My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. We stayed in a swim out room and had two butlers; Nikita and Giliane. They were both great- quick to respond and assist as needed. The food was very good- everything we had we enjoyed. Dorado was our favorite for breakfast and Armadillo was our favorite for dinner for the restaurants. Travis on the vibe team was our favorite- he was very fun, engaging and entertaining. We stayed at the hideaway pool daily so we could hang with him. Dario was our favorite bartender. He was very personable, made great drinks and was a pleasure to talk to. Travis and Dario made this trip very enjoyable for us- entertainment wise. Would highly recommend this resort! We would love to come back again!!

We came to Royalton hideaway resort for our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have picked a better location! The resort is beautiful, and our butlers, Cirtney and Rodney, EXCEEDED all expectations. If you are lucky enough to have them you will be more than taken care of. I cannot speak more highly at how they MADE our experience here. Highly recommend the Benny speed boat tours to the mud bath and sulfer springs as it gives you a beautiful view of the island. Our experience at the restaurants were very good. The resort has so many fun activities to do during the day and night, and every staff member we encountered was beyond friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, but fun vacation. We cannot wait to come back one of these days!!

We have mixed reviews with service and food. Some staff acted like we an inconvenience without getting to know us. All we needed was a simple greeting to feel welcome but it was pretty cold for the most part. We did encounter some amazing locals though. Travis on the vibe team, Challine at the excursions counter, Samuel with the coconut drinks, and our butlers Raymond and Kurtney. They made all the difference and was the highlight of our stay. The bartenders at the hideaway bar were also very friendly and memorized our drinks. Food was not the best but the dinner spots were amazing. We wish the waitress service was better but so far the Zen restaurant was amazing and Miguel and our waitress was absolutely fantastic. Overall, we are having a nice time and would tip anyone who made our stay so wonderful.

Keep an open mind, as local cuisine and people differ from region to region. The resort offers a wide array of food options and entertainment to cater to everyone's tastes. I recommend making dinner reservations in advance to ensure a great dining experience. Although I wasn’t a fan of the buffet, it’s reassuring to know it’s available. Breakfast menu features only pork meat, which was a bit disappointing. If you’re a diamond club guess, take advantage of your butlers, they’re there to serve you and can make your holiday much more relaxing. Don’t forget to explore all the free amenities the resort offers, this adds excitement to your stay and gives you great value for your money. The resort features several pools, so you’ll never feel crowded at the pool or hot tub. The resort offers daily activities. You just have to be a part of them at the right place at the right time. We had the option to see the Michael Jackson show, the international show, foam party at pool and the white party on the beach Suggestions: a little more distance between The Hideaway and the Royalton Family Resort would be ideal. have separate activities for the adult only guest. If you’re considering this resort, go ahead and book it—you’re sure to have a fantastic time.
JackSO Clean Power Wash & Mobile Detail
For starters the location is beautiful, but it takes about 2 hours from the airport. Winding roads like a roller-coaster. Anyhow the resort needs renovations big time.We came back from the beach and are room was almost flooded from water coming out of the ceiling. They showed no urgency of moving us and told us we had to see if maintenance could possibly fix laughable. The ceiling drywall fell we finally got move a few doors down which took over a hour while water was still flowing from ceiling. The beach is full of rocks and seaweed....man made. For the money you spend it is truly underwhelming and not worth it. Food was just ok for us nothing of any real culinary experience, mostly cold....Every bar is out of mint leaf when it comes to making mojitos, the one bar lady said we are out of mint leaf but mean while a whole bucket of mint was sitting literally right in front of me and my wife. Try ordering a mojito and 9 out of 10x s they will be out of mint leaf. The butler's were very special and great thats why I will give it atleast a 3 star. Butler's Esther and Garvin they get the 5 stars.
