Exceptional resort! Just back from a week there traveling with another couple and we had the best time. There’s so much to do, the grounds, the buildings, the room, the beach were immaculate; and the staff are truly engaged and helpful. Even the workers who scour the grounds each late afternoon picking up the towels guests have left everywhere seem genuinely happy to be there. We really enjoyed the snorkeling (recommend bring your own gear) both right off the beach and on the daily 1 hour excursions (included – sign up early), the variety of restaurants, and the shows which were actually really good! The resort is just big enough and has everything you need whether you want a quiet relaxing day or a day long party. The water ferry was a fun option to get there and the best way to see the Pitons if you’re not doing an excursion there. Golfing at nearby Caps Estate was solid; well-kept grounds but just a few quick glimpses of the ocean. Make the hike up to Fort Rodney and enjoy the amazing views and a cool history lesson. Two tips to help navigate a couple of areas they haven’t perfected (yet): the times and dates for daily activities were often different between the app and the printout they give when you arrive. Trust the printout. And get reservations as soon as you can at the culinary desk which opens at 9:30am, especially for Kimonos and Gordons. Onto Sandals Grenada ’27!

This was our 1st Sandals stay. EVERYONE provided outstanding service. The fire shows were phenomenal. Our Ocean view was breathtaking. When we come back, I want my same room. ZANIA.... very attentive, kind, and pleasant. she constantly checked in and made our stay even more personable. She made a cute towel heart with roses and a note that I will always keep. Thanks Sandsls for making our 35th wedding anniversary more memorable. I tried to get pics of everyone. Some I missed. Please forgive me.

First this is a very honest review! I wish I would have been able to read this prior to going! The staff was the best part- very kind and accommodating. The food and drinks on the other hand 3/10. Do not go here if you want 5 star food and drinks. The alcohol served is all bottom shelf, mixed drinks full of sugar. The buffet and room service were just awful. No flavor, no good options. The best restaurant we found was Soy. Pretty sure they were serving Woodbridge Pinot Grigio. For what we paid the food and drinks needed to be MUCH better. Hard to find chairs after 10am by pool or beach. Overall super disappointed in our experience for the money that was spent.

We stayed at Sandals Grande St. Lucia for our honeymoon, and overall the experience and the island itself were beautiful. Multiple people mentioned this was the best of the three Sandals resorts on the island, mainly due to the pool layout and overall atmosphere. We had a swim-up room, which was a nice touch, but unfortunately it was positioned away from the sun, so we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we had hoped. The beaches were very clean and well maintained, and the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. Jaden did a great job greeting us, and the team at Club Sandals was excellent as well. We also had very lovely massages at the spa, which was one of the highlights of our stay. That said, the activities and entertainment on the resort were somewhat limited. The shows were decent but nothing particularly memorable. The biggest downside was the dining experience. While we understand “island time” is a real thing, having a reservation and still waiting close to an hour to be seated was frustrating. On several occasions, some of the wait staff did not check on us, clear plates, or even offer a second round of drinks, which took away from the luxury experience we expected. I highly recommend booking excursions directly through the local guides on the beach instead of the resort — they’re more personal and tend to take you to better spots. Just be mindful that most excursion rides are about 45 minutes to an hour each way. Overall, we had a great honeymoon and truly enjoyed St. Lucia, but we’re not entirely sure the price point justifies staying at Sandals again based on these experiences alone. We wouldn’t completely rule it out, but it’s something we’d have to carefully consider.

Had wonderful time in St Lucia. I did not get off resort as there was plenty to do and it is all inclusive. The people I talked to about excursions all had great times and loved them. Ocean was just right temperature wise and water was crystal clear. We went just before Christmas and enjoyed a Christmas tree lighting and concert. Need a coffee and an ice cream shop there. There is duty free shopping on resort.
