I would definitely stay here again, it was a good price for this part of town. The rooms are, as expected, very tiny. I had a decent skyline view out of my small window. The room had everything I needed, with two exceptions. I really wish there was a place to sit with a small table to set a glass of wine or something I'm eating. The only place to sit was the bed. If they could have some kind of a fold-out or pull out that wouldn't take up a lot of space. Also, the tiny nightstand didn't have an outlet to plug in my cell phone. There was one close by, but it would have been nice to have at the head of the bed. The shower was surprisingly okay for a room that tiny. My room had a tiny ironing board and iron, and a hair dryer. The only other design suggestion I have is that the little built-in shelves on the wall are all the same height, and none was tall enough for a bottle of wine. It'd be nice if those shelves for different heights for different purposes which a guest might have. One afternoon we sat out on the rooftop and had a drink and visited. It was s really lovely spot in nice weather. The check-in process is encouraged to be all self-serve by phone and computer, but they do have people there who can help you, and they're friendly.

I went to New York over one weekend and stayed three nights at this hotel and I had a positive experience overall. The employees were able to store my luggage because check in starts at 3pm and that was no problem but costs 3$.
They have self check in which worked perfectly fine and I had no problems. It is kind of confusing because to get to the rooms you have to take two different elevators but it wasn’t too big of a difficulty.
The room itself was small but fine for sleeping. It was a pullout couch as a bed, it had a little fridge and a shower with a toilet. There is only some sliding glass door that separated all of it. It was not really clean and there was some mold on the ceiling and in the shower and the toilet was a little dirty but the sheets seemed new and washed.
The people who worked there were really friendly and helpful and check out went super fast with no problems. It was fine if you want to see the city and only sleep in the room. If you want a good quality hotel to relax in I wouldn’t recommend it.
I had a good time though because it is only a 10min walk from Times Square.

Great hotel. I love the Y2K aesthetic. They really commit to the style. Staff was very nice and helpful. Baggage hold was great. Only complaint was that there is no dedicated fan/vent that you can turn on in in the bathroom area. The bathroom in our room was just a sliding glass door that wouldn't close all the way, so not much privacy. Other than that I loved it.

We decided to stay here for 2 days and let’s just say it was an interesting experience. To start off the rooms are fairly small and the bathroom has zero privacy so beware. Checking in the gentleman was very helpful. They only provide you with one towel and the shower door doesn't close properly so you have to keep asking for towels so the floor doesn’t get slippery. The standard rooms do not have a fridge and there is always a long line for the elevators. We encountered an issue when the front desk staff charged our card for the rooms stay, even though we had already paid through a 3rd party site. When we tried to get in touch with someone to resolve this we encountered a rude representative who told us that because we trashed the room we were charged for the nights stay a second time ( we never did that). We finally got in touch with someone again to resolve the charges and were told that because the 3rd party site didn’t pay the hotel they charged the card. It was a lot of back and forth to resolve the issue and get a refund. For a hotel that is so tech savvy they definitely need more personnel who can assist with issues and not have customers calling all day to get something resolved. Definitely will not be staying here again.

I came to the hotel for vacation, it was so organized and i felt safe. They made sure the rooms were well taken care of. It was a beautiful atmosphere. I truly enjoyed my room, and the beds feel like soft pillows. I loved the location as well. I was able to find a CVS, Wells Fargo, great food spots, just lovely.
