Serenity at Coconut Bay was what we needed for a two week vacation after the holidays. The Staff and attention to detail that each member of the team provides is short of extraordinary and truly make the experience at Serenity one to remember. We would like to thank every member of the team KEVVVVINNNNN the MC and Jokester of Serenity certainly made Ken feel very loved, Jenil, Solange, Tessa, Sabby, Delon, Lotya, Sadie, Natasha, Jemma, Tyler, Ray, Charles. Housekeeping was fantastic - the animal towels and daily positive notes were always appreciated thanks to Shirley, Garvey, Christy, Patrice. The other stand outs are Chris Chin and Shanice Chiquot - thank you for securing some excellent bottles of wine from your supplier for a special dinner for the group. The food at the Great house was impeccable and the selection of options were excellent - whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff at the Great House always took great care with our group of 6 and ensured we were well taken care of every day. If you like dessert the Pastry Chef makes hands down the best Coconut Cream pie I have ever had. Visited the spa and - Dana is fantastic. Services I had were Mani/Pedi and massage. The only con would be the spa could use a refresh to compete with other high end resorts on St. Lucia. Entertainment - The amount of talent St. Lucia has is something to be extremely proud of - Live musicians, steel pan, singers, fire eating performers. We throughly enjoyed every night. If you are arriving on New Year's Eve - The fireworks and entertainment were so much fun and are not to be missed. We hope to be back soon. We spent a week at Serenity for our honeymoon and it was the best vacation we have ever had. The rooms: Extremely spacious, clean, and gorgeous. Our bed was so comfortable. We loved the big shower, tv, and ceiling fan. Unlike other resorts, rooms are intelligently located within a few feet of the pool and never had any issues going back and forth. The rooms are soundproof, we never heard anyone noise from our neighbors. The food: Delicious - The chef is incredible and the menu constantly changes each night with local specials. Countless steaks, lobsters, fresh Mahi, and more. We ate here every single night. Hands down best food we’ve had a resort. The resort: So many activities, delicious drinks, and never overcrowded. We could always find a beach or pool chair no matter what time of the day it was. You have access to both Serenity and Coconut Bay, all easily within 500 feet of each other. All the pools have incredible views and it is right on the beach with views of the Petons. Seriously 5 minutes after we got to Saint Lucia we were enjoying a drink and checked in. The people: You will read countless reviews (like we did) talking about how amazing the people are. This is the first resort we truly felt that. Everyone is happy to be there and truly made you feel special. Solange, David, Daniel, Ray, Kevin, Toya, Jonathan, are a blast and treated us like family. This is the first vacation we wanted to stay forever. We read reviews like this before we got there, and wasent sure how true they were. Everything is amazing. We will be coming back without a doubt. Best trip of our life.

My husband and I spent 5 nights at Serenity at Coconut Bay and loved our time there. The staff is exceptionally friendly. We ate at The Greathouse for most dinners; the food definitely exceeded our expectations; it was excellent! We did a floating breakfast in our plunge pool and used room service frequently - all delicious. We liked having the quiet and luxury of Serenity but also being able to walk over to Coconut Bay for the swim-up bar, the lazy river, the slides, and the Jerk Treehouse (so good!). The evening activities around the pool at Serenity were really nice. McCarthy, our butler, was amazing. We did a couples massage in an oceanfront cabana and I was really surprised at how amazing it was!!! I didn't expect much from a resort massage, but my therapist, Gabina, was absolutely amazing and the setting was so beautiful. Only two things to consider: 1. The beach is more on the Eastern side of the island - water is less clear, there is seaweed, and it's pretty choppy/windy. We made this work by renting the beach cabanas - they were wonderful, came with a stocked cooler and towels, and we could get any food we wanted delivered to the cabana. 2. Prepare to be very disoriented upon arriving home and having to make your own coffee, draw your own bath, and turn down your own bed sheets. We were spoiled! 5/5 would definitely go back.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at Serenity and to say it was magical is an understatement. Not only is the resort clean, beautiful, and safe, but the staff is so welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and fun. Our butler Quade was amazing, planned our excursions outside of the resort, and even made us special arrangements when our flight home was delayed. Solange was our waitress at dinner most nights, and she truly made our entire trip, along with Ginel and Toya. These three were so incredibly kind and made us feel like we were best friends and have known each other for years. They deserve all of the praise!! We can’t say enough great things about Serenity - Thank you so so much for everything!

My wife and I recently enjoyed a stay at Serenity. It was our second visit. Our first was in Feb 2024 and, at the time, we rated it as an off the charts experience - most relaxing vacation ever! As of Feb 2026, nothing has changed. Serenity is still an amazing, five star experience. The level of service is consistently top notch. The food and drinks are five star quality. The suites are luxurious! In 2024, we selected the largest Grand Plunge Suite, and it was amazing! In 2026, we stayed in one of the "regular" Plunge Suites. While slightly smaller as you would expect, our suite inside and out was still completely over the top luxurious - and service is the same regardless. The BEST THING about Serenity is the people. First of all, it was pretty much all the same people from our first visit. To me, this means Serenity is a great place to work, and that is important. It also means that repeat guests are treated like old friends. There is a long list of folks that made our vacation special (and I can't possibly name them all). Your dedicated butler is at the center of your experience. Our butler was Kaisha and, from our first communication pre-trip until the day we left, Kaisha handled all our needs at great detail. On Kaisha's day off, Kert stepped in so we didn't miss a beat. And our old friend, Ethan (butler from 2024), was always around checking in to make sure we were doing great. Old friends Toya and Charles kept drinks in our hands as did all the bartenders (Kevin, Ray). The entire staff at Greathouse kept us well fed (too many folks to mention). We ate two nights at Silk on the Verandah (Cbay) where Darick and Jonathan took great care of us. And the hardworking housekeeping staff took immaculate care of our suite day and night (Garvey, Vaniah, Trisha, Christy). Finally, the man who I think represents everything wonderful about Serenity - top notch service, willingness to go above and beyond, always with a smile - is Jonathan, the "coconut man." If you see Jonathan, ask for a Jonathan Special drink. You won't be disappointed. Until we meet again, Serenity friends...
