I have mixed feelings on this location. I originally wanted to stay for 10 nights but then noticed there would be a parking fee and reduced my stay because it seemed a bit excessive for this location. I frequently stay at Hyatt & didn’t have to pay for parking and even when I stayed at another hotel earlier in the month, the parking rate was covered while this hotel’s rate is $26 a night. The theme park hotels include parking for their guests so the price just seemed a bit excessive. It could have just been my room but I was not completely satisfied with it. There was an odd odor in it and the TV did not work. I thought perhaps maybe it had something to do the with AC with the odor but it still remained throughout the stay. I wanted to move rooms but there was not another one available for the rate I paid for. I’m actually kind of disappointed because I wanted to enjoy my stay. The only good thing was the staff is kind, welcoming and the breakfast is pretty good

Great location near attractions and lots of restaurants nearby. The room has a kitchenette with apartment size fridge and freezer, sink, microwave and dishwasher with dishes. The beds were very comfortable and the walk-in shower was good. Ice machines weren't working on 2 of the 3 floors where available. Also the "every other day" room service consisted of some replacement towels. We had to call for trash removal and more shampoo. And over a 3 night stay we didn't see the hall get swept up or vacuumed.

I check out today at 12 pm, and I left a shirt hanging in the closet. One hour later I called the nice front desk (guy) told me that he was going to check with housekeeping but not to worry. I stopped by the hotel at 4:30 pm, this time there were two girls. Both kept holding the phone like they were busy. I told them I was there for my shirt. Oh we are checking, hold on. After 2 minutes she told that no shirt was left in that room. Are you kidding me! So I am lying! I left because I had a long ride home. I called and ask for a manager, they kept putting me on hold. I will call again, and again! Not the shirt, but their attitude and disrespectful way of treating me! Other than that, the staff during breakfast and front desk in the morning were incredible nice.

The hotel looks amazing but the service is HORRIBLE!! Was told that parking was included only to receive a charge of $166 for parking 3 days!! They came to clean the room everyday, which was nice but then also took the towels and rags and we had to contact front desk multiple times to try to receive. The last day day they never brought wash rags and we had to use hand towels instead. The free breakfast would have been nice if items were available for everyone, or were able to be replinshed after they were quickly emptied. For such a pricey stay, the service needs to be a lot better.

The only positives were the consistent breakfast and friendly front desk staff. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue. When I checked in, the shower had mildew, and the drain was clogged with hair and residue from previous guests. I reported it on my 6th night, was told it would be cleaned, but no one ever came. Housekeeping was poor, they only swapped towels, tissues, and emptied trash. The floors stayed dusty unless I requested sweeping while present. Sheets and pillows smelled like past guests, and the couch had such a strong odor I couldn’t sit on it. The location is okay (Publix, Dollar Tree, and McDonald’s nearby), but the hotel name is misleading, it is not on the International Drive strip. If you value cleanliness, I would not recommend this hotel.
