Stayed (single occupant) for a night in a room on the 17th floor in the 1st week of Feb. Location is in the heart of Manhattan, close to restaurants and subway stations. Nice, compact room. Looks new and very clean, with good amenities including a comfortable bed, fresh sheets, compact and convenient bathroom. No complaints at all. I should add that I did not use the shower, the coffee maker, or the restaurant downstairs. I did not see a locker in the room.

Stayed here for four nights in a room with a terrace. The view from the room and terrace was amazing. The hotel was in decent condition and the staff were really nice. The shower worked well with a lot of pressure. The bed was just okay and any movement could be easily felt by the other person. Room service was really late in the day and they don't refill the coffee pods. Our bed sheet and pillow had stains on them. There was a gross wet spot on the carpet in our room and it wouldn't dry. The hotel is quite loud. Not just from the sirens and honking which I understand as it's new york, but from inside the hotel too. I could hear all the doors opening and closing and any conversations in the hall. There was a huge gap under the door and around the blinds for light to stream in and make the whole room bright. However the location is amazing, so many places to eat and a close walk to almost everything you could want to do in new york.

amazing place to stay, everyone so friendly, the rooms were small but you had everything you needed, only down side l missed coffee and tea in the rooms, but on the other side their was a fridge and safe, the shower was very good and the bed was big and comfortable. I would stay there again with no hesitation. GREAT STAY

Our stay at Arlo Midtown in January 2025 was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s modern design, cleanliness, and prime location—perfect for exploring NYC.
However, what truly set this experience apart was the incredible staff and management. A mishap with one of our rooms could have easily dampened our trip, but the way the team handled it completely blew us away. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for their guests were remarkable. Not only did they resolve the issue swiftly, but they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of.
Arlo Midtown has set the gold standard for hospitality in my view. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in every detail, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for the first time in December, 2024. After travelling and exploring NYC, coming through the entrance and being welcomed with the hotel's signature scent is always so inviting. The reception area is beautifully decorated and had some Christmas touches for the season. The staff are all amazing and accommodating. There's a cafe/bar located at the front entrance and a restaurant towards the back. We didn't have a chance to dine there. It's perfectly situated in walkable distance to so many attractions, Hudson Yards, Vessel, Time Square, etc. The rooms are simple and clean. You get your basic needs. They provide great toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion) - so don't bother packing your own. Our room was in the back, it was quiet. No matter the time you come in and out of this hotel, you feel safe. Your room card accesses the elevators and they only go to your floor, the gym and the rooftop. If you have not visited the upstairs rooftop, make sure you do! The view is amazing. Absolutely beautiful at night! I would definitely stay here again, or other Arlo locations, in the future. Thanks for making my first visit to NYC so memorable!
