I bought a room here for me, my dog, and my son for a Disney trip. I didn’t even feel comfortable letting the dog stay there. Roaches, water damage, leaking faucets, broken furniture, lamp shades that looked like the roaches had babies in them or something, leaking air conditioners, oh my. Luckily my uncle had a timeshare near by we could stay in. This place needs a rebuild. There’s another review on here with pictures of roaches. I second his review and could not write it better. Shut it down and rebuild or sell.

I booked two rooms for a birthday get away. Twice in a couple of hours cops were here. Once for a drug bust and the other I don't know about. The bathrooms are trash. Painted over rust. Outlet covers gone. The hair dryer sparked at my daughter. Cleaning supplies left in the room. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is the worse hotel experience ever! I am an employee at a Red Roof Inn in a different state and I am appalled at the conditions of this hotel. This is supposed to be an upgrade from the normal Red Roof Inns as it’s a “Plus” Red Roof however it’s way worse than a regular Red Roof Inn. As others stated before, I didn’t think to look at the reviews before booking and should have. I assumed by working at Red Roof Inn that it would be a nice decent place to stay. I was dead wrong. The images online are completely false advertisement. The lobby was deceiving for what the rest of the hotel looks like. I killed two roaches in the room, see images attached. The first impression of the hallway to the rooms was nasty, dirty, run down, paint peeling, smell of weed off and on, and rusted looking. I don’t know how the room was marked ready because there were absolutely NO towels, wash clothes, hand towels, or a bath mat in the room when we first arrived. There was a broken/no towel rack in the bathroom. There were stained sheets, pillow cases, and towels. The lampshades were filthy and fake leather chairs were peeling. The door did not shut properly and had to slam the door to shut it. Some outlets were broken and did not work. I don’t know how or why the housekeeper thought the sheet they put on our bed was okay to use with how stained it was. We had to ask for a new sheet and even that one had small stains on it. The housekeeping carts where they put our clean towels and wash cloths looked filthy and run down. The whole floor was soaking wet when we first arrived and did not dry all day. Had to ask for a mop to dry the floor and they gave me an old towel to dry it. The whole room felt unclean and unsanitary. They had no back up towels or wash cloths at night and said we had to wait till the housekeepers came at 9am in the morning. They need to shut this hotel down because it needs a major upgrade and is currently just not safe for people to stay in. They need new management because with all these negative reviews they have made no upgrades, changes or better conditions for the customers. Looked back and seen at least 2 years of negative reviews with the same issues, complaints and concerns with no changes or upgrades done. Especially with the roach concern. Are they not spraying every month? Because if I see a roach inside it should be dead. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau and to the health commissioner and be shut down immediately. I have never written a review but this HAD to be done on this hotel. This hotel gives a bad representation for the Red Roof Franchise.

I’m mad I can’t give this place no stars! The first room we checked into had mold on the walls with other mysterious stains. The desk and bathroom were dirty. Then the second room we were given was worse! The walls had mold all over the lamps even had black and brown stains, and the bed looked like it had bodily fluids all over it. When asked if we can get new bedding we were told that guest can’t be given new bedding. The ceiling was peeling it was just horrible. Ive never been more disgusted in my life! The pictures that were posted on Priceline was not the place we went to. Everything was dingy, dirty and disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely horrible experience. First room had major water damage, even the wall was buckling out. Looked like mold on the feet of all of the furniture and door was broken. Second room, a huge improvement but the bathtub was so old that as soon as you started the shower you started to slip on the floor. After falling in the shower, I had to shower standing on a towel. Complained and was moved to another room, the air conditioning was not working properly. Front desk staff was very nice a tried to be accommodating, but after I report a fall, shouldn't the GM check to see if I was OK? Cheap room - you get what you pay for.
