Everything was average, but their beach totally worth it. If not their beach they would have gotten 2 stars from me.
I felt service was bellow average, especially when it came to reception staff in particular Hannah as I felt there was unnecessary amount of attitude coming out of nowhere.
It was quite loud in the evenings as well, music from other places would play till late.
Rooms were old and dirty, everything was just meh, I don’t get it how some people come on a holiday so far away and just stay at this hotel, must be very sad.
If you do choose to stay here 100% stay at the sea front and rent a car, as I would not be fancying a bee in my egg again (ladies at the restaurant were lovely) and accidents do happen, but food was again meh, i guess they did not see the bee flying into the egg or thought extra protein would not hurt anyone!

Hotel hairdryer constantly tripped the electrics as did the second hairdryer they provided
Charged for their umbrellas on the beach
We paid for bed and breakfast in advance, however you are given a separate menu with poor choice.
You can only have 1 coffee included and if you choose the cooked breakfast, you can have either bacon or sausage not both. Small piece of bacon was inedible most mornings
Price was enough without paying extra for more breakfast items which should have been included.
Noise at night coming from bars across the road kept us awake until the early hours every night.
Staff at breakfast treated us like we were an inconvenience
Most times no cups available at the self service water station in the bar area

Great customer service from Camille & Rianne. Good room standard and tasty breakfast. Was treated well for birthday stay. Staff even sang 'happy birthday' with fine voices and tambourine!!!! The only drawback late night band music from bar across the road. But I think thats expected with hotels in St Lawrence Gap.

The hotel is really nice with very comfortable bed ,with beautiful see view ,located on the beautiful sandy beach, the housekeeping really nice, the sunbeds and breakfast are included in your accommodation just for the umbrella there is a small charge of $10 Bds per day , the staff is nice as well and very welcoming, a massive thank for all the team decorating our room for my birthday, it was an amazing and unforgettable surprise ❤️🙏 ,special thank you for Aneka receptionist, she offered us a beautiful room and for Kristal receptionist being lovely. Thank you for the lovely service every morning from Mary and Sharon they are AMAZING ❤️
Definitely, I recommend this hotel to everyone 🙏
Ps. The most funny thing I have ever seen in my life on the beach, you can see 🐔 😁🌞
