We stayed at Serenity at Coconut Bay for our ten year wedding anniversary in the premium plunge pool butler suite. A truly wonderful experience! Every staff member ready to go above and beyond with the service to ensure our holiday was unforgettable. Nightly performances were highly entertaining. We had the pleasure of having our butler McGregor take care of us during our stay at Serenity, and we can’t speak highly enough of the service. From the very first moment we arrived, McGregor made sure everything was perfect. He was always there to help, whether it was making a dinner reservation, offering great suggestions for things to do, or just ensuring our room was stocked up with our favourite drinks and snacks. McGregor was always there when we needed him, but never intrusive – just the perfect balance of being helpful and respectful of our privacy. On top of that, McGregor was warm, friendly, and made every interaction feel personal. It wasn’t just about getting the job done – it was clear that he genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. We’re truly grateful for his exceptional service. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and we’d be thrilled to have the chance to experience it again.

A Honeymoon in Paradise: Our Unforgettable Stay at Serenity at Coconut Bay From the moment we arrived at Serenity at Coconut Bay in Saint Lucia, we were enveloped in luxury and romance. The resort's serene ambiance and attentive staff made our honeymoon truly special.​ Our suite was a haven of comfort, featuring a private plunge pool and a hammock for two. The personalized wet bar and 24-hour room service allowed us to indulge at our leisure, ensuring complete privacy and relaxation.​ The personal butler service exceeded our expectations. Kimberly was absolutely AMAZING. From unpacking our luggage to arranging dinners and excursions, every detail was handled with care. The discreet service box for meal deliveries was a thoughtful touch that enhanced our experience.​ Dining at The Greathouse was a delight, with gourmet meals crafted from local ingredients. The option to dine in our suite or at the resort's various restaurants provided flexibility and variety.​ Serenity at Coconut Bay provided the perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and adventure. It's an ideal destination for couples seeking a romantic getaway. We left with hearts full of joy and memories that will last a lifetime.​

We just returned from an incredible stay at Serenity at Coconut Bay, and we can’t say enough good things about this resort. The experience was peaceful, luxurious, and exactly what we needed—but what truly made it special was the amazing staff who went above and beyond every single day. Our butler, Davidson, was absolutely outstanding. He was there for us daily and never missed a beat. Every afternoon, without fail, he’d run to the Treehouse to get me some of the best jerk chicken I’ve ever had. That kind of personal attention is rare, and Davidson made us feel truly pampered. Kevin, one of the bartenders, took wonderful care of Donna. Anytime she wanted a drink (and sometimes even when she didn’t ask), Kevin made sure something fun and refreshing magically appeared. We appreciated his energy and hospitality—he made us laugh and kept the good vibes going. Ray was our unofficial weatherman and another fantastic bartender. Each day he’d cheerfully update us on the weather. Even when clouds rolled in, Ray would reassure us, “Oh, that’ll pass in two minutes.” And sure enough—he was always right. He kept us smiling and relaxed, rain or shine. This was our first time at Serenity, and thanks to this incredible team, it certainly won’t be our last. The resort is beautiful, the food and drinks are top-notch, and the atmosphere is perfect for unwinding—but it’s the people who make this place truly special. Thank you to Davidson, Kevin, Ray, and the entire Serenity team. We’ll be back!

My wife and I stayed at Serenity for our honeymoon for 10 days and could not recommend them enough. Everything was beyond our expectations. The food was excellent for every meal. Even the all day snacks at the pool or room service was very good. We were originally worried that there was only one restaurant on the premises, but we got everything on the Greathouse menu and it was all excellent and we went every day. The daily breakfast to the room is also a great way to start the day. Delivered on time each day. You also have access to the bars and restaurants at Coconut Bay, which we did one night, but Greathouse is the best. The property was very clean even the bathrooms by the pool. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. A/C worked great. The private plunge pools in the room were also great to relax in. On some days they have special lunches, dinners, and activities like live music, karaoke, and different classes of which I recommend them all. The lunch and dinner events they have on some days of the week are just as good as Greathouse and add variety to the food options if you are worried about eating at Greathouse too often (which you don’t need to worry about since everything on the Greathouse menu was very good). I have been to quite a few all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and always worry about the quality of the food, but this was the best all-inclusive food I’ve had in my experience. We were always kept busy if we wanted to be or had lazy days by the pool. The service was next level. Our butler Kert was amazing. He took care of everything for us including booking dinners and any excursions we wanted to do. He made our whole itinerary for us for the week when we arrived that we could adjust if we wanted to, but he was spot on. He made everything so easy and even left us some surprises in the room. He stocked our fridge with waters, sodas, and alcohol each day and checked in on us if we needed anything. The entire staff is so welcoming and made our time there so great we can’t wait to go back. Big shout out to Kevin, Toya, Ray, and Hannah. Friendliest people that make your time there so fun and welcoming. The drinks were good, quality liquor and definitely not watered down like some all-incisive places do. The place is run seamlessly. Highly recommend a day in a beach cabana and a massage in your room. The sushi making class with Lucy was also a lot of fun and delicious. The resort is 5 minutes from the airport so super easy drive which alleviates some stress of catching your flight home.

I can’t say enough about the staff at this resort. Everyone is so welcoming and eager to make your stay be relaxing and fun. They will remember your name immediately, and make you feel at home. Our butler McGregor was amazing. He was very attentive and was always palming ahead for what we needed or ways to make our vacation romantic and special. The restaurant here is the best. The food was always great and the staff is so happy and friendly. This was our second time here and we are now hooked and plan to keep returning.
