Great hotel, very clean, well maintained, helpful staff. There are lots of small things: kettle and fridge in the rooms, proper coats hangars, British channels on the TV which make for a great stay. The main pool is heated. There is plenty of seating in all public areas. The food is plentiful and varied. I loved it. I've given the location 3 stars as it is out of town and up a very steep hill but there is a reliable, free shuttle bus into town several times a day. Also taxis are plentiful and cheap. It wasn't a problem for me but if you're looking for a central hotel or one close to the beach it might not be for you.

It is a good hotel and we had an upgrade for the room. The most of the staff are very polite and helpfull. The my favorite club is good to have. The food and drinks are good! The cleaning of the rooms could be a bit better and the my favorite club could have had more information and there were no beds by the pool. The animation could have been better. If there is improvement it would be a great hotel, maybe 5 stars when they update! Thank for our amazing stay and serving us a relaxed holiday. We would not forget it!

Had a lovely holiday here. Ana is great and brought the energy with the entertainment. The food was nice and fresh but lacked variation. They don’t provide milk in the rooms which would have saved us from buying it. The pool area is nice but a little cramped in the sun bed area. I’ve been to hotels with nicer pools and sun bed areas. Hence I have knocked one star off. Altogether a nice holiday and was a nice place to relax

Everything about the hotel and staff is excellent with a nice view of Mt Tiede and local shops/restaurant/beachfront 5 min away. Was there under B+B. The only downside is wherever you go to in the town it is a steep 600 meters or so back up hill to main reception/entrance. However on 2nd day we realised there was another back entrance near to the pool that your room key opens in evening so that cut out the steepest last 300 meters or so.Would go back and already thinking of it!!

Great hotel. Loved my room - spacious, clean and had everything I needed. Friendly staff and service was very good. Buffet for breakfast was very good too. Only down side was the hill to climb back up from the town. It's ok if you're fit though!
