Had an absolutely amazing time in this hotel. Stayed here in May with my wife and daughter. From the moment we checked in, the staff were attentive and treated us very well. Breakfast was super everyday. We ate dinner mostly in places around the area but I tried the buffet in the World Cafe one of the evenings and the choice was excellent. The pool area was very clean and good choice of beds. The games area is fantastic. The room was cleaned everyday and the ability to order special pillows using the webapp was really good. We didn’t find any faults with the hotel and we will definitely be back. Thank you for the hospitality.

The most incredible week! Highly recommend. Absolutely brilliant across the board. Rooms were perfect very modern and not on top of each other with great access to all amenities. Food was better than expected with lots of restaurants on site. The preferred club add on is brilliant and really topped off our trip. And the staff couldn’t have been better - great value for money and no complaints!

The food at the hotel was honestly quite disappointing. Breakfast, in particular, wasn’t good — although there was a large selection, the food lacked flavor and didn’t feel very fresh or high quality. The overall dining experience felt below the standard expected for this type of hotel. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, especially the reception team. There was also a very kind young man at the upstairs outdoor bar who helped me choose a great wine — I believe his name was Lucas. The rooms were nice and clean, but I don’t understand why none of them have a proper king-size bed, only two single beds pushed together. The sound insulation in the rooms was also very poor. Every morning I could clearly hear the cleaning staff loudly talking in the hallways through the doors, which made it difficult to rest properly. Another issue was the pool area — the sunbeds were placed so close together that it was almost impossible to even open an umbrella comfortably. Overall, the stay was okay, but the food definitely needs improvement. I hope this helps you improve the hotel.

I cannot fault anything at the hotel everything was 10/10. As a solo traveller I felt safe! Even after ordering the 2nd drink the staff remember what I liked to drink. The buffet was like non other I have experienced! I went to all the al a carte restaurants and blown away by the choice quality and service! Great location on the promenade! Hotel and my room was spotless! The toiletries were very luxurious

Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Beautiful design, perfect service, and a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere throughout. Highly recommend booking the Preferred Club upgrade, totally worth it. Private lounge, amazing service, and details like live harp music at breakfast made it unforgettable. The staff are outstanding, warm, professional, and genuinely caring. If you’re looking for comfort, elegance, and true relaxation, this is the place.
