We enjoyed the 2 bed/ 2 bath wfull kitchen and washer and dryer. It was very spacious and the unit came with everything. All you need is your clothes and maybe some food if you want to cook a full meal they even provide utensils, plates and cooking ware. Very friendly staff from the moment we pulled in. It's close to alot of food and other places as well most was within a block of radius.

I seen some negative reviews when I booked, but after staying at the resort I have nothing but good things to say. The resort met all my needs without breaking the bank. All the staff I encountered were extremely kind. When I come back to Orlando this will definitely be my go to place to stay.

My wife and I booked this hotel for 7 nights, and we were extremely disappointed by both the inaccurate information listed on Google Maps and the attitude of the staff, especially the front desk manager. We chose this hotel specifically because their Google Maps listing clearly stated that pets are allowed. We traveled all the way from Canada and arrived around 4 PM, only to be told at check-in that pets are not allowed. This was a huge shock and inconvenience for us. What made the situation even worse was how the staff handled it: 1. The front desk receptionist told us that Google Maps is a “third-party platform” and that they are not responsible for the information listed there. As a business owner myself, I know this is simply not true. Every business manages its own profile and listings on Google Maps — it’s not something Google posts on their behalf. Her response was misleading and dishonest, which made us even more upset. 2. The front desk manager, Sean, shocked us even more. He admitted that the incorrect pet policy was posted by their management team, but he still refused to take any responsibility. He claimed it had “nothing to do with him” — which is absurd, considering he is a manager and represents the company as a whole. Even more frustrating, Sean never apologized for the mistake until I directly asked him why he hadn’t. His eventual apology felt reluctant and insincere. We completely understand that mistakes can happen — even something as serious as a misleading listing. What we cannot accept is the way we were treated. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the staff acted like we were a problem to get rid of. We felt like we were in a courtroom, defending ourselves, rather than being treated like valued guests. This experience was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. We strongly urge the hotel to review how they handle customer concerns, and to take responsibility for the information they publish publicly. We hope no other guests have to go through the same unpleasant experience.

Rooms were very clean, no complaints about cleanliness at all. The furniture was a bit outdated and the TVs were extremely small — more like computer monitor size. However, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and everything we needed. Washer and dryer were also clean and worked well. We didn’t need any room service during our stay. The location was great — Walgreens, Dollar Tree, a restaurant, and Wawa were all right next door. Disney parks were just minutes away. It was a very family-friendly and budget-friendly place. I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying here again!

Good place. Clean. Comfortable beds. Lots of pools. Nice views. Close to parks. Limited shuttle service. It is more convenient to use your own vehicle. In unit washer and dryer. Towel service. Room cleaned at least once a week if needed. Cleaned more for extra. Vacuum in unit and cleaning kit provided for dishes. You maintain it yourself. Roomy size. Vents could use cleaning. Bathrooms can be a little tight, but everything is well kept. They have cute kids' activities. Water filtration costs extra. Near lots of convenience needs (groceries, gas stations, and fast food/ restaurants). Wi-fi is great. Would definitely visit again. Very helpful staff. Great value.
