I was very happy with this room, staff, location, price, etc! At other hotels this rating, you'd expect to see a missing bulb, a wall repair, a scratched piece of furniture or a missing amenity. Not the Rosen Inn. It checked off every box. Good cable, working fridge, plenty of clean towels, comfortable beds and pillows, convenient plugs for all electronics. Furniture was up to date. The pool was beautiful and the large property had many convenient vending machines not to mention the store in the lobby area that had everything! The property was gated and seemed safe to me. If I had one thing that got my attention was people outside talking late night, but it was a weekend and I was on the bottom with a parking area near my door. I could have asked for an upper floor but it was no big deal. One other thing. The toilet in 1355 flushes slowly. It's works. Just takes a few trys. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again. It was a price too.

This hotel is dated! The beds are so comfy, love the fridge, microwave and coffee machine. 2 large pools. The grounds are immaculate. Everywhere is clean and tidy. Ive stayed here 4 times. Never had a problem. If they update this hotel, the price will go up. Fantastic location, next door to McDonalds. My 1 and only complaint, the net curtains always look yellow.

We stayed here for 3weeks in September. The room was spacious and very clean. It was cleaned every day and fresh towels supplied. Big shout out to the cleaning staff! There is a bar and a shop in the reception area. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. Great location for bars and restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. I would suggest upper floors.

A nice clean budget hotel with amenities to make the stay pleasant. The hotel itself is dated but they keep it all clean and in order. There's plenty of staff to help with that. Security is on site 24/7 which makes it feel extra safe. The rooms are basic but have decent sized beds that are comfy. In the rooms there's a large fridge, so if you wanted to save money on breakfast there's plenty of room for food from local shops. There's also a shop in the hotel, which has plenty of drinks and snacks. The pools are clean and tidy, and they have plenty of sunbeds for chill days. A big tick for the hotel is the location. It's close to Universal and offers a free shuttle service to it (book the day before going to the park) and there's an I-Trolly stop right outside of it to take you either way up or down International Drive. It's a great option when considering a trip to Orlando.

Selma

Our receptionist Wilson was not helpful at all, we asked for a quiet room with a nice view. First he gave us a room in the second floor without informing us the there were no elevators. When I went back to ask him if we could have help with our luggage he instead gave us a room in the building that has the elevator facing the parking lot and the road traffic. He made us wait in total one hour between we first came in for the checkin and the moment we were finally able to enter the room. This quite honestly has been the worst experience I’ve had i a hotel in the last 5 years travelling 6 continents. Next tine make sure to disclose that there are no elevator, and giving a noisy room to a guest that specifically asks for a quiet room is pretty ironic.
