We had an AMAZING 3-night stay at this hotel. Located in walking distance of Old Town amusement park and a10 minute drive from Disney, made this hotel desirable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was top notch. The room was spacious and clean. The only improvement they need to consider are faster elevator service. Definitely enjoyed our stay and plan to return on a future visit.

Comfort Suites was a one night stay for us. We had a good experience with the staff who were friendly and quick. The room was dressed well and clean. It had a lot of abilities such as plugs and lights. The beds were slightly firm. Not too thick but the housekeeping the staff prepare them nicely. The place has nice and high ceilings in the room as well. The next morning they did serve a hot breakfast with Mickey mouse shaped fresh waffle , scrambled eggs and ham and they had other things like pastries and cereal. I was liking the taste and the presentation. Very simple but yet easy. I do plan on staying there again. It is not the top rated hotel, You can tell it's a little older but I enjoyed my stay.

I've stayed here twice now for vacations and I love this location! The breakfast provided is delicious and the staff are wonderful. The pool and hot tub are also great after a long park day. With old town right next door and shuttles to the parks I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here in mid April and I'm so glad we chose this hotel. I was a little hesitant at first because of the reviews but this hotel truly stood out during my vacation. They supplied a crib upon request, which most hotels only provide a pack n play. The rooms were very spacious and very comfortable sleeping. I loved how it had a storage cupboard, a sink and a safe for security items. They did an amazing job cleaning my room too. The service at the front was excellent and the tall gentlemen who I think was a manager or assistant was super nice and pleasant. He even allowed us to check in early. This hotel is super close to Disney and tons of shopping around and food. They have an old town little district that was fun to checkout. The breakfast was 10/10!! Our kids are gluten free and I want to say thank you soo much for going above and beyond for having UDIS GLUTEN FREE bagels. They had a really good amount of selection and also Mickey waffles. They even rotate breakfast each day.. The front entry is super comfortable and very relaxing too. I will make sure I do come back here to stay. Thank you for making such a really great experience.

Worth every penny. Service was above and beyond here. Was able to check in early without hassle. Pool area and tiki bar were our favorite things, right after the service. Breakfast smelled good when we were checking in early, but we got up too late the next day to enjoy it.
