We stayed at Belive Adults Only Tenerife for 1 week all inclusive. In general the hotel is lovely, the staff very helpfull and friendly, the swimming pool is beautifull, with trees and a little waterfall, buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner with lots of different options to choose from, different entertainment every night, from live music, karaoke and fantastic representations of famous singers. The rooms are very cozy and welcoming. I need to mention some members of staff by name as they made us feel like we were home. Antonio from the pool bar, nothing was ever to much for him, very friendly amd helpfull, we had all inclusive and weren't sure what drinks we could have, he explained everything with a smile in his face. Vitor and Pablo were also very friendly and welcoming. Rui, the hotel entertainer was also very friendly and welcoming. I wish I could remember more names but they were all amazing. We definitely coming back and lively recommend this hotel.

Absolutely love the area, location is right next to many black sand beaches, lots of supermarkets nearby, only a short walk into the town center! There's a tour guide service inside the hotel which was fantastic, the ladies were lovely and very helpful at booking our activities. Food is standard for an all inclusive, not amazing for vegetarians but they never are. The rooms could be seen as outdated, uncomfy bed, small TV, marked walls etc, but the only time we spent there was for sleeping. I liked the balcony! The cleaners deserve the biggest shout out as they were so so friendly and did the best job out of any hotel I've stayed in, really liked how they folded our clothes into fancy shapes on the bed! 10/10 cleaners!! Overall had a lovely stay here, would definitely recommend for a adults only "quieter holiday". We did not spend much time in the bar or the pool so can't comment on that.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the BeLive Adults only hotel. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable with a beautiful sea view. The food in the restaurant was perfectly adequate, there was always something appetezing. I enjoyed every meal. I was on HB and was very satisfied and surprised at the low prices for the drinks I had. The cleaner kept my room clean and tidy every day. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We paid for a package that included dinner, yet even water was not included and had to be purchased separately. What was even more frustrating was that guests were not allowed to bring water from their rooms to dinner, which gave us the impression that we were being forced to buy drinks from the restaurant. In addition, some members of the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and their attitude towards guests was far from welcoming. We expected much better customer service and hospitality from a hotel of this category. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations, and we hope the management will take steps to improve both customer service and guest satisfaction.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Tenerife. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent ✨the pool was well-maintained, there was a small gym, and the breakfast offered a good variety. The ground floor had plenty of space, which made the hotel feel relaxed and never overcrowded. The location was perfect, with attractions like Loro Parque and the Agatha Christie stairs nearby, making it easy to explore. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would happily recommend it.
