Everyone told me this was a great location, so I was excited until I arrived at 3:30 AM. The tired, unhappy receptionist gave me my room key without any greeting or details. I had to ask all the basic questions myself. My room on the third floor smelled strongly of fried fish, so I went back to the reception. After waiting a while, I got a new room on the sixth floor near the stairs at 4:30 AM. My sleep was constantly interrupted by room service slamming doors and loud phone conversations. I barely slept four hours and woke up at 2 PM, exhausted. The AC and refrigerator were extremely loud, and it took five minutes for the shower to get warm. The towels had long black hair on them—possibly human or animal. Luckily, I had my own towels. This place looks good from the outside, but it’s not worth the money. As a flight crew member, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for rest. I hope my company never assigns me here again!

Great customer service! The location was perfect - a little hidden. The room was not prepared. Looks like the shower was not cleaned, the toilet paper roll was almost empty, two towels for a 6 guest room, no sheets/comforter set for pull out sofa bed, no body wash in container, no trash bags. They may have forgotten to finish up the room ... Everything else was great though. I'd try it again

Hotel has soft beds, awesome splash pad and a wonderful pool. The breakfast was not good, and the rooms were very dirty (walls and bathrooms) people were nice and the I enjoyed being able to do my laundry. Overall we wouldn't chose to stay here again but it did have some nice perks. If breakfast tasted better I'd give a higher score. Also the fridge and door had to be fixed while we were staying. Rooms were very quiet as well, great shades

Really nice hotel, the rooms are clean spacious and modern, breakfast is very good with healthy options. Nice pool. Very nice gym bright with good lighting and equipment. Great for families and business travelers. The blackout shades are great. There's a daily fee for parking. The location is centrally located next to the JW Marriott resort.

If you enjoy peaceful stays, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!! If I could rate this “hotel” a zero I would. The rooms are nice and spacious but unfortunately, from the very beginning this stay has been a nightmare! When I got here the room I booked was not what the pictures showed. Westerline who was at the front desk was amazing and super sweet. But other then her, no one here helps you! It’s like you are speaking another langue or they simple ignore your requests. I needed to call them at least twice to make sure they came to do what I ask because they tell me yes two hours later nothing. Am I in a timeshare where I have to do everything myself or what. I think not I booked a hotel to enjoy and unwind after work, not somewhere where I even had to buy my own cleaning supplies. This has truly been a horrific stay. I will never book here again. And if you enjoy peace and sanity I suggest you do the same.
