I arrived at Zoetry on April 15th 2025 to celebrate my birthday. Check in was at 3pm but we got there a little earlier. We were served some cold lemongrass towels to help with the heat and welcome drinks which ofcourse we did the rum punch. Our room wasn't quite ready however we were constantly being checked on whilst we waited. For the life of me I've forgotten the names but I think it was Vornette who took us to the room. She was really nice. Told us about the different restaurants. Gave us a tour of the room and told us to reach out if anything. We were also given a keycard for the door and QR code to use for room service purposes. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Really impressed with this place and the service it provides. Will definitely be returning.

This hotel is excellent!! 💙💛🖤🤍💚 From the moment I got there, I was greeted with kindness. The Concierge was awesome. Our waiters Maggie and Ronnie were spectacular. They made the experience so worth it. My mom, sister, and I will definitely visit again. The hotel seems to be a more quiet couple haven. Lots of patrons were reading. The swim up bar was a first time experience for me and I loved it. As a local, I would advocate for the day pass (and a promotion for Maggie and Ronnie). I wish it came with a place we could keep our stuff and a better road condition to get to the hotel but the experience nullifies that. Love Love Love Zoetry. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

This resort is not one for people that are not fit, or younger. All the rooms you need to plan to hike up at least 30 stairs and walk up very large inclines to get to your room. Any place you want to get to on the resort, not just the rooms plan on taking a long hike. There are only 3 restaurants if you do not include the food you can get at the pool. One of the restaurants i wouldn't count, as it smelled like sewage so bad you could hardly breath. Breakfast is like a continental they you could get at a Holiday Inn. The decks by the rooms are very unkept, and my husband fell through it. When asked for them to come and fix it, they all rushed to us to get him to sign papers that they are not liable. All the outlets are 220 watt, so make sure to take adapters. They charge you $10/adapter. Can't forget the cockroach that was in our room. Pro's: Beautiful views, most of the staff was friendly (*once you complain). Quiet and peaceful.

This place is beautiful and right on Marigot Bay. The staff is amazing and was always concerned that we (family) was having a great time. We were here for my daughter‘s graduation from college. Three people I need to mention, the General Manager was every where always making sure we were comfortable and satisfied. The pool bartender (Allison) never let us down, but what stood out was her kindness and warm smile. Lastly, our butler, Rochel, was always in contact with us, not over bearing but wanted to make sure we had a great time and stay. My wife lost her sunglasses and he found them and delivered them to our room. This resort is a must go if you have a bucket list for St Lucia !!!!

My daughter and I visited Zoetry in early March. The hotel has a beautiful hillside setting with excellent views.The accommodation, food, drinks and facilities were all good. However, it is the staff that I would like to praise, from the General Manager to the whole team, following an accident, late one evening, which resulted in medical/hospital treatment being required. We thank them for their assistance on the night of the incident. It was dealt with in a calm and professional manner, giving us reassurance. On our return to the hotel , the General Manager, Butler staff and all other staff regularly checked, throughout the rest of our holiday, on our well-being and needs. The staff are a credit to the hotel. A big thank you to all. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would like to revisit one day
