When I initially called to book a room the person I spoke with said every charge was included I was surprised so asked again to verify. When I arrived I was informed that there will be an additional $100 a night. My initial room wasn’t cleaned properly. And there was a lot of construction going on in and outside of the hotel that I feel I should’ve been aware of. Construction was right outside my window and scaffolding blocked the little view I did have. Over all the price was great for the location and it suitable if you just need somewhere to stay the night.

We stayed there for 2 nights my family and I and I don't recommend it.
The AC in our tiny room didn't work, I mentioned the problem the morning after the first night and they did nothing. I came back at night, the engineer told us it was broken because of a fuse..... Not so hard to change. The hotel was fully booked so no room available to change. Not even a fan to help us. The windows didn't open.....it was two awful nights. We didn't sleep, my babies didn't sleep, their milk was spoiled over night because of the temperature. They offered me a tiny compensation very little compare to the price of this hotel (they shouldn't charge that much).
When I tried to get a refund, they throw the problem at the app with who I booked with.....like if they didn't get paid and like if they're not responsible of the well-being of their clients.
And on top of that, every morning, one elevator on two was working, it took me 45 minutes to got out with my two babies and double stroller who barely fit in the elevator.
Seriously it worth paying a little more and go somewhere else.

The room is small but it isn’t even an issue and the location is perfect. We have told the front desk about the room being hot, as we are in it right now it’s 1:02 and no one can sleep because the AC is horrible. If you don’t mind your place being hot this is perfect for you. But if you like to sleep cold, go somewhere else, this is our 3rd night sweating. We have to keep the door open for proper air flow.

Although the location was perfect and the staff was great, this hotel is far from being a 4 star hotel. The room was extremely small and the bed was like a cot, in between a full size and twin size mattress. The bed was almost touching the door. They only provided 1 towel. The elevator was very slow and took a long time. Luckily I got a deal for the room, but I would not pay over $100 for the room I had.

The staff was great, as was the location. The place itself is a dump. Less than one foot of clearance between the end of the bed and the wall, as such you had to duck to not hit your head on the wall-mounted tv. The room had ants. There was a blood stain on my sheet. The AC could wake the dead, and the elevator could only fit 4 people (if you don’t have bags). DO NOT stay at this place.
