A shiny, clean hotel in the process of being refurbished ( rooms ), beautiful views ( pool side), large basic room, a small under desk fridge, no kettle in room ( however you can hire one from the front desk). Our room carpet is in immediate need of re doing, a few stains a slight odour was noticed and the floor is uneven, but we were out all day and really only slept so for us it was not a major factor, The Aircon was not being offered as it was not hot enough to deem necessary ( time of year) fair enough. However, I asked for the use of a fan, and we were immediately given a fan upon request brought up to our room. We booked Bed and Breakfast and were completely satisfied with the selection on offer ( we are not big foodies). Everything was spot on for us. The nightlife was busy, but that was to be expected, and for us not over the top and it was silent by 23.30. We booked two excursions, one on a catamaran fivestar ( amazing ), and the other was the VIP tour of tenerife very informative and interactive JERONIMO!!! absolutely amazing. The whole experience was an amazing time in tenerife. I really would recommend coming to this part of tenerife. Thank you, Bluesea resort Puerto de la cruz we will return to walk up El Teide. 😁

Fantastic stay at Bluesea Interpalace, various board options available. We stayed all inclusive, food and drink is good with local produce available in varied meals. Meat and fish prepared in front of you and sides ready to pick from at the counters, large salad bar and dessert 🍰 choices. Extra charges apply if you want 'branded' alcohol but if ai local drink, beer and cocktail of the day are all you need. Choice of pools at either hotel in the resort complex means if one is too busy the other may be quieter. Spa and gym are available but you have to book in advance. Local shops and eateries in walking distance or hotel has a free shuttle to the town centre. Loved every moment!!

A really well placed hotel under 2km from the centre. Entertainment every night and you can enjoy the all inclusive. The entertainment is rather loud and can be heard all over the hotel and street until 11pm. I have always been sceptical at all inclusive but this has been fantastic. The rooms are a little dated but they are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The shower and bath facilities are great. Instant hot water and great pressure. Inbuilt hair dryer should you require. Nothing more could be wanted in this department. Certainly a place for more relaxing holiday than an active one. There is a bus that comes outside for Siam Park so this is a great attraction. Very multicultural place and incredibly friendly.

I will start with positives: Food, really tasteful and good choice, great coffee but not enough coffee machines, needed to queue every time for up to 10 min for a cup of coffee or tea. Negatives: Filthy room, pubic hair all over the bathroom floor, reception staff didn't care,was rude, made a comment in Spanish think I won't understand: that I am a royal ( his name is Alex). I asked to speak with manager, never had time as always in meetings. The next day they sent me a plate with two fruit sticks and watered bottle as apology I assume as man who brought it in didn't speak English and couldn't say what is is this for. The cleaner next day didn't clean the floor as only swapped the towels which were dirty too (unwashed lipsticks on it). Room was outdated but I wouldn't mind it if at least would be clean. Looks like the carpet never been hoovered since the day it was put down. Most of the staff was rude and felt like we were there to bother them. Most of the time found it hard to communicate in English ( hotels website states English is used in the hotel). After my bag been delayed for 3 days i found ladies from the local pharmacy very helpful as they gave me few freebies of make up, and I had to purchase necessary items for me and my daughter until bag arrived. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!! Recommendations: Don't buy tickets from the hotel, there is a great guy few steps outside of the hotel who was extremely helpful- Chloe Excursiones. Highly recommended! For a scuba diving experience again dont buy from the hotel as price is double. I booked online with Zero Gravity in the south for half the price! And the absolutely amazing experience we had with them ( they take a pictures and videos of you diving too) . 10 out of 10! Full body massage go to Tatjana, Healing massage therapy! Amazing lady! The location is a bit off from the turisty part which I wanted but if I decide to return to Tenerife I'll probably consider renting a car. The weather is different in the north then south. More clouds, a bit cooler and much windy.

Lovely hotel only down side was not tea or coffee making facilities in the room, the pool closing at 6pm( I went in March so not sure if that's because it's out of season) and that the all inclusive drinks stop at 11pm apart from that the food was nice, the rroms were clean, before you arrive at the hotel make sure to bring euro coins for the plastic cups you get 1 cup for 1 euro and it's given back when you hand your cup back in. Lovely shops around as well. 10 of us stayed here and we had a great time.
