I would love to leave the most glowing review and give five stars. I stayed at the hotel for three nights, and everything exceeded my expectations The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. The restaurant also deserves special praise the waiters and managers were wonderful, very responsive and professional. I especially appreciated the fast and easy access via QR code to the chat service, where any question or request was handled quickly and efficiently The rooms are clearly modern, very clean, and beautifully maintained. The views from the higher floors are absolutely breathtaking. We stayed on the 51st floor, and it was truly mesmerizing. Our windows opened to two different views, and I honestly could not imagine anything more beautiful! When I first checked into this hotel, I didn’t have particularly high expectations but it turned out to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was clean and spacious, the rooms were large and comfortable. I was traveling with a small child, and I really appreciated that the room felt safe, with no sharp corners Pure delight from start to finish. Thank you so much and if I return to New York, I already know exactly where I will stay again ❤️ I also arrived well before the official check-in time, and to my delight, I was given access to my room several hours early at no extra charge. After a long and exhausting journey, this was incredibly thoughtful and truly made my day, I was absolutely thrilled As a lovely bonus, we were welcomed with a complimentary fruit platter, which was such a warm and generous touch! Thank you soooo much👍🏼❤️

I have to admit I was disappointed. The check-in process would have been far more seamless if the elevators were working. Because this property is located in an area where parking is expensive and limited, we prearranged parking so my husband parked while I waited to check in and go to our room. The lines to board one single elevator were so long that it was over 45 minutes before my husband reached the room and he only made it because a staff member scurried a bunch of very annoyed patrons into a service elevator. Also, no matter what setting the heat was on, the temperature kept rising and we could not sleep because it was so hot. Finally, unfortunately, our shower had very low water pressure as well. We expressed all of our concerns at check out and were told "oh you had the NICE room, have a nice day" so I sent an email requesting to be put in touch with the GM on the spot, and have not received any response yet. The restaurant was eh, the quality of the chicken seemed to below my expectations. The short rib was so greasy that my husband just couldn't eat it, but our waitress Kendall was incredibly sweet along with the nice man that checked us in as well, he gave us 2 complimentary drinks. On a positive note, the staff was generally kind, this hotel is very reasonably priced, trendy, in an awesome location and has really breathtaking views!

I would give this place five stars without hesitation. I stayed at the hotel for one night, and everything truly exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally helpful, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. The rooms are modern, spotless, and beautifully maintained. We stayed on a higher floor, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. Our windows opened to two different views, and it was honestly mesmerizing—I couldn’t imagine anything more beautiful. When I first checked in, I didn’t have particularly high expectations, but this turned out to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was clean and spacious, the room was large and incredibly comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtfully done. Pure delight from start to finish. Thank you so much—if I return to New York, I already know exactly where I’ll be staying again

My room was located on the 52nd floor, with a magnificent view of the World Trade Centre and the Hudson River. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, large windows and modern furniture. Just outside the hotel you can immediately find the Subway, shops and a few nice places to visit, like the WTC memorial or the Oculus centre. There’s also a 24/7 gym accessible to all guests, with very basic equipment in a small room, but it does the trick for a week or two. The down sides of the hotel: -the shower was pretty difficult to use and understand, with low water pressure. -there were four elevators, with only one of them working. On a daily basis, I would usually have to wait ~10 minutes for my elevator to reach my floor, which also meant that the elevator made several stops on the way down, becoming too crowded for some people to enter. -after spending 3500$ on your room for a week, you’d expect to be able to leave your luggage for a few hours on the day of your checkout for free, right ? Well you can, but the staff demand a tip, which would obviously be more than a 10$ bill. In conclusion, this hotel is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a nice view at a great location in Manhattan. You’d think that for the price, there would be no downsides. But if you forget about the elevator issues, the shower pressure or the tips, it’s truly an amazing place to stay which made my first visit to New York unforgettable.

Great Location and Solid Stay Overall The location is fantastic—so many subway stations nearby that make getting around super easy. The view we had of the North Tower Pool is surreal and definitely a highlight. The room itself was a bit small, but probably standard for NYC. The bathroom was a decent size, though. Beds and pillows were comfortable, and we had no issues sleeping. The water was extremely hot, which was great, though the water pressure was just okay—but still did the job. The shower head hose leaked and soaked the floor, which was a bit of a hassle. Our AC ran nonstop and never dropped below 70°F during our stay. We did have four people in the room using hair dryers and straighteners frequently, so that may have played a role. We did have some elevator issues; not everyday but enough to be an inconvenience and cause you to rethink your coming and going. The doors would sometimes close halfway, reopen 3–5 times, then finally shut and change floors. One person in our group tried to stop the door, and it closed on their forearm and started moving—thankfully, they were able to pull their arm out in time. Over our five-night stay, we had several instances where we waited 15+ minutes just to go up or down. Overall, we loved the hotel more for its location—easy access to transportation, easy access to outside food, and things to do. We felt safe around the hotel and appreciated the great price. This hotel will definitely be on top of our list when we return to New York!
