I was so incredibly surprised with how clean, smooth, comfortable, and safe this hotel felt. I always have had bad experiences in NYC hotels and this felt like it was a whole new world! The room was so perfect with so much storage, extremely clean, and very nice amenities. Also the shower pressure was the best ever it was incredible. The gym was so fantastic, I wish I could go every day! The lobby and decor felt very upscale. I wish i got to try the bar but didnt have time. Would absolutely stay here again, the price cannot be beat!!

Very nice and modern hotel, only opened about 2.5 years ago so everything is clean. Service is very good and room is cleaned well every day, the lobby is nice and there is a cafe, restaurant and bar. There is also a gym that is free to use. The location is quite good, about a 10 min walk to times square subway station. Went in the winter so didn't make much use of the rooftop but imagine it's great in the summer.

The best thing about this hotel is its central location in downtown, offering easy access to everything - from food and shopping to stunning nature views. Additionally, the hotel boasts a beautiful rooftop where guests can enjoy both sunrise and sunset vistas. During my stay, I encountered a friendly staff member, a girl with tall, curly hair, who works early mornings. When I inquired about a charger for my iPhone 14 upon arrival, she informed me that they didn't have one available. However, she neglected to mention that there was a charger already provided in the room. Consequently, I ended up purchasing one, only to discover two days later that there was indeed a charger in my room. Despite this minor oversight, my overall experience at the hotel was delightful, thanks to its prime location and pleasant amenities.

Great location and amazing service from the minute we stepped in. Gurkan brought our bags upstairs and explained all the features about the hotel ( resto , rooftop,etc). Rooms are small which is expected in NYC but they were clean and comfortable. Shower temperature and water pressure was fantastic. Upon checkout Sidney took care of us and was amazing. I also valet my parked at this hotel and had no issues either. I will be staying here no doubt in the future.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Awful customer service specifically from the Director of Front Office Musa Goodman, my card was charged without my permission after the point of check out. This was not communicated at the point of check out. I was assisted by two colleagues and at no point was I told there were outstanding charges. Honestly do not stay at this hotel because they have your card on file and you run the risk of it being charged at any point once you have left and returned home.I also told the director of front office that the service was incompetent and was aggressively told that I was being rude. Overall do not stay here as this still hasn’t been resolved. One of the receptionist had highlighted that they have a lot of new staff who don’t know or understand the policies so that would indicate incompetency.
