I was absolutely satisfied with my stay! I especially want to highlight Mr. Sanjaya – he is incredibly friendly, kind, and very attentive to the guests. He truly takes his time to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Honestly, he really deserves a pay raise – staff like him make all the difference! The hotel itself is excellent as well – clean, well-organized, with a pleasant atmosphere and everything you need. I would definitely love to come back!

Had a fantastic staycation plus birthday celebration for my brother in law at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Jumeirah Beach. Right from the moment we made the reservations, our interaction with Ms. Menna and all her team was great. They made sure any requests we had in advance were checked and taken care of. We had a warm welcome from Jessa and the ladies and gents at Reception as we checked in. And fabulous rooms with an amazing sea view. Then on to the lovely beach and pool, with the pool bar being super cute. The restaurant Gastro Kitchen was lovely too. Jenny, Usha and all the other lovely people who work there really did so well. Jenny is a star - hope to see you rising high! She took care of us so well each time we visited. Glanston, the chef made us some special treats. The food and esp breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay a lot, our room had a little birthday greeting and balloons and we received a small birthday cake to celebrate. All amenities were there in the room. The rooms were very comfortable. Would love to return. Thanks a lot everyone.

Been to this hotel twice in one year now. What made us come back? The staff, location and rooms - they must see thousands of guests every week but remembered us and we were greeted with such warmth and respect. Special mention to the staff in the restaurant: Merina, Koe (we think that is the name of the young lady who seats people in the restaurant) & Clifton who really should be in managerial roles as their customer service is excellent - they are very competent, fully customer focused and make the experience so personalised - knowing what we like to eat and drink, where we like to sit and showing so much love for the toddler we had with us. The other young lady who deserves a mention is Harpreet - a delightful young lady - attentive, beautiful smile and just so lovely. They all work so hard and always with a smile. @Management: please give these staff a bonus and train them up as managers as they are so worthy.

We had an amazing experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton JBR! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, every staff member was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. A big thanks to Morhaf the breakfast chef and Jenny u guys were amazing!! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located near the beach. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was definitely the food – every meal we had was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We’re super happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. DoubleTree by Hilton JBR is truly a wonderful place, and we can’t wait to come back!

We visited this place together with our teachers to celebrate Teacher’s Day, and it was truly a wonderful experience. We were provided with a kinda private area where we could enjoy a delicious breakfast and spend time together in a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful throughout. Chef Navin personally prepared a special dessert for us and came several times to check if anyone would like something individually made – such a thoughtful gesture! The cuisine was diverse and everything tasted amazing. Afterwards, we continued our celebration at the hotel’s poolside area, where we enjoyed a beautiful atmosphere with live music from a vocalist. It was the perfect way to spend the day. We will definitely come back again! A big thank you to Koe for helping us organize this event so smoothly. She was always available, supportive, and gave us excellent advice along the way.
