We had a great week long stay in February. The hotel was a 3 minute walk from the bus stop, just under half an hour from the airport. It was an efficient check in and our 5th floor room had a good view towards Los Cristianos. Our room was large and plenty of storage for the 2 of us. The bathroom was well equipped with a shower in the bath and towels were changed every other day. We had booked breakfast and a good choice was available each morning at the buffet. Staff were very attentive and, based on our first experience in Tenerife, we would definitely recommend a stay in the Zentral Center.

I stayed at this hotel during my vacation about three months ago. Unfortunately, I cannot really recommend it. The staff was quite friendly and polite, which I appreciated. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The bed linens were very old and clearly worn out, and the bathroom was not properly clean, especially the toilet. Overall, the hotel feels quite outdated. I stayed on the 4th floor, and the internet connection did not work at all, which was very frustrating. Breakfast was acceptable, nothing special. A positive aspect of this hotel is its location. It is well situated and convenient, which is definitely a plus.

Good location, basic hotel, good place to stay if you get a good price. I got room only so can’t comment on the food. It’s a sole less hotel, quiet, empty, no character. But I got a good price for the room and location reasonable. They advertise a sauna, but I haven’t found it There is a great gym next to the hotel that do good daily and weekly rates.

Ideal for a couples holiday. Adult only. Nice and quiet. Plenty of space at the pool mid afternoon .26c water temp. 24c air temp. Very clean room. Very comfortable bed. No noise from lifts or other rooms. Easy walking distance to shops and beach.

I was a little sceptical about staying here after reading some of the negative reviews, but my stay was very positive. Our room was on the 2nd floor. It was very spacious, clean, had working A.C. , great powerful shower over a bath tub with sliding shower doors. The bathroom was was also large and clean. The cleaners made the rooms up daily, while we were out (no complaints but note, we left no valuables out). We booked half board, but should have stuck to breakfast only, as there are so many restaurants near by to chose from. My only criticism was the food, tried dinner once during my 4 nights stay. 1st night went out on a starter gazing tour, 2nd night ate in hotel but didn't enjoy it 3rd and 4th went out. Breakfast- the bacon was all fat and had no pink meat visible. Sausages were the hot dog type, skinny and processed. I skipped both bacon and sausages after that. Positive- ham and cheese omelettes were nice. I also had croissants, toast, granola with almonds and hazelnuts. Reception staff were friendly and looked after us well. Location of hotel was perfect as everything was so close by. Taxi from airport costs around 36 Euros but return taxi cost 28 which was good. Hotel can call taxi via there call button and they arrive within 5 mins. Uber were expensive so didn't bother using them. Timing of stay was brilliant. After peak time and during a heat wave. Temp approx 34C during day which was perfect for the pool. Water Temp was nice and cool and I enjoyed it daily. There were plenty of empty deck chairs as went went after peak period. Over all I would recommend it 👍
