My family and I visited here for Mother's Day weekend. The hotel is central to pretty much everything. Sea World was less than 5 minutes away. The room was pretty decent. It did not have a musky smell and it was clean. When I asked for fresh linen and a refresh of the room, my request was attended to promptly and the cleaning staff was very helpful. I had a pleasant experience and it was well priced.

Customer service at its finest! Pictures don't even give this resort justice. It is absolutely one of my favorite resorts I've ever visited. Everything you see on their website expect to be amazed when you visit !Anything that I needed was a phone call away! Thank you to everyone that made our holiday weekend amazing!

Stayed twice now and overall very pleased with a few things. Location is perfect and most things are 10/20 min drive. Rooms are nice, usual Orlando look and feel but the beds are really comfy. Staff are generally all really nice. Parking is easy enough, lots of spaces. Just a nice hotel for stopping for 1-2 nights! Very pleased.

Stayed here for a convention in the tower portion of the hotel. Room was clean and smelled good. Pool was clean. Landscaping was beautiful. The staff was very friendly. Conference center rooms were beautiful but extremely too cold!! Few complaints. PARKING! They charged $30 to park in the hotel parking lot and then could not find a parking spot anywhere close to our room. We literally had to park on the other side of the hotel and walk clear across the property! They also do not have security guards watching the parking lot you just paid to park in. No free breakfast. And the breakfast at the restaurant downstairs is a full buffet for $27 a person! At first glance the breakfast looks amazing but the pancakes were terrible! Tasted like glue. French toast was burnt, fried potatoes were hard and cold. They also offered bacon, sausage, bagels, fruit, yogurt and cereal, and biscuits and gravy. Lots of choices. The restaurant bathroom needed some repairs and updates 😬 We chose to use the hotels shuttle to Universal Studios. It came 17 mins late and was not a shuttle at all but a city bus complete with grumpy bus driver that was overly crowded with people and we had to stand the entire way to the park. They needed more Venting machines and the ones they did have did not work properly. The little coffee shop next to the restaurant had amazing bagels and croissants!

Upon check-in - we were taken care of by Christopher. He was very cordial and made sure our needs for our accommodation was met. Great environment and atmosphere at the property. Multiple pools to enjoy. Great restaurant on the property with live music. I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so. I will say the rooms may need some refurbished by the villas but overall satisfied with the amenities and experience.
