Our stay at Coco Palm Hotel was absolutely amazing! The service and hospitality were outstanding from start to finish, the staff were warm, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The energy around the hotel was wonderful, creating such a relaxing and positive atmosphere throughout our stay. The food was magnificent, with every meal being fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. One of the best parts of our experience was how stress-free our vacation felt, thanks to the hotel organizing our tours and transportation seamlessly. Everything was handled professionally, allowing us to fully enjoy our time without any worries. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Coco Palm Hotel to anyone looking for great service, exceptional hospitality, and an unforgettable vacation experience.

We loved staying here, it was a great start to our honeymoon - the staff went the extra mile for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was really comfy - perfect after a long flight! We had breakfast which was delicious, with some lovely Caribbean options included. Pool was clean and not too busy, but the hotel is also 5 mins from the beach. Highly recommend!

I love you his place but if you are expecting a resort on the beach this is not your place. There is a beach across the street, which is nice but you have to walk down a lane that has construction. We felt very safe walking at night. We walked to shopping and to the marina at night. During the day we walked to Pigeon Island to swim and snorkel. It's a long walk if you go by the main road. Staff at the Coco Palm were very nice and attentive. Garfield was our point of contact, he is very nice and efficient with setting up what ever we needed...transportation and excursions. If you get the half board it is a great deal. The food was excellent as were the cocktails. The pool area is a pretty place to spend an afternoon. Our friends stayed in a swim up room. Those decks are great especially at night.

This hotel has never failed us ! We have booked this gem of a resort Xmas 🎄 2024 and 2025 2026 should hopefully see us too!!! Live bands, steel pan and a grand new years celebration performance was to be applauded. 🍱 incredible as always, possibly one of the best staff services iv ever had around the 🌎 as me and my husband have travelled all over, and coco palm 🌴 is the top for me !!! The staff worked incredibly hard to ensure all guests were looked after in the scorching 🥵 temperatures. Sam and the WHOLE team were incredible and we thank you all again.Bar staff, we’re always amazing. My husband is a fussy eater and the team ensured he had a good vegan meal at all times! The hotel has had a make over and it looks great and always super clean. We will hopefully be back Xmas 🎄 2026!

Absolutely lovely stay! My family and a group of up to 20 stayed at this resort and I must say it was a great stay. The staff were amazing, excellent customer service and they were so caring and kind from before we even got to the hotel. Every staff member was so helpful. Especially Darren, Brian and the lovely ladies in the restaurant/bar and Marcita (I may have spelt her name wrong) who took great care of the rooms. They were very attentive to my baby and always ensured he was well and enjoying his holiday. The holiday is in a good location and very close to bars, shops, pigeon island and the Friday night street party! We would definitely stay here again in the future when we return. Thank you Coco Palm!
