Our hotel stay was perfectly fine. Quick check-in, room was clean, AC worked great, and it was close to where we were going. We didn't interact with the staff much, but when we did, they were ni e and pleasant. They didn't clean our room, but to be honest, we only stayed 2 nights, and we really didn't need them, too. There were plenty of towels in the rooms, so it was okay. Check out was quick and easy. Lobby and Property were very nice and pretty. The lobby smelled really good, which was impressive. I would recommend and stay he again.

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent stay was frustrating enough that I feel compelled to share. Although the Bar & Cafe staff along with Kenny from Maintenance were great, the rest of the services at this hotel were subpar. It took an unreasonably long time (3 hours) to bring toilet paper after we requested it—something that should be a basic and immediate necessity. Water leaked through the floor in our room (This was due to a clogged pipe from the air conditioner as we were told by the maintenance worker), which made the floor unsafe and unpleasant. To make matters worse, there was a space underneath our room door which enabled insects to enter the room. My wife ended up killing two centipedes and a beetle. We placed a towel under the door to prevent more insects from entering our room. Might I add, our room phone didn’t work. It took almost 2 hours for someone to come fix/replace it. The bathroom was very cramped with stains on the wall. When the AC and Dehumidifier were both on, they were extremely loud and made sleeping very unpleasant. We also had issues at the pool. Pool towels were not readily available every hour as the staff had claimed. It took almost 2 1/2 hours for some towels to be delivered. The vending machine in the laundry facility on our floor didn’t work, and we had to walk two buildings over just to buy detergent—an unnecessary inconvenience. I also made a point of informing the manager on day one that the gym had no disinfectant wipes. By day four, there were still none available, which is unacceptable, especially considering hygiene expectations. Overall, this stay was riddled with inconveniences that could have been easily avoided with better upkeep and more responsive service. I will not be returning and do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is deceiving. The pictures online look great. Upon first entering into the room you can tell that the rooms were a quick flip job. Look nice but that’s about it. The floors were filthy, the curtains were gross & blinds crashing down. Maintainence fixed it but thankfully it didn’t knock anyone in the head. Walked from the shower to the bed to get dressed without shoes and feet were black. So took a towel to wipe the floor in one area and nothing but dirt. So gross. We were placed in the shelter building which seemed like a hotel living situation for people. People out in the parking lot drinking and smoking weed. Didn’t feel safe. You can hear every door slam every time. Would never recommend.

Excellent location, only about five minutes from Universal Studios. It is surrounded by many shopping stores, gift shops & restaurants. Lots of Parking. When we arrived around 8pm, we had to wait about 10-12 minutes for a staff member to show up to the desk and check us in. In our room, the air conditioner worked well. The room is spacious. In our stay, we didn't have time to try the pool, food, or anything else. The photos provided/advertised for this property are very misleading. Other than the lobby area, the property overall looked outdated, and mold is present in the room & bathroom. Very outdated bathtub. I won't be back with my family, and I will NOT recommend this property unless you are only considering the location near the parks and free shuttle to them.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and concerning. From the moment I entered the lobby, I felt uncomfortable with both the environment and the overall atmosphere. The property did not feel safe, and I ultimately decided not to even stay in my room due to how unclean and unsettling the experience was. There were guests smoking marijuana and Black & Milds near the elevators, and the smell carried throughout the common areas. In addition, despite charging a “resort fee,” this property does not resemble a resort in any way. It is far closer to a budget motel, and the quality does not align with the price being charged. What troubled me most was the lack of security and sense of safety. At one point, individuals approached me and looked at my bags, which made me feel extremely unsafe. I genuinely felt more comfortable spending the night at the airport (MCO) than walking around this hotel. If you are simply looking for a very inexpensive place to stay and are not concerned with cleanliness, comfort, or safety, this hotel may serve that purpose. However, if you are expecting a true resort experience—or even a safe and decent stay—I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. For me, this was not worth the time, money, or stress.
