the team, Matti, Ahmed & Melanie were just fantastic looking after me and my family. On this occasion they moved the breakfast down to the main buffet restaurant, this is fully understandable due to it being off season. The Clubroom guests are seated within a VIP section if the main restaurant and looked after with the Clubroom team ( mentioned above ) Guest are still invited for afternoon tea from 3-5pm and happy hour drinks from 6-8pm in the Clubroom. The hotel main pool area has some construction in the gardens at the side of the pool, however, Dubai has construction works going on 365 days of the year. There are some noises that can be heard, however nothing to be concerned about. The rooms are well serviced with the maids, they cannot do enough to ensure your rooms are clean, tidy and well stocked with towels and water. We have also met Kaleem ( porter ) on several occasions whilst visiting this hotel, his attention to detail ( remembering me and my family’s name from previous visits ) his politeness welcoming me and my family back are what makes this team the best in Dubai. The guest relations team made our visit extra special as this was to celebrate specials birthdays writhing our family, the rooms were decorated with birthday cards in each room, this was a fantastic gesture and great surprise to my family, thanks to Raneem and Maya who looked after us. We will look forward to returning later in the year.

I recently stayed in the Executive Suite at Hilton Palm Jumeirah and had an amazing experience. The suite was spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable balance of luxury and functionality. One of the highlights was the Executive Lounge, which not only provided excellent service but also offered a stunning view of the beach—an ideal spot to relax and unwind. The breakfast spread was truly outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh, high-quality options to suit all tastes. We stayed as a family with our 2-year-old son and had a wonderful time. We celebrated his 2nd birthday at the hotel. I didn’t tell them that it was his birthday but the staff in the check-in counter recognized it from his Emirates ID and she said they will send a complimentary cake for him. It’s a wonderful gesture. The rooms were clean and spacious, staff were accommodating, and the beach access was perfect. Great for families with children.

We were looking for a family-friendly hotel by the sea and came across the Centara Mirage in Dubai — and we’re so glad we chose it. We arrived late at night and were warmly and very courteously welcomed, even in the middle of the night. That’s something truly special about Dubai!
The room was decent for a family, not huge but totally fine, and we had a fantastic view of the pool and the sea. Breakfast was a bit hectic and loud — something we’ve experienced in many other hotels too, which takes away a bit of the relaxed holiday vibe. However, we could sit outside, which was very pleasant.
Later, we spent time at the pool and lazy river — both were a real highlight and a lot of fun for everyone. The beach is huge, very clean, and just like everything in Dubai — well-maintained and organized. There were countless sun loungers, and staff were always around to assist you. One great surprise was a big action pool for kids right on the beach!
In the evening, we had dinner at the hotel’s buffet, which was excellent — a wide variety and great quality.
We would definitely choose this hotel again. It’s important to know that it's not located right in the middle of the city, but we actually think that’s part of its charm and a unique selling point. We’ll be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend spending at least two nights. Make sure to book at least the half board option — you won’t regret it! There’s so much to do that you won’t feel the need to leave the hotel. The dining options are diverse, the beach is nearby, and there are several swimming areas suitable for all ages. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

We are in the flow kitchen most nights. The food is amazing and have just returned from an 80s themed evening. It was great the staff were dressed up and the restaurant was to with 80s music in the background. Even had 80s type cocktails on offer to. The food is always fresh and very tasty hence our return most nights. More themed evenings like this would be great. This hotel is just amazing. My third time here the only down fall in no all inclusive which is a shame. Rooms are very spacious and clean and all staff work very hard. I have always had a great experience when visiting from check in to check out. I thank you again for all that you do.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The service was flawless – warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever being intrusive. Every member of the staff, from concierge to housekeeping, radiated professionalism and pride in their work.
The location is ideal – close enough to all the main attractions, yet tucked away just enough to feel like a tranquil escape. Waking up to those views each morning felt like something out of a dream.
The food was another highlight. Every meal was a culinary experience, from the lavish breakfast buffet to the fine dining options in the evening. Ingredients were fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Room service was quick and high-quality too.
The pools were stunning – sparkling clean, well-designed, and never overcrowded. Whether you wanted to relax on a lounger with a cocktail or take a refreshing swim, it was absolute bliss.
This hotel gets every detail right. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning our return.

City facing view on third floor with ‘Lounge/club’ access on level 9. Overall, an enjoyable stay, but unlikely to return. Staff were very friendly and welcoming especially in the lounge during the evening drinks service. However, service in the lounge during the day was not as good. I have pointed this out to their staff who were most apologetic and appreciative of the feedback. In comparison to The Ritz Carlton (Dubai Marina), the Fairmont falls short. The Lounge/club level felt several notches higher at the Ritz Carlton (similar price band). Room cleaning was also much better at the Ritz Carlton. Where Fairmont stood out was the food. The quality was excellent in all restaurants especially the ‘Flow Kitchen’- buffet. In this area, Fairmont was definitely better.

The buffet has an amazing variety of dishes from around the world—everything from fresh sushi and seafood to authentic curries, BBQ, and an incredible dessert selection. The ambience is elegant yet relaxed, with lovely views of the Palm and the option to sit outdoors. It’s also very family-friendly, with lots of options for kids and a warm, welcoming vibe.

Great hotel, great staff. Really had a nice relaxing time. The suites (especially the renovated signature suites) are huge, with a big bathtub. Everyone is pampering you. The hotel is perfect for kids with an amazing kids club (careful, it's limited to 3 hours a day and you cannot leave the hotel). Access to spa is included with the suites, and it was amazing, very relaxing (including adult only outside pool). Suites also include acces to Lounge with breakfast, and snacks throughout the day.
Only negative feedback is the absence of inside pool accessible to kids, while the beach and outside pools close pretty early making it challenging to enjoy them in the summer due to scorching heat. Having pools and beach accessible until 9 or 10 pm would be nice in summer.

The hotel is alright, I just think for the money you can get a lot better elsewhere in Dubai and on the palm. I was told one of the pools is ‘adults only’ which is the pool with the waterfall, I went and this pool was full of kids. I spoke to reception and they said ‘oh well we can’t stop parents taking their kids in there’. This was a real shame for us, they have 3 pools and if they had properly made one of them adults only then it would truly level up the quality of this hotel.
I had paid for a luxury seaview room and when I check in I was told my room has been upgraded which was exciting… the “upgraded” room we got was on the first floor, with a view of some pathways leading to the main pool with a very basic room. I did complain the next day and got moved to a sea view room but disappointing that my first night I spent in a downgraded room which was sold to me as an upgrade.
The spa was lovely although I would suggest that they should offer a little discount to half board guests just to show their appreciation to the guests who have paid that little bit more.
I was told to change my shoes as they did not adhere to the restaurant’s dress code which was fine and understandable. Once I changed them and went into the restaurant I was disappointed to see how other people were sat there not adhering to the dress code… but only I was pulled up on it.

We had the best experience in the hotel surrounded by nature and the pools the whole area was refreshing, there is kids club, playing area for kids, gym. For the breakfast it was good. Soul senses spa we didn't have a pleasant experience with them for the price they didn't preform the service very well, they have changed the timing multiple times and we already had plans + we have already paid prior to the service. The themed parks were so fun and near the hot it takes minutes by the carts. Overall we enjoyed the hotel, I wouldn't recommend the spa. And the workers there not all of them were welcoming.

This resort is perfect for a weekend getaway with family. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very attentive to guests. The food is delicious, and the pool area is spectacular great for relaxing and spending time with family. Plus, the hotel includes 2 park tickets and there’s an outlet nearby, which makes it super convenient and complete. Definitely worth it!

The resort is beautifully maintained and super kid-friendly, which made it even more enjoyable for all of us. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids, and there were plenty of open spaces and safe areas for them to play and have fun.

We really love this hotel with its beautiful service and many activities they have for kids. This is our second visit and we always have an amazing time. There is a big pool for kids so we don’t worry about their safety. There is a lazy river where we can relax and kids chase each other. We also get access to Dubai parks 2 tickets per night and it has been an amazing experience at the Legoland and Legoland water park. The breakfast is truly amazing with the different dishes and the wonderful service of the chefs and waiters especially Zain and Bassem. They also have movies for kids in a very comfortable room with popcorn and the staff is very helpful and generous. The kids clubs and ticki club are also other places for kids to enjoy many activities, craft making, henna and face painting. There were also inflatables and petting zone on the days of Eid with refreshments and it made the whole experience even more amazing.
We really recommend the hotel, it has wonderful activities, access to riverland, Dubai parks, and amazing breakfast, service, and friendly staff.

The Family Deluxe Villa is Outstanding! The Rooms were organized and you even get direct access to the Lagoon! There was stairs leading to the kids room. It even has guard rails so if you have a baby It can’t get injured. The Kids room has a Bunk Bed, A couch, 2 large bean bags and a very small but nice tent. There was also a TV in the Kids room and a PS5! ( But the Controllers cost extra )

We dined at the beach house for dinner and Dilhara suggested nice dishes for and handed us some sweets as a 'bon voyage' gesture as we were leaving the next day.
These people are such a gem in this resort.

First time staying at this hotel with my teenage son and can thoroughly recommend it. From the moment we arrived to the day we left, it was superb. Lovely seaview room, great choice in restaurants, lovely outdoor pools x3 and gardens, brilliant location (close to the walk and marina) and 5 star staff. Can't wait to return.

We were very impressed with this hotel, especially the service. All staff were very caring and always available for requests. From check in until we left, we felt very well taken care off. Even when we had extremely loud people in the room next to us that kept us up all night before leaving for an early flight, which was not even the hotels fault, staff organised our car to take us to the airport for free.
The pool is amazing and bar staff lovely as well (thanks Abishek, great work). Prices are not cheap but it’s worth it.
Beach is a short walk away with towel service and life guards and free water, which is very nice.
Location is right next to JBR walk, so excellent.

We stayed at Le Royal Meridien and had a really good experience overall. The hotel has huge grounds, which is great for parents with kids — lots of space, greenery, and plenty of room to enjoy without feeling cramped.
The service from the staff was excellent, super attentive and always ready to help. Special mention to the fact that they were very generous with still water, which is often a small but annoying issue in other 5-star hotels — here, we never had to ask twice and were always well stocked.
The resort has three big swimming pools, so whether you want a lively atmosphere or a quieter spot, you’ll find your place. It’s definitely a family-friendly hotel, but there are still calm areas for those who just want to relax.
One thing we didn’t love was the so-called sea view room in the new tower. The view turned out to be more of the harbour, buildings, and some construction — not exactly the sea view we expected. On the positive side, the room itself was lovely, modern, and very comfortable, and when we mentioned the view, the staff kindly gave us a free upgrade, which we really appreciated.
Breakfasts were great, with a wide variety, and there are plenty of restaurants on-site for those who don’t want to leave the resort.
Overall, it’s a very comfortable and well-run hotel, perfect for families or anyone looking for a relaxed getaway with great service.

The hotel is absolutely stunning—elegant, serene, and immaculately maintained. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered incredible views that made every morning feel special. The attention to detail and comfort was clear in every corner.
This is the kind of place where every moment feels elevated, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. It was a peaceful, luxurious escape that exceeded all expectations. We left feeling completely refreshed—and already dreaming of our return

The hotel is visually stunning, with a majestic vibe that impresses from the moment you arrive. The facilities are well maintained and the staff were attentive and professional.
However, there are a few aspects that should be improved in order to truly meet the expectations of a luxury hotel:
• The dinner buffet was quite limited in both variety and quality, especially considering the level of the hotel and the price. We expected a much more refined dining experience.
• The flooring around the pool area is extremely slippery. This is a real safety concern and should be addressed as a priority to avoid potential accidents.
• Our suite was located near one of the hotel’s restaurants, and the noise at night was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep peacefully. The service team kindly offered us a room change, but it was too late and we were too tired to move in the middle of the night. Still, if it’s known that this area is noisy, guests should not be assigned rooms nearby, or the restaurant’s location should be reconsidered.
In summary, the setting is beautiful and the staff are helpful, but there are key details that — if addressed — would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

So this was my 2nd visit to Raffles after staying there one night a couple of years ago and I dont usually make return visits to the same hotel. This hotel I made an exception for. Why? Its luxurious and pure opulence but what is fundamental reason for me putting such a glowing review is the undeniable exemplary customer service they provide! Nothing has compared to this level of customer focus. They make you feel as if you are THE most important person/guest in their hotel. Few shout outs for me were Hassan (the Recreation Director) who preceded to introduce me to other key personnel at the hotel. One of which was Vlora. Attentive, approachable, respectful and absolutely gave me and my family the time of the day whenever we bumped into her. We also had a great introductory experience from Amer at front desk. Thank you to all of the Raffles team for making this another unforgettable and memorable stay. Genuinely appreciated ❤️ We will back for sure. If you get chance please visit Matagi restaurant and Piatti. Stunning decor, ambience and high quality food. Yani (Apologies if spelt incorrectly) was another person who went above and beyong for us. Customer Service second to none!

Whoever comes to visit Dubai should visit Raffles the palm hotel, you will not be disappointed! It’s guaranteed that it will be a unforgettable vacation and stay! This place goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable and luxurious as possible. I know it's only 5 star, but it feels like a 7 star hotel. The staff ensure you don't have to lift a finger, from amenities promptly delivered to your door, to arrange bookings, arranging taxis with only a wait of under a minute, buggy lifts around the massive residence so you don't have to walk coming within seconds of them calling. Everything is very comfortable inside including couches and seating with refrigerated cooling and drinks and food brought to you in the lobby whilst you wait after checkout. The many pools are so relaxing and spacious, with a beach right behind the pool, plenty of cabanas, with waiters serving with fresh towels, free iced water buckets and cocktails delivered to you pool side. There are plenty of restaurants/bars in the facility and are all very highly rated and well know so you never have to leave. They can also deliver from the restaurants to your room including alcohol or even a midnight snack. The staff is so warm, friendly and welcoming. They hate to disappoint, so if there's something you need that they don't have they will do everything they can to ensure your needs are met. This is my second stay here in the past 2 years and I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in Dubai. It feels like my second home. Was extremely sad to be leaving and can not wait to come back.

It was too hot to enjoy the beach, but the multiple cooled pools kept us happy. They offered pleasant complimentary refreshments every 90 minutes. The kids meals were free and the blue water area gives you lots of dining options if you want to wander off property. Rooms were new, clean, and comfortable.

I recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Dubai and was happy with the overall experience. The property is beautiful, nice gardens, a beachfront, and elegantly designed rooms that feel like a retreat. The staff were warm, attentive, and made a genuine effort to ensure our comfort.
We decided to buy the club lounge package, we were limited to its offering, time limitations and couldn’t use the main restaurant for our included meals. While the lounge food quality was good, it would have been nice to have more flexibility. I’d recommend this package for business stays but not for leisure with kids.
We also used the concierge service to book local attractions. While the arrangements worked out fine, we discovered it was handled by an external company, not Ritz-Carlton staff, and the quality didn’t quite match the brand’s usual high standards.
One lovely surprise was the gift pack of Arabic coffee we received — a thoughtful touch that made us feel welcomed and connected, thanks to Joao and Susan for that.
Overall, the resort offers elegance, comfort, and warm hospitality, with a few small areas that could be improved. We would be happy to return.

My family and I purchased a day pass to enjoy the facilities and have lunch. We had a fantastic afternoon, with wonderful pools and decent food at La Baie. However, the adult menu was somewhat limited, so everyone except me ended up ordering kids' meals, and some even had two! But price wise it was okay and everyone left very happy.

Following our return to the UK, we felt compelled to leave detailed feedback of our most recent experience at the Ritz Carlton JBR. We have visited Dubai on numerous occasions and stayed at a number of hotel complexes, but no other hotel has come close to the exceptional level of service provided by your hotel. Following our 8 nights, 9day stay we are absolutely thrilled with the high quality of personalised service your hotel provided, and our experience has been nothing short of outstanding!
From the moment of arrival, we were greeted pleasantly by concierge, doorman and front office. Our check-in was completed swiftly with the upmost professionalism. Reservations had taken account of our booking notes which mentioned the celebration of the wedding anniversary of my wife and I whilst we visited Dubai. Consequently, the hotel went over and beyond in ensuring that the Ritz created an unforgettable and everlasting memory of our anniversary at the Ritz.
From leaving custom presented towels, fresh rose petals; Happy Anniversary greetings with balloons- down to baklava dessert and fresh fruit bowl- we were shocked with surprise at such a wonderful gesture, but equally extremely grateful. We visited the entire complex trying a variety of restaurants, whilst strolling through the gardens, private beach; various pools and the activities available including their tennis court- excellent, excellent service provided by all. Everyday, we were pleasantly greeted by all staff members, including those at breakfast.
I feel commendation should be provided to every single staff member there, but the following in particular who made our experience extremely pleasant and whom we feel are a credit to the hotel team;
-Caravan Breakfast- Raju, the manager and the Indian lady at caravan reception (apologies didn’t record name) at breakfast. Excellent, excellent personalised service provided by these particular individuals. We have nothing but praise for them!
-Alamin, Thirtha Bhawani and Rohit from Housekeeping- I’m amazed at their professionalism and attention to detail. Nothing short of brilliance!
-Tharaka, Vikram, Vivek, Anandhu and Rim from Gulf Pavilion along side the pool- always kept us fed and attended too! Thank you!
-Francis and Edwin from Security- amazing, amazing guys! So friendly and greeted us, personally, everyday on route to breakfast.
-Suleman from spa and leisure- welcoming, helpful and lovely humble man!
Huge credit to the above team members, in particular, for everything. They made us feel like Royalty during our stay, and as such, we were very sad on departure to leave (what feels like) new friends we have made there. Thank you, thank you, Thank you again!

I want to give a special shoutout to Milena from Tamoka. She has been with us through all of our stays, and every time she welcomes us with even more warmth and care than the last. She’s not only professional but also very thoughtful and attentive. Milena went out of her way to help us discover new spots in Dubai and made sure we were comfortable at all times. You can really see how much she enjoys taking care of guests — and it shows in how she treats everyone around her. She truly made our experience even more memorable.

I spent my vacation at this luxurious resort.
Let me start with the details of the place: it is designed in a therapeutic way for both the soul and the mind.
The white curtains — reflecting the cleanliness and purity of the place — the high ceilings, and the breathtaking views… truly everything was carefully planned with great attention to detail.
The suite I stayed in was spotless, sanitized, and spacious, with a design that was created to provide psychological comfort above all.
As for the staff, they are one of the best customer service teams I have ever dealt with. For that reason, I cancelled my flight and extended my stay for an extra day, as I felt like the resort belonged to me. Special thanks to Nadia, Peter, and Lynn for their wonderful service.
In addition, the quality of the food and coffee was exceptional, making the experience even more enjoyable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Delano Hotel in Dubai, and from start to finish, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is modern, stylish, and impeccably maintained. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and offer a truly comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
I would especially like to highlight Patrick, a member of the staff who made my stay truly remarkable. He was consistently friendly, attentive, and highly professional. It was immediately clear that he takes great pride in his work and delivers service of the highest quality.

“Professional and Respectful Management”
I initially faced an issue with the air conditioning in my room, which made my first night less comfortable than expected😞, especially with my baby. However, I was truly impressed with how the hotel management handled the situation. The manager personally came to apologize and offered us a late check-out as a kind gesture. Her professionalism and respect made a big difference🫶🏻, and I truly appreciated the effort to turn the experience around. Thanks to this, I would consider staying here again.

Visiting Jumeirah Beach was an unforgettable experience! It’s one of Dubai’s most iconic public beaches, offering beautiful views, soft white sand, and crystal clear waters. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-organized everything was. The beach is wide and spacious, allowing everyone to enjoy without feeling overcrowded, even on weekends.
The facilities here are excellent there are plenty of showers, changing rooms, and clean restrooms. Lifeguards are always present, making it a very safe place for families with children. There’s also a long jogging and walking track along the beach, which is great for anyone who wants to stay active while enjoying the ocean breeze.
The view of the Burj Al Arab in the background adds a luxurious touch to the entire experience. It’s a perfect spot for photography, especially around sunset when the colors in the sky are absolutely breathtaking.
There are many cafés and food stalls nearby, offering refreshing juices, snacks, and meals. I grabbed a coffee from a beachside café and simply relaxed while listening to the sound of the waves it was the perfect break from the busy city life.
Parking is available but can be a bit crowded during peak times, so arriving early is a good idea. There are also options for renting sun loungers and umbrellas if you plan to stay for a few hours.
Overall, Jumeirah Beach offers the perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and natural beauty. Whether you want to swim, exercise, picnic, or just unwind, this beach has something for everyone. Definitely a must-visit when you’re in Dubai!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩😍😍😍

The beach offers a good overall experience. The water is warm, although it can sometimes be a bit rough. It’s worth noting that the water isn’t as clear blue as often advertised. However beach is the beach and not suitable for the poeople who only visit but not sun bathing.

We spent the day enjoying the pool and beach with a day pass, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences we’ve had. Everything is beautifully arranged, and the team is genuinely warm and welcoming. A special mention to Fatiha, whose exceptional hospitality truly stood out—she ensured we were comfortable and having a great time throughout.
The food was another highlight. We frequently visit other pools and often find the food to be underwhelming, but at Nikki Beach, it was absolutely delicious—beautifully presented and served with style and elegance.
We appreciated every detail and sincerely commend the management for their outstanding service and the fantastic team they’ve selected. Next time, I look forward to staying overnight just to experience how the team continues to go the extra mile—I’m certain it will be just as fabulous.
As a small piece of feedback (not a complaint), when we handed the car to the valet, we kindly requested not to adjust any of the internal settings to avoid the hassle of readjusting later. Unfortunately, the valet seemed annoyed and told us to park it ourselves. It left us slightly disappointed, although everything that followed more than made up for it. That said, some guests might not take it as lightly, so a more considerate approach could make a difference.
Aside from that, everything was simply perfect—and we’ll definitely be back!

Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai truly feels like you’ve escaped the city — and I mean that in the best possible way! My wife and I live in Downtown, and it was such a refreshing surprise to find a tranquil, resort-style island getaway just minutes from the heart of Dubai.
Located on Pearl Jumeirah Island, the hotel benefits from the island’s calm and laid-back vibe, which is far more peaceful compared to many of Dubai’s other islands. This only adds to the sense of seclusion and tranquility that makes the stay so special.
We spent last weekend there and enjoyed every moment. The peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a true vacation without the need for a flight. The breakfast spread was fantastic — a superb variety that catered to all tastes.
We’ll definitely be returning for staycations more often. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind while staying close to the city.

Great brunch deal, albeit on the pricier side. Large selection of premium raw and cooked seafood, salads, entrées, cheeses, breads and desserts, and a decent cocktail menu. The food quality is outstanding, and along with the shared mains it makes for a very generous and delicious meal. The live music was very nice, but it was a little loud even indoors; we had a hard time having a conversation at the table.
Service is quick and friendly - a big thank you to Brandon. The premises are well-kept and comfortable.
The brunch deal also includes beach and pool access (only available after 4 PM). It was a great way to wrap up the day. Would definitely be back.

Great stay at the Rixos, all the staff are super helpful and always go out of their way to help. The guys working around the pool do their best to get you a table or sunbeds and keep a good supply of drinks flowing.
All the restaurants I have eaten at so far have been amazing quality. Top quality drinks and entertainment in the bar.

Our stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable, especially thanks to the amazing entertainment for children. The Kids’ Club was well-organized with a full schedule of fun and creative activities that kept our children happy and engaged all day. The staff was incredibly friendly, and special thanks to Saad, who leads the team with such energy and care — he made a big difference in our experience.
In the evening, the Mini Disco was a big hit with the kids. They loved dancing and singing along, and it quickly became their favorite part of the day. The evening shows were also very entertaining and professionally done — a great way to end the day for the whole family.

It’s a great spot for friends and family/kids pools are cool. All great vibes the guys are so nice and helpful. it’s not hot here as the rest of Dubai. The creek side is just amazing.
You can also do a day pass with spa and steam. Steam room and spa are great!!! A must try experience in Park Hyatt with a lot of green areas and peace.
The place is quiet and relaxing. I’d recommend it for sure!

We recently stayed here for one night over the summer in Dubai - the hotel is incredible and a good place to stay during the summer heat (pools are well shaded, lots of indoor walking and good facilities).
Manuel was the best - our check in and check out was super smooth. The team are so lovely and friendly here and really do go out their way to help you. Manuel mentioned this will be one of the best hotel breakfasts ever and that we should get there early before it gets busy - I was very impressed by the breakfast, the choice was varied and large (but not overwhelming at the same time), excellent food quality and a really good choice of healthy foods. I’ve done a lot of the renowned hotel breakfasts in Dubai and this is easily the best breakfast I’ve done here.
The room was a very good size - beautifully furnished, immaculately clean and we loved our tropical green view of all the plants and trees outside. The resort feels like a green tropical oasis - it felt like I was on an island and was the perfect place to switch off. The gym is very big and might be one of the bettors gyms I’ve seen. The hotel is famous for Twiggy which we enjoyed but we actually preferred the family pool instead - it felt more peaceful, we loved the surrounding greenery.
The hotel has a great choice of restaurants too - Thai Kitchen is our favourite always and the hotel is also a very quick walk away from a mall if you need to get anything or want other food options.
We loved our stay here and would definitely come back again.

Amazing stay at Park Hyatt Dubai! One of my favorite hotel ever. The hotel is a hidden gem so quiet and green ! It’s really doesn’t feel like you are in Dubai. The staff are all very nice and professional. Special mention for Vivian at the Kids Club. She made my kid experience at the kids club exceptional. She is so welcoming, caring and genuinely interested in what she does.
I highly recommend staying at Park Hyatt.

Our stay here wasn’t recent but the memories remain as one of our most memorable stays. We visited the UAE in the summer of 2023. It was very hot (ranging from 95f in the evening to 105/110 in the afternoon), but it was still so much fun and memorable! The plus side in coming to the summer was less crowds. Park Hyatt Dubai is one of the hotels I was wanted to visit and I just love the fact it’s located right next to a creek. Check in process at smooth. We booked a suite and it was large and roomy. We had a corner room and natural light was plentiful. We just look the design and decor of this hotel! There’s even a beautiful man made beach for us to enjoy during the hot hot summer days! All the staff were very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel!

The trip to the resort was well organized both ways and went fast. Counting the time inside the marina it took 15 pleasant minutes.
From the moment of parking the car everything was well prepared and went smoothly.
The personnel was always friendly and keen to make our stay a pleasant experience.
Small hiccups were resolved quickly and professionally.
The island as such is an oasis of peace and quiet.
The food was very good in both restaurants.
All in all a great place to stay. We will visit again and can warmly recommend it.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my 2-year-old baby, and while the staff were friendly and the welcome was warm, unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.
To start, the room was not properly maintained — I found spiders and bugs throughout the space, including near the bed, which was very concerning considering I had a toddler with me. This raised serious safety and hygiene concerns, and it was quite disappointing to see such issues in what is supposed to be a high-end resort.
The food prices were also extremely high and definitely not justified by the quality or variety offered. For a resort experience, I expected better value and options.
Regarding transportation, the transfer boat does not have air conditioning, which is a major issue during the UAE summer heat. The lack of AC made the ride uncomfortable, especially with a small child. Additionally, the boat schedule was very limited and inflexible — I strongly recommend offering more frequent and convenient timings for guests.
Although the island concept sounded appealing, it wasn’t as impressive in reality. I’ve visited other similar island resorts in the region and had far better experiences in terms of cleanliness, facilities, and atmosphere.
Overall, while I appreciate the friendly staff and warm welcome, the issues with cleanliness, safety, food pricing, and transportation made the stay fall short of expectations.

She has over 25 years of experience and got me feeling as 20 years old again! I highly recommend her to visit if you like great quality massage!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the world island at Anantara Hotel, and I must say it was one of the most memorable vacations I’ve ever had. From the pristine sea to the stunning pool and exceptional hospitality, every moment was perfect.
The sea was absolutely breathtaking, with crystal-clear waters and perfect waves for a peaceful day by the shore. The pool area was equally amazing – clean, spacious, and with a stunning view of Dubai landscape.
A huge shoutout to Zainab, who went above and beyond to make my birthday special. Her attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding, and she truly made the occasion unforgettable.
The restaurant manager, Grace, ensured I had an incredible dining experience. She was attentive and made sure I enjoyed every meal with her warmth and hospitality. I felt truly looked after!
Our waiter, Aman provided exceptional service with a smile. His professionalism and kindness made each meal even more enjoyable.
Not to be forgotten is Samad who ensured we had everything we needed by the pool. His service was prompt and friendly, making our poolside experience even more relaxing and enjoyable.

Extremely disappointed by my experience at Mandarin Oriental — far from the five-star reputation they claim.
This was my first time staying at a Mandarin Oriental property, and sadly, it will be my last. What was supposed to be a relaxing one-day staycation turned into a frustrating and completely unacceptable experience.
Despite it being low season with plenty of availability, I was placed in a room on the podium level facing the city — possibly the worst view in the entire hotel. That alone shows a serious lack of attention to detail and poor judgment by the management team when it comes to guest satisfaction.
But what truly ruined my stay was waking up at 6:00 AM to three maintenance workers right outside my window, speaking loudly while cleaning. No prior notice was given. No apology was offered. I had zero privacy and constant noise, and my only day to rest was completely disrupted.
This is not what you expect from a so-called luxury hotel. At this level, service and communication should be impeccable — instead, I felt like I was staying at a poorly run business hotel, not a world-renowned brand.
For the price paid and the brand expectations, this experience was absolutely unjustifiable. I would strongly recommend anyone considering Mandarin Oriental to look elsewhere — there are far better-run luxury hotels where guests are actually treated with care and respect.

First time at MO and I loved it. Hotel was incredibly clean. Room layout and design was perfect. I was most impressed with the Club Lounge access on 5th floor. Food, drink, service and views were next level. Gym was also incredible. Very big with many machines and free weights, immaculate sauna, showers, etc .

My stay at the Mandarin Oriental Dubai started on a slightly negative note: upon arrival, the hotel could not locate my reservation or the payment I had made over the phone. This was a bit disappointing for a property of such high standing.
However, once this was resolved, everything turned into an absolutely perfect experience. The room was exceptional—spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and top-quality options. The hotel’s facilities are spotless and immaculately maintained.
I especially want to highlight the outstanding kindness and professionalism of the staff, particularly at the pool. Meena was truly exceptional, always attentive and caring, and Mehdi was simply the best of the best. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made a real difference to our stay.
Thanks to them and to the overall quality of the hotel, we will definitely be coming back.

This was my second visit to One&Only The Palm, but my first time staying at the resort and wow, what an experience! I had previously dined at one of their restaurants, which was amazing, but this stay truly took things to the next level.
The room was absolutely beautiful, luxurious, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. The ambiance of the whole property is calm, peaceful, and elegant a true escape from the city.
The staff were so kind and attentive, and the food was simply delicious. Everything was perfect from start to finish.
I had a wonderful stay and would give more than 5 stars if I could.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to visit again!

My partner and I recently stayed at One&Only The Palm, and I can honestly say it was one of the most extraordinary hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and grace — every detail of our stay was flawlessly executed.
We were incredibly lucky to have a designated host, Noushad, who was exceptional. He somehow anticipated everything we needed before we even had to ask. Whether it was planning our days, booking activities, arranging transport, or simply checking in to make sure we were happy, his kindness and attention to detail made our stay feel seamless and deeply personal.
The room was beyond magical — elegant, serene, and impossibly comfortable. Waking up there felt like a dream. The food was exquisite across the board, and breakfast in particular was out of this world — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared each morning.
The concierge team also deserves a special mention. They went above and beyond to plan the most beautiful activities and secured us the best tables at incredible restaurants. Every recommendation was perfect and clearly chosen with care.
But what made the stay truly unforgettable was the genuine warmth of the staff. Their thoughtfulness and generosity of spirit set One&Only The Palm apart — it’s not just a stunning hotel, it’s an experience that makes you feel completely seen and cared for.

An unforgettable experience at One&Only The Palm — truly deserving of a sixth star!
From the moment we arrived, every detail of our stay was exceptional — but what truly set this resort apart was the outstanding service, which went far beyond any expectations.
The buffet breakfast was nothing short of spectacular. An incredibly diverse and delicious menu — easily some of the best food we’ve ever had, with quality and presentation that rivals the world’s finest hotels.
We spent our days relaxing by the pool, where staff offered complimentary gelato (yes, really!), and enjoyed the watersports, which added a perfect mix of fun and relaxation to our stay.
However, what will forever stay in our hearts is the genuine care and generosity of the staff. After an unfortunate flight delay, we were expecting to have to check out by 11 am like most hotels. Instead, the team graciously extended our room until 6 pm the next day — a gesture of hospitality that left us truly speechless and deeply grateful. It turned what could have been a stressful day into one of joy and relaxation.
This place is pure class, and their team defines what true luxury hospitality should feel like.
We are eternally thankful for the way we were treated and will be singing their praises to anyone heading to Dubai. Highly, highly recommend.

My experiences at your hotel have consistently been comfortable and enjoyable. Everyone is always friendly and ready to assist.
Most recently, I stayed in Room 2317 from July 11 to 21, 2025.
One thoughtful incident that truly showed your care was when I placed the "Do Not Disturb" sign for two consecutive days. After those two days, two staff members the manager and the supervisor kindly came to check on me. While I was initially annoyed at being disturbed despite the sign, I soon realized their genuine concern for my well-being. Their visit reflected your team’s attention to detail and dedication to guest safety and comfort.
Among the many highlights of the hotel is the in-room dining service, where the team goes out of their way to understand and cater to your preferences, delivering exceptional service tailored to your taste. I must also commend Mr. Amit and his entire team for their constant support, warm call responses, and remarkable kindness.
Overall, everything was exceptional at your wonderful hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and caring experience.

The experience was highlighted by the exceptional service from Atika, a receptionist who greeted me with a warm smile every time, making check-in and inquiries a delight. Her professionalism and friendliness truly stood out.
The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options and high-quality food. However, I noticed that the menu remained the same each day, which could benefit from more daily variation to keep things fresh. Despite this, the overall dining experience was satisfying.

Had a great time at Copperhead in Marriott Creek! We went for the burgers, and they did not disappoint—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. This review is super late but my family of 6 came and stayed 3 years ago! This is a nice hotel and I had forgotten until we came back to eat at the restaurant. That’s when I remembered the breakfast that was included in our package. It was good and had many options that are convenient for how you would like. I can’t talk about the specifics of the rooms or facilities but you can book whatever you want for touristy things. We went to the beach and did a boating adventure.

We had the pleasure of dining at ANWA in Bab Al Shams and was absolutely delighted. A special mention goes to Shine, who served us with exceptional friendliness and professionalism. Every request was met promptly, always with a smile and great attention to detail.
The terrace is simply stunning, beautiful views, a charming atmosphere, and the perfect spot to end the evening. The food was excellent, fresh, and beautifully presented.

This hotel is truly gorgeous from the moment you enter until the moment you leave. The staff is extremely hospitable, making you feel welcome at every turn. Guests have access to comfortable sitting areas, camel rides, and photo opportunities with hawks—all included with your stay.
Our family trip was memorable, and my children especially loved the pool. However, there were a few downsides to our stay:
1. Location:
Although the hotel offers many amenities, it is located quite far from the city. For those who enjoy occasional trips into town for other activities, it takes about an hour to reach the city, which was a bit inconvenient for us.
2. Pool Limitations:
While the hotel is advertised as family-friendly, the family pool is quite shallow, which limited the fun for older children. Additionally, pool toys are not allowed in the pool, which was disappointing for my kids.
3. Pool Hours:
The family pool closes at 7 pm, which felt too early for us—especially since we have teenage children who would have enjoyed more time to swim in the evenings.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the beautiful surroundings and friendly service. With a few improvements, this hotel could be even better for families.

A simply exceptional stay! The setting of the hotel is breathtaking, a true haven of peace that invites relaxation upon arrival. Everything is thought with taste, between nature, comfort and refinement.

I had the pleasure of spending several days at this wonderful hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.
A special shout-out goes to JIMMY, the bartender at the pool bar. Not only is he highly professional and friendly, but he truly knows his craft. His cocktail recommendations were spot-on every time – creative, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented. Jimmy’s warm personality and great sense of humor made every visit to the pool bar a memorable one. He has a real talent for making guests feel welcome and at ease.
The rest of the staff were also incredibly attentive, helpful, and courteous. The rooms are modern, clean, and stylishly decorated. The pool area is the perfect place to relax, and the breakfast buffet offers a fantastic variety of delicious options.
I’ll definitely be back – not least because of Jimmy and his outstanding service. A big thank you to the entire team!
