This is the worst experience I've had with them. I was on family vacation this past week and reserved 3 double rooms. 1 room AC didn't work at all. 1 room had a yellow stained cover with an entry light not working. 1 room had a tub not draining and was full of hair. Amenities were not adequately filled. Rooms and hallways stank like old wet carpet. They did provide a new room for the AC outage but failed to fix the clogged tub or light. After complaining of rooms being hot, they seemed to have lowered our room temperatures to make them bearable. The worst part was that housekeeping took our personal iron, which we did receive credit back for. I'm not sure what's going on with this hotel, but I wouldn't recommend it at this moment in time.

Every staff member I encountered was nice and helpful. The hotel is at a great location but there is a lot of room for improvement. Even though we stayed at a renovated floor, the room lacked towel racks, the AC barely worked, no fridge nor chairs for the room, no ice/water in our floor, and you could hear everything from the other guests’ rooms. We called the front desk a few times but they never picked up the phone. If this is the renovated floor, I can’t even imagine (and don’t want to) how the other rooms are. The lobby is bare, nowhere to sit and the “breakfast” bar is absolutely dreadful - only accept cash. Overall, the location of the hotel is perfect but for what we paid for, I don’t know that it was even worth it.

I don’t understand why there is so many negative reviews… but my personal experience was outstanding. We were able to check in late into the evening, I did not know we had to put down a debit card thankfully they were understanding and I was able to use ApplePay as us Brits don’t tend to use our cards anymore! The hotel room was comfortable and clean. It is situated in a great place I couldn’t believe how close we was to Central Park and Times Square. Big up to Sasha!!!!! For giving us recommendations to roof top bars forever grateful! All of the hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite. 10/10 experience and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Times Square.

The property’s location and facilities were decent, but the value for money and staff services left much to be desired. I travelled with my friend and we wanted to sleep on separate beds, the receptionist told us they were overbooked and may not have rooms for all the guests that check in but I could request for a roll away mattress which we did in the night and the woman on the phone said she would bring it right away but no one came. In the morning one of their staff accidentally opened our room and let a stranger in. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Worse hotel ever. Only upside: It's right in Time Square if you need to be right in the mix but as far as the hotel it's trash. Old, dingy, long lines, bathroom door didn't close, etc etc and they charged my credit card for a bunch of things after I checked out. I had already pre-paid so aside from the security deposit there was no other transaction required. They somehow charged me over $600 for various things after I left. When I called didn't answer the phone. Would expect this from a hotel in the middle of nowhere on some remote island with little technology but Manhattan? Seriously?! And they're listed as a 4 star???? 3 3/4 stars are for location but what is the other 1/4 star for?
