Overall a good experience nice spacious apartments. Everyone very friendly apartments from Martin who blatantly ignored us one night as he was cooking food and didn't even acknowledge us. We waited for nearly ten minutes and as he never even spoke to us in the end we walked off without the drinks we were wanting to order. It has been very quiet but the last two days they have played some music around the pool which I had missed to be honest. The cleaners did a good job cant fault them. The location is good for bars and restaurants ten minute walk,hill to come back up but taxis are cheap if that's an issue. No air con though and I got prickly heat so couldn't go in the sun some of my holiday. Would I stay again? If they installed air con I would.

We booked this hotel for the splash park for my daughter, upon arrival we weren’t told it was closed . I asked a male member of staff where it was and was told ‘no closed’ and that was it he walked away. Luckily my child enjoyed the pool. The rooms are spacious and clean only downside is no aircon. For a 4 star hotel I assumed there would have been some. The location isn’t far from shops etc there are a lot of hills but there’s hills no matter where you go. We had a really pleasant stay even though my child didn’t get using the splash pad

Myself and my son stayed for 5 nights.. Location 25 min walk to beach 5 minutes on a e scooter. 5 euros in a taxi.. Hotel and pool really nice.. good sized rooms pool perfect for young families.. Pool doesn't open till 11am. Breakfast really nice... Rooms like I say perfect only issue was no air conditioning.. You can pay 90 euros for a week for a outside company to put it in your room. Cleaners great.. Reception welcoming.. Manager Omar lets the hotel down unfortunately needs to learn customer skills.. We put towels down at 8am as that seem to be the trend during holiday.. had breakfast 10.30am. At 11am the pool opens i nipped to room to use toilet when I returned 11.15am all my towels were gone someone was on my bed.. So he removed all towels that weren't occupied at 11am and put them at reception. I advised that this rule should be advertised better as what happened next was people arguing with each other round the pool while Omar hides under his desk in his room. Advised that on arrival details of hotel should put towel rule in simple fix really.

I recently stayed at this hotel apartment in Tenerife. The apartment itself was spacious, big, and fully equipped, which made it very comfortable. The cleaners were so sweet and attentive, always giving us fresh towels and keeping everything spotless. The reception team was mostly helpful, booking taxis for us whenever needed. However, there were some issues with the staff. On our first day, the young woman who checked us in was rude and seemed mood-swingy—some days she was nice, other days she was not. Luckily, there was another lady at reception who was super sweet, and the guys at reception were also was friendly, which balanced things out. This is a serious issue we had. The apartment has no air conditioning, which is not mentioned on the website. We didn’t know we had to book a fan for extra money (€25 for 6 days for a single fan and then €10 deposit), and even with the fan, the room was extremely hot—it was really hard to sleep or feel comfortable or even breathe some nights. we couldn’t even have our windows open as Our room was right by the door, making it noisy with people shouting and traffic outside. Another issue was that our bedsheet was dirty on arrival, though the staff quickly replaced it once we asked. There was no sponge for washing dishes, but they did provide dishwashing liquid. At the pools, some guests would reserve sunbeds very early in the morning with towels, even if they weren’t using them, which was frustrating. Overall, the apartment is great in terms of size, equipment, and cleanliness, and most of the staff are wonderful. But the heat, noise, hidden cost for a fan, and occasionally moody reception staff impacted our experience. The hotel needs to update their website to clearly state that there is no air conditioning and that guests may need to pay extra for a fan, so future visitors know what to expect. I personally don’t think it’s a 4 star hotel apartment complex. It’s 3 star, as we saw some other apartment complex near by which had air conditioning and it was 3 star. They have so much potential to be great as it’s super spacious etc, if they worked on it.

This Hotel is located on a big hill and about 20 minutes from the sea/beech the hotel itself is split into 3 sections of rooms and have brackets as a access cards/keys. The hotel has many different activities on site such as pool,restaurant mini bar, mini market and a pool bar. This is a good location from shoppers as there is a good amount of shops/supermarkets not too far from the location of the Hotel. The rooms themselves were not the greatest, we stayed for 5 days and we have a cockroach walking around a couple of times, the door frames were cracked and ceiling paint was cracked as well. Lose pipe fittings as well, and some of the fans were broken. The doors were also stained and made the rooms almost a not cared about. Overall this is a okay hotel is good and did the job!
