I was absolutely satisfied with my stay! I especially want to highlight Mr. Sanjaya – he is incredibly friendly, kind, and very attentive to the guests. He truly takes his time to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Honestly, he really deserves a pay raise – staff like him make all the difference! The hotel itself is excellent as well – clean, well-organized, with a pleasant atmosphere and everything you need. I would definitely love to come back!

Check-in was great and very helpful staff. We arrived at 12pm and early check-in was accommodated by 1.30. we couldn't use any facilities as weren't guests but the beach was accommodating. Rooms are very spacious (two bed suite) with a seaview balcony of the eye and amazing sea and skyline- very picturesque place! Downside of rooms are the smaller room had a small water tank which needs 45 mins to heat up once empty.We weren't advised this upon check-in and meant we had to travel downstairs to use the beach changing showers for 2 days- far from ideal in a very warm climate. Service staff amazing in every way. Breakfast and dinner restaurant is far too air conditioned and sitting outside is best but impacted by the smokers and flies at times! The buffet dinner was a good selection and chef Gladstone/Chris on the 1st days made the most amazing salmon on a bed of roasted veg! Unfortunately our last dinner of grilled chicken was so tough and overdone that we had to leave the meal- very unsatisfied for our last meal. Despite the above, a great location and plenty of beach chairs and acces to the jbr walk away from the noisy clubs! Would definitely consider returning if the price was right!
SHORYU Sushi Bar
Totally will come back. The staff is amazing, Everyone is so friendly and caring. Rooms are quite spacious, clean. Not modern but all in a good state. I like hat they have balcony so I can open them for fresh air. Location is top right at thw beach, privat beach, JBR and Blue Waters.

Had a fantastic staycation plus birthday celebration for my brother in law at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Jumeirah Beach. Right from the moment we made the reservations, our interaction with Ms. Menna and all her team was great. They made sure any requests we had in advance were checked and taken care of. We had a warm welcome from Jessa and the ladies and gents at Reception as we checked in. And fabulous rooms with an amazing sea view. Then on to the lovely beach and pool, with the pool bar being super cute. The restaurant Gastro Kitchen was lovely too. Jenny, Usha and all the other lovely people who work there really did so well. Jenny is a star - hope to see you rising high! She took care of us so well each time we visited. Glanston, the chef made us some special treats. The food and esp breakfast was great. We enjoyed our stay a lot, our room had a little birthday greeting and balloons and we received a small birthday cake to celebrate. All amenities were there in the room. The rooms were very comfortable. Would love to return. Thanks a lot everyone.

We visited this place together with our teachers to celebrate Teacher’s Day, and it was truly a wonderful experience. We were provided with a kinda private area where we could enjoy a delicious breakfast and spend time together in a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful throughout. Chef Navin personally prepared a special dessert for us and came several times to check if anyone would like something individually made – such a thoughtful gesture! The cuisine was diverse and everything tasted amazing. Afterwards, we continued our celebration at the hotel’s poolside area, where we enjoyed a beautiful atmosphere with live music from a vocalist. It was the perfect way to spend the day. We will definitely come back again! A big thank you to Koe for helping us organize this event so smoothly. She was always available, supportive, and gave us excellent advice along the way.
