This hotel is a great deal. We stayed for 3 nights.
The room was extremely clean, and YES, it was small. It was very sleek and modern. It was very well organized, and they were well used to the spaces. For us two, it was enough space. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and clean.
The hotel has a great rooftop where there are 360° panoramic views. As well as a glass floor on its 31st floor. This was a cool add and a fun thing to do. The most incredible thing is that it is close to the Empire State Building, and you have an exclusive view of the building from the hotel roof.
The hotel is well centered close to restaurants, important attractions, and stores.
I would definitely stay here again.

We just came back from our stay at the Arlo Nomad and it was wonderful!! Let me start off by saying that we were really stressed finding a hotel to stay in last minute and while it was more pricey than what we were expecting it was so worth it! This is coming from someone who gets super stressed about hotels and wondering if they’re clean, dirty, reliable, etc….!
The rooms were a little small but it wasn’t at all as small as we were expecting because of the reviews but, even if it was it still would’ve been just perfect for our stay. We were upgraded to higher floors with the most perfect view of the Empire State, we couldn’t believe it! They were really clean, including the bathrooms and the ac was perfect.
The rooftop was also so amazing and had the best view and I would highly take that into consideration, the bar and restaurant are still in remodel but we knew that before booking so it didn’t make a difference for us.
The location was also extremely convenient, we were able to get around anywhere by subway or just walking! It is also in a really nice area and felt safe to walk around in, even at night.
The staff was also wonderful. Everyone who helped us was so kind and listening to their conversations with other guest you’d definitely feel welcomed! Anthony and Randy were so helpful and nice as well!
We definitely will be coming back and you all should give it a try!!

We stayed for 4 nights! When we arrived the staff was really friendly and helpful, with a big smile on their faces, willing to make recommendations and provide help.
The hotel is beautiful, brand new - the bar war under construction when we visited, with a beautiful lounge on the first floor. Great location close to plenty underground and train stations. Walkable distance from many attractions, clubs and restaurants. The area is beautiful and we felt safe the whole time, even walking back to the hotel late at night.
The rooms are exactly as you see them in the pictures and on social media! The view is breathtaking at all times of the day!
However, the room was really small (we got the sky view queen), we had to open our luggage, take something and then close them again and store them under the bed every time we needed something as there was no space to put them. The bed was really small, which made it uncomfortable and we were waking up every few hours as we felt the we were going to fall off. The toilet has a glass sliding door that has 2 inches gap from the glass wall that separates the toilet from the rest of the room, so it never fully closes. Every time that one needed to use the toilet we would turn the TV on and play some music, so we could not hear each other and we were constantly worried about the smells.
I would definitely recommend to visit the hotel, but do not spend more than two nights! Go enjoy the view, take pictures and then book a second one for the rest of your trip!

This was our first time staying here, and we were very happy with our experience. The staff really go above and beyond to ensure that their guests are comfortable. We were able to check in way before our check in time, and we were even given a complimentary upgrade for a higher floor. Unfortunately it was too cold for the roof top bar to be open, but the views were amazing! There's a very nice lounge area on the second floor with plenty of comfortable seating and tables. It's in a great location with lots of good food and drink options within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Before you book, just know, The rooms are TINY! I knew this before booking, so I wasn’t surprised. The room itself is nothing really special, but I stayed in the Skyview Queen and view of the city was very nice. I stayed here for one day, and I think that was good enough I personally would not be coming back, because like I mentioned, there’s nothing really special. This room served its purpose. It was an a very convenient area. It was clean and the staff was nice.
