Rated 3/5 as price we had was a good price for 3 nights all inclusive. If we had paid any more I would rate lower. The food is horrendous. Most of the options are fish so if you don't like fish there is hardly any choice. Then the pizza they always seemed to put olives on or the chicken they would put mushrooms in. Not child friendly. Why not have the meat plain then have a tray of mushrooms and olives if people want to add them. The cooking station on the 1st night was not steak or lamb or chicken etc but what looked like the cheapest beef burger you could find. Worst all inclusive I've ever been too. The day I got back I was also sick all day. I'm guessing due to the food here. A positive was the pools which were decent which if self catering would be the most important thing. Rooms were spacious and clean but very dated. This was the cheapest all inclusive in the whole of Europe for the weekend we went. You get what you pay for

An OK hotel. Rooms are outdated and bed can only be described as sleeping on a rock. Rooms we’re thoroughly cleaned but the carpets were filthy . Entertainment staff were amazing and the bar staff kind. Food is a hit or miss, breakfast was banging but lunch was in the hotel across the road which was unusual and i wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Dinner however did have some good things and great puddings. Drink on all inclusive were great! Lastly, check out…. Our flight was in evening so we did a pool day. Went and asked which shower we used and was told the pool one… which has cold water only… and we would have to pay €25.00 to use a towel!! SCANDALOUS. So no place to sort yourself before you leave which i have never ever experienced. Overall its decent enough for a few nights and staff genuinely are great. Location was brilliant and lots of stuff nearby.

Bland, old and dirty! And that’s just the beginning! I stayed in this hotel just last week and was shocked by the disgusting state of the rooms. The first room I was put in was filled with a terrible smell that is hard to describe but lingered with stale smoke and must. This was by far the most unclean hotel I ever stayed in and was horrified by the state of the floors, containing many black marks and suspicious stains. There were hairs in the bed and dust on every surface and crevice. When I spoke with the front desk, they said they were at full capacity and could do nothing to help. Following further complaints, I was moved to another room the following day with a better smell but worse carpets and care. Yes the view was no longer a brick wall, and there were not dead flies on the carpet, but wear and tear was visible from every angle. I didn’t want to unpack due to fear of my clothes and belongings becoming dirtied and smelly. The hotel seemed unkempt, and the staff showed little desire to help accommodate. There were also pidgeons in the dining hall. The food in the dining hall was also not labelled correctly, confusing for allergies and dietary requirements. When staff was asked, there were multiple different answers regarding ingredients, making it uncertain if foods were okay to eat. I left after 2 days to another hotel because it was to such a poor standard of cleanliness and hygiene, and the staff seemed incapable of helping.

If you choose this hotel, then give up this idea. This is horror! This hotel ruined our vacation. The whole hotel is covered in bugs - there are bed bugs in the beds, there are huge cockroaches and sewer flies in the toilets. The whole family was bitten. I informed the reception, they moved me 4!!! times. And I found bugs in all the rooms. I was already hysterical. One day I was left without a room at all, because they didn’t know where to move me. My things were just at the reception, and I only used public places. As “help” they only paid me to wash my clothes. To be honest, I could do laundry at home if it weren’t for the bugs. I was moved to a superior room in another building, but there were cockroaches and sewer flies. I barely slept in my vacation. To top it all off, the entire family took turns suffering from food poisoning. Complete unsanitary conditions in the hotel. About everything else - the food is monotonous and not very tasty, the animation is terrible, it’s simply not there for children. One day they offered archery. My daughter, who is 10 years old, knows how to do this and loves it very much. I asked if she can do archery and was told it was for adults only. But most adults can entertain themselves, and children need entertainment. In general, don’t spoil your holiday, I’m sure there are much better hotels in Tenerife.

Very polite staff very nice rooms. Good location only thing stopping it getting a 5 star was the food not the best not too many options especially for me as a vegerterian. Also some items not labelled correctly such as the fried tomato sauce which turned out to have bacon in it. Would come again but wouldnt come all inclusive but the drinks at the bar for all inclusive was impressive.
