My sister Karen and I always choose to stay at the Rosen once or twice a year to get together. It's just a couple minutes from Disney Springs and a halfway mark from where we live. We've spent several getaways over the past few years as we watched the hotel make a transformation. It's not perfect but it's on the way to being a beautiful hotel. The rooms have all been remodeled and the beds are awesome!
But what's most Awesome is the staff!
The Rosen employees have a special way of making you feel welcome. It's the Rosen Way!!
On our visit we had the opportunity of getting to spend time visiting Scott the Night time Manger on Duty. Wow!! We had a concern and he spent the time to listen and take notes. The Rosen company is lucky to have him as an employee!
We will be back in December for more fun. Great value ! Great Hotel !

This budget friendly hotel cannot be faulted. You get what you pay for and their added bonus is Jill Osborne at breakfast. She is a joy. Super friendly and helpful. If only Disney staff could be customer serviced trained by her.

The rooms are dated (I feel most American hotel rooms are), but they are spotlessly clean! The grounds are immaculate and all the staff we met were friendly and.couldnt do enough for us. The location is fantastic with lots of amenities and theme parks within a 15 minute drive. The free car parking and no resort fees are an extra bonus!! Will definitely consider this hotel on our next trip. We had a fantastic stay.

Seems to me like they put 10 people to urinate the carpet of the room they gave me right before I arrived, hopefully they didn't have enough pee to go over the whole building, but I was one of the affected ones. Seriously. Why? You guys are located at palm parkway, one of the best locations near disney. You should donate your spot to a cleaner hotel, because I'm sure you'll never clean those rooms again.

While you can tell it’s an older hotel, the rooms have been wonderfully renovated. The cleanliness, gated entrance, and multiple pools and splash pad are fantastic bonuses we didn’t expect in this price range. The convenience to Disney is incredible for under $100 at peak summertime. We were also very impressed with their infant accommodations - an actual (mini) crib that came with safe sleep instructions. Marriott could learn a few things from Rosen Inn in that regard. Having just stayed at one in Tampa, we can confidently say this is a much better option than one of their locations for infant accommodations (pack and play with no mattress… IF you’re one of the first 2 families to check in for the day because they only had 2 - they didn’t understand why we couldn’t have the baby sleep on the pull out sofa) - so the sight of our crib being wheeled in after we got to the room was a very welcome sight. Staff are also SO friendly and accommodating.
