The location of the resort is strategically placed and ideal for families with children. If one is accompanied by an infant, they may need to consider whether to take a boat and go there with it. The resort is easily reachable from Dubai and takes only an hour to reach, depending on one's location. For couples with an 11-month-old baby, the Anantara Bedroom Beach Pool Villa is an excellent option as it provides amenities that facilitate swimming for adults. Although the resort's beach is expensive, it is well-maintained and clean, providing a private and peaceful environment. A boat transfer is available from Umm Suqeim to the resort, which takes about 15-20 minutes. The quote for an all-inclusive room with breakfast was AED 5750 per night. However, it is important to note that the resort does not have lower floors for easier access with a pram or gear, making it more suitable and comfortable for kids over three years old. Unfortunately, the overall service experience was disappointing. The staff lacked attention and courtesy towards families with infants, which was not up to the expected standard. This was especially evident at the breakfast bar and the Greek Restaurant, which did not offer much Greek cuisine. The food experience was terrible at the Greek restaurant, with the burnt octopus being served to my husband, and the service at the restaurant was chaotic. In-room dining also fell short of expectations as the dietary requirements were not met. Although I had asked for an Eggtarian Club sandwich, I was given chicken instead, which only came to my notice after taking a bite.

We had a wonderful stay at Anantara. The resort is beautiful, surprisingly calm with lots of greenery, animals roaming around. It has a great Maldives vibes, lots to do, nice paths to walk around. The villa we stayed in was huge with nice swimming pool. All the staff we met were also very hospitable and friendly and tried to make our stay completely relaxing. Thank you for that. It is unreal such a calm paradise is just 20 min boat ride from the city.

I spent 3 amazing days on this island. Almost everything was tip top. Super chilled vibes, especially over the week. I saw maybe 4 other people in here during the week. The only downside is the gift shop - I absolutely love gift shops but this one is hugely dissapoing. Spa - super expensive ( for the price of 1 massage you can have 3x massages back in Dubai).

I recently stayed there to celebrate my wedding anniversary, and I'm disappointed to say that my experience was marred by several issues. To start, I booked a villa that came with a complimentary 60-minute massage. When I arrived, I made sure to schedule the massage for 11 AM the next day. However, when we called the spa the following morning, they claimed there was no booking at all. I was shocked by this, and the staff then tried to get us to stay until 2 PM so they could fit us in for a 1 PM massage. I refused this offer. The staff then said they would give us a late check-out, but I had already asked for that upon arrival and been turned down multiple times. I declined their last-minute offer as well. Beyond the booking mix-ups, I also felt the overall service during my stay was subpar. The staff seemed distracted and not as attentive as I would have expected, especially for a special occasion like my wedding anniversary. To add insult to injury, I was also charged for something I did not use from the mini bar, which I'm certain about. I would appreciate if you could review the bill and remove any incorrect charges. Overall, the resort itself is beautiful, but the series of issues I encountered really put a damper on my anniversary celebration. I hope you will look into these problems and implement changes to improve the guest experience going forward

Horrible services given on our booking under Anantara world islands, there is a huge difference with regards to the room rate in booking. Com and upon reaching the property. Room service was not accurate and given us horrible experience. The food wasn't what we expected giving us paratha pizza instead of a decent pizza, caramelized onion but instead a pickled onion, there was notany hot dish in the buffet. Overall, this was not what we have expected considering the ratings of the hotel.
