I had a wonderful two-week stay at Avanti, my first time at this hotel. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and I found the staff could have been more welcoming. However, the room was excellent for the price, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, though the bathroom facilities were fairly basic. The pool area was a highlight, with plenty of sunbeds available, though towels were occasionally in short supply. The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to great dining options and nearby parks. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would happily return!

Have been staying at the Avanti for my shorter trips to Orlando since around 2019. Rooms are clean although basic. Every year they make major upgrades to the property and the management does a good job of keeping it up. Pool area is one of the best in Orlando with a large pool, hot tub and pool bar. Avanti is also centrally located to the restaurants on International Drive which is huge plus. Not the flashiest or nicest resort hotel in Orlando but it provides a resort feel in a clean, safe environment for a good price.

I absolutely felt loved the stay at Avanti. Front desk, especially Joycelin, were incredibly kind. We had a pool right under our window, whereas pool had dj, game room, dining room with good food, medicine (advil) and even toys for the kids. I felt secured here, since the place has security guards in the evening. All the attractions - walking distance from the hotel (less than 10 min walking.) Sea world and other Orlando attractions 10 min driving. Rooms, after requesting to clean them, were clean and spacious. We ended up extending our stay 3 times (that's not a joke), and didn't go to Miami since we loved the stay here so much and chose Avanti over any other place in Florida. Overall - this is a family friendly, absolutely affordable, greatly located resort/hotel. I'm definitely bringing the rest of the family here. Would recommend this place to a friend! And absolutely sincerely give this place a 10/5 review. I'm glad to find this gem❤ 💎

This is our fourth visit to this hotel. We are currently still here. Unfortunately it will probably be our last. It has become tired looking since we were last here 3 years ago. The AC unit sounds like an old car starting up and is constantly loud. We have reported this to the front desk twice. First time they came and changed the filters and unsurprisingly it made no difference. Second time no one came at all. We have been surviving on a few hours sleep per night as its too warm to sleep with the unit off, and too loud for us to have a restful sleep. Thankfully we only have a few nights left. The one saving grace is the hot tub in the room. We are currently sitting in it just now planning our next trip to Orlando, this time looking at different hotels. It is a shame as there so much potential with not a lot of work to have it looking good again. But after this experience i doubt we would take the risk.

Had a 2 night stay, first night the Air Conditioner in my room didn't work but I called the front desk and the repair man came to replace the unit. It worked for that night but it died as well. I went to the front desk the next day and Christina changed out my room. She is the front desk lead, she has great communication and hospitality. We had an awesome 2 days here at Avanti.
