This is an older hotel and has not been updated in a long while. The complimentary breakfast was the best part. The room was clean but had stains on the carpet and smelled funky. The phone didn't work. We reported it and it never got fixed. The shower is tiny. For a bigger person it is a challenge. I do not feel this place is worth the money. It would be a great $80 night hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. And after the resort and parking fees paid almost $600. I had read all the reviews before booking and decided to take the chance. Well if you are reading this....DONT DO IT. I suggest you take some time to research a better hotel for the price.

My family booked this location for our family reunion this year and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff was kind and attentive (when they could understand our questions) and they worked with our differing age groups and ability levels with little complaint. The building was older but the tech was as up to date as could be expected. Parking was a nightmare at times and we couldn't always get a spot near our villa, which was frustrating. Overall we didn't have many complaints.

Charging a sizable resort fee without announcing it clearly at booking; High daily parking fee, Air conditioned room was either very cold or very warm and unit was pretty loud, Humidity level in my room was high. Carpet in room felt dated and not super clean. Restaurant service was attentive and courteous but front desk service experience did unfortunately not reach close to this grade. Due to location, this hotel has obviously a high level of occupation and frequent guest changes which made the facilities feel used. Guests should expect this, however it is not unclean. For the price I was charged, despite an ongoing event close by. I was it impressed.

So many negative reviews on this place. I booked using a third party and got a great deal. I paid $75 for a king bed room. I can admit the resort is huge and getting there was a little difficult given multiple closed entrances as the main is in the front. No big deal. At check in Chris from St. Maarten was super friendly and inviting. He informed me I was chosen as the Royal VIP of the day and got upgraded to a king suite free of charge. He gave me tips of where to visit in his home land and made me feel important.Keep up the great customer service Chris. There was even a handwritten card in my room welcoming me! We stayed in the main tower and it was huge! Great deal for $75! The bed was a little too firm for my liking but we only stayed one night. This was just a quick stop before our next destination on our trip. The resort may be a little dated but that’s life. The place has so much to offer and so close to everything. I do recommend you get the shuttle situated early… the day prior to if you can. We tried in the morning and the first was booked. However we walked a short 10-15 minutes and got there before the first shuttle even left the resort. There are signs and a clear path to sea world. Wait staff and all employees were super friendly and helpful. This place is great and I would stay again.

Rooms in the bungalows are old and not clean. They are a little better in the tower. The shower was leaking out of the door a lot Not a lot of stowing space, and small BR. Could really use an update ! We were out every morning until 3:00 pm and yet the housekeeping kept coming after that, so the room was not cleaned in 4 days. The food is very fine, the pool has a great ambiance to it, the staff is nice and it's located right next to SeaWorld, walking distance from the convention center (we were there for the boys volleyball tournament) Good place for all the boys to hang out safely and roam around freely, but please just get those rooms a fresh paint and new carpeting !
