The rooms are dated (I feel most American hotel rooms are), but they are spotlessly clean! The grounds are immaculate and all the staff we met were friendly and.couldnt do enough for us. The location is fantastic with lots of amenities and theme parks within a 15 minute drive. The free car parking and no resort fees are an extra bonus!! Will definitely consider this hotel on our next trip. We had a fantastic stay.

I stayed just for the night it was worth the cost. Room was very clean did not feel like I needed to pull out my disinfection cleaner. The bed felt okay and the room ac was very comfortable. My room was on lower floor so I did get the occasional passer by, but nothing to interrupt myself for to long.

We stayed at Rosen INN for a whole week and we enjoyed it, almost everyone was very friendly and the housekeepers did a great job leaving us plenty of towels and our room was always very clean. There were a lot of positive things including free shuttle, free parking, and no resort fees so it saves a lot of money. There are a lot of dining areas nearby as well as shopping areas. Their pool is open till 10pm and the times we were swimming, water felt amazing and pool is nicely maintained. The only thing I will say is that when you do pay extra for free breakfast, it's not the buffet which I thought, it's a grab and go breakfast, which in the end worked out since it was light and we were going to get on rides at Universal, plus cant beat that their coffee was starbucks brand which is a huge plus. We only ate once in the buffet on our last day we had breakfast and I did feel it was expensive, it is 17.99 per person but since I already had the package with breakfast (grab and go) it was only 9 per person. The cashier man working was not very friendly. Overall, our stay was well worth it, our beds were very comfortable even though they were a bit smaller than expected but our rooms were very clean. I would definitely stay here again!!! :)

This was our second time staying at this hotel and it was excellent, just like the first time. Its in a great location, right near all the parks and shopping centers. The rooms are up-to-date and always clean. The staff is amazing. My kids love the pool and splash pad. They have multiple places to eat at right in the hotel or many choices around the location to choose from. Plus you cant beat the prices! This will be our go-to hotel whenever we stay in Orlando!

While you can tell it’s an older hotel, the rooms have been wonderfully renovated. The cleanliness, gated entrance, and multiple pools and splash pad are fantastic bonuses we didn’t expect in this price range. The convenience to Disney is incredible for under $100 at peak summertime. We were also very impressed with their infant accommodations - an actual (mini) crib that came with safe sleep instructions. Marriott could learn a few things from Rosen Inn in that regard. Having just stayed at one in Tampa, we can confidently say this is a much better option than one of their locations for infant accommodations (pack and play with no mattress… IF you’re one of the first 2 families to check in for the day because they only had 2 - they didn’t understand why we couldn’t have the baby sleep on the pull out sofa) - so the sight of our crib being wheeled in after we got to the room was a very welcome sight. Staff are also SO friendly and accommodating.
