I stay at the Delta Hotel once or twice a year, and they never disappoint. The staff are super friendly and always helpful, which makes the experience so much special. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and I really appreciate how they’ve kept the same great quality of service every time I visit. It’s definitely my go-to spot for a reliable and pleasant stay! Highly recommended!

Location was fantasti just a 5 min walk to JBR. Staff were so polite, helpful and provided fantastic customer service. I was travelling with a 3 month old and they had my room ready for when I arrived which was 4 hours before usual check in time. Breakfast was delicious with many options. The rooms were spotless and Iyaz did a fantastic job cleaning our room on a daily basis. We had an incident requiring medical attention and staff were so prompt, attentive and helpful during this - thank you so much for your care and hospitality.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. From the reception team to those assisting with the elevators, everyone was incredibly helpful. I also had a delightful conversation with the Filipino staff, which added a personal touch to my visit. The breakfast offered was not as extensive as anticipated, but it was still enjoyable and of good quality! And the handcrafted coffee, it was a real treat compared to the usual machine-dispensed options—100/10! While it took a little time for the water to warm up in the bathrooms, the room itself was fantastic—definitely a 10/10. Balconies are locked by default for safety, but you can ask the hotel to make it available for you. Only 4-5 mins walk from Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!

This hotel in general is pretty good and in a perfect place in Marina bay. The rooms were always cleaned thoroughly and the overall service was great! The only downside of this hotel is the elevators taking so long to arrive at your level making you wait some minutes for it. A big thing that made me write this review was due to an incident that happened on the pool area were a kid that was unsupervised by his parents almost drowned in the pool but a quick response from the lifeguards of the hotels saved this poor kid instantly and this shows you that no matter what your kids are very safe in this hotel. Big thanks to the lifeguards Michael and Ravi for their quick act of saving the child. Regards, A very satisfied customer.

Exceptional Stay at Delta Hotels, Jumeirah Beach, Dubai! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Delta Hotels, Jumeirah Beach! The staff is truly outstanding—always friendly, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. Their service is top-notch, making you feel welcomed and well taken care of from the moment you arrive. The location is unbeatable—easily one of the best places to stay in all of Dubai. The views are stunning, offering a relaxing and scenic atmosphere that adds to the experience. The rooms are impressively spacious and airy, with great views. While the standard isn’t the absolute highest, they are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The housekeeping is excellent, ensuring everything is spotless and fresh throughout the stay. Overall, this hotel delivers fantastic service, a prime location, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.
