Our honeymoon at Sandals La Toc was incredible! The beach was beautiful and spacious. We never had any trouble finding a spot under an umbrella. The pools were fun and always super clean. But what stood out to us the most was the incredible service. The employees were so kind and friendly, especially Charles who works in the lobby. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
We opted for one of the rooms without butler service, but Charles went above and beyond, ensuring that our week at La Toc was nothing short of amazing. He turned one particular day into an unforgettable experience. After breakfast, Charles surprised us with a bottle of champagne on ice and saved us seats with a beautiful view. Not long after, he appeared with two coconuts on ice and a cheese board, followed by ice cream a short while later. In the afternoon, he took our pizza order and brought the pizza to us at the pool.
Over the course of the week, we got to know Charles, learning about his life and sharing our own stories. He made us feel truly welcome, as if we were the most important guests at the resort. While I’d wholeheartedly recommend Sandals La Toc to anyone, I’d especially urge future guests to seek out Charles. He’s the heart and soul of the resort, and we can’t wait to return and see him and his amazing team again.

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon. Sandals takes care of you by bussing you to the resort - it takes about 1hr,15mins. We were greeted by the staff, who were all friendly. They gave us a run-down of the property and moved our bags to our room. We were then given a short van ride to our room. Ours overlooked the ocean and had a beautiful view. The room was stocked with alcohol and was clean. Throughout the week we dined at all the restaurants, which were all very delicious. The drinks flowed at the pool, the beach was exquisite, and there were several activities put on by the resort which were fun. We also went on a couple of excursions, which were worth the additional cost in our opinion. The housekeeping was fantastic and all the staff were kind and attentive. Overall, we had a great and relaxing experience and enjoyed our time here - St. Lucia is a great country to visit. We'll definitely stay at another Sandals resort in the future based upon this experience.

Full review on trip advisor - too long to post here! Marvin, Gilbert, and Delia - thank you thank you - we can’t say it enough! Best team of butlers, and you all really hit this one outof the park! We had a memorable, breathtaking, and perfect honeymoon at Regency La Toc! All of the staff is so nice and make you feel so welcomed. We saw the landscaping team working every single day to keep the property stunning and they also took amazing care of our pool for the room! We cannot say enough good things about Sandals and Regency La Toc. Food, off/onsite activities, resort entertainment (specifically the gentlemen who sang live with his band 08/15) and everything offered make this the perfect property! Thank you JUDITH from the housekeeping team for all you did for us - you made one stay so nice! I really wish we would have stopped at the loyalty desk to book another vacation because to be honest we’re already looking at coming back! Sandals did everything right and made our honeymoon truly heaven and a dream come true! Thank you Sandals and thank you Marvin, Gilbert, and Delia for the trip of a lifetime! We used the butler service and Sydney, Roger & Garvey were top notch! Food was good, service was above and beyond! We came for our 5 yr anniversary and it was a perfect trip to relax and rejuvenate. We also did the private catamaran and it was beautiful.

Sandals Regency La Toc is breathtakingly beautiful, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff, especially Charles. From the moment we arrived, Charles didn’t just show us around and point out all the cool things to do—he made us feel like VIPs every single day. We came here to celebrate my birthday, and Charles, with his warm and thoughtful touch, surprised me with flowers, cake, champagne, cookies, and ice cream. We were already having the time of our lives, but his kindness brought tears to my eyes and made our trip truly special. We came to paradise, and we're leaving with Charles in our hearts.
