Excellent hotel. We loved the infinity pool, lazy river and private beach. Our room was brilliant and had a small kitchen which was super handy. Serviced every day and helpful staff at hand for any queries. Breakfast was also wonderful with some Indian options too in addition to standard breakfast menu. Palm Jumeriah Mall was just opposite - perfect for lunches and dinner options. Would definetly revisit!

Edna was excellent at breakfast; always smiling and helpful. Loved chatting to her; she is a credit to the hotel. Our suite was lovely apart from air conditioning only being effective in the bedroom. Really needs two controls. I love the hotel especially the pool but being on the palm, even the trunk makes it’s very expensive to get around in taxi’s. Next time I’d stay on JBR.

This is a good spot in Dubai. There is not much to do in the area more than going to the mall, but there is a nice walk along the sea side. Beach is just ok. Swimming pool is 👍 They have an interior swimming pool and gym which are great. One of the guys who works in the entrance, Kevin, was very proactively helping with useful tips, very polite and useful all the times. He made out stay much better. Everyone in general is very nice and polite like Kevin.

We couldn’t have had a better stay at Duke’s. We got engaged our first night and Vikas on reception made sure we got a room upgrade and couldn’t have been happier for us on the news. Views from the room were amazing during the day and night and great options for bars and restaurants nearby. Thank you to the team at Duke’s for making our stay so special!

I definitely recommend to anyone who's never been to dubai to try this hotel they really make you feel comfortable the hotel in itself is stunning !!!
