Lovely boutique hotel on the water. All inclusive feature provided adequate variety albeit smaller portions. I felt like less is more compared to the gluttony at other all inclusive buffet style resorts. Staff is A+ location is also tops.

Lovely hotel with great location. Check smooth and room had a kitchen, lounge and 3 bedrooms. I don't take much notice of the negative reviews because everyone is different. You could have as much food as you wanted with optional choices if you didn't fancy anything. Staff were great.

Top notch boutique hotel with great service, food and amenities.
The negative reviews are all lying.
The rooms are clean and spacious. If you need additional service just call the front desk and they will help you.
There was a variety of food as well as around the hotel to try out. If you wanted more just ask or you could ask for the odd menu food and they would provide.
The staff are very friendly, especially if you are nice to them and tip when they go above and beyond. There were rare occasions where the service was delayed however you just need to be patient! Was visiting to celebrate a milestone birthday and the staff made our group feel like royalty.
Amazing beach that connects to other spots to swim around and bring your snorkeling gear as we saw turtles and lots of fish.

This is not a 4 star hotel.
It’s 2 at best.
It’s not for children.
The food sucks.
The service sucks.
If you book a room that has a living room there’s no ac in the living room so you’ll be burning up.
The beach is beautiful.
Not enough beach or pool chairs.
Entertainment is almost non existent.
There’s something weird going on here with ownership/ pay/ employees because you can tell majority of the employees are not happy.
Sheets were not cleaned properly.
Room service is bootleg.
One bar for whole resort and they are very slow. Nothing about the food reminded me we were in Barbados except the fish cakes.
This hotel seems to cater only to its majority guest which are white people from the uk.
The hotel is a snooze fest so if you go with young kids you’ll get bad looks from the guest if they are having an ounce of fun because they treat it like a retirement home.
Did not find locals any better. The few encounters at the grocery store down the street were met with the same miserable people.
Of all the countries I’ve travelled this has been my worst experience.
You’ve been warned.

Overall this was a lovely place to stay. The location is perfect and the beach is beautiful! The staff are so helpful bringing out the sunbeds and making sure there is plenty of shade if needed. It's also great you can borrow snorkelling equipment which was fantastic as we saw so many fish and even turtles only metres into the sea!
The rooms were kept very clean and are spacious.
The food is nice but perhaps not quite four star and after hearing so much about their speciality restaurant we were left a little underwhelmed. I would like to point out there was nothing wrong with the food at all! It's just we found there are more exciting places to eat nearby.
The hotel offers a range of trips. We went on two during our stay and were highly impressed with each. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and fantastic to chat to.
My one gripe would be the communication. When we arrived we were told our room was not ready and so were asked to wait at the bar whilst it was prepared and we would be collected when ready. It was almost two hours before the room was prepared and we had to go back to reception a couple of times to ask as no update was given. It was also not communicated to the bar team that was why we were there as they kept asking us to move so they could set up for dinner but as it was raining there was not really anywhere we could go (and there were only two of us). The next day the air conditioning broke in the room and after slipping on the water that had pooled on the floor we were only then told this had been the reason for the delay the day before. We were told maintenance would come ASAP but it was not for a few hours before the engineer arrived, and another couple of hours before it was fixed.
Other than that instance the general experience was lovely.
