I can’t say enough about the staff at this resort. Everyone is so welcoming and eager to make your stay be relaxing and fun.
They will remember your name immediately, and make you feel at home.
Our butler McGregor was amazing. He was very attentive and was always palming ahead for what we needed or ways to make our vacation romantic and special.
The restaurant here is the best. The food was always great and the staff is so happy and friendly. This was our second time here and we are now hooked and plan to keep returning.

We loved our honeymoon at Serenity. From the moment you step out of the car we were greeted by Ethan our Butler who made sure we were well taken care of. He schedule our week out to perfection where there was plenty of time to relax but also had a fun adventure around the island to experience the beauty on St. Lucia. All the bar tenders including Ray, Kevin, and Charles made the best drinks and had great service. The food was amazing and the service was excellent at the Greathouse. My husband and I are definitely coming back to serenity

Our trip was amazing. We had read countless 5 star reviews about this resort and it lived up to our very high expectations going in. Perfect for honeymoon which we did in Feb. 2025.
You are truly waited on hand and foot with the butler and 24/7 room service availability. Our butler, Quade, did a fantastic job and always was the most polite, professional, and fun butler we could’ve asked for. Kurt also assisted us and was fantastic as well.
Kevin, Charles, Ray, and Jonathan at the bar all made delicious cocktails and were so fun to talk to.
The housekeeping staff did an amazing job, we had Patrice and Trisha and the room was always in excellent shape along with many little details that went the extra mile.
The restaurant wait staff and room service staff are always smiling, happy, and so helpful for whatever you need. Joela and Ginel were fantastic servers!
Make sure to book at least 7 nights for the included couples package: massage, sunset cruise, pool cabana, beach cabana, and island tour as we enjoyed all of these experiences. You have access to the other main resort where families are but you really don’t even have to go over there. Truly an awesome honeymoon experience.
Finally, once you drive around the island you will enjoy the resort’s close proximity to the airport.

TLDR: absolutely stop reading this review and book your trip.
From the moment we booked our honeymoon trip, every single task was done for us, other than packing our bags! The booking system was amazing, being able to include flights was huge for us. After we booked, we pleasantly found out we could pay in installments. Once fully paid off, the true relaxation began! We got a call two days prior to arrival from our Butler, Nerissa, who later we would find out to be the nicest, sweetest, most amazing lady! We arrived on 2/9 (Superbowl Sunday) and we were greeted at the airport with a private car that took us to the resort. Upon entry, Nerissa was waiting there with drinks for us and took our luggage, and we were in paradise! From there on, we got a tour and booked some extraneous activities. Narissa even scheduled a dinner the night of our arrival as we were really hungry from a full day of travels!
The food was absolutely AMAZING with endless options, and the nightly sangria at the Greathouse was a fabulous touch. We had shrimp scampi, fried octopus, lobster linguine, etc. and we were never ever left hungry. There is also music every night for a fun vibe!
The resort pool/hot tub was our favorite spot late at night into the early mornings, to spend out in the warmth staring up at the clear skies was just surreal.
The activities on the island are plentiful, we booked a couple’s massage, a private cabana dinner, and a sunset cruise. Every single detail was worked out and scheduled for us to make sure we attended those activities and they were all amazing, to tie the vacation together so nicely.
While many couples at the resort weren’t huge drinkers, the endless bar options were by far our favorite part. Plus, we met Nagoya, the bar manager who took care of us starting on Superbowl Sunday (P.S. get her French 75s!!) she was soooo friendly and bubbly every single night she worked and really just made us feel like family. Plus on karaoke night, Kevin was a kickass DJ and made sure no one’s glasses were empty!
If you’re still reading this, I hope this convinces you to go: the rooms are SILENT and PRIVATE you could hear a pin drop. It was absolutely what we needed to get away from a busy suburban life. The private plunge pool was clean and a wonderful touch, with the outdoor minibar for our morning mimosas. Having 24/7 food and drink options made us feel like royalty, you’re never going to want to leave!!
Overall, if you can’t tell, we fell in love with this resort for our honeymoon, and we’re already talking about going back this same year! This is our new vacation spot because no other vacation will live up to this resort.

On arrival to the resort, we were greeted by fresh coconut water with their local rum, a cool towel and met our butler, Kimberly. We booked the Grande plunge pool suite which included a decent sized private pool, lounge chairs, small table and chairs where we were able to eat breakfast, a bar, mini fridge, outdoor sink, our own gazebo with ceiling fan, hammock and outdoor shower! The inside of the suite included a Nespresso with pods, coffee maker, ice maker, fresh water restocked daily, electric tea kettle with assortment of teas, mouthwash, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps (all restocked daily). There is also a safe bolted in the closet. 2 robes are included. They also provided complimentary bug spray and after bite spray, both VERY much needed. As someone who regularly stays at Ritz Carltons and JWs; the quality of our room was on par with the aforementioned hotels. The grand romance package included a few great things such as the in suite couples massage. The jazz catamaran cruise is ONLY with guests staying at serenity (adult only). Great drinks, music and appetizers on board. beach cabana day- On of our favorite things we did. Private beach cabana with service, cooler, swinging bed, 2 lounge chairs, towels. The ocean is the Atlantic side so it was a bit rougher and more sea weedy but the sand was very clean and not rocky. They did their best to clean up the seaweed but it was present. Also, the beach is shared with the sister resort, so there are kids running around which made me nervous as we wanted a complete adult only quiet experience. The beach cabanas were set back and up high that we did not hear much. pool cabana day, same as beach but at the serenity adults pool. private island escapade- AMAZING! JT was our driver. We left at 8 am and got back around 3. He was so knowledgeable and taught us so much about the island. We went to the drive in volcano where we had a private tour and history. Bring tip money as the tour guide is separate. We then met back with Jason and he took us to the Mud Baths. He carried all our stuff, brought towels for us and told us how to apply the mud! He was also a great photographer and took a ton of pics and videos on my phone without me even asking. Afterwards, we had rum punch and beer (provided by JT). We walked into the botanical gardens and learned a lot about what the island can produce! We added on the sail and snorkel which was an additional 180 for 2 people. Warning-there will be kids and people from the sister resort. Nonetheless, it was a wonderful experience and the snorkel spots were really good!. The food: coming here, I was nervous about having only 1 restaurant. We had a 10 night stay here and didn’t get tired of the food ONCE. Always get the catch of the day!! There is also different breads each night, a palate cleanser and a different sangria each night. Do NOT miss out on sushi night! The entertainment and daily events: on arrival, Kimberly gave us a very detailed weekly list of events which included fire dancers, rum tastings, saxophonists, live singers, tiki drink making class, sushi making class, chocolate and champagne day, tacos and tequila day, paint and punch!
some of these events required reservations which Kimberly made easy! The bar and service: Kevin, Ray and Charles are the absolute best bartenders!!! So welcoming, fun to talk to and great at making drinks. Ginel at the great house was so sweet, had an amazing level of service training and went above and beyond for us multiple times. Sabby taught us the paint and punch class and also delivered our breakfast everyday with a smile!!Leaving was so sad but Kimberly had arranged a private car to leave for the airport so that was stress free. All in all, the Negatives: the bugs (obviously serenity cannot control). The seaweed on the beach. That’s it!
All the workers seemed to love what they were doing and went above and beyond for us to make it a great experience for us. Overall 10/10 honeymoon.
