Zoëtry Saint Lucia is absolutely beautiful — the scenery is stunning, with lush greenery and ocean views that feel like a dream. The pool area is peaceful and perfectly maintained, making it the ideal place to relax. The food was consistently amazing, with fresh, flavorful dishes at every meal. The location is serene and tucked away, but still close enough to explore the island. What truly made our stay exceptional was the service — especially from Richard, our customer service specialist. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. His attentiveness and warmth really stood out and made our trip extra special. Highly recommend this resort for a luxurious, relaxing escape!

This hotel is excellent!! 💙💛🖤🤍💚 From the moment I got there, I was greeted with kindness. The Concierge was awesome. Our waiters Maggie and Ronnie were spectacular. They made the experience so worth it. My mom, sister, and I will definitely visit again. The hotel seems to be a more quiet couple haven. Lots of patrons were reading. The swim up bar was a first time experience for me and I loved it. As a local, I would advocate for the day pass (and a promotion for Maggie and Ronnie). I wish it came with a place we could keep our stuff and a better road condition to get to the hotel but the experience nullifies that. Love Love Love Zoetry. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Everything was a disaster from start to finish. Check in process took FOREVER & we weren’t even given the room we booked. Getting that sorted out took another 2 hours of sitting around waiting to hear from someone. We were starving by this point & when we went for dinner, service was slow, but my meal was delicious. My husband however was extremely disappointed with his food. Room service was only available through their app, but there is NO information at all letting you know that you need to download an app for ALL service requests. Why this isn’t told to you at check in is beyond me. Room service was extremely slow and the food was awful. Majority of staff seemed like they absolutely hated everyone, regardless of how kind you tried to be to them. Service EVERYWHERE is extremely slow. I mean, EXTREMELY SLOW. Don’t waste your money on the all inclusive option. Service is so slow and portions are very small, you just give up & starve. Upon checkout we were told we had until 3:30pm as we discussed with the employee who was helping us. But when we came back to our room at 12:30, it was torn apart for cleaning but no one was there. Beds were stripped, we had no towels, & the mini fridge had not been re-stocked like we were told it would be. There is clearly very poor communication between staff. This was a terrible waste of money & we are extremely laid back and easy going people, so for me to actually leave a 1 star review, it has to be BAD. And this experience was exactly that.

I arrived at Zoetry on April 15th 2025 to celebrate my birthday. Check in was at 3pm but we got there a little earlier. We were served some cold lemongrass towels to help with the heat and welcome drinks which ofcourse we did the rum punch. Our room wasn't quite ready however we were constantly being checked on whilst we waited. For the life of me I've forgotten the names but I think it was Vornette who took us to the room. She was really nice. Told us about the different restaurants. Gave us a tour of the room and told us to reach out if anything. We were also given a keycard for the door and QR code to use for room service purposes. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Really impressed with this place and the service it provides. Will definitely be returning.

We had a first floor suite with plunge pool. The suite was well laid out and spacious. When we arrived the fridge was stocked with beverages (wine as well as local beer and rum) There were bananas and apples in a bowl on the counter.Most days the beverages were replenished. If we ran out all we had to do was contact The Butler service via WhatsApp. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. All of the staff were very pleasant. We like all restaurants except for the specialty one Upstairs at the water. The only negative was the carpet in the living room was curling up at the edge which made it a trip hazard. Butler service noticed it too and said they would contact maintenance to have the carpet replaced. Certainly happy we did not have many stairs to climb to get to our suite. The Sunset Cruise was included as we had the All inclusive package. It was a party boat catamaran. Great staff which were a lot of fun with fun music! The beautiful sunset, sailboats and cruise ships made the cruise even more enjoyable!
