Came there for my daughter 6th birthday the water park was too packed there was no where to even sit. The pools has a yellow dirt ring around it. whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. arcade was nice. this would be a nice resort for young adults to get a pay pass and come drink at the bar. but to sleep ABSOLUTELY NOT. room had bugs and roaches ! and front desk changed our room to another room and when we walked in we was greeted to a roach as soon as we walked in. got a full refund and won’t be back.

The staff is very very hospitable and accommodating. Alex from Venezuela at the front desk was able to answer all my needs and made check and check out a breeze. Tia from the Bahamas was also so kind! Let us use the water park for a one night stay and included parking. The text function really helped us out with a newborn. They even provided us a crib with all the bedding too. The room was way bigger than a standard room too. We got a two bed with pull out couch. Plenty of room for my family of 6. We’ll definitely be coming back. Nothing beats the price and convenience of having a water park a few steps away. My kids found a new favorite hotel! Not to mention it’s within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and they offer shuttles to places.

My grandkids ages 2, 6, and 11 had an amazing time. There is something for all ages. Several lifeguards at each of the 3 pools and water slides. Room attendants may not speak English well, but they use Google translate so they understand your needs and help you immediately. They are simply Amazing. Their game room/ mini golf has plenty of fun games when you are resting. I would highly recommend this place for everyone. Also, for being full of families with tons of kids, you don't hear any noise.

The trip was a great experience. Service provided was great, the staff at the breakfast buffet was stellar and the food was good. Sandra was very sweet and attentive. The rooms are a bit dated but they did a good job keeping everything clean. The waterpark staff was very friendly including the lifeguards. My family and I would definitely come back.

Surprised by all the updates. Came to spend Easter Sunday with the nieces and nephews so a room seemed like an economical choice since it came with four tickets to the park. Everyone super friendly (front desk & water park staff) my nephew lost 1 of his crocks, I asked a cleaning attendant for guidance and she went above and beyond to communicate with other staff & help us out. Which is not the norm customer service, so this really stood out. And she FOUND IT! My only suggestion to improve the overall experience was to have more attention to the cleanliness of the pool water in all areas. It was a bit forgiving mid afternoon with all the people, but a bit of a let down the next morning. The pool near the front desk opens at 8 so it was nice to go with some coffee to relax but there was a lot of unidentifiable floaty things everywhere, even in the spa. That was a vibe killer. But overall, it was a great value and a really nice time spent with little ones.
