Excellent family stay. We traveled with our three daughters and stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a very spacious living area. The hotel kindly upgraded our suite to include a kitchen, which was extremely helpful since we were traveling with a baby. A very thoughtful and professional gesture. The service was outstanding, the food was well organized and of good quality, and the view was beautiful. The hotel location is lively and very close to JBR, which is perfect for families. Special thanks for the lovely birthday gift and the beautiful surprise prepared in the room for our daughter. A big thank you as well to Heba and Vanessa at the reception for their excellent service and warm attitude. A wonderful hotel overall, and we will definitely return.

I was absolutely satisfied with my stay! I especially want to highlight Mr. Sanjaya – he is incredibly friendly, kind, and very attentive to the guests. He truly takes his time to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Honestly, he really deserves a pay raise – staff like him make all the difference! The hotel itself is excellent as well – clean, well-organized, with a pleasant atmosphere and everything you need. I would definitely love to come back!
