Stayed here for 5 nights. Rooms are big, but the shower is in the bathtub and certainly not made for talk people. The hotel has got many rooms, but limited amount of elevators so expect waiting times of sometimes more than 10 minutes. The location is great, including a roof top restaurant and a bar on the ground floor. The food from the buffet was not great however at the rooftop restaurant, and the choices from the menu for all-in at the sportcafé was limited (although good). Most of the staff is friendly, although the concept of all-inclusive needed to be explained to them often. The location near to the beach is nice, although prepare tonpay extra if you want beach chairs… since these are also not complimenteert of usage even from another Sheraton hotel at the beach. All-in-all for us was this Sheraton experience not a good one.

I love love the Sheraton The Walk for an amazing stay always. The cleanliness, attention to details and empathy of the whole team is worthy of mentioning. I will always recommend to other guests. From the front desk team that's always attentive and quick to assist with check-in and other issues. Special mention to Taha. The breakfast buffet spread is filled with variety of options and are all very scrumptious. The team there are all attentive. Well done to May, Kaung, Sylvester, Piyush, Shubam for being so amazing, thoughtful and cheerful in all you do. The security team is not left out in all their guidance. I very much thank and appreciate Happy on the LP floor. She's always smiling and ever willing to assist, guide and direct you. The team at the Sheraton Club is not left out. The lady there (I can't remember her name) is super amazing. Looking forward to a continued stay always.
Running on-Dinosaurs
This is a medium priced hotel but with 5 star service. Every single member of staff goes out of their way to help you. The facilities are excellent. The buffet breakfast was great with an extensive array of food for all dietary needs. This is included table service for hot drinks and a grill chef for hot food ( omeletts, eggs etc made to order). For the price we paid I could not fault this hotel. We paid a bit extra and used the Lounge that provided a hot breakfast and Free drinks, including alcohol, every evening between 18:00 and 20:00 and 24/7 Fresh Tea , coffee and snacks. The hotel location makes for an easy walk to tram and metro stations and even quicker walk to the marina, the Dubai Marina shopping mall and beach. The pool is good size with plenty of sunbeds a pool side bar and towel bar. The pool gets full sun from arround 09:00 to 13:00 every day. In all a great place to stay for a visit to Dubai. I saw some comments about the waiting times for the lifts, this was not a problem for us, with in excess of 40 floors the longest we ever waited was just over 1 minuet. The room was excellent had a nice balcony overlooking the Marina. So just could not fault this hotel, like any business it's only ever as good as its staff and I can't praise them enough the warm welcome they offered us.

We were truly absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel. The entire hotel staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel comfortable from the very first moment. We would especially like to highlight the room attendant, Saiful Islam. He is extremely kind, friendly, and does an outstanding job. Our room was always perfectly clean thanks to him. We would definitely book this hotel again, preferably on the same floor where he works. A big thank you to the whole hotel team for the wonderful time and, above all, for the great friendliness and hospitality. We would love to come back! 🙂

Great hotel and great location. Staff were so attentive and friendly. We had an all inclusive package the food was from a menu and excellent. I would like to thank all the team in Jones the grocer they were awesome. Finally the hotel driver Bilal he treated us like VIPs and went above and beyond. I highly recommend using his services.
