If you are looking for a place which easy access to Disney and Universal, this place will be a good choice to stay. We love this place right after we step into the room when we saw the cleanness of the room, a big living room with kitchen for cooking, 2 bath room both with bathtub, washing machine with drying drum, which is very suitable for long term vacation. The surrounding have supermarkets, restaurants, dollar tree, gas station, and gift shop which is still walkable distance if you're lazy to drive around. Will be our first choice to consider if we return for theme park next trip!

Location was awesome. 10 miles or less to most attractions. Time always depended on traffic. 4 pools (3 heated), which was great. Rooms could have been better, however, we did one through a timeshare and we were not in a updated room. When we called about issues, they were on it right away (elevator not working, no hot water, no hot water again, shower curtain rod falling off the wall, curtain not closing so water everywhere when you showered...in cold water). We never did end up with hot water, but they were working on it and aware, and seemed to care. Could use a little deeper cleaning. We would stay here again. Not the nicest place, but it did just fine.

This place definitely needs some renovation. They are in the process of renovating some of the buildings. They also need some new furniture. The furniture that they have looks like it’s been there for years. You can tell by the condition. When I stayed there with my friend, our room had a problem with the hot water in our building. So they relocated us to a different building, which was more updated. The District Manager was very accommodating to us and so was the Desk manager Ricardo A. Jimenez.

Incredibly nice and accommodating staff, especially Ana at the front desk, and also, very clean. The small appliances look like they've never been used. 4 pools to choose from so you can always find one that's quiet. We recommend the deluxe large unit. We had a great time.

We were thrilled with our stay at Blue Tree Resorts. The grounds have endless hidden amenities (don’t worry, there’s an map) and is super kid friendly. The place was perfectly clean and our room was spacious yet cozy. Can’t wait to come back- with friends!
