I was a little nervous about the rooms after reading some of the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. It was very clean, well furnished, comfortable, and functional. The linens were nice and beds were comfy (good sleep is a must have for vacation). We did see ONE roach during our stay and smelled some must when we first walked in but it’s Florida and to be expected. Definitely would stay here again!

We have had this property for years now, and it has served to have family reunions in one of the best places surrounded by the parks, etc; best restaurants; creative/ fun places for the family, and if we just want to read, eat and go to the pool, we can do that too. Our children have learned to swim here, to play shuffle board, and family fun has been the best. That is what its all about. We have compared other places thinking of exchanges and everyone always votes to come back home to Blue Tree. We have all we need, and more than other properties, so why change. Service always comes in lightning speed to response to our calls; the rooms are clean, pretty and fit our needs. We never run out of things to do together. Always a happy story year to year.

The staff was amazing!!! Extremely helpful. Our flight got cancelled and they helped accommodate us beyond what they had to! We could then enjoy the facilities without a worry. The amenities there are wonderful plenty to do or not if you just wanted to relax. Thank you to all the girls at the front desk

We stayed there this year for 4 nights from March 24th to 28, 2025 in 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom with washer & dryer. This resort was amazing. We will definitely be back. The condo was absolutely beautiful & clean. The grounds was spotless and well maintained. Check-in staff was very professional, kind and friendly. They went above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect. Just short minute drive to the outlet mall and just 10 minute walk to restaurants and few stores. Always activities planned for young & old. The pools are absolutely the best. So so well cleaned and taken care off. On behalf of James Moore’s crew “Reta, Bernard & Marc-Andre” in building 6 condo 220 we would like to extend a huge thank-you to the staff for your outstanding generosity & hospitality and most importantly your kind & caring attitude. Enjoyed our stay. Well maintained grounds and pools. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room a little tired and had a musty smell but was well equipped, stocked with necessities, which were replenished mid-stay and very clean.
