We have stayed there for 7 days, however the hotel is not the best. It is a 4 star hotel, but feels more like 2-3 star hotel. It is a bit outdated, the shower in the bathroom was not working properly, the balcony door was hard to push and pull and it didn't lock at all. We had half board and safe to say the food was average. In Teneriffe you can eat very nice food in general if you dine in restaurants. The location of the hotel is okay there are bus stops and taxis. The hotel has shuttle to take you to the center, but it doesn't work during the weekends. A part of that, the hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly.

Good value for money. Rooms at the Interpalace have great beds. Sea views are amazing. Roof bar well worth a visit but not included in "all-inclusive". Local spirits are included but we found the quality and taste lacking. However, the beer (San Miguel) is perfectly acceptable. Breakfast and lunch are usually good, but dinner was a bit hit and miss. Free bus into Puerto de la Cruz, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Grounds and pool area kept very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.

If I could give this 0 stars - I would do. I’m not one to write a lot of reviews but I had to for this. I visited in November with my friend for her birthday for 4 nights. At first glance as you walk in the hotel seems quite modern and clean, the rooms are ok and the reception is bright. But the rooms have no air con! It doesn’t work. In the evening of the first full day I got really bad food poisoning from the hotel food. I was very sick and couldn’t leave my bed for the rest of the holiday - which was such a waste! I was stuck in a boiling hot room (the walls are thin so it was noisy and awful, with no air con) luckily to be fair the reception provided me with a rickety old fan when my friend explained my situation - but it did the job. If you're staying at this hotel my advice would be to go to the shop right next to the hotel and stock up on the big bottles of the Aquarius hydration drink as you will probably get food poisoning - this genuinely saved me. For more information, the alcohol drinks are really disgusting as well, the pool is okay (I obviously only went in once..) entertainment is quite good downstairs but the hotel bar and entertainment room is awful it looks like a retirement home. Another thing to watch out for - the balcony doors! They don’t have a sticker and whilst I was there someone walked into a door and it shattered and they had to go to hospital. Be careful! I would strongly suggest you save your money and book elsewhere. - I obviously didn’t get many photos but I’ve attached one of the entertainment room.

We stayed here for a week and have a pleasant experience. The rooms are fresh and cleaned daily. The food was good and what you would expect when going all inclusive, there is always something for everyone. I found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. A small issue with the shower was fixed quickly. I would have liked a map of the layout of the hotel as the some services are on different levels, also the cost of the safe could have been mentioned at checking in.

This is a four star hotel? I think it's more of a three! I see other reviews regarding the food being not good, but I found it to be ok. If you can't find something to eat, you must be very fussy. Breakfast has fresh fruit cereal cooked breakfast ( sausage and bacon was typical hotel meat ,not brilliant) eggs of all kinds. Continental breakfast, which was good with a selection of bread. Teas and coffee. Dinner and evening meal was good with meats fish and salads, I really can't fault the food at all! There's a microwave also if you need to warm your food a little more. You may have to queue to get into the restaurant. The rooms were cleaned every day and the cleaning staff were nice and friendly. The rear of the hotel, which has a sea view, did not get the sun the time we visited, which was March, but had great views of the harbour as you can see from the picture i have added. We only went to the entertainment one night and it was very busy, the singers were very good and guests danced and had a good time, it was a bit strange when they had finished as it was like a stampede to leave and the staff couldn't wait for you to go as cleaning around you and moving chairs back. The all-inclusive drinks are typical all-inclusive... Beer was fine, but spirits are not brilliant, and the staff who served you can't break into a smile! In general, I found the reception and bar staff to be just to my job type of attitude and did not communicate a welcoming vibe. Strange that we found that on the island this time, a lot of the Spanish bars didn't seem to want English people in them? We had not experienced this before, and we have visited the island many times. There is definitely an atmosphere. We actually tried one bar, and they asked if we were English. When we said yes, they said the toilet had broken and come back later! This is not a reflection on the hotel. The location of the hotel is a 20-minute walk from the main town down hills and steps, not a walk for elderly people or if you have difficulty walking. A taxi is about €6 which takes about 7 minutes. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel, but it can take 45 minutes! The area the hotel is situated with has bars and shops which are fine but the main town has a lot more to offer. On leaving the hotel, there are lockers for your bags if you want to store them, and they cost €2 (I have never been charged before to store bags at any hotel I've stayed at this was a first) The pool area is dated, and some beds are very dirty, and the stone floors need a good clean. I didn't see them washed down once the week I was there. Also, while lying on the bed, a massive rat ran around the pool in plain sight of guests. The pool bar was only open twice during our visit, and we had to go down to the main bar. Bar food was not great... There is a nice rooftop bar with great views of the sea and surrounding area. This is not part of the all-inclusive package, and drinks are more expensive than at local bars. The cocktails were also not the best. Overall, I wouldn't stay at this dated hotel again because .. The location is too far from the town The staff are definitely not friendly to the English!! The pool area had sunbeds dirty or broken, and the hygiene of the pool area was poor with food waste and litter. I rate this hotel as just 3 stars at most.
