Absolutely fantastic. The staff with every single member are the stars of the experience. All of them are friendly, professional, and caring. The hotel is fun, well kept, and overall extremely comfortable. Great location. Awesome valet parking service. (Yes, high price $75 a day, but that is New york, and the convenience can not be beat, worth it!) Great rooftop bar. Great street level restaurant bar. Excellent breakfast restaurant. A new favorite hotel of mine.

This is usually the hotel that I go to grab a light dinner, a nice cocktail or cup of Java before meetings. But this time I opted for a room since my business is next-door and it was gonna be a late night. I was greeted by an amicable Jerome who was so welcoming, I was won over by the impeccable service. He was super knowledgeable and helpful with sharing info about the location and I highly recommend this hotel for the staff alone! I think it’s an excellent day for someone looking for a very affordably priced, nice hotel with great amenities in Midtown. When in doubt, service is king.

We decided to stay at the Arlo Midtown due to several recommendations online, and because of its proximity to Times Square and the theater where we were seeing a show. We expected the room to be small since most hotels in NYC are on the smaller side, but we were pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel and room were overall. The lobby and lounge areas are gorgeous and well maintained. Our room was small (just enough room for the king bed, window seat, and two end tables), but it was clean, very pretty, and quiet (for the most part - we were able to hear some noise from the other rooms but wasn’t too noisy at all). We didn’t eat at the hotel but purchased coffee/tea at the cafe and enjoyed the rooftop bar - I HIGHLY recommend as the drinks were fabulous and the view was incredible! Overall, service was good but we did need to call down for room service to bring additional towels as they were not restocked one day, and we were told we would get one can (bottled) water every day but it wasn’t restocked every day. Otherwise everyone was helpful, kind, and professional. We would definitely stay here again when we visit NYC!

2nd time staying at Arlo because we had such a great experience the first time. The staff were incredibly nice, we arrived very early and they stored our bags for us before checking us in quickly after we came back. Rooms were small but very comfortable. Room cooled down really quickly with the air conditioning, only thing that could be improved was the bathroom. Water always gets out and causes a puddle after a shower but otherwise, the shower had good pressure, and house keeping does a great job every day we were there. I like the extra security for the lifts as they require a key card to access. Rooftop was a nice bonus to with a great view of the city! Love the location, it's close to everything, like times square, Bryant park, port authority for all the various subway lines. Will stay here again

Incredible experience at Arlo Midtown. Every person on the hotel staff we have interacted with has been extremely friendly and professional. The hotel itself is clean, well cared for, and has a trendy modern vibe. The food at Altair was phenomenal and Junior gave us the best service. Very impressed with this hotel.
