The hotel is not bad. 4 with minus. It's okay thanks to the reasonable prices. The food is very ordinary. Half of it is tasteless. In my opinion, it tastes worse than in a regular cafeteria. The service is good, territory is okay; you can use the territories of the neighboring hotel. Cockroaches was not detected. The location is so-so. You can walk to the beach/center, but getting back up is a real pain because the slope is very steep (about 100 meters) with lots of stairs. But they have a shuttle that runs from the hotel to the center. On the one hand, this is a plus, but on the other, we only found out where it stops in the center at the end of our trip. They didn't tell us this information at reception. So I'm telling you: the bus stop is right UNDER the shopping center(underground parking). The paid lockers, however, were disappointing. In a hotel like this. And if you had to leave your room twice, you'd have to pay twice. That's a minus. There are problems with the toilets in the rooms. They are right next to the foot wash, making it impossible to sit normaly on the toilet.

A very friendly hotel with lovely staff. The rooms are spotlessly clean, although our room could do with updating, a new carpet, etc. That said, the beds are extremely comfortable and the housekeeping staff very efficient. The buffet breakfast and dinner were good with lots of lovely, fresh produce. Some of the food can be repetitive so it's best to be selective on a daily basis to ensure variety. 0 stars for the staff (some ignorant, some arrogant, not sure which was worse) 0 stars for the food (cold and repetitive) 0 stars for the amenities ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars for the cleaners. They we efficient, friendly and the room was kept very clean. Drinks in little plastic cups. If you mislaid yours, they talked down to you like you were a five year old child. All inclusive except you pay for ice creams and ice lollies (unlike the other all inclusive holidays I’ve been on), no TV Channels in English. My wife didn’t want a dessert one evening, so she took a few sweets to eat outside in the sun. Unfortunately she was stopped by one of the security staff and told she must eat them before leaving the restaurant. She put them back. Farcical! (We saw several Spanish guests leaving the restaurant with handfuls of sweets) They don’t like the English. Funnily enough we met some lovely locals and a lovely German couple Do yourself a favour and avoid this place like the plague.

An OK hotel. Rooms are outdated and bed can only be described as sleeping on a rock. Rooms we’re thoroughly cleaned but the carpets were filthy . Entertainment staff were amazing and the bar staff kind. Food is a hit or miss, breakfast was banging but lunch was in the hotel across the road which was unusual and i wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Dinner however did have some good things and great puddings. Drink on all inclusive were great! Lastly, check out…. Our flight was in evening so we did a pool day. Went and asked which shower we used and was told the pool one… which has cold water only… and we would have to pay €25.00 to use a towel!! SCANDALOUS. So no place to sort yourself before you leave which i have never ever experienced. Overall its decent enough for a few nights and staff genuinely are great. Location was brilliant and lots of stuff nearby.

Rated 3/5 as price we had was a good price for 3 nights all inclusive. If we had paid any more I would rate lower. The food is horrendous. Most of the options are fish so if you don't like fish there is hardly any choice. Then the pizza they always seemed to put olives on or the chicken they would put mushrooms in. Not child friendly. Why not have the meat plain then have a tray of mushrooms and olives if people want to add them. The cooking station on the 1st night was not steak or lamb or chicken etc but what looked like the cheapest beef burger you could find. Worst all inclusive I've ever been too. The day I got back I was also sick all day. I'm guessing due to the food here. A positive was the pools which were decent which if self catering would be the most important thing. Rooms were spacious and clean but very dated. This was the cheapest all inclusive in the whole of Europe for the weekend we went. You get what you pay for
