Very impressed overall. Lovely responsive staff, helpful & cheery, facilities spotless but the biggest surprise was just how good quality the food turned out to be. On an all inclusive we didn’t expect much but it surpassed & felt compelled to give the hotel & the fabulous kitchen staff some deserved recognition. Thank you. Will be returning 💯

This is an average place but in a beautiful place. Puerto de la Cruz is very scenic with both coastal and tropical feel with beautiful walks and plenty of places to eat. The people are friendly and welcoming. The hotel on the other hand is a different story. There are three buildings in this resort and I stayed in Canerife Palace with family and friends, and none of them were impressed by it's dated decor in serious need of an update. I would not rate this place 4*. it's more of a 3* experience. The food options were ok, although there isn't much if you are a vegetarian or vegan. The quality of food generally is very good on the island. There were very limited drinks options in the bars in all-inclusive, although other drinks were available for a price. Most of the staff were helpful. I wouldn't stay at this place again, but would certainly visit Puerto de la Cruz again.

A very friendly hotel with lovely staff. The rooms are spotlessly clean, although our room could do with updating, a new carpet, etc. That said, the beds are extremely comfortable and the housekeeping staff very efficient. The buffet breakfast and dinner were good with lots of lovely, fresh produce. Some of the food can be repetitive so it's best to be selective on a daily basis to ensure variety. I stayed at BlueSea Hotel in Tenerife, and I would like to share my bad personal experience for the benefit of future guests. During a meal at the hotel restaurant, I encountered an unexpected hard object in my food, which resulted in damage to one of my teeth. We informed the staff immediately and later spoke with a manager. Based on the conversation at that time, I understood that the hotel’s insurance might address the dental expenses. Following the guidance I received, I visited a dentist, obtained a written report and a cost estimate, and forwarded the documentation to the hotel. Over the following months, I exchanged several emails and calls with the hotel. At one point, I was informed that the insurance would cover the costs; however, after an extended period without clear communication, I was later told that the claim would not be accepted. I did not receive a detailed explanation for the change, which left me unsure about the process and outcome. I can only describe this as my personal impression of inconsistent and unclear communication. In addition to this incident, my general impressions of the stay included: - I personally found the food quality below my expectations. - I felt the service could have been more attentive. - I was disappointed with how the situation was handled overall, based on my own experience. I rarely write negative reviews, but I hope sharing my experience helps others make an informed decision. This reflects only my personal account of the stay.

The hotel is not bad. 4 with minus. It's okay thanks to the reasonable prices. The food is very ordinary. Half of it is tasteless. In my opinion, it tastes worse than in a regular cafeteria. The service is good, territory is okay; you can use the territories of the neighboring hotel. Cockroaches was not detected. The location is so-so. You can walk to the beach/center, but getting back up is a real pain because the slope is very steep (about 100 meters) with lots of stairs. But they have a shuttle that runs from the hotel to the center. On the one hand, this is a plus, but on the other, we only found out where it stops in the center at the end of our trip. They didn't tell us this information at reception. So I'm telling you: the bus stop is right UNDER the shopping center(underground parking). The paid lockers, however, were disappointing. In a hotel like this. And if you had to leave your room twice, you'd have to pay twice. That's a minus. There are problems with the toilets in the rooms. They are right next to the foot wash, making it impossible to sit normaly on the toilet.
