Me and My family loved coming here, the customer service is INCREDIBLE, everyone is so nice and friendly. The breakfast buffet is great, especially the omelet station. And the free warm cookies are to die for.
One of our main reasons staying here is the convenience of the hotel, it’s in a great location, close to everything and an easy drive to the parks.
Only downside is the rooms are a little dated. We had a small problem in the bathroom but they immediately did their best to fix it. Rooms can get a bit humid. And the phone that came with the room didn’t work, which we were surprised as it always worked in our other stays here. But at least the beds are very comfortable, and the cleaning ladies are super sweet, and will give you extra towels if you just ask.
I definitely recommend staying here, but there’s only a 80/20 chance you’ll be getting a perfect room.

I recently stayed at this hotel during IITSEC, and while my experience was mixed, I feel it's important to share some feedback. Unfortunately, I believe I was assigned one of the least desirable rooms in the hotel. It was located in the furthest area of the property, adjacent to what seemed to be a cleaning supply restocking zone. If I hadn't been so exhausted from the conference and only staying to sleep, I would have likely upgraded my room.
My room had a noticeable odor, reminiscent of a pool and mold. To address this, I found myself airing it out for about an hour each time I returned. The flooring in the room was also concerning, leaving my feet sticky enough to warrant washing them in the tub before putting on socks or shoes. Additionally, the noise from cleaning activities in the halls was disruptive, continuing until midnight and starting again at 8 a.m., loud enough to wake me even while wearing earplugs.
On a positive note, the main areas of the hotel are well-maintained, and the gym is adequate. The staff members I interacted with were very friendly and professional, which I greatly appreciated. However, the stark contrast between the public spaces and the condition of my room left me questioning whether cleanliness is prioritized in all parts of the property or if I was simply unfortunate in being placed in what felt like a less maintained, motel-style section of the hotel.
One delightful aspect of my stay was the presence of lizards and squirrels around the property, which added a charming touch. My advice to future guests: inspect your room upon check-in. While the location is excellent and the staff is wonderful, the condition of my assigned room fell well below the standard expected of a Hilton property.

Three of my employees and I checked into this Hotel for a 4 night stay on 01/06/2025. We were assigned 4 rooms in building/Villa 3 and encountered horrific conditions.
While I commend the staff for their exceptional friendliness and their prompt resolution of our accommodation issues, I must express significant concerns regarding the condition of the Villas.
During our stay in four rooms within Villa 3, we encountered a range of issues including:
* **Pest infestations:** Large water roaches were observed in multiple rooms.
* **HVAC malfunctions:** Non-functioning heating and air conditioning unit.
* **Plumbing problems:** Shower not draining properly.
* **Poor hygiene:** Dirty carpets and mildew odors.
* **Safety concerns:** Exterior door that did not lock.
These issues significantly impacted the comfort and enjoyment of our stay.
I understand that the on-site staff have limited to no control over these maintenance and repair issues. I sincerely appreciate their prompt response in relocating us to the Tower, which offered a significant improvement in accommodations.
However, it is evident that the Villas require immediate and substantial attention. This includes necessary repairs, comprehensive remodeling, and professional pest control services.
Hilton and the property owner have missed the mark in maintaining this property, which falls short of the expected standards for guest comfort, public health & quite frankly, Hilton.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to address (at minimum) the health & safety issues.

This was the worst experience I ever had! They show pictures of their tall building as if that’s where you will be staying. Little did I know, that wasn’t the case. I stayed in the buildings surrounding it. I gave the benefit of the doubt. It can’t be that bad. I was wrong! The fees are ridiculous! Parking $30 and you can’t find any! I had to walk half way around the parking lot to get to my room. The room its self was dressed ok. Turn the facet on and the sink clogged. The tub was dirty. Had to place towels with hair on the floor to shower. The AC made this noise ALL night long! The smell of the room gave off like there were dogs in the stay prior. Don’t get me started on the site I used to book. That’s another review I have to do! Stay tuned!

Not what I was expecting for falling under the 4 star category. More like a 2-3. Perhaps the tower is nicer. We stayed in one of the 2 story buildings. Felt like a notch above a motel. Thankfully no incidents and everything was clean and in working condition. Bathroom fan was too loud. People walking outside was too loud. You heard every step. Decor wasn’t bad, had a 90’s Hawaiian feel. Overall felt heavy and dark, with some smells, a few stains on carpet and chair. Hallways could use a good cleaning, fresh paint, and better lighting. I liked that parking was included. Location was slightly inconvenient to drive in and out. Didn’t seem close to many shops or restaurants. Did not feel comfortable there for more than 1 night.
