We've been here for a week, and we really love the resort. It's very nice and beautiful, with a lovely, welcoming atmosphere in a natural setting. The hotel is very natural, surrounded by nature within the forest and undergrowth. The ocean view is wonderful and unforgettable. The entertainment is incredible, thanks to the Vibe Team. Leo, the showman, is the best, Coco, the boss, is very attentive to his team, the girls at the kids' club are excellent, and the fitness guys are great. We were with Leo on Friday night at the street party; he was our tour guide, security guard, and entertainer. The service at the resort is superb, with good food and cocktails, and friendly people working there. The New Year's Eve party was outstanding, and the fireworks were majestic. We highly recommend it!

Nice size resort with really good food with lots to pick from.10/10. Good shows and singers in the day and nighttime. Nice swimming pools with a big kids playground. The General manager was a very nice woman, she made sure she checked us in herself with a bottle of rum.. talked to her our whole time there. The beach was smaller but nice. Our swim out pool room was awesome, huge shower, jacuzzi tub. Great mini fridge. The maids were great, room was always spotless. The people that filled my fridge was great, always give me lots of beer. Room service was always fast as well.. The only negative thing i could say would be, Buddy at the front desk told me I should tip everyone 5 to 10 us dollars during my stay, and it took me a long time to get a drink at the main bar every night.. I would highly recommend this resort ro anyone. We had the best time.

We loved the Royalton Saint Lucia resort. From the moment we arrived and walked through the door, the service was excellent. From reception to the beach, the staff were outstanding—hospitable, chatty, friendly, fun, and very professional. The facilities are majestic, very clean, well-maintained, and elegant. The service is very good, the food is excellent, and the cocktails and drinks in general are great. The entertainment is fantastic, with beautiful shows and a variety of fun activities in the pool and on the beach. The entertainment team is well-managed by Coco and well-represented by all his staff, especially Leo, the very charismatic and funny showman. He was our best host. We recommend the hotel 100%!

I enjoyed my time at the Royalton - it was like a cruise on land. When you arrive, the lobby and view are like a postcard. We were greeted with a refreshing cool towel and drink. Much needed after the long drive from the airport. The rooms could use a refresh. Our housekeeper, Verlim, more than made up for it. She is kind, thorough, and always has a beautiful flower in her hair. The service around the property was hit-or-miss. We felt like they had a lot of new staff members who were still getting acclimated. The service got better as the trip progressed, and we engaged more with the staff. The food was good - especially the curry goat, oxtails, and grilling station. The singer on Saturday evening (12/6) was AMAZING. He sang a variety of genres, and everyone enjoyed it. The most entertaining character on the property is Leo the Showman! We had so much fun with him. He wore a different costume each day and brought a smile to the faces of children and adults alike. The pools and beach area are beautiful, but close around 6pm or sundown. They could use more shade. The spa was one of the highlights of the stay. Highly recommend! They also have a nice gym. Overall, I would go back. Thank you to everyone at Royalton for a great experience!

I traveled to the Royalton St Lucia with a group of 7, and we were unfortunately all disappointed with our stay and would not return or recommend. Food - the food was very disappointing. We often skipped meals (especially breakfast and lunch) and opted for protein bars we brought from home as they were better than most options at the resort. There were a few items we did enjoy (pizza and chicken parm at Grazie and coconut shrimp from Diamond Grill), but other than that the quality of food was very low. Room - our room itself was nice. We stayed in room 7010 (Diamond Club swim up presidential suite), however, we had no hot water multiple days for showers. Service - overall very underwhelming. Very slow (even for island time). Often told “no”. Majority of staff did not seem pleased to be there and were not customer friendly. Pros - the beach was nice. However, there are many other resorts on the island with nice beaches and better service and value for money. Tip - if needing an escape for an edible, flavorful meal, grab a taxi 5 mins up the road to The Naked Fisherman for beautiful scenery, great service, and delicious food!
