From the moment we arrived, our stay at The Landings Resort and Spa in St. Lucia was nothing short of perfection. This is truly a five-star experience in every sense of the word, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. The staff are absolutely incredible – genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready with a smile. From the front desk to the beach attendants, everyone went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. A special shout-out to the manager and director; their leadership clearly fosters an environment of excellence and professionalism that permeates the entire resort. Any request, no matter how small, was handled with efficiency and grace, making us feel truly valued guests. And the food! Oh, the food! Each meal was a culinary delight. The variety of options, the freshness of the ingredients, and the expert preparation meant that every dish was a memorable experience. Whether it was a casual lunch by the pool or a romantic dinner overlooking the ocean, the quality and presentation were consistently outstanding. The atmosphere of the resort is simply breathtaking. The lush, manicured grounds, the pristine private beach, and the elegant, spacious accommodations create an immediate sense of tranquility and luxury. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our morning coffee on our private balcony. Every detail, from the decor to the lighting, contributes to an ambiance of sophisticated relaxation. Beyond the key highlights, the "etc." truly adds to the charm of The Landings. The spa services were heavenly, the activities offered were engaging, and the attention to detail throughout the property was impeccable. I will first start out with I am particular, but also just go ahead and book the trip because you won’t regret it. I researched this trip thoroughly as I do all of our trips, especially as a family of five. I picked The Landings because it seemed like the most luxury resort for families with an all-inclusive plan, the perfect room for us and trust me when I say they did not disappoint. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and incredibly kind. We’ve gone to several islands and I will say the St. Lucian people are the nicest (besides the employees/manager at the Cap 5 min away.) We did the three bedroom marina view Villa and I was hesitant. I love to have an ocean view/Beach view, but that was all they had available. Honestly, I would do the room again. The view was still so gorgeous and we had the hot tub on the deck that was utilized every single day. Also, we had three bedrooms and four bathrooms, along with the kitchen, living room, laundry and two dining areas- what more do you need? The drinks were also very good which that can be a problem at some resorts, also the coffee, so good!!! (Stellar I miss you) I’m trying to re-create my iced lattes and they’re just not the same!!! I also still crave the breakfast! My kids loved the pasta bar, and the fresh fish and rice and veggies fresh and yummy! Another important factor, the beach! You never have to wake up early to get beach chairs! How incredible is that? The beach is so nice, the water is so gorgeous and calm and clear. It is absolutely perfect for kids of all ages which is a huge deal! They also offer water toys and even tubing which I thought was really cool because I felt comfortable with my kids going tubing in the ocean which normally I’m not. If you’re on the fence about booking, just go ahead and do it you will not regret it! Even the head supervisors and managers would come in and check in on us and chat with us, it was truly just a wonderful experience and we all didn’t want to leave! The only thing to consider is how far you are from the airport, but you can arrange transportation and I highly suggest doing the VIP fast track and also the departure lounge so you can skip all the lines. A boat day is also a must! Feel free to email the resort with any questions before your arrival, there are also super quick to respond, which was really nice!

The place is amazing all around. Great value, but the people that work at the landings were the most remarkable. I was impressed by the service from all but Amit, the manager from food and beverage went above and beyond. He deserves to run a resort one day. He truly cares about the client experience. Kudos to all! Thank you and we'll see you again next year.

Just came back from an amazing stay at The Landings! We stayed in a beachfront walk out room with a plunge pool and butler. The rooms and patio were incredibly spacious and very well maintained. You are just steps away from the beach which was not very crowded and always had plenty of chairs available. We opted for the all inclusive package which worked well for our family of 5. Ate at all restaurants on property and had plenty of options for adults and kids. My kids especially loved dining on our patio everyday at lunch! Highly recommend staying here!!

Good location but overpriced for the level of service and accommodation. The “plunge pool” for our 3 bedroom unit was a small outside tub for no more than two people. Breakfast buffet was good and other meals average for the price. Front desk argued with us and misled us on two occasions with a vague later apology.
