We were warmly welcomed by the staff member Maryam, who was friendly and cheerful; She completed our check-in process within minutes and even offered us a delicious welcome gift a pack of healthy cookies, which was a lovely touch. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive, making us feel completely at home. On several occasions, they assisted us with arranging taxis, either booking one or providing transportation directly from the hotel. Some team members even went above and beyond by taking memorable family photos for us in the lobby a truly generous gesture. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to a variety of restaurants, cafes, and nearby facilities. Its proximity to the sea, along with beautiful sea views, adds to its charm especially during marine events. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of one of Dubai’s most iconic landmarks: Dubai Eye. The breakfast experience at the international restaurant was exceptional; delicious food and great service from all the staff but, there was a noticeable lack of healthy options on the menu. The hotel feels very safe and is well-suited for family stays. I highly recommend staying here and would like to sincerely thank the entire reception, Management and service team. Our stay was from June 16 to June 19.

Would just like to say a big thank you to "Marina" from Nepal who helped us at breakfast and Costa coffee in the hotel (I'm sure I didn't spell her name right but I'm sure the management know who she is) Such a wonderful person, and a great hire for the hotel. Our stay in Double tree was great, we were given sea view rooms as a upgrade, and all the staff were very helpful. The double room was very spacious and the pool access and service was great too. The gym was great as was the beach access. We would choose this hotel again.

We had an amazing experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton JBR! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, every staff member was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. A big thanks to Morhaf the breakfast chef and Jenny u guys were amazing!! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located near the beach. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was definitely the food – every meal we had was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We’re super happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. DoubleTree by Hilton JBR is truly a wonderful place, and we can’t wait to come back!

We visited this place together with our teachers to celebrate Teacher’s Day, and it was truly a wonderful experience. We were provided with a kinda private area where we could enjoy a delicious breakfast and spend time together in a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful throughout. Chef Navin personally prepared a special dessert for us and came several times to check if anyone would like something individually made – such a thoughtful gesture! The cuisine was diverse and everything tasted amazing. Afterwards, we continued our celebration at the hotel’s poolside area, where we enjoyed a beautiful atmosphere with live music from a vocalist. It was the perfect way to spend the day. We will definitely come back again! A big thank you to Koe for helping us organize this event so smoothly. She was always available, supportive, and gave us excellent advice along the way.

This place is absolutely amazing! Everything is clean and well maintained. The pool is great for kids, and the beach is just a short walk away. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the staff are always professional and welcoming. This is my fifth time staying here, and I truly enjoy every moment with my family. Highly recommended for a relaxing and fun getaway!
