This resort was kind enough to extend a discount to us while visiting a dear friend at the hospital. We weren't vacationing, and never even managed to make it into a hot tub, but the staff was so accommodating and kind, and the property was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious but did have some ventilation issues like almost every property in Orlando, so not really an issue. The absence of carpet was a real plus for us. One day I hope to return and actually enjoy the three pools and two hot tubs!

Stayed at this resort during our recent visit to Orlando, on the whole it is a nice resort with four swimming pools and complementary transport to Disney and Universal Parks. Staff are friendly and helpful and the outside areas are well maintained. Our apartments did look tired and could do with a make over. Having said that they had everything we needed for our stay

This resort was very comfortable and provided us with what we needed. We were initially alarmed prior to staying at the resort with some of the negative reviews it had received, but we had no such experiences of those negative issues raised and can only compliment the resort support staff. There are ample swimming pools, and the rooms were suitably spacious and clean. Housekeeping for us staying longer than seven days was on time and excellently undertaken. There are some facility limitations with respect to games rooms and gymnasium (the latter we did not see), but we spent most of our time off site travelling around Orlando and wider regions, as it has so much to offer outside its world renowned theme parks.

Room was a bit smaller than I was expecting. When it comes to asking for extra items, they were on top of things. Great resort to be at if you're going to be hoping from Disney and Universal. They do offer shuttle to and from all the theme parks. Just shuttle times are not the best. Example: Animal kingdom leave resort at 8 am and only pick up time is at 11:45am. And you had wanted to do a whole day at that park. 🙄

Everything except the pool is great. Im disabled & I looked forward to swimming on my vacation but couldnt because the wheelchair lift to the pool didnt work. When we called the front desk for assistance we were told we were on our own. The bolts holding the chair are loose & its incredibly dangerous. Someone could be easily hurt or drowned if that came unbolted. If its out of working order, that needs to be posted so people dont try to use it like we did. This resort appealed to us because of its accessibility.
