We had a wonderful stay at Dukes The Palm Dubai. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is in a great location with direct beach access and is close to Nakheel Mall, which was very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, facilities such as pool, lazy river, and private beach — were excellent, and even though we haven’t used them it is good to see as a facility. Breakfast offered a good variety and was very enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great service and a relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely return! Last but not least, special thanks to the Shahabaz Palak, a friendly and helpful member of the staff who made sure that room is in order at all times. Thanks once again Milan

Amazing hotel with the most amazing staff! Me and my family stayed there for 6 nights (7 people) and enjoyed every minute. The hotel is equipped with everything that you could need, several pools, kids room, gym, bar, restaurant, lounges. The rooms were excellent, always clean. The breakfasts, lunches and dinners had great selection of different foods with convenient times. But the best part of our stay was the staff of Dukes. All beyond great professionals, always ready to fix your problem with a smile. Special thanks to Mansur, Nana, Akram, Stephanie, Altynai (I hope I spelled the names correctly). Highly recommended!

A mixed stay. Excellent breakfast team, but some areas for improvement. The best part of our stay at Dukes was without doubt the breakfast and the staff managing it. Truly 5-star service. They anticipated what we wanted, were warm, professional, and consistently excellent. An absolute credit to the hotel. Having to pay for a cappuccino at breakfast was a surprise, especially considering the location on the Palm and that neighbouring hotels don’t charge, but each to their own. Before arrival, we requested some separation from our relatives. We like them, but didn’t want to be next door. We were told another room would be arranged and that we would receive a call. We were out for the whole day, but unfortunately that call never came. When we returned after 9 pm, we found we had been placed in a room above the entrance with no balcony, and it was quite loud. We asked to be moved, which the hotel did arrange. We were relocated near our relatives, but not next to them. The new room itself was okay, but a little dated. There was a lack of bathroom amenities, and the bath and shower design made showering awkward. You had to step into the bath through a narrow gap, which could genuinely be a problem for older guests. We also noticed that the right-hand plug socket next to the bed wasn’t working. I also rang the lobby a few times for extra water and no one picked up. I tried a few times to give them the benefit of the doubt. When I went downstairs, the desk was fully staffed with three or four people and none were on a call. In isolation, there might have been a justified reason, but after no one called us earlier to inform us that our room was ready, it did raise some doubts. Another thing we noticed was that the hotel grounds between the breakfast area and the beach felt a bit faded. My relatives commented on this as well, although they thought the general staff were excellent. All of these issues are easily fixable. I know friends of ours love this hotel, and being on the Palm naturally brings higher expectations, especially as we were hosting relatives. Despite some areas for improvement, the breakfast staff were outstanding and easily the highlight of our stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the service was very good, and the staff were amazing—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would happily recommend this place. The only small issues I would mention are related to the room. There were not enough shelves in the closet for clothes, which made storage a bit inconvenient. Also, the glass panel in the shower was not positioned properly to stop the water, so water often flowed onto the bathroom floor and made it wet. These were minor inconveniences in an otherwise great stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would gladly stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was truly top-class, everything was perfectly organized, and the staff were extremely kind and professional. I would especially like to thank the supervisor Romani — he was very attentive, helpful and always made sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude and dedication really made a difference and made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended — I will definitely come back!
