If you choose this hotel, then give up this idea. This is horror! This hotel ruined our vacation. The whole hotel is covered in bugs - there are bed bugs in the beds, there are huge cockroaches and sewer flies in the toilets. The whole family was bitten. I informed the reception, they moved me 4!!! times. And I found bugs in all the rooms. I was already hysterical. One day I was left without a room at all, because they didn’t know where to move me. My things were just at the reception, and I only used public places. As “help” they only paid me to wash my clothes. To be honest, I could do laundry at home if it weren’t for the bugs. I was moved to a superior room in another building, but there were cockroaches and sewer flies. I barely slept in my vacation. To top it all off, the entire family took turns suffering from food poisoning. Complete unsanitary conditions in the hotel. About everything else - the food is monotonous and not very tasty, the animation is terrible, it’s simply not there for children. One day they offered archery. My daughter, who is 10 years old, knows how to do this and loves it very much. I asked if she can do archery and was told it was for adults only. But most adults can entertain themselves, and children need entertainment. In general, don’t spoil your holiday, I’m sure there are much better hotels in Tenerife.

The rooms are a bit dated, especially in the Bonanza building. The breakfast is pretty basic, nothing special to write home about. It’s like a typical all-inclusive budget resort, you know? I didn’t get to try the lunch or dinner since we didn’t book them. On the bright side, the cleaning ladies were absolutely lovely! Candelaria in particular was super helpful and made sure we had clean towels and an extra trash bag for our baby’s diapers. We did manage to use the pool a few times, but we spent most of our days exploring the island. Overall, it was a decent stay, but it’s not exactly a luxury resort. If you’re looking for something budget-friendly and comfortable, this might be a good option for you. Just keep in mind that it’s not going to be a fancy place.

Stayed at this hotel with my mum, we first stayed in the room that had yellow bedding in the pictures above, and it was AWFUL! Stained carpets felt like a prison, we asked to move the next day which they very kindly did, but if this wasn’t the case this review would of been a 2 star, entertainment every night food was good, my mum had a allergy to eggs which at first the staff wasn’t very helpful with they just kept saying the don’t speak English, didn’t want to help when I tried Google translate either, but when we finally got to talk to the manager he sorted us out. There was only 1 occasion we didn’t get a sunbed due to reserving with towels. If you stay on the bottom floor it can be loud all night. You also have access to the 2 other sister hotels. other then that it was overall a really good hotel and if your looking for a cheap get away, definitely recommend

A shiny, clean hotel in the process of being refurbished ( rooms ), beautiful views ( pool side), large basic room, a small under desk fridge, no kettle in room ( however you can hire one from the front desk). Our room carpet is in immediate need of re doing, a few stains a slight odour was noticed and the floor is uneven, but we were out all day and really only slept so for us it was not a major factor, The Aircon was not being offered as it was not hot enough to deem necessary ( time of year) fair enough. However, I asked for the use of a fan, and we were immediately given a fan upon request brought up to our room. We booked Bed and Breakfast and were completely satisfied with the selection on offer ( we are not big foodies). Everything was spot on for us. The nightlife was busy, but that was to be expected, and for us not over the top and it was silent by 23.30. We booked two excursions, one on a catamaran fivestar ( amazing ), and the other was the VIP tour of tenerife very informative and interactive JERONIMO!!! absolutely amazing. The whole experience was an amazing time in tenerife. I really would recommend coming to this part of tenerife. Thank you, Bluesea resort Puerto de la cruz we will return to walk up El Teide. 😁

Never again – this hotel doesn’t even deserve 2 stars We stayed 10 days at the Bluesea hotel in Tenerife, and sadly, it was one of the worst vacation experiences we’ve ever had. While the staff were friendly and welcoming, that was the only bright spot. Our room was in terrible condition — it smelled of urine and cigarettes, the carpets were filthy, the windows were moldy, and the air conditioning was outdated and ineffective. Shockingly, the hotel doesn’t even provide drinking water — not ideal in such a hot climate. The food was repetitive and monotonous throughout the entire stay — nearly the same every day. To make things worse, our whole family got sick during the trip, and I personally returned home with a rash on my arms (photos attached). It was impossible to enjoy a proper drink — what they serve at the pool bar in plastic cups is basically just flavored water that’s undrinkable. The evening entertainment was a disaster — it was painful to watch and listen to. Honestly, street performers offer a better show. As for rest and relaxation? Forget it. The doors in the rooms are old and noisy — guests coming back late from the "shows" slam them all night long, making it hard to sleep. At the pool, although there are signs saying that reserving sunbeds is not allowed, no one enforces this. Guests put towels down early in the morning and disappear for hours, leaving no beds available for others. Beach towels are not included — you must pay a €25 deposit per person, which for our family of five added up to €125 in extra costs. What's worse, this was never mentioned in any hotel advertisement or by our travel agency. This is important information that should be clearly communicated. And the final straw? We saw a cockroach walking over the food in the hotel restaurant near the ocean. That was it for us. The ocean and mountain views were beautiful — but sadly, that was the only thing worth remembering. This hotel does not live up to its 4-star rating, and we will definitely never return to Tenerife under such conditions.
