Budget option for going in to the parks. Rooms were generally clean with fresh linens. Receptionist and service was timely and polite. Complimentary breakfast is from 630-9 and is decent. Driving to main attractions is very easy. While staying, the elevators were very slow and even broke down the morning we were checking out. If busy, expect to take the stairs or wait for the elevator. The hotel is also directly across from a small theme park which makes it fun if you wanna go out to grab some fair food or hit some rides in the evening. This comes with the downside of it being loud into the weekend evenings and even hard to get into the hotel parking lot due to all of the vehicle and foot traffic going in and out of the park. Overall, decent pick for the price. Be purposeful in planning.

Try to stay here when going to WDW. Affordable and breakfast is fine. Great location. Hotel just seems to get dingy when we stay. Room is spacious but just okay, it seems "old". Plus, room was always cleaned, but they never left fresh towels. Small inconvenience after a long day at WDW. The property is safe, just set your expectations. Found a new secret, pizza from the pool bar is sneaky good and guy was super nice.

My Overall Rating for this is a 3. There are several things to factor when choosing what hotel best fits your needs at time. For us the best need for this trip was bang for buck, however after arriving and spending the first night there I wished I would have spent $200 or so more to get a nicer hotel. We are a family of 5, and spent a crap ton on tickets for Disney. So I was looking for a hotel that could accommodate 5, and had free parking. Most hotels around Disney Area you had to pay overnight parking fee, and for me thinking of paying a fee to park there everyday and pay to park at the parks seems to add a huge cost on top of stay, something I would rather saved at time. CONS- The hotel seemed to be big and would think nicer but, was not. -The rooms are out-dated and not the cleanest. I felt like I was staying in a cheap motel. - The breakfast was mid. -The beds didn't seem clean and pillows smelled weird. -Pull out sofa was dirty and dingy like it needed to be shampoo'd. -Iron fell apart on us. -Restroom toilet had the worst pressure and clogged up literally every flush. It would make a crazy sound as well for minutes after flushing. -Worst toilet paper ever. -Smelled so weird and old in the room. -Stained up tub, with a shower curtain that was torn and ragged, that didn't even fit the shower so half the shower was open the whole time you are showering. -The elevators took forever, as they probably have over 100 rooms and only two elevators for the whole hotel. -They claim a free transportation to Disney parks but have a very inconvenient schedule that just doesn't seem flexible. -Hotel staff are not friendly and not helpful. PROS- -Very close to parks and never ran into traffic -Has a cute little amusement park and tourist area right across the street from the hotel. -Free Breakfast -Close to fast food and other food places. -Sufficient parking -Pool was there but we did not use it as it is winter time. Again for the budget I needed, this fit at the time. But in hindsight I would have picked a better more expensive hotel. I paid an average of about $100 a night before tax, so I would say for what I paid it fits. But again next time for comfort and accommodations I will spend a little more to go along way.

This was our first stay here for our Family Disney vacation, and it was an absolute pleasant stay. Everything from the check in, to the room, to the cleanliness, the area, Everything was absolutely perfect. It's very close to Disney parks and the breakfast was great as well. We absolutely loved everything ❤️ We definitely recommend if you and your family are looking for an affordable stay for your Disney vacation. We booked a suite and it was so clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and the shower had a great stream, after a long day at the park. The room was cleaned nicely and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were the same as every other comfort suites I've been too. The service was good, the breakfast area was bigger than most but the selection of food was slim. I would have figured for the area it was in, it would have more options like most of their chains do. The location is great! Really close to the theme parks, old town, fun spot, mini golf, tons of restaurants, and shopping!
