Elena and Nino were the best animation! So much fun! Loved aqua gym every day and the night time entertainment. Rooms are clean and spacious. The food is very basic and quite repetitive so we went out to eat a lot of the time.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were all friendly, the food was great and we loved the different variations of offer for lunch & dinner! The hotel pool was always the perfect temperature and there were always plenty of sunbeds so no sunbed wars required! The area was quiet and beautiful with a short walk to a great black sand beach! The room was big and spacious, just needs some touch ups of updates but it didn’t affect our stay at all! We would definitely stay again if we ever come back to Tenerife :)

I've been to bad hotels before, but this hotel deserves the title of winner. All-inclusive is a failure. The food is repetitive. Every day the same. Spaghetti, rice and fries. If you're lucky, in addition to the tasteless fish that is on the menu every day, there are also canned meatballs that smell more like dog food. There is practically never any meat. There are no freshly baked steaks, Vienna steaks, or even nuggets for children. But you can be happy if you eat anything, because even this poverty that you have available, you have to be lucky to get it because the food is constantly running out and it takes 1 hour to replenish it. It happened to me twice that they ran out of everything for breakfast and I was left without breakfast. Once even at 8:15, 15 minutes after opening. The corridors smell of damp. Not to mention the fitness center, you can only exercise with a gas mask. When a group of Italians showed up, happily drinking, they canceled the animations so that there was no drinking. We were without animations for 4 days and they put on chillout music so that the guests would fall asleep or run away to their rooms. The only bright spot is the clean large rooms and the proximity to the beautiful Playa de Arena beach. Everything else is disappointing and at the level of a 2 star hotel.

We stayed here for 6 days 5 nights all inclusive. Honest review, the location of the hotel is okay, few shops around and there is a walking distance beach. The room is clean and spacious. Food variety needs alot of improvement. the food is very repetitive.

I did a review whilst out there as was a little fed up with the food choice plans it being cold despite their efforts of keeping it all warm. But we decided we would go back there we loved the area and the hotel served its purpose the rooms were spacious and clean the staff were friendly and kept the hotel very clean. Found some lovely places to eat out within a very short walking distance. Little things on arrival we weren’t told about like the hire of towels for the pool only found out 2 days before we flew back but all in all a lovely week away in the sun
