This hotel is absolutely stunning, I wish we booked longer than one week! You absolutely get what you pay for and the staff were helpful and friendly. The views, the live music and the breakfast was 10/10. The pool is really lovely too and the location is also really good. Highly recommend and we hope to be back one day!

Stayed here with my boyfriend for a week. From the moment we walked into the hotel we knew we were going to love it. Reception were lovely + gave us both a complimentary glass of prosecco on arrival. The hotel is huge with loads of different areas. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, it was also cleaned every morning + everything was replaced fresh. The breakfast is really nice with loads of options. All of the staff were lovely but the staff in Sugar Reef were particularly lovely, friendly + very nice to deal with. Would 100% come back here again. Definitely one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in.

I cannot fault this hotel - from the high standard of customer service, the beautiful rooms, stunning pool, to the food and location! Everything is top class. From the moment we arrived we were treated so well, welcome drinks on arrival and bags taken straight into our room. One night we even came back to a gift from the hotel - a little banana plant to take home with us to grow! It's a really special place. I cannot wait to go back! P.S. you have to try the Sunset Bar for a cocktail to watch the sunset.

There is nothing we can fault this hotel about. We recently did a little family holiday and this was the perfect venue for a sunny getaway.
Everything from the initial check in, to the room, the quality of the service, the evening ambience and all the amenities is perfect.

Wow! We just got back from a week here and I couldn’t be happier we picked this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful with beautiful interior, so quiet, lovely restaurants and the staff are really friendly and helpful. I particularly loved how you don’t have to race to get a sunbed in the morning, you can stroll down at 11am and there will always be some free!!
Location is very convenient and in walking distance to Siam park, Siam mall, along Costa Adeje as well as Las Americas. Every detail was thought of and our expectations were blown out of the water. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future!
