Utterly amazing! ⭐️ My fiancé and I selected Sandals Halcyon as our wedding destination for ourselves and our wedding party. From our first meeting with Shandulla and the team here at Halcyon we felt very welcomed, cared for and was always made to feel special throughout our trip. The whole process was relaxed, stress free and very enjoyable. An incredible wedding day we will never forget. The hotel staff were lovely, rooms/facilities were stunning and the food at all restaurants was divine. Stayed here on my honeymoon and was blown away! Every single staff member was friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. Highly recommend the local night where they have stations with local art and food to taste. Jean Eve made our trip even more special and memorable. He met us on our third day and basically became a friend of ours for the rest of the trip. He truly made our time at Sandals Halcyon special and went above and beyond to even finding us the morning we were leaving to say goodbye. It was little things that made our trip even more special.

VITO & WILLARD were the best!! Arrival to Halcyon was smooth from the start, we were greeted by song, promptly booked our restaurant reservations for the week and showed to our Butler Elite Suite. Suite 119 was perfectly located on the East Side of the resort, close to the beach and main pool but just far enough away to not hear the music & events playing by the main pool. Everything was amazing from day one, our butler team was second to none! Food options were standard but had the perfect mix for us. Our room was clean and well maintained throughout our stay and the excursions were easy to book. The most important thing, we felt safe and fully relaxed knowing that we had help the entire time. Overall we stayed 3 nights at Halcyon(with visits to Grande) & 2 nights at La Toc. This location was perfect for us. Things to note: There is 1.5 hour trip by road from the airport to Sandals Halcyon, they provide transport but we booked private transportation. This is the smaller Sandals out of the three but by far the best from a service & relaxation standpoint. Book restaurant reservations immediately, whether at this location or any of the Sandals resorts at St. Lucia Lastly, book your spot at the beach every morning 🙂🏝️🍹

Sandals Halcyon Beach is not just a resort, it’s a gentle exhale wrapped in turquoise water. From the moment we arrived, the world seemed to soften. The beach feels intimate and unhurried, like it belongs only to the guests lucky enough to wake up there. The atmosphere is beautifully balanced. So peaceful. The pools are pristine, the beachfront is perfect and felt like they were designed specifically for afternoon naps. The staff are the true heartbeat of Halcyon. Warm, attentive, and effortlessly gracious, they create an experience that feels personal rather than programmed. Every interaction felt genuine and every detail was a dream. Dining was exceptional. From relaxed seaside lunches to romantic dinners over the water, each meal felt like an event. The flavours were vibrant and the presentation elegant, including the service. Even the cocktails seemed to taste better with that ocean breeze. If you’re looking for high energy and nonstop noise, this may not be your place. But if you crave serenity, romance, and the kind of beauty that makes you pause mid sentence just to take it in, Sandals Halcyon is pure magic. We left feeling lighter and already dreaming of our return. 💛
Deep Blue Massage Therapy
Disappointing Service and Lack of Professionalism at Sandals Halcyon While Sandals Halcyon Beach is visually stunning, my recent experience was marred by a significant lack of hospitality, poor communication, and unprofessional service. From the moment we landed, the experience felt more like a chore than a vacation. The Arrival & Check-In Fiasco Be prepared for a grueling 90-minute drive from the airport. By the time we navigated traffic and reached the resort, it was already dark. Our first meal at Taste of St. Lucia was average at best—I would not recommend it as a starting point for your stay. The real issues began the next morning. We attempted to make dinner reservations, but because the computer systems were down, a staff member took our choices on paper and promised to call our room to confirm. That call never came. When we followed up the next day, our requests were gone, and several of our preferred dining times were fully booked. It felt as though our information was simply discarded. Subpar Dining & Service The "all-inclusive" promise fell short regarding service: • The "Disappearing" Staff: At the breakfast buffet, we were offered coffee that never arrived. At dinner, we ordered a second round of drinks that never showed up; I eventually had to walk to a neighboring bar to get them myself. • Kelly’s Dockside: After waiting over an hour and a half for our food with no sign of our waitress, we finally gave up and left. To make matters worse, we went back to the room & ordered two simple cheeseburgers from room service and then only received one. You can’t make this nonsense up! The Bar Experience The staff at the lazy river/pool area were consistently dismissive. It was common to wait several minutes while bartenders finished personal conversations before acknowledging guests. When I tried to order a drink with Crown Royal, I was told they were "out." Instead of offering to restock, the bartender gave a rude and lazy "I don't know" when asked if more was coming. I had to walk 10 minutes to the front lobby to speak with a manager just to get the bar restocked. Beach & Atmosphere We ended up avoiding the beach entirely. Local vendors are allowed on the sand and will "hard-core" hassle you to buy trinkets every single day. It is not the relaxing, private experience you would expect from a high-end resort. Final Verdict I’m not sure if the lack of tipping leads to this level of indifference, but the staff generally acted as if guests were an inconvenience. It felt like being at the DMV all week. There are far too many beautiful islands and high-quality all-inclusive resorts to settle for this level of unprofessionalism.
