I would give this hotel 5 stars except the bed is extremely hard. Everything else is excellent. The free breakfast is always hot and delicious with ample choice. The pool and hot tub are beautiful and relaxing. Plenty of parking. And the room is immaculate. The location is excellent as you are right across the street from fun spot & old town and about 10 minutes from the Disney property. The staff is helpful & friendly. There is laundry facilities that are easily accessible. I would highly recommend this location as a single traveler like myself or a family.

Located in a good area next to old town. Nice place. Super friendly staff. Great pizza by the pool by Kevin. Friendly young lady from Venezuela helped us one day get tickets to gator land. Had no issues. There were a few tiny things with the room that we did not care about that is why it got a 4.

Another day with awesome victory
We just recently visited this Comfort Suites Maingate East and we must say staying here was a absolute pleasure. From our check-in a special thanks to Conroy for his courtesy and care making sure our stay was exceptional. Also the housekeeping staff a special thanks to them as well. The rooms were immaculately maintained without disturbing our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the tikii bar poolside was fun. To conclude we had a wonderful time!!!!

I am a Diamond member and have to say this location even exceeded my expectations. I was here on vacation and the room was clean, rooms were spacious and breakfast was good. This is a busy hotel so keeping up with breakfast was a bit for the breakfast staff. As I come to the area again, I will stay with them.

We had an AMAZING 3-night stay at this hotel. Located in walking distance of Old Town amusement park and a10 minute drive from Disney, made this hotel desirable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was top notch. The room was spacious and clean. The only improvement they need to consider are faster elevator service. Definitely enjoyed our stay and plan to return on a future visit.
