Stayed here in August 2024 with family and a range of children of different ages. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment which looked out to the beach. Gorgeous view which is now engraved in the family memories. Reception staff were great as were all other staff. Martin’s name pops up as (forgotten the other great team). The hotel is in a fabulous location. Tidy, clean and great service. Exactly what I’d expect from a reputable brand like Hilton. We ordered some of the continental and Arabic breakfast which were very nice. Definitely would book again. If you are a parent with children, book the 2/3 bedroom apartments which are definitely recommended. Just make sure that all doors that lead to the balconies are locked for safety.

Great property that exceeded expectations. perfect location for families. After a little maintenance incident in our room shortly after check in, the staff could not have been more helpful and considerate. Special shout out to Koe and the buffet breakfast team...possibly the best selection of food I have ever seen on offer and reasonably priced. Service is impeccable all around!

We stayed here for a family vacation. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The room had a perfect view of Ain Dubai, and it was spacious and very comfortable. Room service was excellent, and breakfast offered a nice variety of options. The pools were always clean and well-maintained. One small note: it would be better if there was a designated smoking area away from the pool, especially since there are children around. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was amazing from start to finish – the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and all the facilities exceeded my expectations. From the moment we checked in, the team made us feel so welcome – we were even given cookies on arrival, which was such a nice touch. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable, especially Keo, Faheem, and Clinton, who were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive throughout our stay. We were given a birthday cake with balloons during our time there, which made the celebration extra special, and also received a lovely leaving gift of a delicious crepe. Those thoughtful gestures really set this hotel apart and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. This hotel doesn’t just provide great service – it creates wonderful memories. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be coming back!
