Excellent hotel, we received very good service from Gisele at the front desk who was very helpful and very friendly. Derien was also very good, he took great care of a minor pool injury I had during my stay. The hotel is right on the beach, rooms are perfectly fine and everything was amazing. The restaurant staff need to be trained on better customer service some of them were quite rude and not very accommodating for simple requests but otherwise okay.

Customer service is horrible. We stayed at the Radisson on Nov 29, initially charged for our room(including refundable hotel fees). Per the agent, it will stop pending in 7 business days. After the trip, I received a separate charge for the total stay which was completed, however the initial charge was still pending(over $1000 USD). My bank is unable to release the pending charge unless the hotel releases it on their end or it gets to 30 days. It’s been almost a month and I have tried calling the hotel at different times of the day, no answer. I have emailed the hotel on separate occasions, no response. The people seemed receptive during the stay, however their response has been nonexistent. I’ve traveled to 25 countries and I’ve honestly never experienced sick lackluster customer service. Please do better. The hotel itself is old and could use some renovations.

The good: The location, right in front of the beautiful beach. The food of the restaurant was good, although expensive. Offering chairs and towels for the beach, and the place was safe. Not so good: The staff was very rude, especially at front desk (except for those who worked at the restaurant). The rooms are not at all as shown in the pics. It is not a 4 star hotel, maybe it was years ago, but no anymore. It is a place to stay of you are in Barbados for work, but would not recommend it for vacation.

This is definitely an older hotel that is in need of some work, however the hospitality provided by Mr Ben and the dedicated staff is something that you would hardly experience elsewhere. They are true gems. Mr Ben ensured that all was catered for and that we felt safe and comfortable each step of the way. The location is exceptional. The perfect location for beach access, public transportation and an excellent location if you are driving.

Positives: • Excellent location, beautiful beach right next to the hotel • Sunshades and beach towels available • Small but at least some pool • Friendly staff • A non-functional shower in the room was repaired within about 20 minutes after reporting Negatives: • Condition of the property. The hotel was built in the 1980s and urgently needs renovation • Terrible quality of TV channels, even though the TV is new • Wi-Fi has occasional outages • The restaurant staff is friendly, but it is not unusual to wait for food for up to an hour • The pier and restaurant are only functional halfway. The rest is in a dilapidated state and not in operation • At breakfast, you need to watch out so that pigeons don’t eat your food. Birds commonly jump on tables, so hygiene is a concern • This is not a 4-star resort but a maximum of a 3-star one. Unfortunately, the price does not reflect that Recommendation for the hotel owner: Invest in repairs immediately, or the hotel will fall apart on your head.

Not a pleasant experience. Not kid friendly especially food wise, late night music right in front of your room. Some staff are trying, but service generally is poor. The best staff member is maintenance guy, who resolved our issue instantly! Room is fine, leaking faucet that drips to the floor can be tolerated. Food is average, breakfast is fine, lunch is below average, we never had dinner here as we wanted to have good food at least once a day. Very limited parking, first come first serve.

3* Hotel with 5* service. We had a wonderful week at the hotel. Food was fabulous, a different menu every day . Great bar with a good selection of well known brands. Entertainment on alternate nights. Well placed for exploring. Buses and taxis on your doorstep. Also able to use facilities at sister hotels The Sands and Mango Bay which was a lovely added bonus. Walking distance to Bridgetown and to the race track if you fancy a flutter. Great beaches just moments away. We purchased snorkel equipment at a pharmacy shop in Worthing which was better value than renting at the beach. The staff were all so friendly, from maintenance to reception, bar to kitchen and room cleaning. Nothing was too much trouble. We needed to hold our room for extra time as we were on standby flights and the manager was so helpful and made it much less stressful. A really wonderful small friendly hotel that I would return to in a heartbeat. Thanks to all at Island Inn.

The hotel was good very clean, food was good. Here's the bad part THE A/C IN THE ROOM DONT WORK!!! 26.2C = 80f 🥵 the tub needed to be snaked water kept backing up smh

Outstanding hospitality, all inclusive has the Barbados vibe. All inclusive great but my stomach is so full 😂. They have a swimming pool, gym, room service, access to a beach minute walk away, surfing, snorkeling, race horses. Plus access to their sister hotels in group which offer sauna etc. just a jump on the small buses that are a short walk to the end of the road. Staff great, a more traditional feel, has entertainment every other night. Made you feel welcome. Initially thought was a bit quiet however realised we needed some downtime. Access to main town a short walk or bus has all local amenities petrol station, pharmacy etc. Horse racing and museum local plus of course rum tasting. Definitely going back. Seems a lot of money but we needn't have spent anything else. Our choice. Thank you Island Inn. A fantastic holiday.

Just got home from a 7 day long family vacation at the island inn. The junior suite was lovely and spacious, it was a little tired and the air con wasn’t working well but was clean and perfect for us. The beach is about a 2min walk away which was worth it as it was the best beach in Barbados (we spent 2 full days at two of the sister hotels during our stay and even though they were both actually located on a beach they weren’t nicer beaches than the one located near the island inn). We would highly recommend getting a snorkel and snorkelling around pebbles beach it’s amazing! The pool was small and could get busy during the day which we didn’t mind as the beach & sea was so close. The food was great we all ate so much and have definitely put on a few pounds 😂 the only criticism regarding the food as I am a vegetarian the options were quite limited some days there was no veggie option. The only negative for us really was the service was very hit and miss some of the staff were friendly and helpful, however others were the complete opposite. We found a few of the staff were completely unfriendly and would huff/roll their eyes if you bothered them! After experiencing the customer service at the sister hotels we would probably chose to stay at one of them when we return!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Great location, 100 yards to the beach, reserved sunbeds, and umbrella. Close to local eateries and bars. With Bajan's love for saying hello with a beep from their cars, it can be a little noisy during rush hours, but it's a happy toot, not angry. Large rooms with double bedrooms, kitchenettes, large showers with double basins and lounge areas. Also, a balcony. More of an apartment than a room. Great breakfast, with more than enough choice. Egg chef will cook your egg to perfection (and sing to the background music while doing so), and the peanut butter is to die for! Will definitely stay again.

Loved our stay at the hotel. Quirky decor and very friendly staff. Rooms were big with a small kitchen and a spacious lounge area. Beach opposite with a lovely boardwalk that you could walk along. Taxis opposite and bus stop nearby. Plenty of places to eat at nearby, varying in cost.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel for multiple reasons. First, breakfast is of very poor quality. For our 5 day stay we ate there once never to return again. Coffee was disgusting. Second, to get to the ocean you need to cross a busy road and then a parking lot with a bunch of local taxi drivers and just people loitering in that area -- drinking, smoking, etc. Third, bar personnel is rude and dismissive. The cherry on top was a 5-9:30 karaoke in their entertainment agenda. Hotel staff said it would finish at 9, but it just kept going. The sound is cranked up all the way and a bunch of drunk people shout for more than 4 hours and you can hear every word in your room. Most of the people signing are not from the hotel, as there is no security at all to get to the bar. We have complained about it multiple times, but nothing was done. I take it the bar sales are more important than the comfort of their guests.

Catfished by the photographer for this property. This place looks amazing in the photos, but they must have been touched up afterwards as this place is nowhere near as luxurious. First impressions there were goats in the lobby... Not living, but they let you know you're about to be staying in a room that has farm esque smells. The room has a musty odor throughout and the finish on the rooms is just not 4 star. There is a picture honoring said goat in the room. The only redeeming factor is the beds are very comfortable. If you are used to 4 star meaning luxury this is not it. Probably a good value, but you think it's going to be a great value until you arrive.

The art adorned on the walls (by local artistes), the Bajan colloquials carefully lovingly stitched on the cushions within their rooms, to the eccentric hotel reception and the superb service all round. Simply put: The Rockley is an island within the island of Barbados. Would I return? Yes. Highly recommendable.

Just left the hotel. Had a great time. Location is great. Service was mostly excellent. Only issue, and it was minor, Service by the pool on some days was slow. Really depends on the waitress/ waiter. All were nice, some just walked around more asking if you needed anything. Others you would need to track down to order. DeAndre(pool activities guy) was great with the kids. The fire show on Friday night was fantastic. The food at the Cafe, pool side and restaurant great. Book it. You'll have a great time.

A beautiful resort Hotel with amazing views and access to multiple beaches by foot. There are multiple pools as well as a gym, handful of restaurants and a beach bar. You can stay at the inlet beaches attached to the resort or you can walk to Pebble Beach and watch the horses bath in the morning. Yes, that happened this time around. The on-site coffee shop does have dairy alternatives and the restaurants were willing to alter their dishes for dietary restrictions. Definitely want to come back and would recommend over the Radisson next door.

We were offered one of the best upgrades we have ever experienced as Diamond members. We had an incredible view. Our bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a tub and a separate standing shower. The hotel offer lived music each evening, free shows by the pool and a private firework show for New Year night. We didn’t see any of these on their website so we were delightfully surprised. Multiple pools to choose from and a beautiful private beach. My only complaint would be that the restaurant staff was not very knowledgeable about food allergies. When I would ask for dairy and gluten free options they told me there wasn’t much of anything I could have. We have stayed at many other Hiltons where they offer to have the chef prepare something. But not here.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Rooms and pools are clean always, Rooms are classy and ample, their smell reminds me of classic beach hotels in vacations when I was little. Good food and long beach to walk about. You can also walk to pebble beach for calm waters in the bay. Service is good.

One of the best Hotels I’ve stayed in. The service is exemplary, run by people with excellent local knowledge. The rooms are comfortable and modern. The atmosphere at the beach side restaurant and bar is amazing as well as carneege bar for late night adult only entertainment. The grounds are extremely well presented and offer an insight into the history of the island. Can’t wait to return. Thank you. Oliver M B Atkins
