I was really looking forward to staying at Be Live Adults Only Tenerife, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The food was very disappointing—repetitive every day and not up to a decent standard. I found it quite unappetizing. The cleanliness of the room also left much to be desired. It didn’t feel properly cleaned during our stay, which made it uncomfortable. Left tip (5-7euro)each time to get a decent clean but I didn't even get mopped floors. Beside making beds and removing old towels you don't get vacuuming, dusting, nothing. Had 2 massive spider webs on the ceiling and was still there after 3 times cleaned. On top of that, the hotel itself feels outdated and in need of serious renovation. It could be a lovely place with the right improvements, but sadly, it did not live up to expectations. All inclusive guest receive cocktails from dispenser, colourless, flavourless and no decoration. Paid ones are in glass container and decorated

Very nice and helpful staff, the hotel looks really worn out but the rooms are really clean. The pool looks nice but we didn't use it. Only two elevators in operation and stucked on some floor every day. Wifi signal good everywhere. Probably expected little bit more from photos and 4* hotel.

This is my favorite hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. Great location next to bus exchange, hyper dino, walking distance to beach. And ADULT ONLY! No screaming kids, pool usually empty or just a couple of people. Fantastic breakfast and dinner with huge selection and friendly staff. And in the evening there are some music or events daily. If you are Lucky you can meet Michael Jackson :-) I love this hotel!

Incredible stay! First time abroad by myself and felt completely relaxed and safe, both at the hotel and in Puerto de la Cruz. Outstanding hotel, beautiful well kept areas and room was amazing. No bugs anywhere. Bed looked like it was dipping in parts but was absolutely fine, I certainly slept well. Air conditioning worked well! Paid extra for a double room instead of a single room to get a balcony, well worth it! Hotel staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. I couldn’t get safe to work, phoned reception and was fixed in bout 10 mins. Whole hotel was very chilled and relaxing. Good mixture of ages. Did not feel uncomfortable at meals or at entertainment on my own. I stayed for 3 nights to see how I got on by myself but already desperate to go back! I was HB and food was fab, all very much on par with any other HB hotel I have stayed in. Breakfast had breads, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruits, cereals, porridge, eggs, sausages, bacon, beans, veg, cakes/pastries, coffee, fruit juice etc. Dinner would be breads, salads, a hot soup and Gazpacho, meat & cheeses, maybe about 3 or 4 main choices, veg, Canarian potatoes (♥️♥️), show cooking, pasta & sauces, lots of desserts, ice creams, fruit, yoghurt etc. Theme nights I was there were Chinese & Mexican. The lounge areas are lovely. Nice big entertainment area with comfy seats. Lounge bar is also huge with comfy seating/sofas. Large terrace outside overlooking pool. Drinks were very reasonably priced! Think I was about €3 a wind and €5 for a Canarian honey rum (♥️♥️). Puerto de la Cruz is stunning. Beautiful little place with loads of shops, cafes, bars etc and all very, very chilled. Still feels traditional which I liked. Just wished I’d been there a Wednesday as would’ve liked to have gone to the Spanish Ballet/flamenco at the theatre in Puerto de la Cruz and only on on a Wednesday. Had a barraquito coffee at the cafe just along from hotel, amazing!! And again, only a couple of Euros. I really think this hotel should be at least ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on here. Cannot rate highly enough and definitely want to go back.

This is not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. Rooms look tired and bathroom needs work, moldy seals, broken grout and cracked tiles. We have seen cockroachs in the restaurant and staff weren't bothered by them being on the food when they were informed. I understand they are a pest and common here but it is not acceptable for them to be inside especially not in the restaurant. Staff can be a little rude and also the male staff propersition women constantly. We have been told by people staying here that this is a swingers hotel we have seen evidence of this and asked to join others. This is not ok and if it is we would not of come here.
