Am incredible hotel, all five stars are deserved. The service and staff were impeccable, the entrance hall was absolutely stunning and the rest of the hotel followed. Every staff Member was polite and greeted us with a smile. The beach access was easy and the restaurants and facilities were fantastic. Great food, great cocktails. Krishna was cleaning our room this week, Very smart, professional and attentive. He made sure all of our requirements were met and met our extra requests. The room was always immaculate, We were very pleased.

My second visit to Dukes and once again it was outstanding, we have already booked again for November 25. Nothing is too much bother for the staff, in particular Jane who works in reception. Her smile uplifts you and makes you feel good, she was very helpful and understanding, her customer service made me feel special. I hope she is still there in November when I come with my husband, sister and brother in law. The rooms are clean and well maintained by the friendly housekeeping staff. Plenty sun beds around the beautiful infinity pool and on the beach. The lazy river was a great hit with my granddaughter who is 8. A great family hotel that welcomes children of all ages and also a lovely hotel for couples wanting a romantic holiday. Can’t wait to go back with my family, they have never been to the Dukes and I know they will enjoy their stay as much as I have done on both occasions.

Amazing stay – we didn’t want to leave! We spent a week at Dukes The Palm – A Royal Hideaway Hotel and honestly, we would have loved to stay longer. The rooms were always beautifully prepared with so much attention to detail – we felt comfortable and welcome from the very beginning. A very special thank you to Derrick and Jane at the reception. They were incredibly kind and helpful, explaining everything to us patiently, even though our English isn’t perfect. Their warmth truly made a difference. The beach and the pool area were fantastic – clean, relaxing, and great for families. The only downside was that food and drinks were quite expensive, especially for a family of five. Sometimes it was a bit too windy in the restaurant area, which made dining outside slightly uncomfortable, but that’s just a small detail. One thing that could be improved: the staff promoting yacht rentals and water activities were a bit too persistent. Even after saying “no, thank you,” we were approached several times, which was a little annoying.

I had a fantastic stay at Dukes The Palm, Dubai! The hotel welcomed me with balloons in my room – such a lovely surprise. The beach is beautiful, the food in the restaurant was amazing, and the staff, especially the waiters, were so kind and attentive. Big thanks to Maya, the housekeeper, for keeping the room spotless and surprising me with lovely towel decorations – her care was truly appreciated! The pool is gorgeous, the location is perfect, and the service throughout the hotel was excellent. I would love to come back again and highly recommend it to everyone!

I had an amazing experience at Dukes The Palm in May 2025! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The location is stunning, the rooms are elegant and well-maintained, and the view is simply breathtaking. I want to give a special shout-out to Sahil, the housekeeping staff member who took care of my room. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Thanks to him, my room was always spotless and comfortable—his work truly made a difference in my stay. I highly recommend Dukes The Palm to anyone visiting Dubai. I will definitely be coming back!
