LISTEN TO THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS! First, we didn’t have AC for 2 days. We bought a fan in hopes to cooling down. After those 2 days, we went and told the front desk where he proceeded to tell us to call booking (what we scheduled the room though) he couldn’t do anything. The service here is horrible, extremely rude. Booking thankfully came and fixed our AC. However, that is not where the problems ended. The room was just gross overall. There were roaches in the kitchen, stains on the couch, broken coffee table, and a gross shower. We were planning to stay an extra day here, so we reached out to see for an extension. After all of these things that had happened, we expected at least a discount. No discount was offered. After we booked the extension was when we saw the roaches. Definitely would not have gotten an extension if we would have seen the roaches sooner. Booking needs to do better investigations on places they say are nearly 8 stars.

Please listen to all of the bad reviews here. I ignored them and it was a huge mistake. We were instructed to not put the ac below 72. The ac never got cold enough. Purchased a fan hoping to circulate more air. The hotel was very humid and muggy. We were all sweating through the night. We had no hot water for 2 days. There was a ring of dirt around the bath tub. Only 2 towels available but 4 people.. Stains on the beds. We had 3 beds and only 2 blankets. We asked the front for another blanket and they said they didn't have any… so went to the store to buy our own blanket. coffee pot with no coffee. So once again went to the store to buy coffee but the coffee pot ended up being broken anyways. When complaining about any of this hoping to have it fixed, the only response we really got was “thanks for your feedback”… hot water started working again 30 minutes before check out. Clearly not enough time to finally get the showers we needed. I will gladly pay more to stay anywhere else next time we come to Orlando.

This hotel seems to suffer from the prevalence of criminalist groups and their activities. Just like the moon these creatures love to come out at night! They use this place as a mainstay and a project hub! I can't tell you how many times I've had to make drops and picks from this place in the past but the truth is history repeats itself. So I know that can't be the last time these proponents are in motion about this vicinity! Real energy never disappears or dissipates, it just migrates. Don't allow our enemies to create a strong hold of this environment ever again. Thank you troops I support your every endeavor! #GodSpeed!

Stayed here for a couple days during the 4th of July to go to Disney, it’s was 90 degrees all week. Imagine walking around and amusement park for 2 day in 90 degree weather to come back to your hotel and stay in your 78 degree room. The hotel advises not to drop the temp in your room below 70 but even set at that temp the room was sitting at 78 degrees…at night. Plus we where all covered in dry sweat and sunscreen and they wouldn’t give us extra towels because we where booking through a private company. Now the hotel does have a pool witch wasn’t bad, my roommate did go in the hot tub and said there was stuff floating in their that looked like dead skin but I didn’t see this for myself. Now after all that a Wisconsin folk like myself would attempt to fix my problems with a drink but of course their bar was not in operation the time I was their. Also their is what looked like black mold above the showers and the carpets where damp and sticky when we first arrived.

Stayed here for 2 days with my sister and partner. When checking in the guy was very friendly with the people in front of me but did a 180 when I got to him. Right when you get into the room the smell of cigarettes just hits you in the face, it was also a none smoking room. When we went into the bathroom they left opened already used soap out with no extra soap to replace it. Told the guy about the smoke smell so he wouldn't blame us along with the soap, he didn't seem to care about the smell but brought us more soap. We used the "kitchen" area to make some food and one of the burners were out. If I'm being honest, out of the whole room, the refrigerator was the cleanest. When I went to check out I used the stairwell, while going down i found a cigarette that was just recently used. All the pictures you see on their website is completely outdated and does not look that nice. This place doesn't look nice and lively like the pictures, rather dark and unwelcoming. I don't understand how this place has 3.9 stars, but if I could I'd give it 0 stars.
