A fantastic all-inclusive hotel with exceptional staff who went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Travelling with a toddler, I found it to be very family-friendly, though a few more activities for younger children would be a welcome addition. I would happily stay here again.

Great hotel right on the beach with pleasant staff and good service. My two recommendations to the hotel would be to create a large games room for the youngsters, definitely lacking more for kids. Also the music needs to finish a little earlier at 9pm as alot of guests are jet lagged and want to go to bed earlier than when the music finishes. The singers are great but they're not performing to many people after 9pm. Food and music could be more authentic bajan style but still giving 5 stars as had a great time and met amazing people.

Absolutely lovely hotel, perfect location and very clean. Most staff very friendly some not so but that did not spoil our holiday as the lovely staff made up for the others. The ladies checking people in could learn to be more mannerly. The food was lovely with plenty of choice. Would have liked more seating for the evening to listen to the entertainment as we did end up going back to our to our room to listen from the balcony. Will definitely return as it was a lovely relaxing hotel

Nice hotel right on the beach. Rooms are of a generous size but furniture is scratched and damaged. Wardrobes are very basic. Location, on the beach, is lovely and the ZR buses are handy for St Lawrence Gap and Bridgetown and at a very cheap price. Food is only average however the fine dining restaurant, NOIR, is very good. Limited menu and adult only, which is nice. There's very little for children at this hotel and day time activities are poor for adults. The wifi in the area where everyone sits, is poor and drops out all the time. Good entertainment every night however very few people are still up passed 9pm so it must be soul destroying for the entertainers. In the main, staff are very good but the bar service is oh so slow.

This Hotel is amazing, the staff are brilliant they made our holiday. Rebecca the assistant manager is amazing she goes above and beyond to make sure we had a good holiday also kofie he was an absolute delight nothing was to much trouble for him he checked on us regularly to make sure we were happy Kellie in the restaurant was also amazing she was very friendly and helpful. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, the foods amazing the resort is beautiful. We will definitely be back. 10/10.
