Have stayed here at the Delta JBR several times for longer durations, and would highly recommend it to anyone. Spacious / bright rooms, impeccably clean, very good main restaurant and bar, excellent executive lounge with great happy hour , prime location close to beach and tram, and more. Most importantly though is the service, in reception, concierge, security, cleaning, lounge, management- friendly, personable, professional and consistent. I find the overall experience staying here to be superior to many if not most higher star hotels in Dubai and internationally. Highly recommend.

The apartment is big and clean, with a wonderful view. The mattresses are very comfortable and the daily cleaning is impeccable. The employees are very helpful and smiling. Breakfast is very diverse and dinner on the 35th floor is a delight. We received valuable information about the sights and the way to travel. Also, the surprises prepared by the hotel staff on the occasion of my birthday exceeded all our expectations!

Firstly the staff were so friendly, helpful and they couldn't do enough to ensure you had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and the food at the hotel was lovely and the restaurant staff were brilliant. The views from the roof terrace are lovely. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. The hotel provides towels and umbrellas for your visit to the beach. I will definitely stay at the Delta again on any future trips to Dubai.

Exceptional staff and great location. I’ve been to many hotels, never seen anything close to the level of hospitality and warm welcome I received from this team. They keep offering service and think how to make your stay more pleasant! So glad I booked this on my daughter’s birthday, and Nishu spotted it on our check-in and since then onwards the fun has began!

The room we were given had a strong and unpleasant odour, a mixture of smoke and petroleum. This made it very difficult to feel comfortable or get a good night's sleep. We brought this to the attention of the staff, but the problem was not solved (they tried to clean the floor extra, but the smell was strong and persistent). Update: after 2 nights we were able to change the rooms, there were no such problem in the new room. We also received a complimentary fruit platter
