Lovely hotel, very clean and accessible for disabled customers. Pools are great. Evening food in November was very poor. Simple like lasagne with chips and spring rolls?? It shows the hotel offer half board which the package we were on but it's better to be bed & breakfast as there is so much choice for your meals out in playas Da Las Americas. Ps. Bring your own tea bags!! Hotel charges €4 per replenishment of tea n coffee sachets in each room.

Very popular and newly refurbished hotel. Can be quite busy and rates are not cheap. New management has changed things that do not suit regulars. The happy hour for drinks with music at 6.30pm has been scrapped. For months the new management replaced the very popular evening buffet with a set à la carte menu instead. People complained and voted with their feet. Thankfully, the evening buffet has been reinstated. The staff are warm and welcoming, the bedrooms are very comfortable, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is busy and can book up very quickly. One of the better hotels in Las Americas, within walking distance of everything.

Our stay at this hotel was simply spectacular. It is an impressive complex, truly beautiful, and the sea views are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up every morning looking at the ocean was a true luxury. The rooms are spacious, and every detail is meticulously cared for. ​But the real jewel of this hotel is, without a doubt, its Spa. ​I wanted to highlight this point specifically. The facilities are modern, clean, and offer an atmosphere of total relaxation. However, what truly stands out is the staff: they are incredibly well-organized. ​From the moment you book your treatment until you leave, everything flows perfectly. The spa reception manages appointments efficiently, there are no unnecessary waits, and you can see perfect coordination among the entire team. Each therapist is extremely professional, kind, and knows exactly how to make you feel cared for. This flawless organization makes the experience seamless and truly relaxing, without any stress whatsoever. ​In summary, it is a fantastic hotel for a luxury getaway. If you are looking for a place with wonderful views and, above all, a Spa managed by a perfectly organized and professional team, this is your place. Highly recommended!

Fantastic - First impression were amazing with a stunning modern entrance, the breakfast is the best I’ve seen with a fantastic variety, the food quality was also superb. It was also great as breakfast serves from 7-12 so you dont have to be up early. The rooms look amazing with modern touch, the air con, beds and bathroom were great - no issues. The cleaners would always come back and clean room daily despite me laying in which was great. Location is fantastic too - I would definitely return here. A lot of respect for the hotel with the accessibility for disabled guests even allowing a pool entrance - The pool has accessibility and the hotel all round.

Fantastic hotel in a great location. On arrival you cannot help but be impressed by the hotel's interior. But it is people who make a hotel so special thanks must go to Angoney on reception who welcomed us warmly and assisted us with the Check In process which went very smoothly. Room are well maintained. Cleaning staff are in daily - a big thank you to Loci who looked after us in this respect. We were saying bed and breakfast and were delighted with the range and quality of the food served. Steven was helpful and friendly- lovely to chat to. If you are looking for a wee pamper I cannot recommend the spa enough. Simona and Lily were so friendly and kind to us. We are not regular spa bunnies so they were very helpful in taking us through the process. They took such good care of us- the massage was wonderful. We enjoyed having a wee chat with them afterwards about Italian football teams. Mille Grazie Bellas! Buona Fortuna! If you are thinking about staying here at the Vulcano go for it! We will be back!
