We booked this hotel based on location and a quick glimpse of decent reviews. We were really disappointed. The rooms are in need of a paint job and a MAJOR deep clean. Our bathroom sink had a crack that will filled with a caulking of a different color than the sink. There was hair everywhere, especially in the bathroom. After returning to our room at the end of the day, there seemed to be more hair in the shower and bathroom floor than when we left. Our beds werent fully made and tucked in. The flat sheet we left on the floor was haphazardly folded and left on the bed again. There was no full length mirror in our room, while other rooms had one. The high points of our stay were: the breakfast, the staff was really friendly and the hotel was family/child friendly, the pool was great, the lobby was nice and smelled great, and the location was great. The kitchenette area in the room is convenient as well. The positive points basically started and ended in the lobby on the first floor. Also, parking was pay per day which is ridiculous IMO.

I Came to the Element after a 12 hour work day including delays looking forward to the hotel and especially a nice hot shower as I had seen the pics on their website. Needless to say at check in was already a disappoint when I was told that they don’t provide points or nights credits being that “my company was paying for the room”. Seems exactly like a typical corporate America response. Why give nights credit to the little guy or points? After all it’s not like you all are giving me the room out of the kindness of your heart it is being paid for! I stay in hotels almost 2 weeks a month if not more and any hotel that has this policy I make it my policy to not spend a single $1 on anything from food or drinks to extras. It is extremely short sited for the management to not realize that we are employees as well who just had a long day and should be treated and rewarded for staying with this chain. It is okay though my company also offers a survey which I will be doing as well and hopefully in the future we will contract with a hotel who value the actual guest that’s staying and rewards them as many other hotels we stay in do.
The disappointed didn’t stop there though as I mentioned after a long 12 hour day the thing I was looking forward to most was a proper shower only to find that literally only about half if even that many holes were operable in my shower head. Then I was lucky enough to only have shampoo and body wash, no conditioner and we all know after a 12 hour day how terrific it is to have to walk down to the front desk and ask for something that should have been in the room already. Also hope you enjoy warm rooms as my room has been a cozy 75 even after maintenance came out to “fix it”. Nothing better than having maintenance in & out of your room the first hour you check in only to not fix the problem. The baby size lotion was a joke and the photos very misleading of the hotel and area. Hopefully this review will get managements attention and especially teach management that just like everyone else who gets rewards points we can leave reviews on multiple forums as well. I will especially do my survey for hotel feedback as well through my employer and hopefully in the future we will stay at hotels that value the employee not just the company we work for! Corporate greed is ridiculous currently and I’m glad I ordered out instead of spending any money at the hotel!

One of the best services I've ever experienced. The kitchen staff ladies were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a smile each morning. They made myself and my family feel right at home, and I would definitely return to this location. Isabel from the kitchen and Ivan from maintenance particularly stood out for their exceptional customer service. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Everyone told me this was a great location, so I was excited until I arrived at 3:30 AM. The tired, unhappy receptionist gave me my room key without any greeting or details. I had to ask all the basic questions myself. My room on the third floor smelled strongly of fried fish, so I went back to the reception. After waiting a while, I got a new room on the sixth floor near the stairs at 4:30 AM. My sleep was constantly interrupted by room service slamming doors and loud phone conversations. I barely slept four hours and woke up at 2 PM, exhausted. The AC and refrigerator were extremely loud, and it took five minutes for the shower to get warm. The towels had long black hair on them—possibly human or animal. Luckily, I had my own towels. This place looks good from the outside, but it’s not worth the money. As a flight crew member, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for rest. I hope my company never assigns me here again!

NO TOWELs!!!!! For 6 night stay ZERO towels. There was one when we checked in at 10 for 3 people - we had to wait two hours to get bedding for the pullout bed and each night we returned there were no towels when I would ask housekeeping they would say to go to the front desk who would only have one resulted to getting towels from the pool at one point and for several showers used washcloths to dry ourselves. The poor gal said they had no towels because they were drying the second night. She admitted that they were short. I asked to get towels from an empty room. She said they were booked. there are hundreds of hotels many Bonvoy in the area why can’t a manager call to another hotel and ask for some help with towels? Do we have a towel shortage? We are considering changing hotels in the middle of. this is coming from someone who stays over 100 nights of year in hotel rooms for work. I have stayed at less hotels with better service or the very minimum of towels. This is a basic requirement for paying for a hotel room for a night. It is absolutely preposterous to not have towels day after day management cannot find a solution for that.
