We had a fantastic stay here. We had full access to everything we needed around us really easy to drive to the parks and back and also they had a shuttle service which did have slightly strange timings to and from the parks but we didn’t use them so I couldn’t tell you much more. But anyway the rooms were nice pretty basic but were fine. Only thing that would have been helpful was somewhere to hang anything as we had wet clothes at one point and there wasn’t anywhere to really hang anything to help dry it. The pool was nice it had towels you could use and we were here in November and the place was very very quiet. The hotel had a couple places that were in walking distance like a couple restaurants and this was great for the evenings not having to always drive somewhere. We were also here for thanksgiving and they had a great buffet you could pay to go to but it was really a very fun experience.

5th visit. Staff were always friendly and helpful. They were always cleaning public areas. Rooms were cleaned daily. No resorts fees and free parking. Ideal location can walk to plenty of restaurants and Disney Springs. Outlet is 40 minutes walk away. We will be back.

The hotel is in a good location. The rooms were reasonably comfortable and had everything required but would benefit from a decor upgrade as the decor feels
dated. Some of the staff in the reception were lacking in customer service skills. This hotel also offered free parking and a free shuttle service to the Disney parks (see extra notes re shuttle service).

We stayed for one night in January. Room was adequate, nothing fancy. Our room was in a courtyard facing the pool area and we had SO much trouble with noise. The pool area has built in speakers that were playing extremely loud music late into the night. It was during a cold front (literally 32 degrees outside) and no one was even using the pool, so the music was completely unnecessary. We had to call guest services multiple times over the course of a few hours before the issue was dealt with which was really frustrating. We had a toddler trying to sleep and both my husband and I had to sleep with ear plugs and could still hear the music. It was terrible.

I recently stayed at the Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While the room itself was a decent size, it was severely outdated and in dire need of renovations. What was most alarming was the significant mold issue I encountered, which triggered severe allergy symptoms throughout my stay. This is something I would never expect from a hotel, and it made my visit quite uncomfortable.
Additionally, the lack of basic amenities such as plates, cups, and flatware was quite surprising. It felt like a fundamental oversight, especially for a hotel that caters to families and travelers who might want to enjoy a meal in their room.
When I brought my concerns about the mold to the staff’s attention, their response was lackluster at best. It seemed like they didn’t take my issue seriously, which added to my frustration.
The hotel's infrastructure also left much to be desired. Several elevators were out of service, leading to long waits and inconvenience, especially for those on higher floors.
To top it all off, the security at the gate was virtually nonexistent. The staff barely looked up from their phones to check credentials, which made me feel uneasy about the overall safety of the hotel.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone stay at the Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that offer better service, cleaner environments, and a more attentive staff. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
