My wife and I went on a trip to St. Lucia in January 2025. We stayed at Soco house and truly enjoyed our stay. The all-inclusive package was great with really good food. Chef Cameron did a fantastic job with every meal menu selection and execution. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and overlooked the pool. The bartenders did a fantastic job with cocktails and cooler preps to take to Reduit Beach, which is a 3 minute walk from the resort.
On the beach, it was a totally perfect experience. THE ONE and Miss Valerie took care of us every day with setting up lounge seats and umbrellas. THE ONE also set us up with true St. Lucia excursions and Friday Night street party taxi trips.
The ONE turned out to be a one stop shop to all needs of what you would need on a trip or on the beach. This includes consultation on where to go, what to do, where to eat and also, what to listen to if you have your speakers and spotify! At the end of the trip we got to learn the he is a local artist who makes his own music too! He truly made a memorable impact to our trip and made us wanna come back. Our next trip to this gorgeous island is certainly going to be at Soco House and Reduit Beach.

This is a unique 4 star hotel that won't disappoint if you remember a few key things:
-this is not a five star resort, therefore not everything is going to be perfect. But they come pretty close and the price point is an excellent value. You're not going to get Michelin star meals but the food is very good. It's also table service and made to order which means you may have to wait for your food but never overly long.
-this is an island nation where everything is expensive and difficult to import. I have read complaints about the loungers being dirty but they were pressure washed every night, they are just a bit stained from lots of use....hence four star, not five star. The beach chairs and umbrellas have definitely seen better days but who cares? They work and the beach is amazing. Swapping out a chair or lounger is not as easy or as cheap as it is on the mainland.
While we were there, we witnessed near-constant sweeping and glass cleaning in the lobby, railings being repainted, pressure washing of the pool deck and countless other signs of excellent upkeep. Our shower could have used a bit of love but it was clean and so was everything else.
We met so many lovely people during our stay and the quiet, relaxed vibe was perfect for our holiday. We truly relaxed.

Overall good hotel. Nice little pool, good bar, fantastic service from everyone who works there. 3 minute walk from an amazing beach and within 10 minute walk of a lot of good restaurants. The meals we had were all decent. Nothing fantastic, but solid. A lot of reviewers complained about wait times, we never had an issue with this: we always got our food within 30 minutes of sitting down.
Our air conditioner leaked pretty bad the first night and left a huge puddle on the floor, it took a bit the next day to get someone to take a look and fix it, like until early afternoon, but that was probably the biggest issue we had. Other than that we enjoyed our time here and thought it was good value for the money.
Opposing Opinions Matter
The hotel is nothing special but there is far worse out there. The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to ensure you will enjoy your holiday.
Eloise in the restaurant is extremely welcoming and puts the customers first and foremost.
Chester on the pool bar was also amazing, even going out of his way to purchase me some Guinness as the hotel does not stock it.
The pool is small but that makes for a more intimate environment to make some life long friends.
The minimum wage in Saint Lucia is only around $7 ec. Please tip well as it means more to them than you can know.
The island is great and all the people on the island are welcoming. I would advice the catamaran trip and the rain forest tour. Both are great and the guides are very knowledgeable

We loved every moment. They did their very best too take care of us and all of our needs. It was our home away from home. The food was extremely good. It could rival any five star resort. If you are looking for something quiet, it’s absolutely perfect.
Location is actually perfect as well. You can walk to so many places, but you are not bothered by the noise of over activity.

What a great hotel.
Good clean rooms for a reasonable fee.
Great restaurant.
It’s not next to the beach, but only a short walk.
My only suggestion is, please improve reception and get rid of the Perspex screen. Reception need to be poolside the main entrance door.
Plus a notice board ref excursions etc.

This hotel is paradise on earth. I cannot overstate what a wonderful experience we had during a 10 day stay at Coco Palm Resort. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone. Reception staff are welcoming , friendly and courteous. Serving staff are wonderful. Bar staff are great and cleaning staff are efficient and responsive.
The food served in the restaurant is exceptional. Tasty, wholesome and plentiful.
The pool area is fabulous. Great area to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
The gym is air conditioned and kitted out with a range of fitness equipment.
The rooms on offer include swim ups, garden rooms , garden view rooms and pool view rooms.
The location of the hotel is superb for access to the local beaches and also the local town. They are literally a short walk away.
I cannot recommend this resort more highly. Superb, relaxing and welcoming.

My husband Allan and I spent 15 nights at Coco Palm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The resort itself might not have a 5 star rating, but the people working here should. When we first arrived, we were greeted by Vincent (Duty Manager) who was quick to make us feel welcome. Check in was effortless, with no surprises. The front desk employees were sweet, greeting us every morning and throughout the day. Special mention to Carleen, who was always so busy, but took time out to help you with whatever you needed. The hotel, grounds, pool and rooms were spotless thanks to the caretakers. Our chamber maid Yasmin was very accommodating and efficient. The buffet breakfast surprised us with its quality and diversity. We had several meals in the open air dining, which we very much enjoyed. The dining room and bar staff were spot on!
We will definitely return for future stays in St Lucia and especially at Coco Palm.

Spent two nights as a couple on vacation. Good location at Rodney Bay in walking distance of restaurants and Reduit Beach. Room was clean with plenty of space. Nice pool area. Friendly bar service and good drinks. Food at breakfast buffet was good, with a nice selection. Only downside was disorganized service at the front desk and at breakfast. Not a deal-breaker -- overall this place is still a good value.

We had a lovely stay at Coco Palm. It was clean, comfortable and accessible to shops and restaurants, which was important to us. The staff were unanimously welcoming, polite, friendly and courteous so much so, that it would be hard to pick out, any one individual for praise.
The following are observations which not complaints, are intended as constuctive:
- we had a twin room but there was no where to put our luggage. Perhaps, we could have requested a rack of some sort;
- again, in the bathroom there was no where to hang robes etc., for a two person suite;
- certainly, not enough hangers for two women!. This was rectified once raised;
- it was a great shame that the balconies on the first floor or beyond did not lend themselves to anything other than standing on for short periods of time. The balconies for the ground floor suites whilst more generous, felt a little exposed;
- it would have been nice to see a little more variety in the breakfast offerings which, although plentiful, at times would have benefited from a little more imagination. We stayed for two weeks so, this became increasingly evident by week two
- the pool was out of action for a few days which was unfortunate both for the guests and the staff.
The undoubted jewel in the crown of this establishment is the hard working staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable, despite it being a busy time with the Jazz and Arts Festival. True customer/guest focus was evident throughout!!😁 🙌

From the moment we arrived at Windjammer Landing, we were enveloped in the kind of luxury and warmth that dreams are made of. Nestled in a lush, hillside oasis with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, this resort is truly a gem of St. Lucia. Every corner of the property exudes elegance, from the immaculately kept villas with private plunge pools to the serene white-sand beach framed by gently swaying palms.
The dining experience was nothing short of spectacular. Each restaurant offered a unique culinary journey, with the freshest local ingredients prepared to perfection. From gourmet Caribbean cuisine to decadent seafood, every meal was a delight — and the sunset dinners by the water felt like something out of a movie.
But what truly sets Windjammer apart is its staff. The service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and genuine. Every team member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless, making us feel not just like guests, but like part of the Windjammer family.

Planning a family vacation can be stressful...there are so many Caribbean islands and resorts to choose from! We are thrilled we chose St Lucia and the Windjammer Resort. We have a 1 year old and a 4 year old and the coastline suites were perfect. Everything you need is a short walk away! Staff is amazing and made us feel right at home. Our kids loved the pool and beach area. We rented our own car and I would just caution folks that driving in St Lucia is its own adventure. Roads are steep and narrow!

Our honeymoon couldnt have been more perfect. We have never received this sort of treatment before. Everyone was beyond friendly and accommodating. So polite and helpful and made us feel so special. The food was amazing. Every single member of the staff was so efficient and kind. Room service was done every time we left the villa so we always had fresh towels and a clean place to come back to. I recently stayed at Windjammer Landing and overall, it was a really beautiful resort. The setting is stunning, with amazing views and a peaceful, tropical atmosphere. The beach was lovely and the whole place felt well cared for.
That said, the resort is built on a steep hillside, and my accommodation was quite a hike to reach on foot. Luckily, the shuttle service was efficient and always available, which made getting around much easier.
One downside for me was the cost of food and drinks on-site — I found them to be quite overpriced for what was offered. Something to keep in mind if you’re planning to eat at the resort regularly.

A lovely hotel, staff were impeccable, food and drink great. They need to do something to sort out lounger brigade, people putting towels out at 6am or earlier still, plus shortage of towels. Beware of location, beautiful views, however you are reliant on shuttle service to reach the beach. Overall a great hotel and would go back.

Coming to the end of a lovely, relaxing stay at Bel Jou. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Plenty of sockets, all UK style in the room we were in. Lower pool has a self serve bar with soft drinks, spirits and wines, while the top pool has a cocktail and snack bar. Plenty of sunbeds around both.
There are two restaurants, Veranda is the main buffet with great views down over Castries and the sea, while Hummingbird is an air conditioned al la carte. Both served excellent quality food, though sometimes signage wasn’t clear for vegetarians/vegans and choices were sometimes a little limited.
The hotel runs a free shuttle bus several times a day (not Sundays and Wednesdays) down to the beach and town, both are well worth a visit. Free sunbeds are provided on the beach and there are vendors selling drinks and snacks. Saturday is market day in the town with many stalls around the centre, there’s also a Massys supermarket/pharmacy for anything extra you might need.
Staff have been lovely, special shout out to, Devon, Vionce, Princess, Keshia and Sam who go out their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay!

My partner and I stayed here for 6 days. Everything about this resort is wonderful! The food, drinks, night-time and daytime activities were wonderful!
The food is diverse and not your typical continental American-style food which I really appreciated. We were able to get a real taste of Creole food without having to venture far away! The drinks were absolutely slamming. The staff was very polite, very very helpful and very friendly! We arrived way before check-in time and Stasi was kind enough to let us have lunch and hang out until our room was ready.
Thank you to the Bel Jou staff - we will definitely be returning!

Definitely worth the trip. This hotel is for those looking for a serene getaway, to relax, enjoy nature and views, away from the busy town life. Plenty activities and in-hotel entertainment to enjoy and the staff is the best. Extremely attentive, kind and always willing to assist anyway they can.
I would 100% recommend and I still have a couple days left to enjoy while writing this review.

As a frequent traveler and Google Local Guide, I was excited to spend a full week at the Royalton Resort in St. Lucia. The island itself? Breathtaking. The hospitality experience? Unfortunately, a mix of highs and disappointing lows.
🛬 Arrival & Transportation
Getting from the airport to the resort took nearly two hours. While the ride wasn’t the most comfortable, our driver was pleasant and knowledgeable—sharing local insights and fun facts about the island along the way. Tip: Friday nights seem to be the best time to connect with locals and get a feel for authentic island culture.
🏨 Check-In Experience
This was where the disappointment began. The staff member at check-in was not warm or welcoming and didn’t clearly explain what was included in my stay. There were no bellhops available to assist with luggage (due to being short-staffed), and no one gave a tour or overview of the property. Luckily, the resort itself is walkable and beautifully laid out, so I was able to find my way around eventually.
🛏️ Room Conditions
Air conditioning didn’t work
Fan made loud, concerning noises (like it was falling off)
Lights flickered
No washcloths upon arrival and I had to ask multiple times over four hours
Housekeeping ignored my Do Not Disturb sign and entered the room anyway
Other guests also shared complaints while waiting for their rooms—indicating that this wasn’t just a one-off issue.
🍽️ Dining & Food
If food is a priority for your vacation, prepare to be underwhelmed:
Portions at restaurants were shockingly small
Buffet was consistently cold and poorly maintained
Food was bland across most restaurants
Wait times were excessive—over an hour for overcooked steak
Bars were reusing dirty glasses, or running out altogether
The one bright spot? The food truck near the beach had the best (and hottest) food on the property.
Also disappointing: $8 for a pack of gum at the store and overpriced jewelry vendors on-site.
💆♀️ Spa & Amenities
The spa is visually stunning—but the hydrotherapy area was closed, and I was misled about what services were included. At the hibachi and sushi bar, I was told I could have sushi made to order, but that didn’t happen, and there was confusion around sake pricing.
🎉 Entertainment & Atmosphere
Only real activity during my stay was karaoke
The popular foam party was canceled due to weddings
Beach lounge chairs were well-placed and relaxing
The cabana pool jacuzzi didn’t get hot, and the server rarely came by to check on guests
💬 Final Thoughts
The property itself is beautiful, and the weather was perfect. But the experience was overshadowed by inconsistent service, outdated equipment, poor food quality, and a lack of real hospitality. With a few repairs and a serious service revamp, this resort could be a standout. Until then, manage your expectations if you book here.

We stayed here for a week as part of a TUI package holiday.
The resort is about a two-hour transfer from the International airport on some 'interesting' roads.
Staff are all incredibly friendly. The resort is lovely, with multiple pools and plenty of space to sunbathe. Always free beds going no matter what time of the day.
Cocktails are included - can certainly tell there's no Weight & Measures Act here but at least they weren't being tight with their alcohol. Plenty of bars and never a long wait for a drink, except maybe in the coffee shop.
Food at buffet was good, although maybe slightly repetitive. Food in the restaurants was very good.
Entertainment on the night can be questionable but it's all part of it.

The resort itself is lovely, but cleanliness was definitely lacking. I found hair in the shower, and the soaking tub was clearly not cleaned properly. The bedsheets had brown stains—possibly makeup—and didn’t smell fresh.
The food overall was just okay. The only standout was Donero (not sure if that’s the correct spelling) at the Hideaway—breakfast, lunch, and dinner there were all great. The sports bar, on the other hand, felt more like a late-night drunk food spot with nothing memorable.
While some of the staff were friendly and welcoming, a few were noticeably rude, which affected the experience.
All in all, I wouldn’t return to the Royalton. It was fine for a one-time visit, but not somewhere I’d choose again.

It has the wow factor on check in but unfortunately it lacked a lot of substance. It was disappointing to say the least. I would definitely not rate it 5*. We came from spending 10nights in coconut bay which was incredible to a very disappointing 11nights at the royalton. We got married at coconut bay and the royalton was our honeymoon- we had no congratulations despite it being on the booking notes, nothing in our room to congratulate us and no champagne in the room. (We received champagne in the room 3 times at coconut bay with some beautiful towel art!) definitely didn’t have the same level of personal touches at the royalton.
The room looked beautiful. But we got there an hour after check in time and still had to wait an hour to get to our room as it wasn’t ready and we had to bring our own luggage up too. Also no welcome drink. The room on and off did have a sewage smell which again we mentioned to reception but nothing was done about it. The staff overall seemed less than impressed to be there. No one wanted to help you, we asked several days in a row for more hangers and kept getting told they would be sent up only to receive them 5 days later. There would consistently be a long wait at any bar, normally 3-5 staff members behind the bar but only 1 reluctant server. They continuously ran out of ingredients.
The one exception to this was the absolutely lovely and wonderful life guard zanley! My daughter made friends with her and she was so lovely, kind and gave my daughter some incredible holiday/birthday memories. Zanley also found our son’s hat, had handed it to the towel hut and told us the next day that she had found it and handed it in. However when I went to collect it had mysteriously disappeared…which was disappointing despite going to the towel hut and asking at reception about lost and found the hat had disappeared. (Pretty sure the staff must just throw it away!)
The pools are beautiful, the beach lovely, the gym was good, the view of the sunset incredible and the food was pretty tasty in the restaurants and the buffet. So not all bad.
It was our daughter’s 5th birthday while we were there and we paid for a cake to be delivered to the restaurant which was great, they sang happy birthday to her which she loved.
We had a great holiday because of what we made it, we used the facilities which were great, pools were a massive hit with us and the kids, but unfortunately the overall staff ( minus the lovely Zanley) let the resort down.
Overall wouldn’t recommend and definitely not worth the amount of money it costs.

The rooms needs to be renovated but the cleanliness was on scale 4 out of 5.
The service was subpar the employees didn’t wear gloves, there were birds flying in the restaurant, the cooks was using their cellphone while cooking. The staff were not friendly nor attentive. Unfortunately we do not plan to return to this resort. We have been to several islands and have never experienced anything like this.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
From the first moment service was horrendous. We arrived to the Hideaway lobby, a separate makeshift building separate from the rest of the hotel. The staff had to pull out a folding table to check in our party and was completely ill equipped to handle more than a single party during check in. The woman who managed the buffet in the lobby was rude and angry that I even ask for a coffee from the machine, after a 2 hour ride from the airport.
The rooms were generally OK but were very damp and smelled strongly of mildew the entire trip.
The beach and the grounds were pretty and well
kept (other than the lounge chairs and towels which were falling apart and dirty).
The food and service were the worst part. Almost every meal was completely inedible. If you like drinking, this is fine as most of the hotel guests only could care to sit at the bar all day and night long.
Some of the staff was friendly - some were incredibly rude and off putting, but overall everyone acted as though they were being inconvenienced by any simple request.
I am angry that I paid the amount of money I did to stay here.

I recently stayed at Hideaway at Royalton Saint Lucia, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort - Adults Only, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. I left feeling more frustrated than relaxed, which is the opposite of what a vacation should feel like.
One of the most concerning issues was the overall lack of friendliness and hospitality from the staff. Approximately 75% of the staff we encountered were not welcoming. Basic greetings were often ignored — we regularly had to initiate a "hello" ourselves, including in the mornings on our way to breakfast.
A particularly disappointing moment occurred at one of the resort bars. Despite the bartender making eye contact with us several times, we sat for over 40 minutes without being acknowledged or greeted. This lack of attentiveness and hospitality made us feel unwelcome and invisible.
While 25% of the staff were kind and professional — and we appreciate those few who were courteous — the general atmosphere was not warm or inviting. Combined with less-than-ideal weather, the staff's demeanor made the entire trip feel underwhelming and far from the tropical escape we had hoped for.
We chose your resort expecting a high level of service and hospitality consistent with the Autograph Collection name, and unfortunately, this standard was not upheld during our visit.

I stayed at the Hideaway Royalton All-Inclusive Adults Only resort in Saint Lucia to celebrate my birthday this May. Unfortunately, my experience was horrible. First of all, it's not truly an adults-only resort. The family resort and the adults-only section are both on the same property. The Hideaway area is on one side, while the Royalton Family section is on the other. Because of this, you’ll see kids in the restaurants, at the nighttime entertainment stage, and basically everywhere.
The food was terrible, and the service was very slow. The resort is 2 hours from the airport.
However, the worst part of my stay was the bed bugs. I have bite marks all over my body. Upon checking out, the desk clerk informed me that the manager would reach out to me regarding my complaint, but I have yet to receive a call. When I contacted the resort directly, I was told that since I had already checked out, it was no longer their issue, and I should send an email to hopefully receive a response.
I highly advise against booking with them.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the warm welcome by the staff to the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable, and always spotless. Breakfast featured fresh local products, and the restaurant had delicious options for every taste. The infinity pools, direct beach access, and organized excursions made each day special. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it!

My husband and I stayed at the Hideaway in St Lucia a few weeks ago for our honeymoon. The people working at the location are absolutely phenomenal and we had a great time. Travis, with the Vibe Team, was absolutely amazing and made the experience so much fun! Additionally, Anastasia, at the Aquarius Bar, was the sweetest and made delicious drinks, even if you didnt know exactly what you were wanting and just gave her an idea.
All that being said, our room was not very clean and not in the best condition. The bathroom had parts of the wall falling off and the door was a barndoor style with at least a 2 inch gap, providing little pric Our room was on the first floor with a swim out. However, the swim out is not connected to the main pool or any swim up bars, like at most other all inclusive, so we ended up not using it, since we would just be sharing the narrow pool with 4 other rooms. Second, the rooms service took about 35 minutes to an hour and the food was really not great (speaking only room service wise because the restaurants we were able to get into were amazing). The one item that was absolutely amazing was the jalapeno poppers, but after ordering once, they did not have any more the rest of our stay. Third, I understand we were on a tropical island and have seen my share of roaches since I lived in the south, however, the door to our suite had a large gap and no one wants to be woken up in the middle of the night by their husband telling them to get out of bed because something was crawling in the bed. It turned out to be one of the largest roaches I have ever seen and, despite him killing and flushing this roach, there was another live one in our room the next morning. Finally, the restaurants are very hard to make reservations at. After a few days of trying to get into the steakhouse for a dinner reservation, we succeeded. We were supposed to eat there on our last day, but as we are getting ready, my husband looked at the app to confirm our dinner time and they had canceled the reservation and closed the restaurant for the night, without any kind of notification to us.
The hideaway is not a bad place to stay, there were just quite a few things that were not pleasant enough to give the resort higher than a 3.

I just got back yesterday from a week at Coconut Bay resort. I took my three married children and their spouses and four grandchildren ages one to four. I wanted to write this review because the experience I had was so wonderful and for anyone that wants to spend time with your family And have your different ages all find things and places to enjoy at the resort was amazing. we all stayed next to each other on the first floor, and I was greeted in the mornings by my grandchildren knocking on my door. We were so close to all the activities, but never felt that it was overcrowded or noisy. My son is married with no children yet he Had plenty of choices of activities even with staying on the splash side. We did the land and see excursion and that was excellent. When the beach was full of seaweed, they took us to the Caribbean side, which was a 15 minute drive no charge and we snorkel and Enjoyed the calm Waters. The children mostly played in the pools, but did do the activities at the children’s club and had a blast. The two specialty nights were fun, Caribbean night and country night. Every night we would go listen in the lobby to the entertainment and enjoy dancing. The employees were so accommodating. The airport is a five minute drive to the hotel. The place was well cared for and very clean. The specialty restaurants were delicious. The only negative was the unnatural amount of seaweed that has become a phenomenon in the Caribbean..

Wonderful resort! My kids had a blast and the food here was not that bad. I have been to other all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and DR and this resort had by far the best food. Jerk tree house food is delicious and so is the food at Calabash! Resort is a 4-minute drive from the airport, TONS of kid's activities both day and night, no issues making restaurant reservations. EVERYONE is super friendly and helpful. Never had an issue with finding a seat at the pool. The resort is on the beach and although there is sargassum (seems to be a big problem in the Caribbean nowadays) they are constantly cleaning it up with the surf rake machine. The room we had could have used some updating, especially the bathroom but the resort manager Emely told us they are working on renovating all the rooms in the resort. My concierge Shirlanda was also wonderful. Would definitely recommend and would return to this resort

Serenity at Coconut bay far exceed our expectations. We wanted a trip to simply relax poolside and enjoy our days, and we got just that. The resort is beautifully maintained, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful trip. Kimberly, Ethan, Ray, Kevin, and the entire Greenhouse staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Also, be sure to ask for Abigail at the spa- she’s the best! We hope we’re lucky enough to visit again in the future.

Where to start amazing from start to finish. We came to this resort with our 2 children age 3 and 4 and stayed for 10 nights! Firstly extra plus point being a 5 minute drive from the airport which is perfect when you’ve been travelling for 9 hours with two young children. You are welcomed from the transfer with drinks and then checked into the hotel while they bring your luggage to the room. The staff there are incredibly friendly and helpful. They are so good with the children and kids club is great and they even looked after our 3 year old. (Most kids clubs seem to start from 4yrs). We only used it a few times but each time we did we felt our kids were in great hands. We also got married while we were there, the ceremony was stress free and just how we imagined it over looking the beautiful ocean. We finished the ceremony with a private dinner at the wedding gazebo with a delicious beautiful menu. They had champagne and chocolates brought to our room too.
The food there was incredible from the buffet, the jerk treehouse and the restaurants. The pools are great and our daughter loved the lazy river.
The staff also went above and beyond when our daughter lost her Teddy and they kindly helped find it for her (it had taken a trip to the laundry!)
The rooms are a tiny bit dated but that didn’t bother us. They were cleaned regularly and fridge stocked with water.
The Caribbean themed night was so much fun. We also hired a beach cabana for a day which I highly recommend: All in all a wonderful holiday!

My partner and I have recently returned from a week's stay at East Winds - we initially chose to stay here because of the excellent reviews it has already received, which we can only echo having experienced it ourselves.
East Winds is a special place, because of how beautiful and serene it is, and how thoughtful, welcoming and friendly every member of staff is. It's set in a tropical garden, with amazing plants, trees and wildlife everywhere - there was a mango tree outside our cottage, and we saw hummingbirds flying around our terrace every day. The rooms are lovely - beautifully decorated with plenty of space, a big comfy bed and a fully-stocked fridge with soft drinks, beers and wines. The resort overall is gorgeous, with great pool and beach spaces - both of them have plenty of sunloungers so you never need to worry about finding a good spot at any time of day.
A real highlight was the food and drinks - breakfast and lunch are buffets which were always really varied and delicious (I think I had a chocolate mousse almost every lunchtime, they were so good!). Dinners are a bit more formal, with a 4-course menu every night - the dishes were always really high quality, and we left every meal full and very happy! Drinks were great as well, cocktails were always really tasty and a great range of wines for dinner - the rum tasting session was really fun as well.
The best thing by far about the resort was the people - we've never felt so welcomed to a hotel before! Every single member of staff was so lovely, really welcoming and friendly, and our experience would not have been as amazing as it was without them.
While it was our first time at East Winds, we met plenty of other guests who had returned multiple times - we look forward to hopefully being among their number and coming back soon.

I can't rate our experience high enough. We came for our 25th anniversary and our trip was amazing. The resort was well taken care of daily. Very clean. The restaurants and food were great. We had fun at the main pool daily with all the activities. The service was also great. The only thing I would say is I found a few of the bar tenders to be a little grumpy but overall great experience. We met some amazing people which we will never forget. We set up a few excursions through the resort which were phenomenal. Again, we just can't say enough. Thank you Sandals Grande St. Lucia for an unforgettable experience!

The staff was so friendly and very helpful. They could not do enough to make sure we were happy and enjoying our stay.
The night activities were great. Club Sandal's and Tamara in Loyalty made sure we had everything we needed and treated us like we were the only ones there.
Zion in the activities department was also amazing. He made sure he greeted us with a smile and a hug every time we saw him on property.

My husband and I came to St. Lucia and stayed at the Grande for our honeymoon last year. We were blown away by the beautiful views and wonderful staff. When we got back home I immediately booked to go back for our one year anniversary trip and St. Lucia did not disappoint!! The resort itself overs a wide variety of food options and multiple bars. It is a perfect place to relax and enjoy time together. The best part about Sandals Grande is the staff. We made friends with one of the best bartenders, Jelani, who we will always remember. He not only took care of us but made us feel like family. Our photographer, Jayda, encouraged us to step out of our comfort zone and she produced gorgeous pictures of us. (Not to mention she was very patient when I almost passed out last year during our photo session.) Other honorable mentions include Denson who was another fantastic bartender, Gania who made us laugh and kept us entertained, and Gina who helped us book our next Sandals vacation. Overall, the resort deserves 5 stars and we will continue to come back!

Beautiful resort, amazing employees and picture perfect location. Honestly everything about this trip was a 10/10. Beach was gorgeous, water was pristine and the result was well kept and clean. We loved the restaurants, Gordon's, Barefoot by the Sea and Toscanini's in particular. The pool bar, manned by Peter and Francis was top notch, and you've got to try all 3 of Peter's special drinks. He's been there 20+ years and for good reason. He offered outstanding customer service and consistently excellent drinks.
Fav was our server when we ordered pool side service and she was excellent as was the food. The conch fritters and jerk chicken lollipops were worth coming back for.
Housekeeping and overall hospitality were 5 star offerings and were constant reminders that you get what you pay for.
Can't recommend this resort highly enough. It was our second trip and well definitely be making a 3rd.

Beautiful hotel, superb beach and it's great for snorkeling. Rooms are good with great views. Superb food, the Indian restaurant is amazing. Very busy at times, with lots of weddings. Something for everyone. A bonus is being able to use the 2 other hotels, The Halcyon 20 mins away, fantastic Italian restaurant and more intimate with great staff there. La Toc 50 mins away had superb views and superb views.

From the moment we arrived, our stay at The Landings Resort and Spa in St. Lucia was nothing short of perfection. This is truly a five-star experience in every sense of the word, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.
The staff are absolutely incredible – genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready with a smile. From the front desk to the beach attendants, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. A special shout-out to the manager and director; their leadership clearly fosters an environment of excellence and professionalism that permeates the entire resort. Any request, no matter how small, was handled with efficiency and grace, making us feel truly valued guests.
And the food! Oh, the food! Each meal was a culinary delight. The variety of options, the freshness of the ingredients, and the expert preparation meant that every dish was a memorable experience. Whether it was a casual lunch by the pool or a romantic dinner overlooking the ocean, the quality and presentation were consistently outstanding.
The atmosphere of the resort is simply breathtaking. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our morning coffee on our private balcony. I will first start out with I am particular, but also just go ahead and book the trip because you won’t regret it. I researched this trip thoroughly as I do all of our trips, especially as a family of five. I picked The Landings because it seemed like the most luxury resort for families with an all-inclusive plan, the perfect room for us and trust me when I say they did not disappoint.
Everyone was incredibly accommodating and incredibly kind. We’ve gone to several islands and I will say the St. Lucian people are the nicest (besides the employees/manager at the Cap 5 min away.)
We did the three bedroom marina view Villa and I was hesitant. I love to have an ocean view/Beach view, but that was all they had available. Honestly, I would do the room again. The view was still so gorgeous and we had the hot tub on the deck that was utilized every single day. Also, we had three bedrooms and four bathrooms, along with the kitchen, living room, laundry and two dining areas- what more do you need?
The drinks were also very good which that can be a problem at some resorts, also the coffee, so good!!! (Stellar I miss you) I’m trying to re-create my iced lattes and they’re just not the same!!! I also still crave the breakfast! My kids loved the pasta bar, and the fresh fish and rice and veggies fresh and yummy!
Another important factor, the beach! You never have to wake up early to get beach chairs! How incredible is that? The beach is so nice, the water is so gorgeous and calm and clear. It is absolutely perfect for kids of all ages which is a huge deal! They also offer water toys and even tubing which I thought was really cool because I felt comfortable with my kids going tubing in the ocean which normally I’m not.
If you’re on the fence about booking, just go ahead and do it you will not regret it! Even the head supervisors and managers would come in and check in on us and chat with us, it was truly just a wonderful experience and we all didn’t want to leave! The only thing to consider is how far you are from the airport, but you can arrange transportation and I highly suggest doing the VIP fast track and also the departure lounge so you can skip all the lines. A boat day is also a must! Feel free to email the resort with any questions before your arrival, there are also super quick to respond, which was really nice!

The place is amazing all around. Great value, but the people that work at the landings were the most remarkable. I was impressed by the service from all but Amit, the manager from food and beverage went above and beyond. He deserves to run a resort one day. He truly cares about the client experience. Just came back from an amazing stay at The Landings! We stayed in a beachfront walk out room with a plunge pool and butler. The rooms and patio were incredibly spacious and very well maintained.
You are just steps away from the beach which was not very crowded and always had plenty of chairs available.
We opted for the all inclusive package which worked well for our family of 5. Ate at all restaurants on property and had plenty of options for adults and kids. My kids especially loved dining on our patio everyday at lunch!
Highly recommend staying here!!

Good location but overpriced for the level of service and accommodation. The “plunge pool” for our 3 bedroom unit was a small outside tub for no more than two people. Breakfast buffet was good and other meals average for the price.
Front desk argued with us and misled us on two occasions with a vague later apology.

We stayed at Serenity at Coconut Bay for our ten year wedding anniversary in the premium plunge pool butler suite. A truly wonderful experience! Every staff member ready to go above and beyond with the service to ensure our holiday was unforgettable. Nightly performances were highly entertaining.
We had the pleasure of having our butler McGregor take care of us during our stay at Serenity, and we can’t speak highly enough of the service. From the very first moment we arrived, McGregor made sure everything was perfect. He was always there to help, whether it was making a dinner reservation, offering great suggestions for things to do, or just ensuring our room was stocked up with our favourite drinks and snacks.
McGregor was always there when we needed him, but never intrusive – just the perfect balance of being helpful and respectful of our privacy.
On top of that, McGregor was warm, friendly, and made every interaction feel personal. It wasn’t just about getting the job done – it was clear that he genuinely cared about making our experience memorable.
We’re truly grateful for his exceptional service. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and we’d be thrilled to have the chance to experience it again.

A Honeymoon in Paradise: Our Unforgettable Stay at Serenity at Coconut Bay
From the moment we arrived at Serenity at Coconut Bay in Saint Lucia, we were enveloped in luxury and romance. The resort's serene ambiance and attentive staff made our honeymoon truly special.
Our suite was a haven of comfort, featuring a private plunge pool and a hammock for two. The personalized wet bar and 24-hour room service allowed us to indulge at our leisure, ensuring complete privacy and relaxation.
The personal butler service exceeded our expectations. Kimberly was absolutely AMAZING. From unpacking our luggage to arranging dinners and excursions, every detail was handled with care. The discreet service box for meal deliveries was a thoughtful touch that enhanced our experience.
Dining at The Greathouse was a delight, with gourmet meals crafted from local ingredients. The option to dine in our suite or at the resort's various restaurants provided flexibility and variety.
Serenity at Coconut Bay provided the perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and adventure. It's an ideal destination for couples seeking a romantic getaway. We left with hearts full of joy and memories that will last a lifetime.

We just returned from an incredible stay at Serenity at Coconut Bay, and we can’t say enough good things about this resort. The experience was peaceful, luxurious, and exactly what we needed—but what truly made it special was the amazing staff who went above and beyond every single day.
Our butler, Davidson, was absolutely outstanding. He was there for us daily and never missed a beat. Every afternoon, without fail, he’d run to the Treehouse to get me some of the best jerk chicken I’ve ever had. That kind of personal attention is rare, and Davidson made us feel truly pampered.
Kevin, one of the bartenders, took wonderful care of Donna. Anytime she wanted a drink (and sometimes even when she didn’t ask), Kevin made sure something fun and refreshing magically appeared. We appreciated his energy and hospitality—he made us laugh and kept the good vibes going.
Ray was our unofficial weatherman and another fantastic bartender. Each day he’d cheerfully update us on the weather. Even when clouds rolled in, Ray would reassure us, “Oh, that’ll pass in two minutes.” And sure enough—he was always right. He kept us smiling and relaxed, rain or shine.
This was our first time at Serenity, and thanks to this incredible team, it certainly won’t be our last. The resort is beautiful, the food and drinks are top-notch, and the atmosphere is perfect for unwinding—but it’s the people who make this place truly special.
Thank you to Davidson, Kevin, Ray, and the entire Serenity team. We’ll be back!

My wife and I stayed at Serenity for our honeymoon for 10 days and could not recommend them enough. Everything was beyond our expectations. The food was excellent for every meal. Even the all day snacks at the pool or room service was very good. We were originally worried that there was only one restaurant on the premises, but we got everything on the Greathouse menu and it was all excellent and we went every day. The daily breakfast to the room is also a great way to start the day. Delivered on time each day. You also have access to the bars and restaurants at Coconut Bay, which we did one night, but Greathouse is the best. The property was very clean even the bathrooms by the pool. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. A/C worked great. The private plunge pools in the room were also great to relax in. On some days they have special lunches, dinners, and activities like live music, karaoke, and different classes of which I recommend them all. The lunch and dinner events they have on some days of the week are just as good as Greathouse and add variety to the food options if you are worried about eating at Greathouse too often (which you don’t need to worry about since everything on the Greathouse menu was very good). I have been to quite a few all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and always worry about the quality of the food, but this was the best all-inclusive food I’ve had in my experience. We were always kept busy if we wanted to be or had lazy days by the pool. The service was next level. Our butler Kert was amazing. He took care of everything for us including booking dinners and any excursions we wanted to do. He made our whole itinerary for us for the week when we arrived that we could adjust if we wanted to, but he was spot on. He made everything so easy and even left us some surprises in the room. He stocked our fridge with waters, sodas, and alcohol each day and checked in on us if we needed anything. The entire staff is so welcoming and made our time there so great we can’t wait to go back. Big shout out to Kevin, Toya, Ray, and Hannah. Friendliest people that make your time there so fun and welcoming. The drinks were good, quality liquor and definitely not watered down like some all-incisive places do. The place is run seamlessly. Highly recommend a day in a beach cabana and a massage in your room. The sushi making class with Lucy was also a lot of fun and delicious. The resort is 5 minutes from the airport so super easy drive which alleviates some stress of catching your flight home.

Our butler McGregor was amazing. He was very attentive and was always palming ahead for what we needed or ways to make our vacation romantic and special.
The restaurant here is the best. The food was always great and the staff is so happy and friendly. This was our second time here and we are now hooked and plan to keep returning.
