Absolutely love this property,. the Hilton DoubleTree at SeaWorld is one of my favorite properties of the Hilton resorts. I traveled all over the world and this property makes you feel like you're at home. Lloyd who manages the bar in the evening will absolutely take care of you with the best drinks and Cocktails. Aliona who is the food and beverage manager always make sure that the food is absolutely the best. one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever been to. there's always some fun activities here at the DoubleTree SeaWorld . thank you team for all that you do. I've been coming here for the past 15 years and it's one of my favorite Hilton properties. Ralph. N

I had a very nice stay at this hotel overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The location was convenient and close to many places we wanted to visit, so most of the time we were outside. The only bad thing was that the shower water was too hot most of the time and hard to adjust. Other than that, everything was great, and I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

I booked this hotel because online it says four stars the room I got was anything but a four star room or experience. The parking fee is $38 a night to start which is absurd. The first night we checked in nearly at midnight on 12/13 and spent nearly an hour trying to find parking, their lot was beyond full. The worker who was driving the lot on a golf cart told a lady in front of us to park in the fire lane. Yet all signs in the lot say park at your own risk so if you get towed it’s your own fault. A place that charges so much for parking should be the ones held accountable if anything happens to your car. Once we finally parked a ways from the room we were supposed to get a ‘garden view’ yeah we got a parking lot view. Then once we arrived in the room there were huge spots of what I can only assume to be bleach spots all over the floor. The lamp shade was filthy, the chair has stains I don’t even wanna know what they are. The mini fridge looks like something’s been poured all over the front of it. Half drank drinks were left assuming from previous guest. The bathroom floor area looks like it hasn’t been cleaned properly. The bathroom door wasn’t cleaned, the shower tiles were broken and just filled in with caulking rather than replaced.The room gets insanely hot even with the ac on the lowest temp, part of the ac is hanging. The elevators are beyond filthy. Just overall not an experience I was expecting I paid WAY too much for 3 nights ($530) for how filthy things were. Overall just simply not happy with any of it it was not a good experience, it was incredibly expensive for such an awful experience.

Very average hotel. The pool area and restaurants on site is a nice touch along with the area. But they do not let u know of a deposit for your room if u booked online along with a parking fee!! No one explained how parking works so my partner ended up paying twice. Even after paying for parking it was a nightmare to find some and i stayed in the tower thinking it would be nicer, the rooms are very close together and u can literally open ur door to the next persons. This we hated! The view is average as well. We were expecting to be able to see seaworld for fireworks etc;but you cant. It has now been OVER a month and i have yet to receive my deposit back and you can’t get in contact with them at all!! They dont answer the phone at all in reception and even their accounting department I’ve left them numerous of voicemails!
