We booked this stay for 2 adults and 2 children, clearly stating in the booking remarks that both children would need separate sleeping arrangements. Yet, we were given one double bed and one single bed. This is the first hotel we’ve ever experienced that considers one single bed sufficient for two children. Absolutely unacceptable.
The first question we asked ourselves was: Where is the second child supposed to sleep? When we raised the issue, we were told the single bed was “big enough.” That’s simply not a real solution for a family of four.
The bathrooms are poorly designed—there isn’t even a proper showerhead. Bathing small children here is nearly impossible.
What makes this even more disappointing is that we had just come from another hotel where we paid significantly less but received excellent service. Every child had their own bed, and the bathroom was spacious and family-friendly.
Right now, I’m experiencing deep disappointment. We switched to this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and I sincerely regret it—a feeling I will definitely share with my community.
What frustrates me most is how a basic request—like providing an extra bed—is met with a negative response and no willingness to accommodate or help.

I m again in this hotel for 10 days and I can only express my utmost satisfaction!
The structure is elegant, cared for in the smallest details and equipped with all the comforts necessary for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, very clean and tastefully furnished.
A special praise goes to one of the restaurant manager SANTOS, who is again simply impeccable: professional, attentive and always ready to satisfy every request with kindness and competence. You can perceive a true passion for his work, which is also reflected in the quality of the service and the care with which each dish is presented.
We will definitely return and I highly recommend this structure to those looking for an authentic and high-level hospitality experience!

Rooms have been renovated. Unfortunately there is a lot else to be desired. The bass music from outside is so insanely loud it literally rattles the windows. Absolutely non stop. Staff kept insisting all extra beds were taken but housekeeping was able to get them for us without a problem. Internet wouldn't work for kids to play games on their devices. No way to call and get info/schedule regarding water sports - they expect you to walk across the property to the center. No reasonable options for an a la carte meal at lunch. Had to argue to get a few pizzas indoors. If you want to party and love loud music until all hours and want to spend your time outdoors, then perfectly good option. If you want any rest or relaxation then this is not the place. If you do come, recommend a Club room as the breakfast is calmer and more enjoyable.

Quick honeymoon getaway!
Location: a bit far from public transportation (like the metro) but you may easily get there with a car or taxi (roads are just confusing due to ongoing road construction)
Really well-maintained hotel.
Staff are very attentive. They gave us a lot of treats for our honeymoon even though we forgot to mention it during our booking. Pretty smooth check in and check out.
Even though the hotel was really busy they still somehow accommodate our request for late check out and even told us that we can use the facilities until the evening.
Breakfast was also pretty great! Selections were good & the team were very friendly.
Pros: Pretty great hospitality.
Ordered few things from Noon, concierge delivered it directly to our door.
Cons: if you don’t like being around kids, better book an adults only hotel other than that, you can chill in Barasti.
Would really love to come back.

Excellent service at check-in, especially Bikas and Yongchien. Everyone in the restaurant was amazing! The rooms are phenomenal and the waterpark is cute and fun for all ages. Oh and the breakfast buffet was delicious with LOTS of variety for both carnivores and herbivores.

I was genuinely impressed with how they cleaned my room the next day—everything was spotless, and the small thoughtful touches made it extra special. They even wrapped a brand band around my charging cable to keep it tidy and left a charming bedtime story card. On my last day, I was treated to a custom-made drink and a lovely dining experience just before my flight—such a sweet gesture!
I also had the chance to meet the design team, who personally checked in to see how I felt about the room setup and cleaning. The attention to detail throughout my stay was amazing.
With all the photos and videos I took and shared with my friends, there’s no doubt I’ll be coming back. This place has officially become my go-to stay in Dubai!
Although I suspect it’s about to get a bit busier now that my friends know about it—my little secret haven might not stay so secret anymore. But hey, sharing is caring!

Firstly, Rosie (Client Experience) is a star and went over and beyond to ensure our stay was great. In the Ginger Moon restaurant, the staff are lovely and the selection of food is great. Thanks to Rama and Mara as well as the welcoming team and the juice stand staff that always had our ginger shots available each morning!
I will 100% return to Attiko and the Dark Gayaki Sun cocktail was out of this world!
I would recommend and hopefully visit again!

We stayed at Le Royal Meridien and had a really good experience overall. The hotel has huge grounds, which is great for parents with kids — lots of space, greenery, and plenty of room to enjoy without feeling cramped.
The service from the staff was excellent, super attentive and always ready to help. Special mention to the fact that they were very generous with still water, which is often a small but annoying issue in other 5-star hotels — here, we never had to ask twice and were always well stocked.
The resort has three big swimming pools, so whether you want a lively atmosphere or a quieter spot, you’ll find your place. It’s definitely a family-friendly hotel, but there are still calm areas for those who just want to relax.
One thing we didn’t love was the so-called sea view room in the new tower. The view turned out to be more of the harbour, buildings, and some construction — not exactly the sea view we expected. On the positive side, the room itself was lovely, modern, and very comfortable, and when we mentioned the view, the staff kindly gave us a free upgrade, which we really appreciated.
Breakfasts were great, with a wide variety, and there are plenty of restaurants on-site for those who don’t want to leave the resort.
Overall, it’s a very comfortable and well-run hotel, perfect for families or anyone looking for a relaxed getaway with great service.

The hotel exceeds the expected quality for the price. Francis warmly welcomed us with drinks and a teddy bear. We tried the breakfast and the Italian restaurant—both were very satisfying. The pools and sunbathing areas are spacious and enjoyable. For the sea, you need to walk a long distance under the sun, there are no umbrellas close to the coast and the sea is quite rough.

We had the best week at Le Royal Meridien, it was our first time in Dubai and we’re so glad we chose this hotel to come to. My husband has status with Marriott so we knew we were going to be well looked after but I couldn’t believe how above and beyond everyone went. The concierge were so attentive especially when I left my phone in the taxi, they were so helpful at getting it back and so quickly. We had breakfast in the downstairs buffet and the Royal Club lounge, the choice of options in both were amazing. Lunch at the beach bars was always delicious and well priced. The Indian restaurant at the hotel was incredible, I wish we had visited more of the hotels restaurants because they looked amazing. We loved the vast selection of sun loungers on offer especially the adults only section on the grass it was perfect. The gym was amazing, a good selection of high-end equipment with amazing views. The hotel is in an excellent location close to JBR, the Marina and close to all other attractions by car. When we return to Dubai the Meridien is exactly we will stay, there is no second option.

I loved our newly renovated room. So clean, modern and comfortable. The view was beautiful. The pool was vibrant in the kids section and chill in the adult section. Swim up bars were full service. It was a Saturday so it was busy yet still relaxing. The lounge was beautiful and the food delicious.

My family and I truly enjoyed every moment. The food and beverage outlets across the resort are excellent, great variety, quality, and service. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every experience was enjoyable.
A special highlight is the Executive Lounge. The team there is incredibly friendly and professional. They always made us feel welcome and well taken care of. I highly recommend booking a room with Executive Lounge access—it’s worth every penny.
Moreover, a big round of applause to the housekeeping team, especially Abdulhakim. We stayed for 14 nights and experienced zero issues. For a family of four, it’s not always easy to keep everything tidy, but the housekeeping staff paid attention to every detail.
They made us feel at home every time we came back to the room.
We will certainly come back.

This place was in a very great location! The services were amazing especially the staff. We are American and felt very so welcomed. We stayed in the Presidential suite which had two levels. We celebrated my mom birthday. Our children enjoyed the kids club. Everything from laundry to room service was excellent. There are also multiple activities on resort property. It's a mix of Vegas and LA vibe but extremely family friendly. I would definitely recommend.

I have stayed at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina before, and this was a return trip. It’s a fantastic property with beautiful views, excellent facilities, and great service. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, offering stunning views of the Marina.
The hotel has a lot to offer—multiple swimming pools, a private beach, a well-equipped fitness center, and a luxurious spa for relaxation. There are several dining options serving a variety of cuisines, making it perfect for food lovers. The resort is also great for solo travelers, business guests, and families, with plenty of activities and amenities to suit different needs.
A special thanks to Heaven Ayman for her exceptional customer service at both the lounge and front desk. Her hospitality truly made my stay even better. I’ll definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel!

We were doubting and rethinking on booking 1 of the Mina Seyahi hotels, and now finally able to share my findings and hopefully help others whom have questions.
1. The Westin is fantastic. If you have kids, this is your hotel.
2. W dubai hotel is for non-families. Some things are restricted for 12+. If you have kids, this hotel is not your best choice. (Loud music and parties, causing unpleasant noise).
3. Le Meridien is the budget version of the 3 hotels. Would not pick this one, unless it financially it makes a significant difference.
This review concerns The Westin (with 3 kids) and were accommodated perfectly. Extra beds and baby crib were all prepared in the room.
All 3 hotels are interconnected by shared waterpark and swimming pools. You can access all outdoor pool facilities without any issue whatsoever.
The service provided is next level, everyone is dedicated to give guests the best experience.
In this review more than half board is unnecessary, you can consider this for a discounted price (130 AED per person per night). They Westin has 1 buffet restaurant. Le Meridien also has 1;
1. Mina (inside Westin) ; this one is good.
Breakfast is perfect! Lunch and dinner are similair and maybe too much to do both on the same day.
2. Latest Receipe (Le Meridien) ; I would never recommend someone to go to Le Meridien’s restaurant, their buffet restaurant was really limited in terms of varieties and quality.
-> if you have half / full board / all-inclusive ; their a-la-carte restaurants are limited in choice and options. You have to pay extra for multiple meals.

This is my absolute favourite hotel! Our first visit was June last year and we fell in love with everything about this hotel. We returned this year the end of May. From management all the way through the staff, you couldn’t ask for a better service. Every member of staff goes out of their way to make your trip the best experience. I didn’t think we would have a better experience than last years visit but we certainly did. The service we received is first class throughout. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard every day. All members of staff greet you wherever you are with a warm smile. It really makes a difference. The hotel is situated in a prime location with a beautiful pool and beach a few minutes walk across the road. I honestly cannot find any fault about Amwaj Rotana. There are many restaurants and places to shop right on your doorstep, on The Walk JBR., which is a bustling area that excites you whenever you venture outside the hotel. The location is fantastic — close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, so you never run out of things to do.

It was my friend’s birthday so they were nice enough to send complimentary cake and chocolate strawberries for her.

I had the pleasure of enjoying Iftar at “Horizon” in the Amwaj Rotana Hotel, and it was truly impressive! The buffet featured a wide variety of traditional and international dishes, all fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. From delicious mezze and crispy sambousek to tender grilled meats and delightful desserts, every bite was a treat.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with attentive staff ensuring that all guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. The restaurant’s ambiance added to the overall experience, making it a memorable evening.

I had an amazing stay at JA Ocean View Hotel in JBR, and I want to give a special shoutout to Francis, who truly made our experience unforgettable. He was always friendly, attentive, and had a great attitude. Whether we had questions, special requests, or just needed some help – Francis was always there with a smile and made sure we felt taken care of.
The hotel itself is in a fantastic location right on the JBR Walk, with stunning ocean views from nearly every room. Everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The pool area was great, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The whole staff was very welcoming and professional.
Huge thanks to the entire team – and especially to Francis for his outstanding service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Stayed at this hotel for a holiday. The hotel is well located, the rooms are clean, and the staff is helpful. However, since we were with four people, I expected a larger room.
Cons:
Security was very rude, breakfast lacked variety, and the pool was always too crowded, so we were forced to go to the beach instead.
Last year I stayed at the neighboring hotel, Amwaj Rotana, and had a much better experience there.
It definitely didn’t feel like a 5star hotel

From the minute we arrived at the JA Ocean View hotel nothing was too much trouble! The staff on all shifts was helpful, professional, they all went that extra mile.
Vikram the concierge always greeted guests with a smile and couldn’t do enough to help.
Diana Greek restaurant, she too was so helpful and has the most beautiful personality.
SIMARJIT, house keeping, kept our room spotless, he worked tirelessly and always had a smile a “good morning” when he seen us.
ALWYN the JEWELLER located in the hotel lobby, is a life saver, I couldn’t remove a ring from my finger, he persevered and eventually managed to remove it, he’s a super star.
The hotel is spotless clean, the rooms are big with huge beds. The balcony overlooking the sea was a real bonus.
We went half board, we had a choice of 3 restaurants to choose from. Food is excellent and plentiful, the hotel caters for all nationalities. The food is very fresh and cooked to perfection.
I honestly cannot fault this hotel, by far the best we have stayed in and we have traveled a lot over the years but nothing compares to the JA Ocean View.
The hotels location is perfect, for the beach, shops and local transportation, all within minutes from the hotel.
We will be back to stay again in 2026, we can’t wait. Thank you all for making our holiday so happy and stressful free.

I recently stayed at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach with my family and had an overall excellent experience. The location is fantastic—right on The Walk in JBR, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and just steps away from the beach. It’s ideal for both leisure and business travelers.
The rooms were spacious (although with 2 adults and 2 children it was a bit tight), with a modern design and a balcony. I appreciated the little details like the complimentary bottled water, and the high-quality toiletries.
Service throughout the hotel was top-notch. The staff were consistently polite, helpful, and attentive without being intrusive. Check-in and check-out were smooth.
The breakfast buffet offered a generous variety of both international and local dishes—fresh, well-prepared, and constantly replenished.
The beach access through their partner area was convenient and came with towels and loungers.
If I had to point out anything, the elevators could be a bit slow during peak times, but it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise very comfortable stay.
Would definitely recommend Mövenpick The Walk for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Dubai’s JBR area with the comfort and service you’d expect from a five-star brand.

I spent a total of around four months at the Mövenpick Jumeirah Beach Hotel during two business stays, and I was impressed every time. The hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful. What stood out to me the most was during my second visit – many of the staff still remembered my name, which truly made me feel at home.
The breakfast buffet was very diverse and absolutely delicious – there’s something for everyone. The rooms were always clean and well-maintained, with two bottles of water provided daily – perfect for cooling down from the Dubai heat.
A truly great hotel with excellent service – I’ll gladly return!

We’re living nearby, so sometimes come to play snooker in the bar inside the hotel. Mostly it’s fine, maybe food is on average, beer is good, happy hours prices are fine. But the common reason why we’re come here is the excellent service from all stuff, mostly Himaya, who every time make the most experience out of it. She is always welcoming smiling and making the feeling of coming to an old friends place :D and the service is always amazing. Thanks to the place and Himaya of making our evenings fun!

I've been a guest here for a week now and would like to share my impressions so far (I'll be staying here for more days).
Room: modern and spacious. The cleaning team does a great job.
The glass between the shower and bedroom can be problematic if you're traveling with teenagers (privacy!).
The air conditioning is very loud, and the door to the hallway isn't sealed at all; you can hear everything that's going on there.
Breakfast buffet: large selection, very friendly, attentive staff. Everything is well organized.
Pool, garden, beach:
Private beach, there are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. They ensure that it's only used by hotel guests. I personally appreciate this.
The pool, the size, and the cleanliness are okay.
Pool bar: the price/performance ratio is rather overrated.
The restrooms by the pool are often very dirty!
The garden: there are far too few umbrellas. Early in the morning, staff reserve the loungers for "special" guests.
During the day, there is no monitoring of which sun loungers are unoccupied.
In my opinion, this requires more attention.

A brilliant stay at the Sheraton, really enjoyable family holiday. The hotel is an excellent location and the facilities are brilliant.
However the best thing about the hotel though, is the people, we were treated brilliantly throughout the week. All staff were brilliant but Bassel was excellent and was worth a mention!

My family and I( six of us) had an apartment near the Sheraton, we took out a spa membership for two weeks to enable us to use the pool and bar/restaurant facilities. The staff were more that helpful and friendly with a big shout out for Ansari who took great care looking after us, nothing was too much trouble for Ansari and with him at the helm the place worked like a well run ship. Also thank you to Sassy, who was a great help for anything needed at the pool side. we would also like to say thank you to the chef for the excellent tasting BBQ at the weekends, Delicious, our 18 month old granddaughter loved her morning waves from him.

Before coming there we were a bit worried about how modern the rooms are as the hotel isn’t so modern. But everything was pretty much okay) I’d like to especially thank all workers (waiters, receptionists, others) for their kindness and desire to help. I’ve never met such hospitality before. We’d also like to thank a lot Dipti, the receptionist, for her help and letting us stay in our room for 3 hours more before the check out. It was so nice and convenient to us ❤️
We enjoyed the area with sunbeds and the open-air cinema, the view from there and our room was fantastic.
Also the hotel’s position is nearby all places you need which was convenient for us too, particularly in that heat.
The room cleaning was amazing! Unfortunately, I don’t remember the guy’s name who cleaned our room, but he left us a cute teddy bear and next time left rose petals. It was unexpectedly very pleasant.

The hotel was definitely a 5 star experience. We did half board which was a great deal as the hotel has many restaurants that all delivered high quality meals. The location is smack dab centre of the JBR and the walk and the property itself is beachfront. The rooms were nice, I’ll say the step off from the bathtub to floor is just a bit high for my height. The hotel front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff were very nice and did a great job, and even the concierge especially Mani was very welcoming and helpful. Definitely a great spot to spend some time in this beautiful country.

This was an incredible stay. Nima was making our room perfect every day. Always with a smile and ready to help. Everything is comfortable and easy here. We enjoyed every second from the check in. Nazik gave us a warm welcome to the hotel and took care of all, so we got our room quick and nice.

Our house keeper Janine cleaned our room to a good standard. Fresh towels every day and coffee & tea topped up. The rug in the bathroom, disappearing every other day (I presume to be cleaned )was a bit frustrating. Fridge also not really cold enough.
Comfortable bed has made for a good night sleep if it wasn’t for the noise outside.
Happy hour misleading as doesn’t include alcohol (beer) in price advertised.

Great location, nice rooms, very friendly service. Mina from housekeeping always organized our rooms impeccably. Only issue: seems the accounting system is not very efficient: struggled to pay our reservation in advance, had to do several calls and emails with the hotel to get it right and the system locked us out of the room on the 3rd night of our stay because we had exceeded the deposit. It’s not like we were going to run away not paying room service… other than those administrative inconveniences, everyone at the hotel is great, friendly and always willing to help.

Ignore all of the negative reviews - they are full of lies. We had the most perfect experience at this hotel and didn’t want to leave! The staff are unbelievably kind and helpful, catering to everything we asked and even fixed a small water issue with our room at midnight! You barely notice the construction going on (and it’s Dubai, there is construction everywhere, get over it!). The food is absolutely lovely and we could order whatever we wanted as part of our half board. The breakfast provides multiple different options to suit all guests. The facilities are fantastic! Would stay here again in a heartbeat and miss it already!

A very nice hotel, with a wonderful beach, however the water wasn’t that clean as we expected, but still it was good 😊 we stayed there for about a week with two toddlers, and enjoyed it very much! The food was good, the staff was lovely! I would like to thank especially Tarsen, who works at the beach, he helped us billon times with everything, he was kind to the kids, always friendly and very helpful. When it was his day off, it felt so much, since no one else was there to do what he was usually doing! Thank you a lot!

Disappointing Stay Despite Clean Room
While the room was clean, my overall experience was not enjoyable. There were no special events or activities for guests, which made the stay feel boring. To make things worse, the air conditioning wasn’t working, which made the room uncomfortable. I

Loved it ,go for the half board option ,with 3 hour free drinks in solo bar,but can also be used in the underground bar.
Use your half board wisely ,get 1 meal for dinner ( enough for 2 )
Use other meal for evening meal (enough for 2) etc

A question to the managers, wouldn't it be possible to have an option for English guests to have an English breakfast brought to them in the dining area ,at breakfast time .
I understand the reasons why the breakfast ingredients aren't on display etc,yet are prepared in the underground bar.
I only ask this to try and improve the holiday experience for bits.
Due to the fact the underground isn't open at breakfast.?

Excellent resort for family vacation. Huge heated pool. Excellent food. Staff and level of service is top notch even by already high Dubai standards. There was a construction site next to the hotel but noise was infrequent and minimal and only heard sometimes outside by the pool, our 4 year old actually enjoyed watching the cranes working. Definitely want to come back.
P.s.: the only recommendation is to speed up check out process. Let guests leave the keys and just go instead of standing in line and waiting for someone to check the minibar (if something is missing, you’ll charge the card on file anyway).

What a day it was! I arrived with my group of girls, and it turned out to be magical. At first, the heat had us down, but we decided to try the pool. The breakfast is super good, everything tastes really fresh, and it's constantly refilled. Unfortunately, the omelet man forgot my omelet twice, and I had to wait a long time (20 minutes) twice. By that time, my family had already finished, which I found very unfortunate! Nevertheless, everything was delicious, and the staff were super friendly! The only negative is that you get stuck in traffic for a long time just before you reach the hotel. We were stuck in traffic for at least 30 minutes for every activity. There's far too much traffic here, which can really spoil your mood, like it did for me.
Otherwise, the hotel is very centrally located and right on JBR Beach, which is another advantage. The pool is great, but unfortunately, there's a lot of trash in the water at the beach, which my children don't like.
But I'm still mostly satisfied and would come again!

Every year, my wife and I do a honeymoon trip. This year was to Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Well, a HUGE thanks to Andrew Williams at Travel at Will (travelatwill.com) whose impeccable planning arranged this gem of a hotel! We have stayed at many hotels from 2-star to 5-star, but never...NEVER have we had such a large room and such phenomenal service! The suite was truly grand with its five rooms, two bathrooms, tall ceilings, large deck and views of the water way and the city. But the crown jewel of this hotel are its employees! They take customer service way WAY WAY above and beyond. They (meaning many of them) made the effort to learn our names, our room number and where we were from so they could speak personnaly to us each time we came through! Okay...you're probably wondering what else could they possibly do?... well, Chef Morhaf Barsha ( @morhaf.barsha ) came by our table each day and talked with us. One day, Chef felt our food (which was phenomenal to us) needed to be freshened up, so we watched as he took time to go prepare a dish for us himself!! OMG! NEVER has this happened! So, a big THANK YOU to the staff at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Jumeirah Beach for making our honeymoon trip such a tremendous success!

The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai has become my absolute favorite place to stay. I’ve stayed here a few times already, and every visit just keeps getting better. The location is amazing – right by the beach, close to everything, and perfect for relaxing or exploring the city.
But what truly makes this hotel stand out is the incredible team working here. Everyone is so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind.
I want to give a special shoutout to Milena from Tamoka. She has been with us through all of our stays, and every time she welcomes us with even more warmth and care than the last. She’s not only professional but also very thoughtful and attentive. Milena went out of her way to help us discover new spots in Dubai and made sure we were comfortable at all times. You can really see how much she enjoys taking care of guests — and it shows in how she treats everyone around her. She truly made our experience even more memorable.

Had a delightful experience from start to finish. First impressions definitely count and especially as we arrived a good few hours before check in and Raj at the front desk obtained a room for us immediately with no waiting around. He even kindly offered us breakfast before we officially checked in which was really nice and helped us to rest after a flight. The hotel has plenty of amenities for kids and adults alike with many restaurants, pools and different entertainment as well as the private beach. The location is ideal being in JBR near many different restaurants. The attention to detail from the staff was great from housekeeping to the chefs. The security guards and doormen were also very friendly. I would recommend staying here and would come again to experience this excellent hospitality.

I had the pleasure of staying in a Junior Suite at the Address Beach Resort in Dubai, and it was truly a memorable experience.
The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and every detail is carefully curated. The view from the room is stunning, and watching the sunset from the highest infinity pool in the world, with a breathtaking aerial view of Dubai, was one of the highlights of my trip.
The lobby is elegant and welcoming, featuring a bar with delicious desserts – special mention to the strawberry cheesecake, which was absolutely delightful.
The only downside was that the windows in the suite were quite dirty, which unfortunately made it hard to enjoy the view from the room. However, this did not diminish the overall quality of the stay.
A special mention goes to concierge Douglas Meneses, who stood out for his exceptional professionalism. With his attentive gaze, he was helping guests even before they asked – he noticed I was looking for something from meters away and immediately assisted me with a smile and genuine availability. Truly outstanding service. Kudos also to Vera, who was very friendly, warm, and welcoming.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Dubai, where service excellence, comfort, and unforgettable moments come together.

A Wonderful Experience at Address Beach Resort!
My visit to Address Beach Resort was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Rachel at the lobby restaurant was absolutely amazing—so helpful, polite, and always smiling, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The food was outstanding, especially the salmon avocado, which was the most delicious salmon I’ve ever had. Every bite was perfection!
To top it all off, the harpist performing at the Lobby Terrace outside created such a magical ambiance with beautiful music that added a wonderful vibe to the evening. It was truly an unforgettable experience, and I can’t wait to return!

I had an amazing stay at Rixos Premium JBR! The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and everything was super clean and well taken care of. The food, the beach, the pool – everything was top-notch.
What really stood out though was the service, especially from the manager, Bibin. He was so friendly, helpful, and always made sure we were happy and comfortable. You can tell he truly cares about the guests and takes pride in what he does. It’s rare to meet a manager who’s so hands-on and involved.
Thanks to Bibin and the whole team for making our stay so special. Can’t wait to come back!

Stayed at Rixos Premium Dubai and had a fantastic experience! The rooms are incredibly spacious, modern, and spotless—pure luxury. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and top attractions. We had a stunning sunset view from the pool, which made the evenings even more special. The buffet offered an excellent variety of delicious food, catering to all tastes. Staff were friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Dubai!
My only recommendation would be having free water around the pool.

We chose this hotel based on recommendations from friends and our travel agent. Initially, we booked for three nights, but everything was so amazing that we decided to extend our stay for another night.
From the moment we arrived at reception, we were warmly welcomed by Sarah, who was full of positive energy, always smiling, and incredibly helpful. Throughout our stay, she assisted us with any questions and everything we needed.
The breakfast was simply outstanding—delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options.
The pool area was fantastic, with excellent service from the staff. The pool beds were comfortable, the beach service was exceptional, and the food at the pool bar was absolutely delicious!
Our room was spacious and spotless, cleaned twice a day, with a constant supply of fresh water and coffee. Ivan from the service team was always available and assisted with anything we needed.
The hotel's location is perfect—right on the beachfront with a private beach, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The Marina Mall is also within walking distance.
Without a doubt, this was an exceptional vacation, and we can’t wait to come back!

The Premium Two Bedroom Suite has a dreamlike view to lots of spectacular sights around the palm. You have to see that with your own eys. Our familiy with 4 kids had enough space in that suite and enjoy everything the hotel offers. Great food, very friendly employee in all ares inside the hotel and outside at the pools. Mrs. Sachini made up our suite every day - after the 4 kids played in - and it looks like we are the first users of that suite. The sand and the sea is beautifull. We already booked our next stay in Rixos Premium Dubai JBR. CU soon :-)

We’re currently enjoying a 7-day holiday at Delta Hotels by Marriott JBR, and it’s been an absolutely fantastic experience so far!
We booked the all-inclusive package, which has been totally worth it. The food is delicious, with a great variety at every meal, and both non-alcoholic and international alcoholic beverages are included, which is a big plus. Everything has been fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
The staff are extremely polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, always checking in to make sure everything is perfect. Their hospitality has made a real difference in our stay.
The pool is clean and very relaxing, and the hotel also provides a beach kit with umbrella, which has been super convenient for beach days. The beach itself is lovely and just a short walk away.
Our room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained – it’s a perfect space to relax after a day in the sun.
We’re really enjoying every moment and already know we’ll be recommending this place to friends and family. Looking forward to the rest of our stay!

Delta Hotels is a nice hotel if you want a comfortable stay near Jumeirah Beach without spending too much. The rooms are clean, modern, and have everything you need for a relaxing visit.
The location is great — just a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops around. The staff are friendly and helpful, making sure you feel welcome throughout your stay.
Breakfast has plenty of choices and tastes good, so you start your day right.
A solid option for travelers looking for comfort and convenience near the beach.

I really found this hotel great and wanted to share my perspective.
On previous visits to Dubai I’ve been lucky to stay at Ritz Carlton.
For this long business trip, Delta was the more appropriate venue.
I found the staff throughout to be extremely helpful, from early check to every encounter, friendly, generous and kind.
I had access to the executive lounge which was really good for the value. Always drinks and snacks available and cocktail hours really generous.
Staff member Akhila was exceptional, attentive, and remembered drink preferences from previous days. She made the stay extra special and I hope her work is recognized by management 😊
I would 100% stay here again and recommend to everybody

We just got back from our second stay at the Delta by Marriott JBR this year, and I can't say enough good things about it! As soon as we arrived, Kamil at the front desk greeted us like old friends—he even remembered us from our previous visit and upgraded our room. What a nice surprise! The suite was incredible, it truly made us feel right at home.
To make it even more special, I celebrated my birthday during this stay. The staff went above and beyond by surprising me at breakfast with a lovely cake, which really made my day. Victoria and May were fantastic as well; they remembered our room number and made us feel so welcome every morning. It’s those little touches that truly stand out and make you feel at home.
The location is unbeatable, and the service from the staff is just top-notch. Honestly, I can't imagine staying anywhere else. This hotel really feels like a home away from home!
Overall, our experience was wonderful, and I'm already looking forward to our next visit!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. From the reception team to those assisting with the elevators, everyone was incredibly helpful. I also had a delightful conversation with the Filipino staff, which added a personal touch to my visit. The breakfast offered was not as extensive as anticipated, but it was still enjoyable and of good quality! And the handcrafted coffee, it was a real treat compared to the usual machine-dispensed options—100/10! While it took a little time for the water to warm up in the bathrooms, the room itself was fantastic—definitely a 10/10. Balconies are locked by default for safety, but you can ask the hotel to make it available for you. Only 4-5 mins walk from Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Can You Swim At Jumeirah Beach Residence?
The Beach, located opposite Jumeirah Beach Residence, is a fantastic spot for swimming in Dubai, but that’s not all. This is the top destination in the Emirate for watersports - including wakeboarding, parasailing and banana boat rides.
Other beach facilities include private cabanas available to rent for when you want a break, as well as watersports gear that can be hired when you want to go for a splash around.
When Is The Best Time To Visit Jumeirah Beach Residence?
The Beach JBR is open 7 days a week, with shops, restaurants and entertainment venues all having their own timings.
If you want to swim at The Beach JBR, the best time of year is usually around April or May, when the sea temperature is at its most comfortable - around 28°C.
