For the second year in a row, The Misfits Rugby Team had the pleasure of staying at Coco Palm, and once again, it was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The pool was always clean and inviting, and even though there were small renovations happening, they never interfered with our stay. The bar kept the drinks flowing, and the atmosphere was always lively.
One of the highlights for us has always been the breakfast menu , fresh fruits and hearty meals that kept our team energized for tournament play. Coco Palm truly took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed.
We also had the chance to go on the Carnival Sunset Cruise, which was absolutely unforgettable. The staff onboard were incredibly accommodating, the views were stunning, and the dancing was nonstop fun. Our tip: do the sunset cruise before dinner — it’s the perfect way to spend an evening.
Thanks to the warmth and care from the Coco Palm staff, we were able to focus on our games and bring home the title once again — now 4x champions! We’re grateful for the hospitality and look forward to our next visit.

I had a wonderful experience at this resort. Absolutely beautiful and charming. It was right in the middle of local shops, restaurants and a shopping center. I was able to branch out of the resort, I felt super safe. The beach is also like a 5 minute walk, there are locals that sell fruits and drinks on the beach which is super convenient. My room was clean and comfortable. I had a swim up room which I loved. They cleaned the pool everyday which was nice. Overall I loved my stay here.

We’ve just done 5 nights through BA holidays at Coco Palm - we had a superb time.
In the heart of Rodney Bay with the beach a 5 minute walk away and the Marina 25 minutes walk, the mall / shops literally a stones throw.
We had a swim up room which was huge, really comfortable, well maintained and clean.
What really stood out here was the friendliness of the staff and the food. We were all inclusive and said from the start that we’d go out maybe 2/3 of the evenings. There was no point as the food was so good, varied menu and decent service. Decent breakfast too.
The pool area is a decent size - we had no issues finding beds both in the sun / shade.
All in all a very positive stay and we will return again.

Amazing place with a welcoming atmosphere and incredibly friendly, helpful staff. A truly enjoyable experience overall. The room was a bit dated, which is why I took off one star, but it didn’t take away from how great the stay was.

We had an excellent stay at the Coco Palm. The welcome was perfect. All the staff are super kind and patient. Great location in Rodney Bay, a 30-second walk from the shops. Special mention to the bar and breakfast staff.
However, the toilets in the rooms need replacing as they are much too low. We had a problem when they clogged and the toilet water overflowed into the room. After discussing this with the staff, this happens often, so it's time to take action.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Harbor Club Hotel in St. Lucia, and I was highly impressed. From the moment we arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the property was. Every space from the lobby to the rooms was spotless, creating a truly relaxing and comfortable environment.
The customer service was outstanding across the board. Every member of the staff I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special shoutout goes to Chris, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. He helped us to our room and made sure we were aware of all amenities and much more, his warm attitude, and dedication to ensuring we had a great experience truly stood out.
I’m already looking forward to my next stay at the Harbor Club. Highly recommended for anyone visiting St. Lucia!

Nice hotel and friendly staff and good location. However I would recommend getting your own transfer separate from the one they offer. Paid for a private taxi from the airport to the hotel however even though I paid in full this is not the service I received. I feel as though the taxi driver tries to make money on the side by adding random people. Other than that I loved St Lucia and the staff was very kind to me.

My wife and I stayed at the Harbor Club (Hilton Curio Collection) in Saint Lucia for our 20th wedding anniversary, and I can confidently say this was the pinnacle of all our Hilton experiences—even surpassing our stays at high-end Conrads and other premium Hilton properties.
From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Every aspect of the stay—from the exquisite food, serene pools, luxurious spa, efficient transportation, to the immaculate housekeeping—was world-class.

The staff members at this hotel were incredible - so friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived for our wedding. The pool and swim-up bar were amazing, and the staff member who took care of us while we rented out all the cabanas was outstanding. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our special day perfect.
Beyond the great service and amenities, the overall beauty of the hotel and the whole country is truly 5-star worthy. We feel so lucky to have celebrated our wedding here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

From the moment we arrived, we’ve felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. The attention to detail and the personal, friendly interactions from the entire team have truly made this a special experience. It’s clear that nothing is ever too much trouble – everyone goes out of their way to make sure guests are happy and comfortable.
One of the things we’ve loved most is how present and engaged the management team is, they take the time to stop, chat and make sure everyone is having the best possible time.
It’s a small touch that makes a big difference.
Breakfast each morning has been absolutely lovely – fresh, delicious, and served with such warmth.

A delayed flight voucher brought us to this accommodation. American Airlines sent about 50 passengers on buses to this accommodation with vouchers, all at once.
Service: the staff was fantastic, even with 50 people shuttling in all at once. The process was streamlined by Soco. The bartender at the pool was a fun time. The staff in the restaurant were kind and accommodating for an unplanned vegan customer. They made sure to make a separate plate for each meal and were very aware of vegan diets. The food was delicious for the non-vegan customer as well. Service is what redeems this accommodation.
Rooms: we were given a ground floor room by the pool. The location of the room was great. The room itself was awful. One of the pillows on the bed were visibly moldy and smelled. The paintings and ceilings in the room were also moldy. The towels were stained or not clean. This was the type of hotel where you wear shower shoes.
Location/atmosphere: the location of the hotel was near a lot of restaurants and night life. Music played all through the night. We were able to sleep through the music but if you’re looking for night life this might be your place. The hotel itself is quiet and the people that stay bring a relaxing atmosphere. It is all inclusive but many people seemed to walk off resort for dinner. The food nearby seems to be diverse and someone would be able to eat a different place each day.
If we would have had to stay another night on airline vouchers we would have spent our own money to find a nicer accommodation but for one night it was a safe place to stay.

This is a unique 4 star hotel that won't disappoint if you remember a few key things:
-this is not a five star resort, therefore not everything is going to be perfect. But they come pretty close and the price point is an excellent value. You're not going to get Michelin star meals but the food is very good. It's also table service and made to order which means you may have to wait for your food but never overly long.
-this is an island nation where everything is expensive and difficult to import. I have read complaints about the loungers being dirty but they were pressure washed every night, they are just a bit stained from lots of use....hence four star, not five star. The beach chairs and umbrellas have definitely seen better days but who cares? They work and the beach is amazing. Swapping out a chair or lounger is not as easy or as cheap as it is on the mainland.
While we were there, we witnessed near-constant sweeping and glass cleaning in the lobby, railings being repainted, pressure washing of the pool deck and countless other signs of excellent upkeep. Our shower could have used a bit of love but it was clean and so was everything else.
We met so many lovely people during our stay and the quiet, relaxed vibe was perfect for our holiday. We truly relaxed.

My wife and I went on a trip to St. Lucia in January 2025. We stayed at Soco house and truly enjoyed our stay. The all-inclusive package was great with really good food. Chef Cameron did a fantastic job with every meal menu selection and execution. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and overlooked the pool. The bartenders did a fantastic job with cocktails and cooler preps to take to Reduit Beach, which is a 3 minute walk from the resort.
On the beach, it was a totally perfect experience. THE ONE and Miss Valerie took care of us every day with setting up lounge seats and umbrellas. THE ONE also set us up with true St. Lucia excursions and Friday Night street party taxi trips.
The ONE turned out to be a one stop shop to all needs of what you would need on a trip or on the beach. This includes consultation on where to go, what to do, where to eat and also, what to listen to if you have your speakers and spotify! At the end of the trip we got to learn the he is a local artist who makes his own music too! He truly made a memorable impact to our trip and made us wanna come back. Our next trip to this gorgeous island is certainly going to be at Soco House and Reduit Beach.

Firstly, let me say the kitchen staff were amazing Eloise, Christine, Leah, Misty very attentive to the needs of the guest.
Reception and bar staff were equally amazing baring Ken. My friend came to visit me and came to my room Ken (at reception) sent the security to my room banging at my door demanding that my friend leave the room with immediate effect.
The hotel advertise as all inclusive however, The pool bar closes at 10pm, the inside bar closes at 11pm during theses times the lights are turned off. No drinks serve after theses times. There are absolutely NO guess activity or entertainment. There are no staff at the reception after 11pm if something were to happen to you during the night or you lost your room key there would be no one to help.
The restaurant has a menu with a set breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea at 3pm. No buffet. You get whats on the menu.
The gym has one treadmill thats works and the in house spa I am still trying to locate it!!
You are not allowed to eat at the bar.
The rooms are in need of TLC especially the bathroom (grim). The door is not flush when close and there is a big gap between the door and the floor. Anything can come into the room (creepy crawly). One morning I woke up t o a pool of water on my room floor which was cause by the rain during the night. Luckily I noticed as this could be be a nasty slip/fall.
I was told by the staff that the owner prefer pensioners as they are more compliant to his way of running the hotel.
The staff are under valued and not empowered or valued.
I would not recommend, not even to my pensioner father.

Overall good hotel. Nice little pool, good bar, fantastic service from everyone who works there. 3 minute walk from an amazing beach and within 10 minute walk of a lot of good restaurants. The meals we had were all decent. Nothing fantastic, but solid. A lot of reviewers complained about wait times, we never had an issue with this: we always got our food within 30 minutes of sitting down.
Our air conditioner leaked pretty bad the first night and left a huge puddle on the floor, it took a bit the next day to get someone to take a look and fix it, like until early afternoon, but that was probably the biggest issue we had. Other than that we enjoyed our time here and thought it was good value for the money.

From the moment we arrived at Windjammer Landing, we were enveloped in the kind of luxury and warmth that dreams are made of. Every corner of the property exudes elegance, from the immaculately kept villas with private plunge pools to the serene white-sand beach framed by gently swaying palms.
The dining experience was nothing short of spectacular. Each restaurant offered a unique culinary journey, with the freshest local ingredients prepared to perfection. From gourmet Caribbean cuisine to decadent seafood, every meal was a delight — and the sunset dinners by the water felt like something out of a movie.
But what truly sets Windjammer apart is its staff. The service was impeccable — warm, attentive, and genuine. Every team member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless, making us feel not just like guests, but like part of the Windjammer family.
This was more than just a vacation — it was a rejuvenating, luxurious escape that exceeded all expectations. We can't wait to return to this Caribbean haven. Five stars, without question.

The location of this hotel is wonderful, beaches are remote and you don’t have a ton of people outside of the resort bombarding you to buy stuff which is nice with kids. The main areas (pool, spa and restaurants) of the resort are updated and wonderful. The staff at the resort work extremely hard, we never saw anyone just sitting around. The staff loved on our children and were extremely helpful and kind. Loved chatting with everyone we met at the resort. With all of that said our biggest complaint with this resort is that the pictures on the website DO NOT match the rooms you get. The pictures on their website are mainly of the new rooms they built, which is a VERY small area of the resort. Majority of the villas and rooms are old and outdated and frankly just not luxurious. We stayed in a villa with a pool and the upstairs main area was somewhat ok. The master bedroom and porch were completely blocked by a tree so sadly we couldn’t even enjoy the view unless we went upstairs. Their website is very misleading and VERY photoshopped-we tried to move rooms but there was no availability so we were stuck. We traveled with another family and their villa was pretty identical to ours. Overall it was a good vacation but sadly we will not be going back. The photos are from when we arrived. The maids clean daily and do a very good job, everything is just so outdated that no matter how much you clean it, it’s just not going to be luxurious.

Excellent vacation. Staff, service and location were all stellar. My negative comment goes to the many cats present during meals and on the beach. Cat hairs while dining is unacceptable. The resort must take allergies and cleanliness into consideration. The beach is a litter box. No comfort in that.

Our honeymoon couldnt have been more perfect. We have never received this sort of treatment before. Everyone was beyond friendly and accommodating. So polite and helpful and made us feel so special. The food was amazing. Every single member of the staff was so efficient and kind. Room service was done every time we left the villa so we always had fresh towels and a clean place to come back to. The views, beach, and pool were amazing. Would go back tomorrow in a heartbeat! We plan on making this place a yearly trip if we can! Thank you so much Windjammer!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Outstanding Stay with Diamond Club Experience – 5/5
I had an exceptional stay at Royalton St.Lucia and the Diamond Club upgrade truly made the experience unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable—personalized, attentive, and always delivered with a warm smile from the Diamond club team at the Diamond club reception.
The Diamond Club perks were well worth it. The private check-in/check-out made everything seamless and stress-free. The exclusive lounge access was a highlight—offering premium drinks, gourmet snacks, and a peaceful, upscale atmosphere to unwind. Our butlers were amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure our requests were met.
My room was beautifully appointed, spacious, and spotless, with a stunning view and luxurious touches that made it feel extra special. Housekeeping kept everything in top shape, and turn-down service was a nice touch.
The food and beverage options across the property were excellent, and being part of the Diamond Club gave me access to upgraded menus and priority reservations, which added real value.
Overall, the Diamond Club took an already fantastic hotel experience to the next level. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a more exclusive and elevated stay. I’ll definitely be returning.

Hideaway at Royalton Saint Lucia Resort: Disappointing Experience with Room for Improvement
We recently stayed for a week at the Hideaway at Royalton Saint Lucia with a group of 20, ranging in age from 30 to 84. While there were some enjoyable aspects to our trip, we left feeling more disappointed than we had hoped, especially considering the resort’s reputation and the high expectations we had going in.
Let’s start with the positives. The resort has beautiful water areas, including pools and beach access, which were perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The beach was pristine, and the views were breathtaking. It was a great place to unwind in that sense. The staff were generally friendly and did their best, but unfortunately, the experience as a whole fell short in key areas.
One of the most irritating issues we faced was the prevalence of mosquitoes and gnats in several of our rooms. This was particularly uncomfortable for those in our group who are more sensitive to bites. We also had an issue with ants in the presidential suite on the 4th floor. It felt like the attention to pest control was lacking, which is something you'd expect to be handled at a resort of this caliber.
In short, while there were aspects of the Hideaway that we enjoyed—especially the beautiful location and water activities—overall, our stay was marked by significant disappointments. The dining experience, particularly at the food truck and the restaurants, was subpar at best, and the slow and disorganized service made everything feel more frustrating than relaxing. There’s definitely room for improvement here, and I would hesitate to recommend this resort until these issues are addressed. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the luxury experience we were hoping for, and we left feeling like we didn’t get the value we expected.

Title: Extremely Disappointing Stay – Will Not Return
I rarely leave negative reviews, but our recent stay at this resort was one of the most unpleasant travel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the issues began.
The room our elderly parents were assigned had a strong moldy odor, making it uncomfortable and concerning for their health. We had to basically fight with staff to get our parents moved the next day. To make matters worse, the elevator was out of service for our entire week-long stay, creating daily inconvenience.
The check-in staff at The Hideaway were surprisingly rude and dismissive — not the warm welcome you’d expect from a resort in this price range.
The dining experiences were no better. At the Dorado restaurant, I discovered a hair in my omelet, which was appalling. At the Hunter Steakhouse, we saw huge roaches — something no guest should encounter at any dining establishment. Even in the lobby, there was a fly trap hanging right next to the food, which was both unappetizing and unprofessional.
This resort fell far below basic hospitality standards. Between the unsanitary conditions, broken amenities, and poor service, I cannot recommend staying here to anyone.

Just visited the Royalton in St. Lucia. Although this is a beautiful property, it is divided among Diamond club, Hideaway, and Royalton guests, so depending on what your reservation is, there will be designated pool and beach areas for each. Drinks are barely with any alcohol and the most you'll find is gin, rum and vodka brands that you most likely never heard of. Best bet is to buy duty-free before arriving. We did, and it helped. Most staff is really pleasant and willing to be sure you have fun. Food wasn't the best. Tried the buffet and the restaurants Calypso, Italian and steakhouse. Hands down, steakhouse had the most wonderful staff, and food was delicious. Portions at each restaurant are small, so order more, especially sides. We booked an excursion through the hotel and it was the best time we had. Did the catamaran to the waterfall, mud bath and snorkeling. We also got the best island food while on tour.

What else can I say other than PARADISE. I’ve been to a lot of resorts and the Royalton had it all this week. Great staff, great food, great location, everything was clean, room service was prompt, everyone is friendly. Drinks were amazingly made. I stayed at the Diamond Club building which was super nice and quiet away from the main crowd but also was able to go and hang at the regular pool if I wanted to and I did. Don’t hesitate at all to book a vacation here it’s a spectacular place that doesn’t get the credit it truly deserves.

Its not Hideaway by Royalton its a stay-away!
This hotel is no where near a five star or even a 4 star! It says Adults Only! No, you share everything with the Royalton family resort! The only thing you get is, a small pool section for Hideaway guest, and a corner beach section near the beach stones…
The service is horrible!!! You self serve on the beach and pool area. Out of the 6 nights I was there, the servers probably approached me twice and asked if I needed anything.
Hotel cleanness is poor. Our feet turned black walking barefoot…. The room temperature of the room was too hot and they never made any adjustments.
In addition, upon arrival we didn’t get a warm welcome. As we arrived, they sat us in front of a desk, and ask for your passports and than said you have to pay taxes! Not how was your flight, would you like something to drink… all they thought about was $$$.
Room service is the worse… don’t bother! First of all it’s not all inclusive because they limit the amount of food you can order per person.
All activities end at 10 PM…
Saint Lucia is a beautiful place to visit, but this hotel ruined it for me every time I was enjoying myself someone knew how to disappoint me.
If there is anything you are going to take from this review… STAY AWAY! Don’t waste your money and time… This will ruin your vacation. During my stay 2 sets of couples did early check out.

The stay was bad from start to finish! For starters, I received the wrong accommodations. I booked a room for two people, two queen beds; the room received had one bed. When asked to change the room by the Hideaway front desk, they stated very rudely when booking it’s a “suggestion” not true accommodation and to try again the next day. On the next day, the excuse was we came down too late to change the room; even though we were off resort for an excursion booked through the resort. The day after, they took our phone numbers and stated we would receive a phone call when our room was ready; never received a call nor was the room changed.
The food at almost every restaurant was inedible. The meat was never cooked to the correct temperature; everything is WELL DONE! Every single restaurant and bar ran out of basic ingredients or claimed they had to go to another area to retrieve the item and never returned.
Majority of the staff were rude and disengaged( especially the women) The entertainment ends very early for an all inclusive resort(around 12 at most) leaving guest with nothing else to do. They also advised as an adult only resort; untrue children are everywhere!
For the amount of money paid for this resort, I was highly disappointed. Would not recommend 2/10

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
From the first moment service was horrendous. We arrived to the Hideaway lobby, a separate makeshift building separate from the rest of the hotel. The staff had to pull out a folding table to check in our party and was completely ill equipped to handle more than a single party during check in. The woman who managed the buffet in the lobby was rude and angry that I even ask for a coffee from the machine, after a 2 hour ride from the airport.
The rooms were generally OK but were very damp and smelled strongly of mildew the entire trip.
The beach and the grounds were pretty and well
kept (other than the lounge chairs and towels which were falling apart and dirty).
The food and service were the worst part. Almost every meal was completely inedible. If you like drinking, this is fine as most of the hotel guests only could care to sit at the bar all day and night long.
Some of the staff was friendly - some were incredibly rude and off putting, but overall everyone acted as though they were being inconvenienced by any simple request.
I am angry that I paid the amount of money I did to stay here.

Recently was at hideaway for 5 nights but I don't believe I would be back. The food in the buffet was better than expected, room service was unpredictable. What really turned ne off was the transportation. You almost have to rely on their taxis to get a ride off of the property. If not you'll be forced to walk the almost 1 mile off the property to meet your driver/taxi. I missed an event because of this situation. So if you plan to hire a private driver or use a taxi I would not recommend staying here.

A truly awful hotel, and mainly because of the staff. We stayed here for our honeymoon and had very high hopes. Luckily, we were able to make the most of it and enjoyed our time together on the beach… but you can do that anywhere else in St. Lucia.
When you read other reviews and see complaints about the rudeness of the staff, believe them. This sentiment was shared by every single guest we spoke with.
We paid extra for the diamond club, don’t do that. It’s a waste of money. Hands down the worst customer service. Marriott should ditch this place or do something about how poorly the staff treats their guests.

I feel that reviews are subject to the type of person. I prefer to stay at a Ritz Carlton or the Viceroy property.
The people at the front desk are very nice. The beach is nice and clean. The water park was fun. The cost of the water park was included in the hotel fees.
The actual property is bad. Out dated. Needs major repair. Bathroom toilet seat was broken. I was hoping the cleaning lady would notice the issue. Did not. Had to step up into a shower. Not comfortable. The restaurants breakfast buffet was gross. Missing food.
Lacked people. There was no service at the beach. No one coming around which you typically see at a resort. The gym was outdated.
Some people who did stay at the property were older.

Absolutely the Worst Customer Service I’ve Ever Experienced
I travel every two weeks and stay in different hotels across various countries and regions. I’ve seen it all—or so I thought. But I have never experienced something as unprofessional and frustrating as this.
I booked a stay at this property and needed to make a change to the dates. I attempted to do so within 24 hours of booking—well within a reasonable time frame. I called multiple times, at different hours, over several days. Not once did anyone answer the phone. No callbacks, no email responses, no communication whatsoever. Completely unacceptable.
I even made a fair offer regarding the reservation to try to resolve things amicably—still nothing. The complete lack of interest in helping guests is truly shocking.
For a business in the hospitality industry, this is beyond disappointing. If you value your time, your money, and your sanity—stay far away from this place.
Terrible service. Nonexistent communication. Easily the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The rooms are substandard. The AC in the living dining area did not work properly even after they came to "repair" it. There was condensation in the bathroom ceiling, the lights were rusted around it to show it was not recent. The beach was very nice and so was the water. I am not coming back to this facility.

My husband and I stayed here and the service was HORRIBLE!!!! I have a lot of dietary restrictions and the restaurant staff treated my husband and me terrible. For all the money we spent for this place, we didn’t deserve to be treated that way. Every time I went to the restaurant, I had to request that they made changes to the dish and they would roll their eyes and give us an attitude. We even went to buy pancakes, so they could make gluten free pancakes and it still pissed them off, making rude comments like my husband “ was security” because he kept watching them to make sure they do it right because they would let it burn. I stopped eating at the restaurant and chose to go to the downtown to eat where they treated me better and could accommodate me. They have horrible customer service, lack of empathy and no sense of urgency. I’d say that the managers were great- they tried to make up for the lack of customer service but this review is to ensure that future customers with dietary restrictions can hopefully have. A better experience and management take the correct actions to hire staff that genuinely wants to be there. The staff looked miserable every single day. Even other people staying there at the time noticed how nasty they were. They were very nice and everyone in the front desk and the one who helps you plan for the excursions. The housekeeping is awful too. They wouldn’t go to your room everyday even if you requested it. Trying to get a towel took them like two days. It was just a disaster. The biggest perk of this hotel is the beach, which is amazing!! Also it’s close to the downtown ( maybe like 15-20 min walk) and there’s also a shuttle you can take.

My partner and I have recently returned from a week's stay at East Winds - we initially chose to stay here because of the excellent reviews it has already received, which we can only echo having experienced it ourselves.
East Winds is a special place, because of how beautiful and serene it is, and how thoughtful, welcoming and friendly every member of staff is. It's set in a tropical garden, with amazing plants, trees and wildlife everywhere - there was a mango tree outside our cottage, and we saw hummingbirds flying around our terrace every day. The rooms are lovely - beautifully decorated with plenty of space, a big comfy bed and a fully-stocked fridge with soft drinks, beers and wines. The resort overall is gorgeous, with great pool and beach spaces - both of them have plenty of sunloungers so you never need to worry about finding a good spot at any time of day.
A real highlight was the food and drinks - breakfast and lunch are buffets which were always really varied and delicious (I think I had a chocolate mousse almost every lunchtime, they were so good!). Dinners are a bit more formal, with a 4-course menu every night - the dishes were always really high quality, and we left every meal full and very happy! Drinks were great as well, cocktails were always really tasty and a great range of wines for dinner - the rum tasting session was really fun as well.
The best thing by far about the resort was the people - we've never felt so welcomed to a hotel before! Every single member of staff was so lovely, really welcoming and friendly, and our experience would not have been as amazing as it was without them.
While it was our first time at East Winds, we met plenty of other guests who had returned multiple times - we look forward to hopefully being among their number and coming back soon.

Just returned from a trip to St Lucia where we stayed at East Winds. A very special place, which is essentially a tropical paradise with incredible service, staff and facilities. We have never felt so welcomed to a hotel and frankly this has been the best hotel by far that my wife, 2 x children and I have stayed at. The setting is a lush tropical garden in which the accommodations are nestled, before seamlessly merging into a tropical beach with beautiful turquoise and emerald waters. The property is relaxing, easy to navigate and all on one level! Having seen Jade Mountain and Sugar Beach resorts, other than a butler service which you simply do not need at east winds because of the ease of the layout, this tops them both. My only concern before going was if it was going to be too exclusive to adults for my 2 children to enjoy. This completely evaporated from the moment we arrived, the staff, the interesting setting and the excursions were very child friendly and you could tell they genuinely loved having our children and a few others stay. The food was delicious and the restaurant was gorgeous. The decor of the place is interesting and individual and reflects the vibrancy and peacefulness of the setting. At the heart of it all were the incredible staff - from the restaurant and bar, the spa, the beach water sports, the ‘good vibes’ excursion organiser, reception, security and the managing director! We were very impressed with the excursions and the organisation of everything - the hotel is clearly well connected with the island! Wow East Winds is beyond lovely! Every detail is so well thought out: rooms, gardens, food, drinks, beach, pool - everything.
It's quiet and relaxing, music at lunch and dinner is never over-loud. The decor throughout is beautiful, airy and bright with lovely fabrics & colours.
We stayed in Superior Cottage number 5, in the lush gardens and near the pool, bar, restaurant and beach. It was elegantly furnished, spacious and well-equipped - with gorgeous robes, insect repellent (we never needed), a superb hairdryer (priceless!), tea & coffee, full fridge etc. Each cottage also has a bird feeder, so we had frequent hummingbird visits to enjoy. A lovely touch.
Food and drink were excellent - everything high quality. Breakfasts are important and here they were stellar every day, crispiest bacon, perfect eggs, melting pancakes or porridge to order, fresh pastries, fruit, yoghurt, delicious juice and smoothies. Lunches were varied, but always with tasty fresh & light hot & cold options. Dinner menus change daily and everything we ate was delicious from amuse bouche to dessert.
Drinks whenever, wherever - including fruit punch, a good choice of wines and limitless rum & cocktail options. The rum tasting session was much enjoyed.
Plenty of cushioned loungers on both sides of the beach and by the pool, all under structures or resilient parasols. A relaxing atmosphere everywhere.
The gardens are full of variety, colour and birds and are very well maintainted. We enjoyed an informative 2.5 hr(!) tour of the garden one morning.
All this is provided by simply superb staff - reception, housekeeping, management, bar, garden, restaurant - everyone was brilliant and always so friendly. This was our first visit, and we felt as welcome as all the many repeat guests.
Our whole stay was faultless, and so kind that they are flexible with departure time - with a night flight, we continued to enjoy everything until 5 p.m., it's a hard place to leave!

I spent a Fabulous 5 nights there. The suite of rooms was spacious and clean with room service every day. The beach was small but really well kept. The staff were friendly and very professional. American style breakfast was included and there was always a good selection but the Caribbean style food was separate and I thought this was bizarre and would have liked to have had a wider selection. After all we were in the Caribbean.

Our trip was scheduled for The Royalton in St Lucia and we quickly left and went to The Landings. Everyone there was so polite, friendly, and helpful. We have a son with a ton of food allergies and they were so accommodating and even made him a meal to pick up the morning we left so he would have something to eat on our trip back to the US. The beach is beautiful, the wind sailing was one of our favorite (free for guests) activities. The rooms were so clean and if you needed anything they got it for you. The food was good too and not hard to make a reservation at their hotel restaurants at all. Would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a laid back, clean, beautiful, relaxing, family vacation!

They missed our travel plans and thought we would leave in 2 days, then locked us out at the stroke of the hour on check out day. Said known system glitch. Felt somewhat unwelcome.
The apartment is nice with kitchen and all that you need to cook and eat. The staff are friendly.
Overall, good but could have been better. I felt the wholesome experience lacked a cherry to top. There was nothing that made us feel special about the stay.

This resort is absolutely beautiful. The people are amazing. This is definitely a laid back vibe, not really a party atmosphere. The room was a 2 bedroom villa and probably the nicest we have stayed at. I was hoping for bigger pools with a swim up bar. There are only 3 restaurants, I was hoping for more. They serve the same food everyday which gets old, I wish they would mix it up. We ventured out for more of a variety. Always felt safe. Its also very expensive to travel in St. Lucia via taxi. Thank you landings for the stay!

The location is great as the hotel assists with providing transportation to any excursions. The view is amazing and very hard to beat it! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Hot tub and pool is clean and in-room pool is a plus! Dasheene restaurant food is good too. Nice hiking trail and game room. We loved the hammocks. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for couples.

Dasheene restaurant review. We went here for my birthday dinner and this was the best decision we could've made. The property was beautiful as we walked in, the views were absolutely stunning, the view that would take your breath away. The staff customer service was exceptional, top notch. The food was pretty good, I really enjoyed the grill shrimp risotto appetizer more than my main course meal also the the coconut cheesecake dessert. I cut the cake before I took the picture so don't mind it.

A Truly Memorable Stay at Ladera Resort
We had an amazing experience at Ladera Resort! The customer service was exceptional — everyone we encountered was so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that make you feel like you’re in a dream.
The open-air room concept is really unique and added so much to the experience — waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. While the open setting means you might have to deal with a few mosquitoes, they do provide mosquito nets, which was very thoughtful and effective.
We also dined at the on-site restaurant, Dasheene. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I do wish there were more vegetarian options, but what they did have was still very good.
Overall, Ladera is a perfect escape for anyone looking for great service, incredible views, and a unique stay. Highly recommend!

We did our honeymoon here and had the most amazing time thanks to the views, the food, and all the amazing staff. We had four extremely kind and attentive butlers in Darrel, Schol, Theo, and Devante. They made sure we had everything we could possibly need. Our drivers Stuart and Clyde navigated the islands windy roads expertly and got us everywhere we wanted to be with a smile. They were part of the reason our excursions and getting in and out were so fun and easy. Anson gave us the best yoga experiences we’ve ever had. Curtis told us about all the resorts beautiful plants and flowers on our hike & picnic. Vianney made sure all our room service requests were seen through without a hitch. And Alvin who we met while he was working on the resorts beautiful treehouse made our day with his kindness and ended up gifting us a cocoa stick to our room, instructing us how to make it. On top of that we had an amazing experience at the spa. Krishna and our other massage therapist gave us the best massages of our lives. Ladera is an amazing place to stay to unwind and take in the islands beauty.

We celebrated our 25th anniversary at Serenity and we highly recommend this resort! The staff were all wonderful, very welcoming and they knew everyone’s names! The butler service, room service, and restaurant all were great. The staff definitely went out of their way to ensure all of the guests had a memorable stay! Daniel the butler was very helpful and took care of everything. It was great to have the choice of the resort pool with the bar and to spend time in your private villa pool. Overall, Serenity is the best!

My husband and I were both recommended to go here by a mutual friend and were blown away. The level of service that is given from the time you get there till the departure was unbelievable. The food was 10/10. The rooms were extremely clean and room service was there multiple times a day to make sure the room was clean. The servers and staff did everything to make sure the time you had was peaceful and helped with any needs. Quade who was our personal butler, did a wonderful job planning the excursions for the week, planning dinner for you and making sure of thinking and putting together any requests we needed. I highly recommend this spot for a honeymoon or just a beach getaway for a perfect vacation!

A dream experience and the perfect place for a honeymoon! The staff is incredible and friendly. They definitely do their best to give you a serene experience. We want to give a special shout out to our amazing butler Ethan, and the bartenders Kevin, Toya, and Ray!! You were all truly amazing! The food was top tier and felt like a 5 star restaurant for every meal.

We stayed at Serenity at Coconut Bay for our ten year wedding anniversary in the premium plunge pool butler suite. A truly wonderful experience! Every staff member ready to go above and beyond with the service to ensure our holiday was unforgettable. Nightly performances were highly entertaining.
We had the pleasure of having our butler McGregor take care of us during our stay at Serenity, and we can’t speak highly enough of the service. From the very first moment we arrived, McGregor made sure everything was perfect. He was always there to help, whether it was making a dinner reservation, offering great suggestions for things to do, or just ensuring our room was stocked up with our favourite drinks and snacks.
McGregor was always there when we needed him, but never intrusive – just the perfect balance of being helpful and respectful of our privacy.
On top of that, McGregor was warm, friendly, and made every interaction feel personal. It wasn’t just about getting the job done – it was clear that he genuinely cared about making our experience memorable.
We’re truly grateful for his exceptional service. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and we’d be thrilled to have the chance to experience it again.
