We had a great trip to Sandals Halcyon. Enjoyed the quiet vibe and smaller resort. Beach was perfect for long walks and the ocean was calm on front of the resort. The restaurant choices are limited but the ones they have were all very good. Shout out to a few of the staff. Celine from the spa, always so outgoing and friendly. Bertina and Celina were great at the buffet and always loved seeing them to start my day. Sachelle from club lounge was friendly and helpful. The only negative i experienced was water sports crew. Unfortunately I had an accident, that required 4 nurse visits and she wanted me to see doctor. Water sports team was more focused on laughing at incident then helping and ensuring I was ok. On the positive, I got to meet the nurse 4 times and she was very good and a pleasant person.
Great resort for those who like a smaller resort with great staff.

This was our first all-inclusive vacation and first time at a Sandal’s resort. The facilities were extremely clean and well taken care of. The staff were all friendly. Ronnel went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and retrieve our bag that I accidentally left at the Grand. He was great!
The food was also great! We stayed 4 days and couldn’t get enough. We went on the ‘Captain for the day’ excursion and it was incredible! It was beyond worth the money and a great way to ensure you do everything.
The only complaint we had was the constant selling of upgrades or additions. We couldn’t walk very far without Sandal’s staff or a vendor trying to sell us more stuff. We got several calls to the room to sell candlelit dinners and photos. We just wanted to enjoy the serenity but understood the economy relied on tourism. It was just a little badgering.
Overall great experience and couldn’t imagine a better honeymoon location!

Our stay at Halcyon had many wonderful aspects, including the beautiful rooms and tranquil atmosphere. However, we were quite disappointed with the quality of the food and the Butler service, and we would not recommend opting for this upgrade, as it consistently felt like a case of "over-promising and under-delivering."
Despite being prepared and handing our butler a list of our dining preferences the second we arrived, it took several days and multiple follow-ups to finalize our reservations, and even then, they were frequently incorrect. The lack of communication and coordination among the 3 butlers added unnecessary frustration, forcing us to repeatedly adjust our plans.
That said, the overall ambiance of the resort and the attentiveness of the rest of the staff were great. In hindsight, we believe we would have had a much more enjoyable and relaxing experience had we bypassed the Butler service altogether.

Stayed from 7/13 - 7/20. We loved the beautiful resort. The staff work very hard at keeping the grounds and room pristine. Restaurants were always very good. Wait staff professional and friendly. Carnival was awesome to see. The on site nurse was so helpful when I got sick. Sea Trek and Bean to Bar were amazing excursions. Dawn gave me the best massage I have ever had! All bartenders are great! Vince made us amazing drinks! Loved the pools and swim up bars. Entertainment was great! Silent Disco was a blast! Thank you Halcyon staff for taking care of my husband and I as guests in St. Lucia!
I only have two complaints. Our bed was very hard. Secondly, the drivers from the airport and to the excursions. Speeding and weaving in traffic. One of our drivers hit a curb. Due to the aggressive driving, we decided against seeing the other Sandals Resorts. However, the driver that took us back to the airport was excellent! Not sure if Sandals has any influence on how the driver transports guests. If Sandals can address this issue it will be greatly appreciated.

The best vacation for a couples get away. Sandals at Halcyon Beach made our honeymoon so enjoyable and relaxing. The food at every restaurant was amazing especially Kelly’s Dockside. Olivia at Mario’s made our dinner so enjoyable. We felt like we were right at home and the staff really do care about their guest. The activities by the pool were so much fun. Even though we were only there for 5 days most of the poolside staff knew us by name by the 2nd day. We will definitely be returning!!!
