A great place to stay if you want a nice bed /shower & be in the center of theater district & Time Square. I previously stayed near Central Park. The vibe here is very different. I was very surprised how busy & “Vegas” like the area was. It’s changed a lot. So many people. All & all nice staff. Old but clean. Felt safe walking near hotel late at night. Loved the remodeled bathroom. Very nice shower. No tub in our room. Wish the room lightening was different in room. The hotel kept our luggage all day for a cheap price since we couldn’t check in till 3 pm. We stayed out till 11 pm. Our flight left early so we couldn’t enjoy the free breakfast. I booked this hotel an hour before walking in the door. It was booked through a popular Hotel app. I asked for accommodations for 2 adults & 2 kids. The manager surprised us with an upgrade & the room was a suite with 3 large beds on 12th floor. All & all I gambled on this deal & I won big! I can imagine NYE here would be amazing & crazy. :)

Wonderful staff! Managed great. Very single interaction was pleasant. I came super early and wanted to take advantage of the luggage storage (1 buck each item! Such a great deal) went walking around only to have a call within 1 hour that they managed to find me a room! WOW! Room was beautiful, clean, and fresh. NYC has typically small rooms but this was spacious. The towels are soft. My bed was so comfortable- I slept so so good each night. My room was quiet. This is a concern for anyone staying in time square but I had zero issue. The hotel offers multiple free breakfast options - grab and go or sit down. I did grab and go and it was DELICIOUS! There are SO MANY additional discounts for hotel guest (ex: 50 bucks off Hard rock restaurant when u spend a certain amount.). Free walking tours. Free wine Tuesdays during happy hour. hotel staff is super helpful with grabbing u taxis. Elevators are plenty so no long waits to get to ur room. Location is amazing - close to all broadway shows, many restaurants… and everything felt like a 20-30 min walk away. Thank you Noel, Jennifer, Humberto, Victor and all staff I interacted with. A 5 star Team!

PLEASE READ TO THE END. Great location in Midtown, just off Time Square. Our family room was very comfortable and well decorated. It came with two areas, both with a television. One had a large double bed and the other had two large double beds. Plenty of room for two adults and two teenagers. It also has a microwave, personal mini fridge, safe and plenty of wardrobe and storage space. The bathroom was also very good. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day. The rest of the hotel was also very well decorated and maintained in an Art Deco style. The bar and restaurant were great, along with all of the staff, who were all extremely helpful and friendly. WARNING! Update - 6th November 2025 However, like many others apparently, my $300 deposit has not been returned. We were told it would take 30 business days, not sure why it couldn't be instant but I guess they are banking on a good number of people forgetting to check they get their refund. We stayed at the start of August and started emailing them to ask for the refund in October and we have had no response to the emails and no refund. Hotel stay itself along with the Staff was fine but don't book unless you are prepared to wave goodbye to your $300 deposit. I have reduced my overall rating because of this. Will update again when or if we get our deposit back.

From the friendly and efficient front desk to the absolute cleanliness of the public spaces, this art deco gem is a charmer and possibly the best value in Times Square/Hell's Kitchen. We had a superior king room which was a corner room. Huge by Manhattan standards although the bathroom was typically Manhattan small. Spotlessly clean with plenty of towels and great views. Please understand how the included breakfast works. You pay a $6.50 plate fee and then you can order from a limited menu, coffee included. It's a good value, if you have ever ordered two eggs, potatoes, toast and coffee in this neighborhood you know how expensive a simple breakfast with coffee can be. As a plus, the time from ordering to being served was the quickest we have ever experienced. On Tuesday and Friday from 5pm to 6pm there is a wine party in the side lobby with live music. The music was outstanding and who doesn't love free Prosecco???? The doormen are great, the street completely safe, the building is a historic piece of art deco and it is perfectly located on 47th Street just 1/2 block west of Times Square.

My family and I traveled from Alaska to have a small vacation in NYC. The hotel location was perfect for us, as we were able to walk to most of the places we had intended to go and then take the subway to other spots. The staff is very kind and helpful and the rooms though small, were really cute and clean. Each room had every accomodation we needed and the view was spectacular! We definitely want to come back.
