We read numerous reviews and were worried about booking, but we had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stay at a lot of Hilton hotels and have diamond status and I felt like this was a great experience. We got a $15 per person, per resort credit due to our diamond status in addition to the $10 credit for the resort fee for a total of $40 per day which can be used at their restaurants or market. Our room was very clean. Would happily stay again. Only downside was the hot tub out of service. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! Should’ve checked all reviews before booking here, especially on valentines weekend. The customer service is absolutely terrible! We stayed two nights and when you check in they DO NOT notify you that there’s a resort fee PER NIGHT of $25 and a parking fee of $30 PER NIGHT. They also hold $75 for incidentals PER NIGHT. I felt absolutely scammed. Considering the cleanliness and aesthetic of this hotel it wasn’t even worth $60 a night. I could’ve stayed at motel 6. We also had BLOOD on one of our pillows!!!!! Because we were out all day and only slept there and knowing they wouldn’t have done anything anyway! We chose not to say anything for our sanity! We could’ve caught aids or HIVs. So I called today to ask about the break down of my bill and the front desk lady got sassy with me saying I didn’t read my confirmation properly and I mentioned to her that there are TONS of other reviews stating the same thing (that they don’t mention per night!) I am so they need to fix it! Then I mentioned there was BLOOD on one of our pillows and could’ve caught a disease. We didn’t even receive an apology from this lady!!! She just stayed quite on the phone, so I hung up. Hilton should truly be ashamed to be associated with this disgrace of what they call a “hotel”. They should be shut down! Not to mention check out is at 11 am! The house keeper banged on my door at 10 am and opened my door while I was half naked!!!! Then she shut the door and came back exactly 40 minutes later asking us “when are we checking out” and we told her 11 am , the time we are supposed to be checked out!! Absolutely will NEVER be back nor will I EVER recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Do better ! Yall are going to catch a law suit.

I am normally a DoubleTree fan and thankful for the warm yummy chocolate chip cookies b/c it would have been a 2 star review! BE AWARE on this property!! If you are used to just being able to walk to the elevator up to your room (which is why I chose DoubleTree), that may not happen. Unbeknownst to me, they have 'villas' (ha, think motel) along with the high rise rooms. The room was ok for a motel...clean and the bed was super comfy. I didn't see bugs like some of the other reviews. However, the room definitely needs a makeover for the money they charge. I seriously could have just stayed at the Red Roof Inn for a lot less $$. My story for what it's worth: My flight was delayed and I didn't get to the hotel till 2:30am. All I wanted was to jump into my jammies and a bed. The front desk clerk gave me the key and a map. A map...hmmm, should have been my first clue? And then she proceeds to tell me the best way to get to the room is to walk out to the street and take a right and another right. Mind you, I'm 66 y/o single female, don't travel light so have two suitcases (one of which is 50 lbs) and a huge purse AND it's pitch black outside. I walked around 50-60 yards from the front desk. I finally find the building with the help of my phone flashlight and start looking for an elevator...NONE! AND she put me on the 2nd floor. Remember, it's 2:30 am! So I had to drag my suitcases, one at a time, up stairs by myself. I felt sorry for the people near the stairway and tried to be as quiet as possible but there was just no way. Btw, front desk clerk didn't mention that there was no elevator nor the long walk outside the property to get to it NOR offered to have someone help. It would have been a simple fix if the front desk clerk would have read the room and noticed I'm an older, single female with 2 large suitcases and maybe look for a room closer and more secure would have been the thing to do or find someone to help. She actually didn't look like she wanted to be there and it was a bother for her to be working. She sure didn't make me feel DoubleTree welcomed except she gave me 2 warm cookies...yay me :/

Don't stay here!!! The conference facilities are great, and the people who work on that side are great, so attend a conference there, but stay somewhere else. On the hotel side, the staff are uncommunicative and disinterested. When we arrived, no room was available. We waited and waited and checked back again and again (waiting in line each time) only to receive annoyed desk staff assuring us we would be contacted when the room was ready. Nope. 2 hours after check in we waited in line for a fourth time and the room was ready and the desk was "sorry" that no reached out to us. Once in the room, the bed was the 2nd worst hotel bed I have ever slept on. Lumpy and old. I uploaded a photo of the old chair that gets stuff on you every time you sit down. But the worst part of the room was the sulfur smell from the water. We couldn't use it to even brush our teeth. I showered at a different hotel one day (thank your friends going to the same conference but staying elsewhere!) because I was having a gag reflex to the smell. Then, they were squirrelly about the bill and what was included and what wasn't. On check out, I tried to talk to a manager and it was clear that the manager had tasked the staff with keeping guests away from them. A guest service "ambassador" told me that a manager would call me back. Yeah, right. A week has passed and, surprise, no call! Look, businesses can have a bad day. But when one side of the house (the conference center) runs great and the other is a broken disaster that could care less about its guests, that is a management issue, not a bad day. And, when a customer actually takes the time to try to tell you this instead of just writing a review and the management has a defensive line as a front desk crew and then doesn't return a call, that is a management issue, not a bad day. I will go to a conference here again if I have to, but I won't stay here and I will plead with the conference organizers to consider a different venue for next year.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Daniella at the DoubleTree for providing truly outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely valued as guests. Daniella’s professionalism was matched perfectly with her warmth and kindness. She was attentive, patient, and proactive—anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was answering questions, offering helpful recommendations, or simply greeting us with a sincere smile, she made every interaction a positive one. What really stood out was her ability to turn a routine hotel stay into a memorable experience. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work and cares deeply about the guests she serves. Employees like Daniella are the reason people return and recommend the DoubleTree to others. Thank you, Daniella, for your exceptional hospitality. You truly made our stay special.
