We’ve just returned from a week stay at the royalton and I have mixed feelings about it. Let’s start with the positive; staff is very friendly and welcoming, location is great, beach is beautiful, gym is well equipped. I had fun at the boat and horseback riding excursions. Our butler Terrel was very nice and attentive which was appreciated. We particularly enjoyed the morning omelettes and the evening entertainment. Now for the negative; the hotel needs major maintenance. Difficult to find a lounge chairs without bird poop, tears and stains. Theres not a specific smoking section with ashtrays only near garbage bins, few are available and many cigarette butts are along the pool side and on the beach sand. Quite unfortunate. The rooms need a fresh coat of paint and let’s just say it’s vintage, the furniture with scratches and dents. The lights near the bed had something dirty and sticky on it I don’t even know what it was. The food quality was not worthy of a luxury resort. I’d say the best was breakfast, the zen and dorado restaurants. The steakhouse was disappointing. St Lucia is beautiful but the royalton needs to step it up.

I enjoyed my time at the Royalton - it was like a cruise on land. When you arrive, the lobby and view are like a postcard. We were greeted with a refreshing cool towel and drink. Much needed after the long drive from the airport. The rooms could use a refresh. Our housekeeper, Verlim, more than made up for it. She is kind, thorough, and always has a beautiful flower in her hair. The service around the property was hit-or-miss. We felt like they had a lot of new staff members who were still getting acclimated. The service got better as the trip progressed, and we engaged more with the staff. The food was good - especially the curry goat, oxtails, and grilling station. The singer on Saturday evening (12/6) was AMAZING. He sang a variety of genres, and everyone enjoyed it. The most entertaining character on the property is Leo the Showman! We had so much fun with him. He wore a different costume each day and brought a smile to the faces of children and adults alike. The pools and beach area are beautiful, but close around 6pm or sundown. They could use more shade. The spa was one of the highlights of the stay. Highly recommend! They also have a nice gym. Overall, I would go back. Thank you to everyone at Royalton for a great experience!

We've been here for a week, and we really love the resort. It's very nice and beautiful, with a lovely, welcoming atmosphere in a natural setting. The hotel is very natural, surrounded by nature within the forest and undergrowth. The ocean view is wonderful and unforgettable. The entertainment is incredible, thanks to the Vibe Team. Leo, the showman, is the best, Coco, the boss, is very attentive to his team, the girls at the kids' club are excellent, and the fitness guys are great. We were with Leo on Friday night at the street party; he was our tour guide, security guard, and entertainer. The service at the resort is superb, with good food and cocktails, and friendly people working there. The New Year's Eve party was outstanding, and the fireworks were majestic. We highly recommend it!

Our Butler Dela was amazing, very accommodating and always followed up to make sure we had what was requested. The only complaint was when she was off work; room service was delayed. Room service kept forgetting items but once we reached out to Dela if she was working, she was on it!!! My stay was Jan 2026 with Bartender service. Oh we did the party speed boat tour. These guys were amazing as well. Music, mud bath, falls and lunch definitely worth it.

Our stay at the Royalton Resort in St. Lucia was truly exceptional from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that immediately made us feel welcomed and relaxed. The front desk team: Christian, Kenali, and Rawle were outstanding. They were attentive, accommodating, and always went above and beyond to ensure everything we needed was handled seamlessly. A special thank you to Linus, our bellman, whose kindness, efficiency, and friendly demeanor made arrivals and departures smooth and stress-free. At the buffet, Eddy consistently delivered excellent service, always attentive and welcoming, making every meal an enjoyable experience. The beach bar was another highlight, thanks to Josane and Shain, who kept the atmosphere fun, relaxing, and enjoyable with great service and positive energy. We also want to recognize our housekeeper, Magella, whose attention to detail and care kept our room spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. Her thoughtfulness truly added to our sense of relaxation. Beyond the incredible staff, the resort itself felt extremely safe and well-maintained, allowing us to fully unwind without a single worry. Everything was catered to and provided for us, creating a completely stress-free and relaxing experience. We never had to think about logistics—only enjoying the beautiful surroundings and making memories. Royalton St. Lucia exceeded our expectations in every way. The level of service, comfort, and care made this a truly unforgettable getaway, and we would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious, worry-free escape.
