Just back from a Christmas trip to NYC. I’d firstly like to comment on the service at this hotel, which was AMAZING! The workers in reception are more than helpful. They greet you every morning/evening with a smile and go above and beyond to help out. We were unfortunately cancelled getting back home and the reception were quick to help us and ensure we were accommodated. Service was fab, rooms were clean and water supplied daily. Showers were lovely and pressure too. I know for me this is a big bonus so thought I’d add it in. Rooms, in all honesty, are clean, modern but very small. We had a standard queen, the bed and pillows were LOVELY, but the room was a slight struggle trying to get ready and store clothes with two people but in all honesty, its location, service and cleanliness were fine for us, seeing as we were only in the room for night time and not day. I’d definitely stay at this hotel again. Anyone leaving bad reviews about the size of the room, if this affects you, simply find elsewhere with bigger rooms. If this doesn’t, I’d highly recommend this hotel and the friendly staff that come with it. I wish I had gotten the names of the lovely workers who helped us. We hope you have a happy new year and hopefully look forward to coming back in the future :)

The service and location is great. The rooms you see on tiktok that are great views are mainly on the top 3 or 4 floors and on a certain side of the building. My view was ok from the NW corner 23rd floor but it definitely could've been better by not half of it being a building being redone. Other than that its great, I would stay here again! Ill post a couple pictures of the good parts of the view that you can see (standing up not in the bed though). Also keep in mind the rooms are very small, good for solo, if you bring your significant other get the top king suite

Absolutely phenomenal staff at this hotel, we were immediately welcomed by the whole staff who made us feel right at home! Rooms are good, small but very comfortable and with wonderful views. Food was great and we will absolutely be back the next time we come. I can’t say enough thank you’s to the staff at the hotel for everything they did and making our stay so amazing!

If you’ve stumbled across this review and are considering Arlo Nomad, look no further. This was my first stay at this hotel and it was smooth sailing the entire time. Check in and check out was a breeze. All of the staff were incredibly kind. Both ladies at the front desk (Jemilla and Jade) were exceptional- offering me a complimentary room upgrade for one of the nights. Hotel is in a good area. It’s clean and QUIET! Rooms are pretty small but that’s to be expected. Nice rooftop and bar. This will be my go-to hotel for every future NYC trip.

Bria and Brianna were AMAZING! they made everything very smooth (check in/check out and questions) and we felt at home in NY! The room and view was gorgeous. It’s small but honestly no complaints here I would’ve loved to stay longer. This is a perfect hotel for someone traveling solo or for couples. Definitely will continue to book here when traveling to NYC. 10/10 hospitality and vibes.
