Rooms are outdated, the pillows ate the worse, small like a potato and hard as a rock, weirdest thing ever. The shower has the water running nonstop (my room) and we requested towels and they were never delivered. The buffet is pretty good for breakfast, great price and variety. Better to eat there than going out for breakfast. The neighborhood seems pretty good and the proximity to Universal Studios is unbeatable (7min drive) I do recommend the hotel due to its proximity to the parks, and the lack of satisfaction shown by the 3 star review is due to the lack of comfort and guess neglect.

My experience at the Rosen Inn was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff was very friendly, attentive, and professional. The rooms were impeccably clean, the beds comfortable, the air conditioning working perfectly, and every space well-maintained. The location is ideal, close to Universal Studios Florida and with plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The hotel also offers free shuttles to some parks, which is a huge plus for vacationers. I also highlight the hotel’s safety and family-friendly atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100% for those looking for an excellent value in Orlando.

As others are stating the rooms are definitely dated, but everything else was amazing. Clean rooms. Fresh towels everyday and bed was made by the time we got back each evening (so great after a long day). The location is the best part. Short walking distance from a lot of restaurants and short driving distance to all the parks/other activities. Every staff member we encountered greeted us with a warm friendly smile. Loved the free parking and that it's a gated parking lot. We will definitely be returning next time we are in Orlando!

The rooms are big, 2 beds, microwave and fridge. Clean just a little dark and outdated, but I can't fault the hotel. Staff seem lovely, cleaning staff did a lovely job. Really good location and great value for the price.

The staff was great very nice and the outside of the hotel is very taken care of. They have a great pool, there’s a little store/ gas station in it with food and things you might need. They also have a free shuddle, it runs in the morning and at night. Love that. The only issue was our room was suppose to be one bed and they gave us two beds and even on my reservation said “one full bed” and our room was kinda gross…. we walked in and was putting our things away and found a condom wrapper on the floor… we had just checked in… There was a little desk and the chair was really gross had stains all over it. There was makeup stains on our towels.. and the tv guide had a stain on it… great location and the staff was lovely, room cleaning could be better.
