The newly renovated rooms were absolutely stunning: clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Each space had that fresh, luxurious feel that instantly makes you feel at home. Whether it was the cozy bedding, upgraded bathrooms, or overall ambiance, everything was spot-on.
What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Despite the size of our group, they managed to cater to us with enthusiasm and warmth, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, every interaction reflected professionalism and genuine hospitality.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding friendliness of the staff. Every single team member is incredibly attentive, warm, and helpful – whether at breakfast or dinner, you always feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
We would especially like to mention the following staff members who stood out with their exceptional service and kindness: Tanzeel, Preeti, Prithesh, Hasnat, Belayet, Saddam, Claris, and Rizan – you truly made our stay extra special. Thank you so much!
The food also deserves a full 5 stars. We love Indian cuisine, and it was absolutely delicious – authentic and full of flavor. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day, offering great comfort.
One small suggestion for improvement: Since the rooms don’t have balconies, it would be helpful to have something in the bathroom to hang wet swimwear.
The only other minor downside was that the waterpark wasn’t open yet during our stay. Once it’s open, there will truly be nothing missing.
Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!

It is a wonderful hotel to live in. Lots of activities to do. 2 things that have scope for improvement:
1. The lifeguards on sides (not in the water) in the adventure park- so. Raging river trail can be more approachable and friendly, they should be able to give confidence to the visitors.
2. Discounts for resident guests for dolphin activities can be better.

The hotel is lovely and the rooms are roomy and tidy. Throughout my visit, the personnel were polite and professional; the service was outstanding.
But, if you're not intending to remain within the resort area the whole time, the site could seem somewhat remote.
Though be ready for lengthier drives if you are visiting other areas of Dubai; overall, it is a wonderful place for families or anyone seeking a whole resort experience.

I recently visited Atlantis and everything seemed well-maintained and impressive. The atmosphere was vibrant, the staff were welcoming, and the overall experience was enjoyable. We had an amazing stay at Hotel Atlantis, The Palm! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel important and valued.
The property is stunning from every angle, with breathtaking views of the island and stunning location. One of the biggest perks is the convenient access to the massive water park right on site. The hotel also offers an incredible range of dining options, from buffets and casual eats like pizza and burgers to international cuisine like Libyan, steakhouse ( Seafire Steakhouse), and Japanese-Peruvian fusion (Nobu). We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

Our stay at Atlantis The Palm was absolutely superb! The hotel is stunning, with an incredible range of restaurants that offer something for everyone. The whole place feels exclusive, yet welcoming.
What truly made our stay memorable was the amazing staff. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Rano at the reception—she was an absolute gem! So sweet, kind, and genuinely helpful. We had such fun chatting with her, and she made sure everything went smoothly for us.

My family and I have just got home from the most wonderful 8 night stay. The rooms are lovely and clean, spacious and just perfect. Muhammad Ali at the front of the hotel is amazing! He is one of the best members of staff they have. He remembered us from August last year and is so friendly and welcoming. Overall our stay was amazing, we’ve been repeat customers for a couple of years now and will always go back at any chance given!

The structure is elegant, cared for in the smallest details and equipped with all the comforts necessary for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, very clean and tastefully furnished.
A special praise goes to one of the restaurant manager SANTOS, who is again simply impeccable: professional, attentive and always ready to satisfy every request with kindness and competence. You can perceive a true passion for his work, which is also reflected in the quality of the service and the care with which each dish is presented.
We will definitely return and I highly recommend this structure to those looking for an authentic and high-level hospitality experience!

We booked this stay for 2 adults and 2 children, clearly stating in the booking remarks that both children would need separate sleeping arrangements. Yet, we were given one double bed and one single bed. This is the first hotel we’ve ever experienced that considers one single bed sufficient for two children. Absolutely unacceptable.
The first question we asked ourselves was: Where is the second child supposed to sleep? When we raised the issue, we were told the single bed was “big enough.” That’s simply not a real solution for a family of four.
The bathrooms are poorly designed—there isn’t even a proper showerhead. Bathing small children here is nearly impossible.
What makes this even more disappointing is that we had just come from another hotel where we paid significantly less but received excellent service. Every child had their own bed, and the bathroom was spacious and family-friendly.
Right now, I’m experiencing deep disappointment. We switched to this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and I sincerely regret it—a feeling I will definitely share with my community.
What frustrates me most is how a basic request—like providing an extra bed—is met with a negative response and no willingness to accommodate or help.

Rooms have been renovated. Unfortunately there is a lot else to be desired. The bass music from outside is so insanely loud it literally rattles the windows. Absolutely non stop. Staff kept insisting all extra beds were taken but housekeeping was able to get them for us without a problem. Internet wouldn't work for kids to play games on their devices. No way to call and get info/schedule regarding water sports - they expect you to walk across the property to the center. No reasonable options for an a la carte meal at lunch. Had to argue to get a few pizzas indoors. If you want to party and love loud music until all hours and want to spend your time outdoors, then perfectly good option. If you want any rest or relaxation then this is not the place. If you do come, recommend a Club room as the breakfast is calmer and more enjoyable.

This isn’t a 5* hotel!
No minibar, tiny basic bathroom with low water pressure. No smart tv so just basic channels. Zero art on the walls so feels like a hospital in the rooms. Simple things like no tissue boxes. Wouldn’t stay again. The water park is old and the water dirty, when I lived in Dubai 5-10 years ago this was a nice hotel. Now I really wouldn’t suggest staying here.

My family and I truly enjoyed every moment. The food and beverage outlets across the resort are excellent, great variety, quality, and service. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every experience was enjoyable.
A special highlight is the Executive Lounge. The team there is incredibly friendly and professional. They always made us feel welcome and well taken care of. I highly recommend booking a room with Executive Lounge access—it’s worth every penny.
Moreover, a big round of applause to the housekeeping team, especially Abdulhakim. We stayed for 14 nights and experienced zero issues. For a family of four, it’s not always easy to keep everything tidy, but the housekeeping staff paid attention to every detail.
They made us feel at home every time we came back to the room.
We will certainly come back.

I loved our newly renovated room. So clean, modern and comfortable. The view was beautiful. The pool was vibrant in the kids section and chill in the adult section. Swim up bars were full service. It was a Saturday so it was busy yet still relaxing. The lounge was beautiful and the food delicious.

This place was in a very great location! The services were amazing especially the staff. We are American and felt very so welcomed. We stayed in the Presidential suite which had two levels. We celebrated my mom birthday. Our children enjoyed the kids club. Everything from laundry to room service was excellent. There are also multiple activities on resort property. It's a mix of Vegas and LA vibe but extremely family friendly. I would definitely recommend.

We were doubting and rethinking on booking 1 of the Mina Seyahi hotels, and now finally able to share my findings and hopefully help others whom have questions.
1. The Westin is fantastic. If you have kids, this is your hotel.
2. W dubai hotel is for non-families. Some things are restricted for 12+. If you have kids, this hotel is not your best choice. (Loud music and parties, causing unpleasant noise).
3. Le Meridien is the budget version of the 3 hotels. Would not pick this one, unless it financially it makes a significant difference.
This review concerns The Westin (with 3 kids) and were accommodated perfectly. Extra beds and baby crib were all prepared in the room.
All 3 hotels are interconnected by shared waterpark and swimming pools. You can access all outdoor pool facilities without any issue whatsoever.
The service provided is next level, everyone is dedicated to give guests the best experience.
In this review more than half board is unnecessary, you can consider this for a discounted price (130 AED per person per night). They Westin has 1 buffet restaurant. Le Meridien also has 1;
1. Mina (inside Westin) ; this one is good.
Breakfast is perfect! Lunch and dinner are similair and maybe too much to do both on the same day.
2. Latest Receipe (Le Meridien) ; I would never recommend someone to go to Le Meridien’s restaurant, their buffet restaurant was really limited in terms of varieties and quality.
-> if you have half / full board / all-inclusive ; their a-la-carte restaurants are limited in choice and options. You have to pay extra for multiple meals.

We did a staycation with 4 other families, all inclusive package. We had a brilliant time, staff were attentive especially at the Sandbar, kids had lots do to between the beach, pool, kids club and Jungle Bay water park.
There’s a pool bar in the main pool and also in the adults only pool, which is also a great addition especially when it’s hot. I will say they didn’t have enough staff there to accommodate guests on a busy Saturday.
The all inclusive offer is one of the best we have ever experienced, very generous unlike other hotels where you have to go to the main buffet or pay additional in the nicer restaurants. However even if it were limited to the buffet restaurant, the restaurant is lovely and does not have a canteen feel that most other buffet restaurants have.
We had lunch at Sandbar which was excellent and dinner at Sui Mui also excellent.
All in all we had a wonderful night by a stay and felt like we had been away for much longer than one night.

The suite I stayed in was incredibly beautiful and thoughtfully prepared. I was celebrating an anniversary with my partner, and I truly appreciated all the small touches from the amenities to the bedding—that made the occasion even more special. The housekeeping team was wonderfully helpful, as were the bellman, the pool and beach team, and the staff at the Japanese restaurant. We had the most amazing time staying at Raffles The Palm. Our room was one of the most beautiful hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly accommodating. We were visiting for a birthday as well as Easter weekend and received an abundance of decor, surprises, and tasty snacks. The pool/beach club was amazing and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. Location is perfect for a romantic getaway, friend trip, or solo moment. Would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended this hotel to my friends.

rom the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, beautiful, and peaceful. The location is perfect—it’s on the Palm, so you get amazing views of both the sea and the city skyline.
My room was large and very clean. I loved the balcony where I could sit and enjoy the breeze. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was elegant with a big tub and walk-in shower. It really felt like a five-star stay.
I had breakfast at the buffet, and everything was fresh and tasty. I also had dinner at their restaurant, and the food was delicious and nicely presented. The staff were kind and always ready to help with a smile.
What I loved most was the private beach and the pool area. It wasn’t too crowded, and it was easy to relax. I also got a massage at their spa, and it was one of the best I’ve had—very calming and professional.

I stayed in Waldorf for a week, was on the 1st floor, and had amazing housekeeping staff. They ensured we were looked after and went above and beyond to ensure we have a stress free stay. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality shown by the staff was truly next level. Marvis, Rohit, and Christopher went above and beyond to make sure every part of my stay was comfortable and stress-free. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. Whether it was helping with check-in, offering local tips, or just sharing a friendly smile, they made me feel right at home. It’s rare to come across such a genuinely caring team. The stay at Waldorf Astoria was a good 5 stars stay, however, it didn’t wow me as expected from a Waldorf property.
The room was spacious and elegant with a large -mostly not utilized- balcony.
The service varied quite a bit from one place to another. The housekeeping staff were attentive and excellent especially Miraj. The beach staff on another hand were not attentive, one even spoke rudely to my wife when she asked for a new ice bucket. The spa was excellent probably the highlight of the property. The reception was good and efficient, but nothing special.
In terms of dining options the breakfast buffet was wonderful with huge variety of options. The dinner buffet was excellent but did not have any drink option included not even water, you need to pay extra for any drink which just felt like a tacky way to make money. The room service was good but just felt way overpriced for what was being presented.
Kids friendliness: the hotel was full of kids but there are things that made me question the appropriateness of it for kids. First is the smoking guests everywhere on the beach, my 2 yrs old even picked a cigarette butt from the sand and asked what is it. The second, the kids food menu in all dining venues except the buffet was limited and lacked healthy options. There was a very small limited area next to the kiddie pool where smoking is prohibited which isn’t sufficient. The staff overall were very friendly to the kids everywhere however these little things were disappointing.
Overall, I had an enjoyable stay at the Waldorf, but in terms of value for the money I probably would not stay here again.

Dani, the front office agent, is the embodiment of true hospitality and professionalism. He goes out of his way to assist guests and resolve any issues, always with a friendly and approachable attitude. His genuine care reflects exactly what hospitality is all about.
Furthermore, Sidik from the front office team is exceptionally kind, welcoming, and hospitable. He represents the hotel with excellence.
The staff is very nice.
The only issue I had is with the head of IT, but other than that, the staff is excellent, and everything is great. I would recommend making the internet faster and having an IT who is on call and more open to helping guests rather than having to rely on the front office to do it.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making my stay enjoyable.
I would also like to give special recognition to Deniz, who made our stay even more pleasant. His professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out. He went above and beyond to assist us with our needs, making us feel welcomed and valued as guests.

Great hotel. The view from the apartments is wonderful. During the stay the staff prepared a beautiful birthday cake for the birthday boy who celebrated his birthday that day. The staff was very nice and professional. The hotel is very close to the metro station and all the attractions of Dubai.

If your a foodie or A person who likes to vacation drink without everything being so costly this is not the place for you. A Disappointing Stay – Repetitive Food, Poor Communication, and Limited Drinks
My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately far from pleasant, mainly due to the poor dining experience and lack of transparency around what was included and what came with extra charges.
To begin with, the food was incredibly monotonous. The breakfast offered each morning was exactly the same, with no variation whatsoever. While I don’t expect a five-star spread every day, having the same meals for the entire duration of my stay became tedious and unappetizing very quickly.
Dinner was no better. Just like breakfast, it was the same meal night after night. Even with the different dinner themes the food still turned out to be the same. It felt more like a cafeteria with a broken clock than a hotel dining experience. The lack of variety made dining feel like a chore instead of a comfort.
On top of the repetitive meals, the drink options were extremely limited. Aside from water and one or two soft drinks, everything else either wasn’t available or came at an extra cost — and that’s where the real frustration began. The hotel staff failed to clearly inform us what was included in our stay and what would be charged separately. There were no verbal explanation during check-in.
This lack of communication felt deliberately misleading and left a sour taste, both literally and figuratively. If you’re looking for a place with decent food, clear service, and some variety, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I expected a much higher standard from this property, and sadly, it didn’t deliver.

Great stay at this hotel. Very clean and well maintained, we had a 3 bed apartment looking out at the marina, unbelievable view. Staff are very nice and go out their way to help with anything. If we get to come back to dubai we will be choosing this hotel 100%. You get to use the sister hotel across the road too so loads of restaurants to choose from. We kept going to the Hartisan where the food was nice and the staff was very nice and attentive. My daughter is very fussy with food and they even made her a meal that wasn't on the menu to accommodate her needs. One of the waitress's called Khin was exceptionally nice. Lovely person and goes out of her way to make sure you have what you need and your experience is a good one. We will be back 100%.

Great stay. The hotel is located just across the street from the beach zone, where guests can enjoy access to the pool and beach sunbeds. This setup is extremely convenient, and the beach itself is both beautiful and well-maintained. If you’re feeling hungry, there’s a lovely beachfront spot for food and drinks.
The area around the hotel is also lively, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and other dining options just steps away.
Our room had a sea view, which was truly beautiful. Although the hotel isn’t brand new, it’s in good condition and well-maintained.
The only downside was the elevator situation—it often took a long time to get from one floor to another, and they were frequently crowded. Improving the elevator logistics would definitely enhance the overall experience.

Stayed there for a couple days in June and was quite nice apart from the staff member with sticky fingers. Had a necklace on the side when I went down for breakfast and it was gone when I came back. I got back to the room as they were still cleaning to get ready, and they where moving stuff around to place on cloths on the table. Although it was a nice gesture it’s seams as though my necklace didn’t make it it the cloth. The woman at the front desk took a picture of the necklace when I showed her what it looked like but hasn’t came back with an update. My sisters in another room had ants crawling in from the balcony and had to be moved to another room while my brother had a member of the cleaning staff trying to get into the bathroom when he was clearly taking a shower. I would like to say that while I did enjoy my stay the staff clearly need some sort of training and moral check.

I had an amazing experience at Hilton JBR The Walk! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The hotel’s location, ambiance, and amenities were outstanding, making my stay truly comfortable and enjoyable.
A special mention to Erasmo and Eloisa for their excellent customer service. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their attention to detail and warm attitude made a big difference in my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming experience in JBR. I’ll definitely be returning!

We checked into Room 923 at Andaz Dubai The Palm on 21 June, and from the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth, genuine smiles, and the kind of hospitality that leaves a lasting impression. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly attentive and helpful—always ready to assist with the utmost grace and professionalism.
What stood out most was the way they made us feel like nothing was too much to ask. Whether it was a simple question, a request, or a small favor, they always responded with a sense of ease and joy, as if they were truly happy to do even more. That attitude of “this is nothing, we’re happy to help you even further” was consistent across the board—from the reception and concierge team to housekeeping, restaurant staff, and even security.
The atmosphere is both luxurious and welcoming. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, modern, and serene—but it’s the people who really elevate the experience. It never felt transactional; it felt personal.

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at Andaz Dubai The Palm Hotel, and my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and kindness of the duty administrator, Ramzan. My room was spacious, cosy, and impeccably clean, with amenities that provided a sense of absolute comfort.
I would like to highlight the quality of breakfast at La Coco Family restaurant by the pool and the convenient location of the hotel, just a stone’s throw from Nakheel Mall. This proved to be a great advantage, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Andaz. Firstly, the food is incredible. We stayed half board and you can choose whether you have lunch or dinner, which is really handy. You also get unlimited soft drinks free with meals. Every meal time there was so much on offer and all so fresh and cooked to a high standard. The service was also brilliant; the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a good stay. The rooftop pool is really chilled with nice vibes and lastly the location is great with the palm on your doorstep and a short taxi ride to Downtown.

What an incredible hotel! My wife, our four-month-old baby, and I stayed at the Andaz Hyatt at The Palm in Dubai, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles, exceptional courtesy, and fantastic food. The staff were nothing short of 10/10—they were incredibly nice, polite, and attentive.
The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and well-organized; nothing was too much trouble for them. Now, let's talk about the food. The dining experience at this hotel is truly on another level. The Arabian mixed grill is outstanding, offering a delicious variety of choices, and the drinks were simply amazing.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Andaz Dubai The Palm, and it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely perfect—warm, attentive, and professional. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a stylish, modern atmosphere. We especially appreciated the adult pool area, which was peaceful and relaxing. The poolside service was excellent, with drinks and food brought directly to our lounge chairs—a great touch that made the experience even more enjoyable.
The beach area is also stunning, offering incredible views of the Palm and the Dubai skyline. It was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing afternoon in the sun.
Breakfast was another highlight. The service was personalized and thoughtful. Since it was our first time at the hotel, one of the staff members even walked us through the buffet to explain the various options available. It was a lovely and helpful gesture, and they even surprised us with a special attention afterward, which made us feel truly valued as guests.
The food throughout our stay was delicious, fresh, and well presented. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at Andaz and would happily return.

I had the pleasure of enjoying Iftar at “Horizon” in the Amwaj Rotana Hotel, and it was truly impressive! The buffet featured a wide variety of traditional and international dishes, all fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. From delicious mezze and crispy sambousek to tender grilled meats and delightful desserts, every bite was a treat.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with attentive staff ensuring that all guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. The restaurant’s ambiance added to the overall experience, making it a memorable evening.
If you’re looking for an authentic and satisfying Iftar experience in Dubai, “Horizon” is definitely worth a visit!

The rooms were very clean and staff was very tentative. However, the mattress were a little hard.

We stayed in the double bedroom suite with our friends, and everything was just perfect.
The resort is beautifully maintained and super kid-friendly, which made it even more enjoyable for all of us. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids, and there were plenty of open spaces and safe areas for them to play and have fun.
If you're looking for a relaxing getaway that’s also great for families with children.

We really love this hotel with its beautiful service and many activities they have for kids. This is our second visit and we always have an amazing time. There is a big pool for kids so we don’t worry about their safety. There is a lazy river where we can relax and kids chase each other. We also get access to Dubai parks 2 tickets per night and it has been an amazing experience at the Legoland and Legoland water park. The breakfast is truly amazing with the different dishes and the wonderful service of the chefs and waiters especially Zain and Bassem. They also have movies for kids in a very comfortable room with popcorn and the staff is very helpful and generous. The kids clubs and ticki club are also other places for kids to enjoy many activities, craft making, henna and face painting. There were also inflatables and petting zone on the days of Eid with refreshments and it made the whole experience even more amazing.
We really recommend the hotel, it has wonderful activities, access to riverland, Dubai parks, and amazing breakfast, service, and friendly staff.

I loved it, it was one of the best resorts I have been to, and the staff and management, everything was great. Not only a thumbs up but also a clap for a wonderful place. Though it was Eid time and it was packed and fully booked it was smooth and not crowded even in the dining areas. I raise my hat for them and keep it up I'll sure be back next month.

We’ve been to Lapita two times and both times such amazing experiences. The rooms and facilities are wonderful. Staff is just phenomenal and every interaction has been with huge welcoming smiles and service above and beyond. Amazing chef Ratheesh so so nice and talented, Kranthi and all the wonderful greeters and servers just made every morning for us and our kids special. We will definitely return and look forward to it already :)
We had half board plus both times. First time in 2024, scoop ice cream was included - this time it was only the fruit lollies - just so people don’t have disappointed kids like mine since remembering those scoops - we hope you change it back 😆

The place was nice, but the area was extremely crowded—unbearably so. As for the service, it was okay, but I faced a situation that the staff couldn’t resolve, and I had to call the police. I also noticed that when tourists arrive for check-in, they are welcomed and asked what they would like to drink. However, despite booking 10 rooms, not a single member of my family was offered anything or even asked. Is it because we are Arabs? This feels like racism—and in my own country, where I had higher expectations and truly felt let down.

The pools are also good and the beach is easy to get to.
Buying drinks though can be very expensive. A bottle of water with your inclusive meal can set you back between £6-8
Located near the beginning of the palm so convenient to get taxi to anywhere. The city taxi is the cheapest to get around as they go on the meter. You will many times get offered the premium taxi that charges twice the amount.

My adult daughter and I recently spent a week here and the hotel was fabulous. The staff, especially housekeeping were superb, such a high standard of cleanliness and friendly. I had a great stay at Dukes Hotel in Dubai. The room was spacious enough, everything was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The amenities were good and met all my expectations. Breakfasts were excellent – rich in variety and always fresh. The staff were kind and helpful, and the restaurant where breakfast was served was absolutely beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere.
The pool area connected to the beach and the lazy river was fantastic – a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable experience!

A wonderful, very polite, and friendly place. The room service, restaurant, and beach service work excellently. There are many staff members, and everyone is very welcoming. The food is delicious and diverse, with plenty of options to choose from. There are great entertainment activities for both adults and children, including a kids' room. The restaurant staff was always helpful with our children, for which we are especially grateful Siva, Pyae, Linn as well as all the other staff members The room was comfortable, except for the small sink and the shower, which left water on the floor because it wasn't fully enclosed by a curtain. Overall, our family is happy that we chose to stay at this hotel.

One of the most luxurious hotels, would highly recommend! Room was amazing, clean, modern and spacious with great balcony and views, staff couldn't do enough for you, especially the minor details. Main buffet Restaurant had a great selection of food and was always lovely! But the highlight of the hotel was the infinity pool it was amazing, with plenty of sunbeds and access to the private beach! Would definitely choose this hotel again and again!
We had an Surprise waiting at our hotel room as it was booked for my partners 30th. They laid out balloons, decorated the room and left a chocolate sponge cake for our arrival! This was above and beyond and made the start to our holiday extra special!

We arrived on Tuesday and have been absolutely blown away! Everything from the food and service to the facilities and location has been outstanding. The breakfast options are fantastic—there’s something for everyone—and the staff are incredibly attentive and welcoming.
A special mention to Aye, who took great care of us every morning at breakfast. She made sure we had everything we needed and always kept our drinks topped up with a smile. Her attentive service truly made our mornings extra special.

Breakfast at Dukes Hotel is exceptional. Try to avoid the busier times as it gets busy. Navin our waiter was excellent and couldn’t help us enough (small baby). It’s a buffet with everything from gluten free through to Indian dishes. Chefs in attendance to provide for special requests. Seating in and outdoors. There’s a cool breeze from the sea which can make the warm June weather feel refreshing. You won’t regret breakfast at Dukes. If you live in the adjoining apartments you can take advantage of the discounts.

Very nice hotel, good for families. Kids have pool with small slides. One of the bars is even located in the water :) Food is good. Coffee could be better, however.
Rooms clean and spacious. We had a small issue as we booked a room for 3+2 and in the room we only found 3 beds. Staff however tried to help and organized extra bed.

Ignore all of the negative reviews - they are full of lies. We had the most perfect experience at this hotel and didn’t want to leave! The staff are unbelievably kind and helpful, catering to everything we asked and even fixed a small water issue with our room at midnight! You barely notice the construction going on (and it’s Dubai, there is construction everywhere, get over it!). The food is absolutely lovely and we could order whatever we wanted as part of our half board. The breakfast provides multiple different options to suit all guests. The facilities are fantastic! Would stay here again in a heartbeat and miss it already!

A very nice hotel, with a wonderful beach, however the water wasn’t that clean as we expected, but still it was good 😊 we stayed there for about a week with two toddlers, and enjoyed it very much! The food was good, the staff was lovely! I would like to thank especially Tarsen, who works at the beach, he helped us billon times with everything, he was kind to the kids, always friendly and very helpful. When it was his day off, it felt so much, since no one else was there to do what he was usually doing! Thank you a lot!

A question to the managers, wouldn't it be possible to have an option for English guests to have an English breakfast brought to them in the dining area ,at breakfast time .
I understand the reasons why the breakfast ingredients aren't on display etc,yet are prepared in the underground bar.
I only ask this to try and improve the holiday experience for bits.
Due to the fact the underground isn't open at breakfast.?

2. Place - ramadan vibes all over the place, nice decors, well arrange setup
3. Service - I see staffs gives their best foot forward, despite hundreds of guest and still able to deliver efficiently.

I will honestly evaluate our stay at the hotel...
At first, our room was in a bad location, directly in front of the elevator. We couldn't sleep, especially the children, due to the noise.
After a few complaints the manager I guess her name is Raya our room was changed to a very quiet room.

There were no strawberries, but when I asked for them, they brought me fresh strawberries.
The children's pool is very nice. There's also a relatively clean kids' club with a variety of activities open from 9 am to 6 pm
We had a problem with the self-parking, as the policy didn't allow us to park our own car! and we didn't want anyone to drive our car. This problem was resolved after two days .
Overall, the hotel's location is excellent. I give it an 8/10.
However, The points I'm supposed to get have not been added yet!

Everything was perfect, I went to many hotels in my life in several countries but never had such an positive experience like this hotel. The property and rooms were extremely clean, the breakfast really high quality and fresh, the customer experience really high level and many other details which are way too much to write down. Also we we were able to check in free of charge around 10AM, that was great since we were with our 3 months old baby.
We will return for sure, thanks for the great holiday experience.

This hotel is absolutely stunning and has exceeded all our expectations! We've been here since June 16th and are staying until June 26th. We're incredibly happy we chose this hotel – it's luxurious, beautiful, and every single staff member we've met so far has been amazing.
Our check-in went smoothly, and we spoke with David (there are two of them) – both were extremely helpful and attentive. In general, all the staff, even beyond the front desk, have been incredibly kind and welcoming – even the housekeeping team was so friendly.
We're honestly sad to be leaving in two days... it's been such a wonderful and unforgettable time. Thank you for everything!❤️

We were looking for a beach just to relax. We stopped our car in front of this hotel and in one minute the staff there manage to explain to us that we can pay and visit their private beach and food&drinks will be included in that payment for the beach. The valet took our car..10/10 service, aesthetically pleasing atmosphere inside. Their beach was cute, we had a choice of sun loungers or a tent - we chose the tent, we had delicious smoked burgers and mocktails. Everything was so good 100/10 for everyone there and everything shared and included. ❤️❤️❤️

We stayed at Marriott palm for about two weeks. Overall it was a great experience and what we expected. Breakfast options were good, staff were respectful and overall service was very good. We went there with our 2 year old and she loved playing at kids club almost every day. Haddy from kids club was really kind and attentive and my daughter was always excited to go there and play with her. Anna who greeted us every day at the lobby was also really friendly and she always made sure we had everything we needed while waiting for our car at the lobby. Also, she gave my daughter ice cream vouchers and made her day a few times😊 we would definitely love to go back

This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed! The service is on top.
Before coming there we were a bit worried about how modern the rooms are as the hotel isn’t so modern. But everything was pretty much okay) I’d like to especially thank all workers (waiters, receptionists, others) for their kindness and desire to help. I’ve never met such hospitality before. We’d also like to thank a lot Dipti, the receptionist, for her help and letting us stay in our room for 3 hours more before the check out. It was so nice and convenient to us ❤️
We enjoyed the area with sunbeds and the open-air cinema, the view from there and our room was fantastic.
Also the hotel’s position is nearby all places you need which was convenient for us too, particularly in that heat.
The room cleaning was amazing! Unfortunately, I don’t remember the guy’s name who cleaned our room, but he left us a cute teddy bear and next time left rose petals. It was unexpectedly very pleasant.
We’ll definitely come back again!

The hotel was definitely a 5 star experience. We did half board which was a great deal as the hotel has many restaurants that all delivered high quality meals. The location is smack dab centre of the JBR and the walk and the property itself is beachfront. The rooms were nice, I’ll say the step off from the bathtub to floor is just a bit high for my height. The hotel front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff were very nice and did a great job, and even the concierge especially Mani was very welcoming and helpful. Definitely a great spot to spend some time in this beautiful country.

Breakfast offered a fantastic variety and the option for custom-made dishes. Our room was generously sized and comfortable. The pool area is a welcome retreat with ample shade and luxuriously large, clean towels. On-site dining and the bar were excellent, and the travel agents provided invaluable assistance with planning and booking local experiences seamlessly.

I was genuinely impressed with how they cleaned my room the next day—everything was spotless, and the small thoughtful touches made it extra special. They even wrapped a brand band around my charging cable to keep it tidy and left a charming bedtime story card. On my last day, I was treated to a custom-made drink and a lovely dining experience just before my flight—such a sweet gesture!
I also had the chance to meet the design team, who personally checked in to see how I felt about the room setup and cleaning. The attention to detail throughout my stay was amazing.
With all the photos and videos I took and shared with my friends, there’s no doubt I’ll be coming back. This place has officially become my go-to stay in Dubai!
Although I suspect it’s about to get a bit busier now that my friends know about it—my little secret haven might not stay so secret anymore. But hey, sharing is caring!

Firstly, Rosie (Client Experience) is a star and went over and beyond to ensure our stay was great. In the Ginger Moon restaurant, the staff are lovely and the selection of food is great. Thanks to Rama and Mara as well as the welcoming team and the juice stand staff that always had our ginger shots available each morning!
I will 100% return to Attiko and the Dark Gayaki Sun cocktail was out of this world!
I would recommend and hopefully visit again!

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing, and I would not recommend it.
I specifically requested connecting rooms during my booking, but they were not provided, and no explanation or apology was given.
Service was consistently delayed, and responses to requests were very slow.
There was also loud noise after midnight, which disturbed my family’s rest — especially for the kids.
Additionally, the kids’ play area was dirty and not properly maintained.
This is an experience I do not wish to repeat. I hope the hotel management seriously works on improving service quality and cleanliness.

A special thank you to Ibrahim, who assisted us with a smooth check-in, and Nathan, who was exceptionally informative about the resort’s amenities and surroundings.
We stayed in a ground-floor room with lagoon access, which I highly recommend—it truly enhanced our stay. We also had a fun time playing table tennis near the main pool before heading to dinner.
To top it all off, the team surprised us with a delicious anniversary cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
If you’re dining at Mekong, don’t miss the dim sum—it was a highlight!

We had an amazing and truly relaxing stay at Anantara The Palm Dubai. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming. The staff across the entire resort, especially in every restaurant we dined at, couldn’t have been friendlier or more attentive. While every dining experience was memorable, we found ourselves returning to Mekong multiple times—it quickly became our favourite. The warm welcome we received each evening from Maricel made us feel right at home, and it was so special to be remembered personally. A big thank you also to No No Ko for the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. They truly went above and beyond, and their efforts made our holiday feel even more special.
We left feeling relaxed, well-fed, and very well looked after. Anantara The Palm is a perfect escape, and we can't wait to return.

I had the pleasure of staying in a Junior Suite at the Address Beach Resort in Dubai, and it was truly a memorable experience.
The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and every detail is carefully curated. The view from the room is stunning, and watching the sunset from the highest infinity pool in the world, with a breathtaking aerial view of Dubai, was one of the highlights of my trip.
The lobby is elegant and welcoming, featuring a bar with delicious desserts – special mention to the strawberry cheesecake, which was absolutely delightful.
The only downside was that the windows in the suite were quite dirty, which unfortunately made it hard to enjoy the view from the room. However, this did not diminish the overall quality of the stay.
A special mention goes to concierge Douglas Meneses, who stood out for his exceptional professionalism. With his attentive gaze, he was helping guests even before they asked – he noticed I was looking for something from meters away and immediately assisted me with a smile and genuine availability. Truly outstanding service. Kudos also to Vera, who was very friendly, warm, and welcoming.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Dubai, where service excellence, comfort, and unforgettable moments come together.

Room is fabulous beds are so comfortable, sea view is exquisite!.. The only comment is that the breakfast was so regular and needs some unique items match the place edge.

I want to sincerely thank the entire team for going above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and accessible as possible. After I shared my feedback about the accessibility in the room, the team immediately made thoughtful adjustments. They removed the coffee machines and drinks from high counters and placed everything at wheelchair level. They brought a special seat for the toilet, and even placed a table next to me to ensure everything I needed was within reach. These may seem like small details, but they made a huge difference.
A special shout-out to Isabel, Tom, Christopher, Rein, all the butlers, and every single receptionist — I’m so sorry I can’t remember all your names, but each of you contributed to making this experience incredibly memorable. Everyone was genuine, kind, and eager to help. The management also followed up with me personally to ensure I was happy with the accessibility adjustments.

We’re currently enjoying a 7-day holiday at Delta Hotels by Marriott JBR, and it’s been an absolutely fantastic experience so far!
We booked the all-inclusive package, which has been totally worth it. The food is delicious, with a great variety at every meal, and both non-alcoholic and international alcoholic beverages are included, which is a big plus. Everything has been fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
The staff are extremely polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, always checking in to make sure everything is perfect. Their hospitality has made a real difference in our stay.
The pool is clean and very relaxing, and the hotel also provides a beach kit with umbrella, which has been super convenient for beach days. The beach itself is lovely and just a short walk away.
Our room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained – it’s a perfect space to relax after a day in the sun.
We’re really enjoying every moment and already know we’ll be recommending this place to friends and family. Looking forward to the rest of our stay!

Delta Hotels is a nice hotel if you want a comfortable stay near Jumeirah Beach without spending too much. The rooms are clean, modern, and have everything you need for a relaxing visit.
The location is great — just a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops around. The staff are friendly and helpful, making sure you feel welcome throughout your stay.
Breakfast has plenty of choices and tastes good, so you start your day right.

I really found this hotel great and wanted to share my perspective.
On previous visits to Dubai I’ve been lucky to stay at Ritz Carlton.
For this long business trip, Delta was the more appropriate venue.
I found the staff throughout to be extremely helpful, from early check to every encounter, friendly, generous and kind.
I had access to the executive lounge which was really good for the value. Always drinks and snacks available and cocktail hours really generous.
Staff member Akhila was exceptional, attentive, and remembered drink preferences from previous days. She made the stay extra special and I hope her work is recognized by management 😊
I would 100% stay here again and recommend to everybody

Rooms are very clean, and are fully furnished with a oven, dishwasher, and even clothes washer dryer machine. The concierge is always fast and is always willing to complete a request. A great place to host your family.

We just got back from our second stay at the Delta by Marriott JBR this year, and I can't say enough good things about it! As soon as we arrived, Kamil at the front desk greeted us like old friends—he even remembered us from our previous visit and upgraded our room. What a nice surprise! The suite was incredible, it truly made us feel right at home.
To make it even more special, I celebrated my birthday during this stay. The staff went above and beyond by surprising me at breakfast with a lovely cake, which really made my day. Victoria and May were fantastic as well; they remembered our room number and made us feel so welcome every morning. It’s those little touches that truly stand out and make you feel at home.
The location is unbeatable, and the service from the staff is just top-notch. Honestly, I can't imagine staying anywhere else. This hotel really feels like a home away from home!

This is what a great hotel looks like.
Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience.
The hotel building is very characteristic, it fits into the Dubai city center. The hotel lobby is spacious, provides a place to relax or wait comfortably. Compositions of fresh flowers give this place a special character.
The hotel is perfectly located, access to all attractions is easy, regardless of whether you use taxis or the metro (I recommend the metro - wonderful views).
Already during the hotel booking and arranging the details, the hotel staff showed themselves to be very helpful, providing all the information. After arriving at the place, it only got better. Our stay was short, but we felt like special guests.
In Dubai, my wife and I celebrated her birthday. Thank you very much for the warm welcome, and in particular for highlighting this important day, both with a cake to welcome us and decorating the room the next day.
We are sure that we want to come back to Fairmont Dubai

The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, blending modern luxury with local touches. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I had a great view of the city skyline. Housekeeping was prompt, and the room was spotless each day. The bathroom was large, with a rain shower and premium toiletries.
The staff truly made my stay memorable. From concierge to housekeeping, everyone was friendly, responsive, and respectful. A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed at the front desk who arranged a last-minute airport transfer with ease.
Overall, my experience at the Fairmont was exceptional. The combination of luxury, service, and local flavor made it stand out. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers and families alike, and I would definitely return.

During my recent visit to this hotel, I had to go through a strict but well-organized security check before accessing the basement area. The process is managed by a lady security officer named Rose, who is both professional and extremely attentive to detail.
Be prepared—no ID means no entry. Rose is very clear and firm about this rule, which I believe is an important step in maintaining a safe environment. If you want a smooth and quick clearance, make sure all your personal details are accurate and ready. Otherwise, the process might take longer and could feel a bit frustrating.
That said, I genuinely appreciate the level of security awareness shown here. Rose is not only strict but also very helpful. She ensures that everyone follows protocol without compromising on respect or professionalism.
Kudos to the hotel for prioritizing safety, and especially to Rose for her dedication to keeping the premises secure. Keep it up!

Hotel Review
This hotel is truly gorgeous from the moment you enter until the moment you leave. The staff is extremely hospitable, making you feel welcome at every turn. Guests have access to comfortable sitting areas, camel rides, and photo opportunities with hawks—all included with your stay.
Our family trip was memorable, and my children especially loved the pool. However, there were a few downsides to our stay:
1. Location:
Although the hotel offers many amenities, it is located quite far from the city. For those who enjoy occasional trips into town for other activities, it takes about an hour to reach the city, which was a bit inconvenient for us.
2. Pool Limitations:
While the hotel is advertised as family-friendly, the family pool is quite shallow, which limited the fun for older children. Additionally, pool toys are not allowed in the pool, which was disappointing for my kids.
3. Pool Hours:
The family pool closes at 7 pm, which felt too early for us—especially since we have teenage children who would have enjoyed more time to swim in the evenings.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the beautiful surroundings and friendly service. With a few improvements, this hotel could be even better for families.

I had the pleasure of spending several days at this wonderful hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.
A special shout-out goes to JIMMY, the bartender at the pool bar. Not only is he highly professional and friendly, but he truly knows his craft. His cocktail recommendations were spot-on every time – creative, perfectly balanced, and beautifully presented. Jimmy’s warm personality and great sense of humor made every visit to the pool bar a memorable one. He has a real talent for making guests feel welcome and at ease.
The rest of the staff were also incredibly attentive, helpful, and courteous. The rooms are modern, clean, and stylishly decorated. The pool area is the perfect place to relax, and the breakfast buffet offers a fantastic variety of delicious options.
I’ll definitely be back – not least because of Jimmy and his outstanding service. A big thank you to the entire team!

Team in every part of the property was very kind and helpful. Everything was amazing but maybe adding a music to pool area would be a good touch also adding more staff to bar at adult pool as it’s a great spot but due to overwhelming demand in bar team wasn’t able to do much but even with the challenges they did their best. We ordered some food at the pool area and it was amazing delicious.

We have just had the most magnificent stay at Bab al shams. Just wow!!!! The ambiance of the hotel is pure magic. The restaurants are wonderful with excellent food and very attentive caring staff. The buffet breakfast was excellent lots to choose from and great quality. The private desert tour was wonderful with our guide William he was informative, engaged, very friendly and a wonderful photographer 😂. The reception staff were so very helpful 1 young man in particular I’m sorry I can’t remember his name but he checked us in and out he was super attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making our stay truly unforgettable we will definitely be back it was superb 🙏🏻

Absolutely loved our stay at Bab Al Shams! The place is super quiet, very clean, and the whole vibe is just amazing; a perfect mix of luxury, tradition, and modern style. If you're looking for a peaceful and chic getaway, this is it.
