Great hotel for the price. It was clean, bathrooms were nice and clean and pool too. Can’t beat free breakfast for the daily low price. You got fun spot across the street and 10min from Disney parks . Will come back

I would give this hotel 5 stars except the bed is extremely hard. Everything else is excellent. The free breakfast is always hot and delicious with ample choice. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and relaxing. Plenty of parking. And the room is immaculate. The location is excellent as you are right across the street from fun spot & old town and about 10 minutes from the Disney property. The staff is helpful & friendly. There is laundry facilities that are easily accessible. I would highly recommend this location as a single traveler like myself or a family.

Had an amazing experience. Super close to all the Disney parks - within almost 10mins distance. Housekeeping kept everything tidy and changed towels everyday. Room was very spacious. Appreciated all the amenities and the little sink outside the bathroom. Highly recommend especially if you are visiting Disney.

Absolutely avoid this hotel! Our room was filthy, with garbage strewn on the floor and thick dust everywhere. The bed sheets were dirty, and we all ended up with rashes. The elevator floor was sticky and lifting up, the fan didn't work, and the phone was broken. To top it off, we witnessed the breakfast staff scooping eggs with their bare hands and eating them in the back room. The fruit juice machine was out of order. When we complained to the manager, they refused to accommodate us with a clean room and were incredibly rude, despite our polite demeanor. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Another day with awesome victory
We just recently visited this Comfort Suites Maingate East and we must say staying here was a absolute pleasure. From our check-in a special thanks to Conroy for his courtesy and care making sure our stay was exceptional. Also the housekeeping staff a special thanks to them as well. The rooms were immaculately maintained without disturbing our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the tikii bar poolside was fun. To conclude we had a wonderful time!!!!
