Our stay at Windjammer Landing hotel was truly unforgettable, and a huge part of that is thanks to Rohan, our ambassador. From the moment we arrived, Rohan took exceptional care of every detail of our stay. He handled all our restaurant reservations, taxi bookings, and daily arrangements with absolute professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everything was done with genuine care and attention. This trip was especially meaningful as we were celebrating my 50th birthday in St. Lucia, and Rohan went above and beyond to ensure that not only I, but all the ladies on our girls’ trip, felt completely looked after. His calm presence, responsiveness, and thoughtful approach made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. The level of service we received from Rohan was exceptional and deeply appreciated by everyone in our group. He is a true asset to Windjammer Landing hotel and a perfect example of outstanding hospitality. Thank you, Rohan, for making such a special milestone celebration even more memorable. Absolutely beautiful resort! From start to finish, every detail was taken care of. All staff working at this resort were friendly, courteous, professional and helpful. We had the all inclusive package which, in my opinion, is definitely the way to go. Views were stunning, beach was well cared for, food was fantastic, and lots of included amenities. We even spoke to people from other resorts when on an excursion and our group felt like we definitely were staying at one of the best resorts on the island. It was truly and outstanding trip. Manager of this resort should be proud of the staff working here!

Going to keep this pretty simple for fellow travelers, as a review like this would have been quite useful for us when we were doing our research: St Lucia was a nice way to get out of the frigid winter and we enjoyed our time there. While the beach at this resort is beautiful and the service is friendly, I would be remiss if I didn’t call out that this resort simply does not fit the standard of a “5 star hotel”, which is what we thought we were booking when we reserved it coming from overseas. We didn’t let it damper our weekend, but having been fortunate enough to experience five star hotels all over the world, our expectations were very much let down when considering this resort in that context. If you’re seeking a solid 4 star hotel, particularly for a young family, then proceed and you’ll have a nice holiday. If you’re seeking a 5 star hotel that aligns with your prior experiences, particularly for a young couple or empty nester, I’d suggest exploring alternatives.

My son and I had an excellent trip. The general manager Richard Mark was very professional and helpful during our stay he went over and above to make sure our trip was amazing. We enjoyed the excellent customer service, amenities especially the kids club and water sports. Our favorite was the knee boarding, banana boat ride and knee boarding. We will definitely come again.

Windjammer is a beautiful resort with rooms located in a hilly mountainside with great views in a very active resort. This resort is tons of kids, large families with grandparents, large friend groups with babies. There are tons of activities on and off the resort. You will be greeted and asked multiple times a day about booking activities. If you are looking for a quite resort to relax this is not the place you want to stay. you can walk up to your room from the lobby, pools, beach and restaurants but it is a longer walk uphill. They do have shuttle service but just know you are going to wait at least 20 minutes. Same for all services, just know that things move very slow. Food is delicious, but drinks are watered down. They are very allergy friendly, always asking if there are any allergies and all of the menus list if there is gluten or dairy in items. I would recommend the all inclusive package since the food is pricey. We had a beautiful stay, but will probably choose a quieter resort next time.
