I recently stayed at Comfort Suites Main Gate East, and what truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional assistance I received from the manager, Rosie. After I made a mistake while booking my reservation online, I was worried it would ruin my stay. However, Rosie went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved smoothly. She was incredibly patient and understanding, taking the time to listen to my concerns and work out a solution. Rosie not only corrected the issue but also ensured my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Her professionalism and kindness turned what could have been a stressful experience into one of the best examples of excellent customer service I’ve ever encountered. Thanks to Rosie’s efforts, my stay at Comfort Suites Main Gate East was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this hotel, especially because of the caring and attentive staff like Rosie!

One of the best hotels I have stayed, room is huge with nice clean bathroom, room was very clean and a great pool area. Location is great right across a old town and fun spot park. For sure will be back.

So I’ve stayed here numerous times, loved this hotel because of the location and hospitality, three years ago I had a very bad stay at my favorite place to stay in Kissimmee, comfort suites maingate east, despite I deleted my last review. I booked to stay there again in less than 30 days and I am hoping that issues have been corrected and that my family and I can enjoy staying here like we did in previous visits before the last, I will update this review after our stay. Also to show how many times my family and I have stayed here, we were gifted this arrangement on the stay before the last. I hope the service, accommodations, and staff have returned to the quality that my family and i experienced on those stays. We are eager to see.

Friendly Staff and clean environment. Breakfast items were replenished quickly. Hot tub was comfortable and pool was refreshing. Great pool deck area, plenty of tables , umbrellas, chairs and sunchairs. Only drawback was that the Laundry Dept. didn't restock pool towels and we didn't bring down a bath towel. When the front desk called the laundry Dept. They didn't respond. All in all, it was a positive experience and we will return for future vacations.

This was the absolute worst hotel stay for my family ever. I’ve never been so ready to go back home. They refunded 1 nights stay but it was honestly not enough for the bad experience. At checkin Dec 11th late night, we had 3 rooms all of which had issues. A broken and disgusting smelling fridge in the 4th floor room, a roach on the wall in the 5th floor room, and a mattresses that are not fit for animals to sleep on in our 7th floor room. The breakfast selection was trash and, the breakfast staff weren’t friendly. The best part of breakfast was toast and oj. I believe they offered coffee and water in addition to water. You could choose yogurt, pork toast, pork sausage, eggs filled with lots of water, and premade chicken waffles by a lady that didn’t speak or even smile. Saturday they did add a dessert cake. The waffles were good if you got one fresh and not over cooked. Hands down, this was one of the worst breakfast offerings seen in a hotel. The elevators were the slowest I’ve ever seen, as in they moved slow and caused lots of ppl to wait in the lobby. The outdoor bar and grill that was advertised in the elevators and on the site never opened and leaves remained in the hot tub and heated pool. We asked for an additional blanket at checkin and they said they have none, so take it off the bed in the room with the roach, to our new room. Our last room had no extra roll of tissue and lots of towels with not enough wash cloths. We asked for wash cloths at checkin and even after house keeping the next day we never received them. We had to go take tissue and washcloths from the cart. Housekeeping simply interacted by saying “no, espanol.” Front desk staff were kind, but remained in the back office 4/6 times we went up to the desk and we had to yell “Yoo-hoo” 3 of those times to get someone’s attention. The mattresses in that 7th floor room were so bad that we hurt. My mom even got up early and just went and sat on the couches in the lobby because they were so bad. It was just springs. Location was great with many shops, a small theme park, etc. near.
